2621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Myths that we often hear on: August 10, 2022, 10:11:37 PM
LOL at myth 3. We tend to be like that at most times when we're having a bad day and losing streak. We chase our losses and we think that we'll be able to recover it that quick so, we push and keep on playing with the thought that we'll eventually win.
But it's true that the longer we stay in gambling, the bigger losses that we might get as that's how it goes. And the house always wins at the end no matter how good or lucky you are.

If you just went through the scam accusations board, you'll see the header and thread that's stickied serving as a warning to everyone.
Thread: [WARNING] Beware of 1xBit casino, investors from Telegram, and Youtube scams!
If most people see this, they won't be pursuing to gamble there anymore with all of those accusations and problems that they're doing to their customers.
The problem with this site is that it spends a lot of money on advertising. Not only in the signing campaign on the forum, which contains many participants of different ranks, but that once you search on Google, you will be greeted with many good reviews of the site in addition to many well-known sites that offer advertisements for it. It is assumed that the sites that display these advertisements, no matter how popular they are, should be rated negatively. Among the most prominent of these sites, I mention the famous etherscan site and some of the search engines on the blockchain
That's really something that manipulated because they have money. I just hope that the new ones will find the accusations before they sign for that casino.
In that case, they'll see the reviews, the genuine ones from the forum and most members and not just into those reviews in different websites where they can manipulate it.
in addition to the fact that the name they chose 1xbit is very similar to the famous gambling platform 1xbet.
AFAIK, they're under one management so technically, they're the same.

2625  Economy / Economics / Re: Too much talk about gaz food news talk too much on: August 03, 2022, 09:21:02 PM
It's because that gas runs almost everything in all sector. Businesses in the food industry won't run if they don't have gas, the same goes for the transport of goods and people then that's why there's an overall talk with the gas prices.
Whether we admit it or not, it's like the soul of every industry where it's the main reason why the prices also goes up. If it isn't for the petrol price hike then we won't be seeing the significant effect of it to the other products and services run by petrol/oil.
2626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you stop gamble if your girl friend insists ? on: August 02, 2022, 10:54:24 PM
As they say, if you both each other then you'll let each other do the things that they like. A girlfriend that will stop you means that she doesn't like you being a gambler and the main reason, when somebody asks her about what you do and she'll say that you're a gambler then she might feel humiliated upon telling what you do. And that's why a girlfriend that tells you to stop what you do has that main reason unless you really are an addicted gambler and do things that are unstoppable and it affects both of your relationships.

2628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange will go out of business of every Bitcoin is hold in private wallet on: July 31, 2022, 10:24:16 PM
Bitcoin is already winning the war against the centralization of Bitcoin services, and a lot of Bitcoin holders are beginning to realize the safety of their Bitcoin when it is off the exchange and kept in a private wallet. You only send real Bitcoin when you do it on a p2p level and you don't own Bitcoin when your coins are stored on an exchange all you have is just promises and not Bitcoin if your Bitcoin is on the third party exchange.
Also, you don't own it on exchanges because you don't have the private keys. That's the basic rule that everyone will have to realize when they see many exchanges are getting rekt by their own behavior and as well as by the bear market. So remember the popular quote:

Quote
Not your keys, not your coins
2629  Economy / Gambling / Re: |HexaBet.GG| New Jackpot Gambling Website launching TODAY (1ST JULY) at 5PM UTC! on: July 30, 2022, 09:33:20 PM
I don't think OP is serious with this thread. He just came by and dropped a thread and then never conversed with the others having questions about it. And upon checking the website, damn, it's got nothing and you can check it for yourselves. I guess whoever is going to have the same idea and will build this domain for a casino should do better. There's now some impression that the first owner who has introduced this website to us isn't that serious at all, well, that's the first impression although it's not of a big matter if they truly create it as one.

I'm surprised to see that the casino disappeared, I mean that OP spent time and some money to get the casino up and running, and he managed to get the casino up and running in less than 1 month and I doubt he was able to steal and get away with a lot of money. we need to be on the lookout for these new casinos. I'm starting to suspect that lately someone is creating new casinos to steal people's money, I've seen some new casinos that have a different language, with a strange domain name and with a copied designer, they are new casinos that are here. we need to be careful
Well, not that really surprising as his announcement was just all about their upcoming launching. But it seems that there's a halt and they're not going to launch anymore. Yeah, they've spent money and effort on this one but not that really much to be feeling regret of those efforts they've made. Each time a new casino is coming out and not serious because they're not talking to the people asking things about them, that could be a sign that there's really no business that they're about to make. So, that's the sign for others which to be avoided.

