The insurance fund only grew until it was paid out.

^ Cut through the deflection and we have this one statement.   What does that have to do with what I posted?

When you knew he was going to default, you decided to create an insurance fund and forced everyone to accept that instead of coin you got back from pirate.  That is where you scammed everyone, by pretending you never received any coin.

Quote from: signature link - good read!
Unlike previous months no details on total invested or paid out are shared.
Reserve fund = ~BTC65, investments = ~BTC2,000.

Moving discussion since this is a scandal summary thread.

Edit:  Reposted since it is on topic here.

2643  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Develop From the Ground to Startup & Beyond..... on: April 07, 2020, 07:12:01 PM
We have a new project which we would like to implement. At the moments I do not have much of a budget to hire many people for those tasks, that's why we are looking for partners who will get shares from each project.

These people will own shares of my company.

What % of shares do you plan to give away for development?
What % of shares do you plan to use for fundraising?
What % of shares will the founders get?
And finally, what is your projected revenue?

Answering these questions will help you attract the right people financial wise.
2644  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Listing your token on a cryptocurrency exchange on: April 07, 2020, 08:23:32 AM
We'll be waiting for these developers to come down here and post their testimonials unless half of these developers come down here and give you 100% positive feedback people should be careful about this offer.

It's odd that none of these coins have ever commented about his service anywhere.   And this work could not have been done recently, since no one would pay 16btc for their services with no records...

16 hours to my gender relationship reveal with Lauda!   Smiley
2646  Other / Meta / Re: The Objective Standards Guild - Testimonium Libertatem Iustitia on: April 07, 2020, 08:07:21 AM
My efforts have had a considerable positive impact on the trust system over the years.

Up to debate lol.   Considerable as in first and only member who officially belongs nowhere near DT.

And you want us to follow a drunk in a revolution?   Roll Eyes
2647  Other / Off-topic / Re: Gender reveal party - with social distancing! on: April 07, 2020, 07:04:48 AM
I read a bit of it, but I couldn't see any name Lauda.
That's because it was my gender reveal party, not Lauda's. Though in all honesty it probably just raised further questions. I've said before that Lauda can't be permitted to have a monopoly on gender confusion. Smiley

OK.  I will read it and may merit you.  Congratulations dude or dudette.  Smiley
2648  Economy / Reputation / Re: “bonesjonesreturns” claims that “Nobody has dared try to refute the evidence” on: April 07, 2020, 06:51:56 AM
So as you've already mentioned, Vod is right. This asshat can't be reasoned with and is better left ignored. He should absolutely be banned for trolling.

It was my "fault" for reanimating him by pointing out how he is manipulating the trust system by including the same members among his 3 accounts.

Well, look who is encouraging him:

Stealing my thunder?

I don't think I saw that thread, sorry.  I read a bit of it, but I couldn't see any name Lauda.  This gender reveal party is just for me and has no influence on anyone else.   Yes, I am being selfish drawing so much attention to my laziness, but it's been bugging me for years.
2650  Other / Off-topic / Re: Gender reveal party - with social distancing! on: April 07, 2020, 06:30:23 AM
So...  How will this “reveal” actually work?

Why... Thank you for asking nullius.  Smiley

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5238496.0

I had to lock it for poor planning.  Discussion can happen here after the reveal.  This time, I'll ask people not to post if they are going to troll others with repetitive info.
2651  Other / Off-topic / Gender reveal party - with social distancing! on: April 07, 2020, 06:23:20 AM
Lauda has been instrumental in the development of the trust system and this forum would be a lot different without him/her/it/Lauda.

Create a Theme. For your baby reveal party, go simple with pink and blue cocktails, candles, plates, cups, napkins—you name it.

Set the date and invite guests. Send your invitations out at least six hours ahead of time, so you can get your gender-determining hash value, and even release it as a collectible!

Document the event. Have your parsers and/or imagine capture software registered and ready to go. Ask a trusted profile member to be your shill if the randomness does not go your way.

Thanks to parents.com

Thank your guests. Have posters participate in some gender reveal party games!

I'm hoping for a girl, since the name Lauda reminds me of Laura from LHotP, but no one forces you to feel the same way.
2652  Other / Off-topic / Re: Thanks everyone... on: April 07, 2020, 04:55:44 AM
This is my 100th post in this wonderful forum.

Congrats on your achievement!  If you had wanted your name to be crycryptocry, now is the best time to ask!  Smiley

It reminds me of this video:

2653  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OgNasty Ponzi passthrough and ponzi fans.. BTC losses everywhere he goes on: April 07, 2020, 04:29:21 AM
I decided to bump this so we don't keep going off topic in the other thread.

At this point, OG is sticking to his "insurance" facts.  He paid out 65 BTC while holding as many as 2,600 BTC.   More digging through the blockchain is needed.

