2641  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk Ranking-up pipeline- Those close to their next rank (lacking Merits) on: November 03, 2021, 03:55:13 PM
This week's list was kind of a dud (though I only un-ignored a few sections, so there were probably a lot of posts I couldn't see) with the exception of Awaklara, who's made some pretty damn good posts in addition to his forum detective work.  If anyone else is looking for a quick way to dump some merits on someone, that's where I'd start on this list.
Skeptical Chymist, If it's not a secret, how many sections do you ignore?

As for the list, I think you are partly right, since I noticed a long time ago that there are a lot of users who have crossed the 80% barrier, but whose names did not appear in the weekly updates in the future, (you may think that I am one of them, but this is not the case because no matter how many merit received, I will not advance further due to lack of activity). I'm talking about those users who have enough activity and who once got into DdmrDdmr's weekly list, but without receiving any merit were transferred to the shadow list which I never managed to view (I just did not find it).

Quote
Currently, on those lists there are, lacking <= 20% merits to rank-up (activity may not be met though):

-   46 Heroes (on their way to Legendries)
-   72 Sr. Members (on their way to Heroes)
-   58 Full Members (on their way to Sr. Members)
-   42 Members (on their way to Full Members)
-   214 Jr. Members (on their way to Members)

No matter what is going to happen tonight, Juventus have more chance to win, do not see it surprising if Juventus won again today.
Also I see Chelsea have more chance to win today, including Bayern which are my best game. It will all be be fun this night.
Even a baby can predict the victory of Bayern / If anyone is interested, these are the odds predicted by artificial intelligence [or something like that]. But as far as I understand this forecast, without taking into account the possible participation of Pulisic, and without a weather forecast (since the likelihood of defeat for Dynamo would be much lower, since in Ukraine now the temperature is extremely low compared to Spain, not to mention the fact that it is raining in Kiev).

2646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: November 02, 2021, 05:51:17 PM
The last few Serie A games have shown that Juventus still has problems. The outcome of the match today can be absolutely any, I am even more inclined to the match with a small number of goals, perhaps the match can be without goals at all. I can't understand what is happening with Juventus, but I think that this is the lack of a leader in the team. Or maybe Juventus will play well in the Champions League, how was it before? Smiley
Like before? Can't you see a blank slate of Italians? Moreover, the main players of Juventus were locked up for 6 days in a training camp because of the idiotic game in Serie A, so if today was not a home match, then a completely different squad would play against Zenit. Well, why not? Juventus has already secured a way out of the group (99%), and if I were their coach, I would focus on Serie A to play in the Champions League instead of the Europa League next year.
2647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: November 02, 2021, 05:40:00 PM
Chealse is playing well, in the last game in London they won 4 - 0, I expect Chealse to win tonight as well, they are a stronger team, it's a fact. I also expect an easy game for Bayern, they won last time in Portugal, they are playing great football and I don't see that Benfica can do much, I am sure that Bayern is going for the win!
Christian Pulisic is not included in the starting line-up ... very strange, I would like that he entered the field at the first substitution. Even so, I think we will see a goal or two in the first half, so I chose a double chance for the first half [Malmo FF or Chelsea FC x 1.4], considering this outcome as safe as a Chelsea victory (but with a large coefficient).

If Barcelona wishes to stay in the race for the next stage they must win tonight! That one win is from the last match at home against Dinamo, 1 - 0! The last time Dinamo won against Barcelona was 24 years ago (just checked, in 1997 two wins, at home, and as guests).
I took care of Barça too ... and just like you, I noticed that Dynamo hadn’t scored a single goal yet, so I chose Barça to win with a coefficient of 3.43 [1x2 & Both Teams to Score]. Honestly, this is going to be a crazy weekend for me as I bet on almost every CL match, and at the same time it's all hardcore multi-bets.

LFC & buwaytress, congratulations from the bottom of my heart, first of all because it's cool to be a pioneer in beer hangouts with forum members!

I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun there, and hopefully the quarantine restrictions won't affect your trip to Emirates Stadium.  Tongue
2651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: October 30, 2021, 08:01:34 PM
I HATE predicting draws but yeah [...]
I only predict draws if I have a parallel multi bet that I don’t want to hedge but would upset me to lose. Although partly this is also hedging, but in this case I get nothing but points. As you can see in the La Liga pool, this does not work very well for me, since in just a few rounds I dropped almost 10 positions (but got some bitcoins). Although in the Serie A pool, this tactic works a little better, but still here I lost about 10 easy points when everyone got them.  Roll Eyes

Regarding LoyceV Software, I don't have any idea so NO. Although I would like to see LoyceV tools- his tools are exceptional like his contribution to the forum.
He's too humble to mention it first, so I asked knowing that he would receive a notification, lol ... so feel free to follow the link!