2631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The digital ID for Gambling on: July 27, 2022, 08:17:37 PM
Is there an update about this now after being posted few months ago?
I see that most forum members are worried about privacy issues behind this decision. Although in many countries you need to add your many detailed information to online gambling websites to start gambling. It is government forced situation to companies and people are used to it. I am not very sure with USA or Canada or UK but this was like a norm. I think its something understandable, and not very bad thing.
There are also some that do like the idea because it will prevent the kids and teenagers to get inside any casino premise. Looking at that positive thought, there's still a lot of issues and concerns towards this. But if it's the government implementing this, is there any way of preventing it to happen? I don't think that there is, it's part of progress and it's not just all about gambling. If the government say so, everyone will just have to obey.
I am not surprised about this because the government always look for a way to make sure that all citizens pays there tax and therefore many gamblers had been outsmarting the government during task payment and for them to imposed the digital identity, it is to give accountability of every gamblers and their gambling activities. One of the reason why this is so is to reduce the number of under aged gamblers. With your identity, you will be able to gambler online and the government will know how to get you accountable during task.
Yeah, sure this is another way to track and monitor everyone for taxation. There's certainly pros and cons about it and it's on your perspective on where you'll look at.
2632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos You're Playing That Are not On This Forum on: July 26, 2022, 09:14:36 PM
So I would like to ask are you playing in casinos that are not on this forum, if so what are these casinos and how's your experience can you recommend them here, can you name your own list
Nope.
I'm playing to the casinos that are also in the forum for easier support. That's what is important to me because they've got a reputation to protect and they're obliged to help those that will contact them through the forum. But for some, they've left the forum and focused more on their platform when there are complaints, they want to be contacted through their own platform support and that's still okay if that's what they prefer. ANN threads are just another way of contacting them and get their attention if you need them.

2634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The characteristics of people who are addicted to online gambling on: July 24, 2022, 09:54:15 PM
Easily irritated. That's what I mostly see from friends not just addicted to gambling but with other habits too. i.e. smoking, alcohol.
It's a natural response when they have no money left to gamble or to spend on whatever they are obsessed about.
I too am easily irritated if I'm on a losing streak. That's how it goes when I gamble and I know that it feels the same for the others. And having other vices, well, that's going to make it worse for the others that can't contain their craving to gamble and have nothing left anymore in the pocket.
At least for me when I'm irritated, I just felt being a loser and that's the feeling that makes me irritable but eventually it will be gone as the time passes, I'll just think of any other good thing to move on.
2635  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Biggest Wins with lowest risks in Casino History on: July 24, 2022, 08:52:18 PM
There really are gamblers that are lucky. They've found their luck with those bets and made themselves millionaires, it really happens but not with all of us.
It's envying that we see people have made that for their lives because I've been doing that with small bets and it never happened to me. That's why it only occurs rarely and with those people that have been lucky at that particular moment.
2636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online poker rounds on: July 24, 2022, 07:55:38 PM
what makes the difference between online crypto poker and physical poker rounds.
The root words are there, you don't need to differentiate them if you're aware of their existence. Or for you to have more idea about them, there are too many videos about them on YouTube or any other social media platform.
That's going to be the best answer for you to have those idea on how they look like.

Free btc have?

Hello

can you please explain it?

Thank you
Regards
I think he's talking about some giveaways and free spins or faucets, sort of like that for many casinos do have that type of feature. Sadly for firebox users, I can't see the translate version although with Chrome, it really works. Little thing to do with those information below the page, the characters in some them are written in all low caps and that doesn't look IMO. It's just a little thing to change.
2638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some Tips To Aide Successful Sports Betting. on: July 22, 2022, 11:49:45 PM
Having a bias is for real. When I do sports betting before and was like new to it, I don't mind about the odds as long as I'll bet for my favorite team, that would be the most important matter.
But as I grow older and understanding more of what is a must and what I must have, it's really important to ignore the bias because you're not that type of fan anymore. It's nice to listen to some influencers and analysts about their take but cherry pick what they say.
2639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla: "We have converted approximately 75% of our BTC into fiat currency" on: July 22, 2022, 10:47:14 PM
The exposure Tesla got with the purchase was nearly priceless. Basically free global marketing.

The profit/loss was never really an issue…
Yeah, they're on the news, as in everywhere and the same time, their company name was on it. They get free advertising from almost every news agency, paper and in the mass media.
What a strategy for them, they just hope on to invest in a known cryptocurrency, they sell at profit and they get all the exposure that they want and needed for them to have more sale for their cars. A great strategy indeed.

Any form of advertising is indeed good for a company.
They may be selling at a loss but hey, they got a very good advertisement with their Tesla company.
Anyway, it is up to the people how they view this. But at the end of the day, you are the one taking care of your funds.
So a good advertisement or not, it is on your hands how you you react on this situation.
Are they at loss? I don't think so, I've remembered them selling 10% last year and that was near to the high or it was exactly at high. They won't settle for loss if they're going to sell.
They know how the market works and they're into business so basically, upon purchase, they aim for the profit and that's how they're going to make it and despite selling it at a lower price, they're still in profit.
2640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can change of environment have an effect on gambling addiction. on: July 22, 2022, 09:39:15 PM
A new hobby could definitely help a person to overcome the burning desire they have of gambling all the time, however for someone that is truly addicted to gambling that cannot ever be the only solution to their problems, once a person has reached the point in which they can be considered to be addicted to something they need professional help, and while there are many therapies that can help them to overcome their problems it is not something that happens overnight and it is a process that can last for months or even a year.
Going into an environment even if they're too addicted already and they're needing a professional help. I think if the place is totally good and they can feel relaxed. That can help them to de stress and might give them the idea that it is what they want after all of those losses that they've made and the addiction that they've got. Nature can really help them to have that healing process and natural remove that addiction and will make them think that there should be something that they have to do instead of being a gambling addict. No one can stop them in gambling but with moderation.
