I'm tring to contact him since a month but don't know why he's ignoring me.. He shouldn't do this if he is not at fault. Even tagging him here won't work. Maybe he is intentionally ignoring this thread.
Your account woke up a few days ago, what month are you talking about? In addition, you can claim all accounts that have some pause in activity and accuse them of having stolen your account due to your own carelessness. Why joeperry? There are cooler accounts. Do not be shy.

It is the fact that young people are interested in bitcoin that gives hope for the future of bitcoin. I salute all the people living in Nigeria who do not give up on their life's difficulties and are interested in new technologies. I know that finding a job for a young person who is just starting to provide for himself is quite difficult. And I see here on the forum people from Nigeria who are studying or helping to educate their peers, and everyone in their country, about investing in bitcoin. If the government cannot provide people with an acceptable lifestyle, then who will fight for a better life? Of course, young people I fully support this. Let bitcoin be a reliable assistant to such people and bring them a normal existence in the future without all sorts of barriers.

Overall, there's really no reason to go to war. In simple terms, war is bad and has to be avoided. If all the energy and money and other resources spent on wars would instead be focused on something else, the world condition would be a lot better.
Especially in the age of globalization, wars would really cause a lot of damage. Russia's invasion attempt of Ukraine gives us an idea of how limited violence could produce global effects.
I fully support your words. All the finances spent on maintaining wars could be directed in a peaceful direction, to help poor countries that barely survive from hunger and lack of water. But none of the wars starts from scratch; it is always beneficial to those who pump millions into weapons production. And the actions of rulers who can influence the world with diplomatic relations between countries are always correct. But unfortunately, in our time, there are no such rulers who could act for the people, not for the country's prestige.

My applause, OP. You have made yourself an unforgettable gift for your birthday. It is very nice to know that there are altruists like you in the world who donate their time to children for free. Nowadays, when the world counts every second, you take time off from work in order to educate children about Bitcoin for free. I really hope that you were able to interest them. But I want to believe that your lessons will not end with an hour and a half of lectures. Children are quickly distracted, and if their interest is not maintained, one lesson will remain one that can be forgotten. I sincerely wish that the younger generation starts looking to the future with the confidence that they can achieve the best in their lives, and thank you, OP, for taking such kind steps. Happy birthday!

I've seen actmyname have a lot of neutral tags for the same reason, so why do you just think JollyGood does it and leaves you so paranoid about getting hurt in the future?
I think the OP rightly cares about the future. He's already told you about it. After looking at JollyGood's account, one can really understand that this guy is very harsh with his tags. I actually care because I might be a victim some other day hence I don't know JollyGood or heard anything about him. I also stated clearly in my post what prompted me to check his profile.
The next step JollyGood can take is to change the tag from neutral to negative. After all, you yourself showed an example of how, over time, he changed his assessment. I don't think Jolly will follow them, but there is a warning, and it is advisable not to catch his eye, no matter how funny it is said. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

I've been noticing this particular aspect in this forum since I joined in February of this year. Many legendary members do not receive more merits than lower rank members, in my opinion.
There was one interesting topic, here on the meta. Here Is One Reason Why Legendary Members Get So Many MeritsShe completely refutes what you said. I think you will change your mind about legendary accounts getting less merit. Also, take note that beginners who are just trying to get on their feet don't always pretend to be who they are. A lot of "manuals" created by beginners are subsequently challenged by more senior ranks. What does it say? Don't try to be cooler than you are. I see that legends get merits easily; they are natural. In addition, it is possible that they do not go in cycles for merits; the latter comes to them easily. If you just live on the forum and slowly increase your rank, it will come to you as quickly as possible. "Any action gives rise to a reaction." Just let go of your observation of who and how many merits are received. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

The reference link is incorrect. It leads simply to the topic, and no one can verify its authenticity. Perhaps you, Jollygood, need to add a link from the archives if you really want to. OP, the neutral tag doesn't mean anything; actmyname does exactly the same, but it's much clearer and has a blacklist. Maybe you, Jollygood, should do something similar. And people would have fewer questions. Also, just reporting the post to the moderators and letting them judge the correctness of the post could also solve the problems with another impending drama.

I could imagine how long it took you to compile all the list of questions asked by newbies.
Didn't you see the link the OP provided in his post? https://www.cashay.com/74-bitcoin-questions-answered-202033293-142831992.htmlHow long can it take to copy and paste on a forum? I don't think it will take very long. It was enough to describe all this in a nutshell, to refer to the original author from 2017, this would further reduce the OP in time. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

It's no secret that buying accounts will be of interest either to scammers or bounty hunters who are going to participate in signature companies. I agree with you that the rules should be more specific. Either you can buy it or you can't. But in the rules, we see there is a small note that this is not welcome, so the one who bought should be prepared for any outcome in the future. I know purchased accounts are tagged on a case-by-case basis, although buying and impersonating someone else is a sign of fraud. And such accounts need to have a negative tag by default. This has been brought up many times, but until now the rules remain as they were at the beginning, so OP, you have made fair comments, but they will not change anything.

