2642  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to join signature campaign? on: May 21, 2015, 04:53:33 PM
Joining signature campaign might help you to earn BTC right?

Then how to join and where to join ?

Invest in a Full Member or above account in the digital goods section.  You won't have to wait nearly as long to get a decent pay rate for your posts.
2643  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How safe is bitcoin address? on: May 21, 2015, 04:52:24 PM
Hello. How safe is it to input a bitcoin address into a site eg to receive bitcoins you need to give your bitcoin address. Can anyone then empty your account with this address? I use Coinbase address.
Thanks in advance.

Another good thing to do would be to invest in a Trezor hardware wallet.  They are considered to be incredibly secure.   They are around $100, so it just depends on how much BTC you have if it would be worth it to you or not.
2644  Economy / Auctions / Start Your Own Bitcoin Poker Site - BTC Poker Mavens Integration Script. on: May 21, 2015, 05:31:21 AM
Have you ever dreamed of starting your own Bitcoin poker site?   It is now easier than ever!

We had this custom script made for http://allincrypto.com.  It allows for you to integrate a copy of the legendary Poker Mavens software with Bitcoin.  It features quite a few bells and whistles that we felt would help make a good poker site.

Script features:
*Accept Bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals.    23 other crypto's can be used for deposit as well via the Shapeshift.io API.
*2 Factor Authentication
*Admin Panel for withdraw approvals
*Withdraws can be by approval, or automatic.   Trusted users can be whitelisted to have their withdrawals processed instantly.
*Email based password recovery
*Variable withdrawal fee
*Script communicates directly with the Poker Mavens API.   Balance changes are automatic.

What do you get?
Script + Installation Instructions.  Base support will be provided for free, while a complete install will cost an additional 1 BTC.

What do you need?
*Pro or Gold Poker Mavens License.
*Server - Poker Mavens is a Windows only binary, so if you wish to run the script on the same server you will need a decent Windows server with WAMP.  If you wish to run the web server on a Linux machine, Poker Mavens will need to be run elsewhere.
*Blockchain.info Account (free)
*Shapeshift.io API Key (free)

2646  Economy / Auctions / Re: Start Your Own Bitcoin Poker Site - BTC Poker Mavens Integration Script. on: May 19, 2015, 04:24:06 PM
This is for the script so am I right thinking you could actually sell this as many times as you want? If so will you be starting another auction?

No he wont be able to sell it more than once as poker mavens comes with a software and esch software has a key which can be used once so he wont be able to sell more than once Wink

Please read the auction before commenting.   A poker mavens license is not included with this sale.
2647  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ~3700 login details of ecurrency users!! on: May 19, 2015, 05:58:11 AM
Well if was not secure and you done a hack etc and then they said is not insecure sort don't blame one for selling to gain from it but then that's exploiting others people details and them at a loss if funds are on accounts. No doubt admin could simply made a mass email send out to account holders to change passwords and details too.

Yes, but considering admin is profitting of of their personal info, I doubt he will do that.  Admin, please realize that you are likely selling very sensitive personal information and that you could easily wind up hurting someone badly by doing this.
2648  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: PROMOTING AN PRODUCT ? how ? on: May 19, 2015, 05:54:06 AM
Is there any tip how to promote such an product?

Thanks

edit:
advertising? but where ? free advertising

There is no better advertisement for a product than positive legitimate reviews from actual customers.    Also, sig campaigns and PPC advertising is a good start also.
2649  Other / Politics & Society / Re: police kill again on: May 19, 2015, 05:46:59 AM

I'm not justifying their actions, but we weren't there so we can't know the whole truth.   Everyone is quick to judge police in these situations but the truth is that they have to make life and death situations on a daily basis.

2651  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coindice,Johny1976 Scam. Sell script with bugs. on: May 19, 2015, 05:37:53 AM
I heard many stories like this and many postings in Johny's thread were deleted. why could no one find the exploit in the script before going online? is it really that difficult? I am asking this because I am not a coder.

