$1320 on Finex I'm a bit speechless now, this will not end up well. Great selling buying opportunity incomming holy molly what's that like 8-9% > stamps price. maybe at 20% over, the risk / reward is good enough to start go selling on finex? Dont use Finex untill the dust has cleared. You might have a better profit opportunity buying the dip, i dont know when that will happen.

SegWit is like letting Facebook adjust the Bitcoin's protocol "a bit" so that they could open their own payment channel of facebook money on the Bitcoin network. Yes, it's that bad, and so many brainwashed obedient sheeple just don't see it. It's just sad. We have one great thing that truly empowers personal freedom and belongs to the people and we're going to let the same old same old banksters infiltrate and corrupt it. With the same old techniques.
Let them do their bitcoin-based Paypal system. Here's what will happen. Blockstream is going to stick to their guns and Bitcoin will fork. Both sides will make money as the sum of the forks will be a price increase. After the fork, regular users will see that they can't get any transactions done on the SegWit chain because of only having half (or less) of the hash rate and only 1MB blocks. Then people will start selling off their SegWit coins for 'big block' coins, and we'll eventually be back to one bitcoin again. I'm for forking to big blocks right now, but I can understand why miners want to wait. That's good reasoning. I also think that ethereum classic is the one that eventually gets more popular. so even if in the beginning segwitcoin generates more media and might even trade on pretty decent prices it is the losing fork in the long run. and then all those whiners who are still butthurt for not buying bitcoin "when it was cheap" miss the train again by not buying into the big blocks bitcoin when it was cheap. When the fork happens, it might become hard to withdraw or exchange the SW/Core-Bitcoin because the TX times/fees will be ridiculous. I would switch them out right away. That will not happen, the switch will add a decent hit in price and hash power but after 10 min BU miners will flow back ore they go bankrupt. The users are still secured enough during the process. I wonder, do you really trust BU software and nodes? well, i dont anymore they had there shot and blew it. Segwitt might not be 'perfect' but it is still the best possible update Bitcoin can have. You need to make consessions i strongly advice to pick SW.

WW3? = Total war? Millions of young men rallies behind there flag, millions of woman working 24/7 making guns etc, brutal labour camps? Humans can be very ingenious when it comes to killing each other when you consider what we got at oure disposal these days.
I hope it will never happen.

ASIC mining has always been a den of thieves, scam-artists, conmen and bullshitters.
God knows how many people have been ripped off and turned off bitcoin by collapsed, scammy or outright thieving cheats surrounding ASIC mining schemes. Jihan is just the latest King Rat shithead that is at the top of the dung-heap for now ... the sooner people get used to the idea that ASIC miner producers and mining farms are generally a bunch of scumbag fucktards that have never given two shits about bitcoin the sooner we can move ahead on a sound philosophical basis.
Any devs who try to make nice with the miners is setting themselves up for fail ... the miners need to be treated like shit (mostly because they are a bunch of shit) or else they will ruin it.
Even monkeys and babies know to avoid unhelpful, anti-social individuals.
Well said Marcus, +1.

LOL this is must be a joke, seeking shelter with his /rbtc friends.

Hard to speculate, a lot of money involed in those corrupted ASICS. Jihan's overlord(s) needs to make consessions with a mega loss ore they go bankrupt with PoW change. Good change they will swich to support Segwit with slime on there faces. I think they will find an excuse to maintain mining, they wont give up there business that fast. However, there reputation is rock bottom completely destroyed by greed

I love youre firework pic Icebreaker, i always knew someday this disgusting hostile take over will end like that.

Jihan, Roger and almost all BU supporters are the most disgusting people i've ever seen in my whole Bitcoin ''career''.

Fucking over everyone using bitcoin is great... Potential user sees a group that's able to game the system with an advantage, and want's to run the other way. Was it illegal, who knows. Amoral, unethical, fucked up central banker shit absolutely.
Well I would agree that given the context of Bitcoin that everyone should be able to compete fairly, a patent should be unenforceable, but I wouldn't blame Jihan for trying to mine. Everyone using ASICs is trying to gain an advantage. Ridiculous imo to try to change the PoW... its the last thing Core should be doing. Dude, it's considered an attack because whoever gets this efficiency eventually out competes all other miners, making mining centralization the end result. If any of the components which make bitcoin a truly decentralized P2P network is captured by any means, in this case centralization, then bitcoin looses it's fundamental properties. That's why ASICBOOST is considered an attack. If you fork and bankrupt miners who bought hardware, Bitcoin can never again be trusted. It means Bitcoin is run by democracy and not by immutability. Satoshi (Nash) will roll over in his grave.
The whales of Bitcoin will destroy any such fork. I guarantee you that!
On the contrary, in this case those miners are corrupted. People will be relieved when they are gone.

Who can trust polls after Hillary lost when all polls said she must win? Must or will win? Every single important poll is paid for by lobbyists. Bitcoin polls is no better than polls on politicians. Can you show me proof if those lobbyists bribed the Bitcoin community? I think you're talking FUD. Luckily Bitcoin has a built-in voting mechanism, called hashrate. The market doesn't want to see mining become to much centralised, lets stay Bitcoin decentralised as possible ok? I got another poll from the community which i think you will not like it

This only actually applies in the event of a hard fork. If a hard fork happens, then we'll have the clear lines drawn up between different camps to make our decision. Right now, our only real power is our potential power in the future (if the BU camp knows that no users will use the new coin, they would mostly give up).
Right now, the miners have the power. Ironically, while BU supposedly wants to give miners power, we could take it all away from them if a fork actually happened and go back to BTC from BTU.
Those ''miners'' are just a few anoying flyz with way to many hashing power, i got another poll which shows uss the market wants Segwit NOT BU.