That's never going to work in Linux ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) because the virus has a 95% or larger chance of failing when it attempts to load itself due to the highly volatile nature of Linux kernel modules and the libraries responsible for input (ahem... X Window System). Thanks, I didn't know that. Interesting. I never check my mail. And there are a lot of people like me who have email but do not use it. I wonder what the scammers are counting on? How would they warn people who don't read emails? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) They want to get a good amount of bitcoins, I would even agree to give them my phone if they gave me that much. I have Linux, and I just won't pay attention to such idiots. I'm surprised that there are people who fall for this bait. Just pass by.

For some beginners, it will be a good sign if they are only deceived by scammers once. This is a fantastic experience and practice that is more valuable than theory. We talk daily on the forum about the dangers of the Internet, about scammers, and in particular about the need to carefully double-check everything before investing your money in any project. But it has been repeatedly observed that if a person once encounters scammers, it leaves a good scar and constantly reminds him that he should no longer be so gullible. In addition, if a person does return to crypto after cheating, this also indicates that he has serious intentions and will not back down from learning.

I don't think we should force everyone to be patient. Sometimes people's circumstances play against them. If they are willing to sell at a loss, that is their right. I would not call such people fools, or, as the OP writes, mentally retarded. Everyone has personal freedom. If they want to change to fiat, let them do it. I always support the policy of living life to the fullest in the here and now. You need to be able to hold Bitcoin to a good price, but you should not infringe on your desires today. A situation may arise when all big money will no longer be as joyful one day as what is needed now.

I don't understand why so many of you insist that I should use my original account.
If your accusations are true, you should not be afraid. But we see that you yourself are not sure about this. And this is a situation that can develop from nothing into a drama. And then, if you consider the manager to be so wrong—if he breaks the rules—is it logical that you should participate in his company? First, you must reach an agreement with yourself, and then you must blame the person who believes the forum.

For me, working outside the home seems like a lot of trouble. It is necessary to wake up on time and allocate time to do makeup, then there are the road and traffic jams; and finally, communication with not always desirable people. Working from home, I belong only to myself. There is an opportunity to get enough sleep and do all the important and necessary things that my family needs, and only after that can I devote time to my work. I see it as complete freedom. What I need to do when the day is lacking, I can borrow from the night. But the work will get done anyway, and it won't make me a robot doing the same movements every day.

A long-term goal that will last a lifetime? OP, how many years of life have you measured for yourself? How many years to wait? And why do you judge what is right or wrong? Everyone has the right to think as he pleases. For some, bitcoin is money, someone is ready to invest in it, and someone is not ready to wait a lifetime. I prefer a quiet investment, without fanaticism, and without denying my own work, from which I allocate some interest to invest in bitcoin. Again, I am not rejecting the study of bitcoin, but I am not suggesting that it be celebrated as the center of the universe on which my entire life may depend. Do you want to refute it?

What I don't understand from all these stories is, why would you quit your full-time job to invest in bitcoin? You write that you quit your job. So what? Next, you invested in bitcoin with the money that you earned working as a courier. What's next? Have you calmed down and started waiting for growth? I don't know OP; for some reason, this story confuses me. It's just unwise to do it the way you describe it. In your story, you are lucky, but things could have been different. But even in a bad case, Bitcoin could also change your life. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Besides, how did you live? Earning $300 a month, you invest $10,000. You describe it as money saved from working as a courier. Did you save for over three years and then invest everything? Storyteller?

I think you are confusing respect with basic courtesy and human decency. But beyond basic courtesy, it's not as if he or she must be respected by default. Ultimately, I think the only way to truly earn someone else's respect is to put in the effort to develop yourself into a person worthy of it.
Despite that here is a place that we don't see each other image, if really we see each other live, you would have understand that respect doesn't be measured base on what you contribute to the society that lights, but base on who you are. Yes i can agree with you that we earn a respect due to your activities but it's not a necessary or necessities that if you have not done what that make you to deserve respect you not earn it, you are just seeing it with one sided understanding. I will intervene in your conversation. Help me understand your post. Why should I respect a person who is clearly lying and shows disrespect for other people? But I think what you mean is that we must respect any point of view and recognize other people's merits. But if we talk about the OP, then he showed his merits and showed his intention to deceive people by creating his posts. Do you really respect him? In addition, as it was too similar to your answer, you simply did not understand the situation. Sometimes it's good to give an opinion by reading the entire post history.