I hope this stays between us, but I think I can persuade him to give you one free test week!  Tongue

Great project and interesting coin! Good luck devs!  ..... Wink
God, over 6 years of the existence of this project, the lead developer is still publishing updates, bravo! But after all these years, it would be wise to think about rebranding [at least because "Shitcoin" implies a loss of investor interest, while I see crowds posting on this thread with great enthusiasm], I think the name "Asscoin" would quite accurately describe the background of the idea behind this coin.

In addition, I would gladly consider joining your team as the main shitposter or at least co-authoring the Shitpaper.  Tongue
2654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: October 30, 2021, 07:05:22 PM
Was it Man Utd that was just so good today, or it was just Tottenham being themselves again as we've seen repeatedly this season, I didn't watch yhe game live but I'm surprised by the scoreline, I would have expected a draw or marginal win from Man Utd.
Man, I would not rush to draw conclusions, since they have a meeting with Atalanta and Manchester City ahead of them, meetings after which Ronaldo will have problems with self-esteem. But in today's match, I think the nail in the coffin of such an unstable team as Tottenham was a goal before the break, honestly if I were a part of Spurs, I would have thought about this goal all 15 minutes of the break.

By the way, the other two goals scored did not play a special role, except for taking Spurs into the "top" four in the ratio of goals scored to goals conceded.  Grin

    1. 18321: OgNasty (Trust: +87 / =3 / -6) (DT1! (1) 1566 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
I have not checked the rest of this list, but I see a mismatch for this profile if you view this account using the prefix OgNasty:DT, ( +92 / =3 / -6).

I don't know for sure when you update the data, but I suspect the discrepancy may be caused by the fact that just before the update, I temporarily liquidated my list of mistrust (which included several inactive profiles whose reviews could affect OgNasty's trust rating). I mean that the remote trust list is displayed in the database and OG's correct rating is not.

Quoting for reference, and welcome to the forum!

In the other thread, I suggested that Watford & draw might be a good bet. So I will put my money where my mouth is! It is also fun to have someone supporting the ex haha. No matter, this is a great promo either way - thanks Steve!

I regret that you didn’t manage to win, but it’s your fault! Using Sportsbet you need to bet on Southampton like everyone else!

The Free bets for the Watford v Southampton match have been paid out..

PM me if you have not received it.. good luck guys!
I hope everyone who has won and received a free bet will not have to make a forced-voluntary donation.  Grin

Actually it's not only you, I'm sure many of the participants in this pool get the same result too. I didn't check all the results, but while I personally get a lot of reds but my position on the board doesn't change, at least I can assume they got bad results like I did too. The next match, Barcelona will play at home against Alaves and it looks like it will be a good opportunity for Barcelona to get points. Cheesy
Yes, I already saw that this round was unsuccessful for everyone, and on average each of us scored no more than 5 points, but whatever it is, this is definitely the worst round for me. But not the worst round in terms of prizes, as I managed to predict the play of Atletico in such a way that I got a free bet!  Cool

Reserved-

Ironically enough, I remember how you were part of the campaign I led!

It was a pleasure to do business with you in every sense of the word, so I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors! Btw, in order not to deviate from the topic ... do you have a fixed payment for your services or does it all depend on the number of participants? Do you use LoyceV's software? I asked about the price, since a 40% discount is a rather tempting offer, but you did not say how much your service costs roughly [to understand what kind of discount we are talking about].
2660  Economy / Reputation / Re: Top 1000 merit receivers who were not active the past 30 days. on: October 29, 2021, 12:43:59 PM
There are others as well who aren't on this list because they weren't top merit earners, and I'm thinking of xtraelv right off the top of my head, though there are others.
I think not much has changed in the last few months since I was interested in xtraelv's affairs, given that he continues to visit the forum, [he was online 5 days ago] but does not post anything. There was a time when I also had a break in publishing, I continued to read and surf the forum for more than a year, but did not publish anything (while I continued to feel involved in forum life).

As for xtraelv, I think he will not scold me if I say that everything is fine with him ... he leads a more active lifestyle than many of us, and in his free time he works to refute the lies that CSW has been telling for years, (at least that was the case a couple of weeks ago). Roll Eyes

There seems to be a lot of forum members who were last active in the 300-500 days ago range on this list. I can't help but wonder if these people were somehow negatively affected by covid. My guess is that at least some of them were.
I no longer remember who exactly published the comparative statistics of forum activity and the consequences of Covid, but I can say for sure that about a year ago the numbers were in the range of 30% of the total number of inactive users (the likelihood that someone stopped visiting the forum because of Covid).