He has tried to extort me again in the liar thread - I have ignored him - so expect to see yet another thread full of deflection.

Hopefully someone will help out as this is quite a pain in the ass.

OgNasty was returning 8%-12% monthly for about three months while investing in a ponzi scheme that was paying out as much as 1% daily.  Yet OgNasty still claims to have been doing the community a favor. (emphasis vod)

I will help you TS.

1% daily is as much as 136% monthly!   I would say he pocketed the difference between the 136% and 12%, but he actually pocketed the entire thing when pirate defaulted.  :/

I would love to have a skype/phone/whatever conversation to explain exactly what a scumbag OGNasty really is.

I can prove he's a liar.

I can prove he abuses the trust system.

Let's talk about it, if anyone cares.

Is this offer still open?  OGNasty is changing his story.  :/

(defense / deflection)
I didn’t know he was going to default. I knew what everyone else knew and you are a piece of shit to pretend otherwise. You make up numbers with no knowledge of what occurred and spread it like a disease on this community. Unfortunately, unlike your friends and family, this community can’t just abandon you to your own miserable life. We have to put up with your bullshit and lies until you grace us with your departure.

He asked if anyone else knew - now he is assuming everyone else thinks as he does.
Well, common sense has to play a role as well.  Is there anyone who thought Patrick Harnett & Pirate were doing honest dealings?  I certainly hope not.

I have suspended my investigation into his scam for now due time constraints volunteering security at the hospitals.   (Believe it or not, there is a major guard shortage right now everywhere.)  But I'm always interested when the prime suspect changes his primary defense.
2654  Economy / Reputation / Re: Ree lauda the scammers gender pretending to be female? on: April 07, 2020, 02:52:34 AM
Since vod locked down his thread moments after opening it

I reported your off topic, and am waiting for it's removal before I unlock.  Don't post in that thread again.
2655  Other / Politics & Society / Re: People start killing themselves due to COVID19 virus fears. on: April 07, 2020, 02:32:00 AM
I’d killed me self too if I’m heavily in debt in a time of crisis, but to kys for virus is a new achievement.
You've gone mad. Suicide doesn't solve any problems.

It does solve the immediate anxiety.   Our bodies use anxiety to bring unconscious thought to our attention.   At a time of crisis, a person may believe a long painful death (or life) awaits them and choose to avoid that.  If they have been thinking about it for a while, or have used drugs to help anxiety, fluctuations in the brain chemistry can drive a person to realize there is no further reason to live.

2656  Economy / Reputation / Re: “bonesjonesreturns” claims that “Nobody has dared try to refute the evidence” on: April 07, 2020, 02:25:30 AM
Like you posted once, no one is going to care if an internet troll insulted you.

There is very little form of law on this forum as far as what can be posted - you will not win legal or logical battles with a troll.

Ignore him and he'll move on elsewhere until he gets bored.  Smiley
2657  Economy / Reputation / Lauda's null gender on: April 07, 2020, 02:22:01 AM
I understand there are multiple reasons one would want to hide private details, but not knowing what to call a person bothers the hell out of me.  I just don't think of terms meaning both genders - I always want to post he or she.

Lauda's gender doesn't matter to me, but I want to pick one as long as everyone knows it's based on randomness and not fact.

Let's say the first bitcoin block on or after 20/04/08 00:00:00 - about 20 hours from now.

The first hash timestammp on ASpril 8, 2020 on https://blockchain.info will be used.

The last digit of the hash can be 0-9 and a-z.  Numbering from 0-36 as follows:
0..9 convert to int 0..9
a..z convert to int 10..36

An odd int on the last character of of the first hash means I'll refer to Lauda as female.   Even ints or zero I'll refer to Lauda as male.
2658  Other / Meta / Re: DT slowly improving but why do some proven scammers remain on DT1 on: April 07, 2020, 12:17:12 AM
Who the fuck is zorrobeck?

You sound like TECHSHARE - he misspells everyone's name but then asks "Who the fuck is..." when you misspell his.  :/
2659  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [BPIP] Bitcointalk Public Information Project [Back in Action] on: April 07, 2020, 12:09:09 AM
A rare event is happening soon...

There will be a change in the Activity rank on BPIP - at the next activity update I will move up one spot due to an inactive member.  Smiley

Elwar and gmaxwell will be next.   There are no more inactive members ahead of us though.  Sad
2660  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Plead] Phinnaeus Gage's User Moniker Manifested Due to a Malignant Brain Tumor on: April 06, 2020, 11:36:13 PM
I'm a little bit worried as well, the BTC address seems to be only receiving Bitcoin but there are no outgoing transactions. Are there any members here who are close to Phinnaeus Gage or some of his family members? Because they might not even know that he is receiving donations and he might not even be able to use the BTC he have received. We need to here some updates if he is ok and maybe give some assistance to his family.