It's possible the bug could be there on purpose, to allow the author to steal any deposits.

I've left a neutral feedback - can't leave negative if there was no guarantee the program would be bug free.   Undecided

VOD, it was not specifically stated that the program would be "bug free", however it was specifically stated that if a user lost money due to bugged code that he would pay up to the price of the script.    He refused to honor his guarantee until I posted a long post about my situation.   It seems he is doing that again to OP.   I am still out the entire price of the script, but whatever.   At least I got a little back.
2652  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coindice,Johny1976 Scam. Sell script with bugs. on: May 19, 2015, 02:39:28 AM
The same thing happened to me but with the coinjack script.   Johny made up excuse after excuse to not pay his guarantee.  He even specifically told me to delete my VPS, then when I deleted it, he suddenly wanted access to the server again.
2653  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: gambling..its taking me out.. on: May 18, 2015, 12:40:42 PM
it is not even 1 year since i have been introduced to bitcoin and i have already lost 1+ btc in gambling with not much profit, as whatever big or less profit i used to get i used to invest it again in gambling.

hey guys you all here are old bitcoin studs, please suggest me how to resist the impulsive nature to not put my money on stake, and how you guys manage to stop at that point when you think that im done and i shouldnt stake much as i will lose everything..

how to feel that point that its enough for today.. Undecided

1 BTC isn't really that bad of a loss.   However, what you can do is keep your BTC in paper wallet format.  That will make it slightly more difficult to spend.
2654  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I think I fried my laptop while mining on: May 18, 2015, 04:53:59 AM
Hey all. First of all, I'm a newbie to mining and like most newbies I jumped head first and started mining from my laptop without reading about the possible consequences. I have a Lenovo y510p, one year old. Four days ago I left it mining for 6 hours straight while I was away and when I got back everything was fine. I noticed it was generating a lot of heat and got a little worried but as soon as I stopped the mining everything was fine. The next few days the laptop worked normally. I thought it was a bit slower at times but I thought I'm just being paranoid. Either way I decided not to mine anymore. Today, 4days after mining I woke up and turned on the laptop and after a few minutes of running a video in vlc player, everything froze. Video was playing but I couldn't open google chrome or anything else. I restarted and it wouldn't start up. Windows kept diagnosing the problem and it finally said that I need to do a system restore. I haven't done it yet because I wanted to hear some opinions before losing stuff on my hard drive. If it is indeed because of mining, what exacy my got fried? Which part will I need to replace? And wouldn't it have been fried right away? Is it possible that its not that bad? I can take it back to the store as its still in warranty but its in a different city so I need to make sure I tried everything beforehand. Thanks and sorry for typos, writing from my phone.

If you were mining with a GPU on a y510p and have the dual GPU model, chances are you fried the secondary GPU.   The fan is tiny and inadequate in it.   Try taking the SLI gpu out and see if it works like that.
2655  Other / Off-topic / Re: What should i build with my RPI ? on: May 18, 2015, 04:46:53 AM
Looking for some ideas on what to build with my RPI(S) hehe. i'm currently building a full scale Arcade box but its almost done so i need a new project.

i was thinking about building a Server for storage with a metal box + Solar cells to make it self powered, but i'm not sure. do you guys have any ideas ?

I made a LAMP server with mine.   It runs surprisingly well and is pretty responsive for a $40 little machine.  I would recommend moving the OS to a flash drive as the SD card doesn't last long being accessed that often.

2660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Merged mining on: May 17, 2015, 05:08:08 AM
Hello boys and girls.

I have a question regarding merged mining. A pretty basic question, I thought, but I can't seem to find any commentary on it. So here goes.

If a coin can be merged mined, is it to one specific "parent" coin, or any coin that uses the same algorithm?

The parent is defined in the code of the AuxPOW coin.   You can read about it here: https://www.coinmanual.com/tag/auxpow/

The cool thing about AuxPOW is that when you have multiple AuxPOW coins with the same parent, you can mine all off those coins at the same time.
