At some point I was actually buying bitcoin with cash and after losing some to various cloud mining services I am now only earning bitcoin by doing if possible signature campaigns or mostly trading alts for btc, also I put some in a investment site which only pays the dollars worth of bitcoin so they wont lose that's why is unlikely to be scam or ponzy.

Best way is to escrow all the funds haha and provide real time live video feed of the miners so people can access any time they want.
You can also provide the exact location address of your farm and company and your home address so people know how to find you if you got a funny feeling and decided to run away, still I doubt anyone trust you even if you provide all of that.
Result: don't push your luck you wont get any where with cloud mining.

It's really simple when people mine they sell and price goes down and people again start to mine so in the time by which takes them to mine some bitcoins other people are buying and price goes up, again miners come to sell price down, so this is the cycle that is going to be repeated till there are no bitcoins to mine, you can adjust your strategies by that estimation.
