The problem is that Mbappe has got a taste of higher power. It will be really hard for him to let it go. I am quite sure that if he does go to Real Madrid he will have to take a pay cut. I am also not sure that he is going to agree to that as well. But right now I don't believe that going to Real Madrid is a necessity for him. Because PSG is doing quite well right now. The team is performing well together and under the authority of the new coach, they are performing well. But if this time they cannot win the Champions League title I think not only him but also other players like Neymar and Messi also will take moving into serious consideration.
I still believe that the Mbappe could boost a lot his career in La Liga with Real Madrid but he already took his decision to stay in PSG.
Honestly I don't see PSG more powerful than this season, they have everything to win Champions League, I can't imagine what will happen to them if they don't.. Messi will eventually try to get back to Barcelona if possible. Otherwise Neymar won't find a better salary so I think he will stay with PSG. Mbappe will be forced to stay in PSG, he doesn't have much choices..
2642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: September 29, 2022, 08:58:34 PM
I don't completely agree with this, Because winter in Qatar lasts for 3.1 months, from December 4 to March 8, with average daily highs below 26°C. The coldest month of the year in Doha is January, with an average low of 14°C and a high of 22°C. So this can benefit many countries competing for trophy.

Just looking at temperatures can be misleading. We have to count on the humidity levels and the thermal sensation. Which for those who are practicing a physical activity, are very significant elements.

Now, the fact that the World Cup is held in different places is also to create different difficulties for all teams. You can't just think about big teams.
These factors should be taken on consideration although I remember Qatar took mesures to improve climate in Stadium.
Apart from Europeans countries and Canada +/- USA, the remaining nations are somewhat used to play in similar conditions.

Honestly I think that Spain and Italy are the most unlikely teams to win the Nations League.

Spain were quite in trouble against Portugal actually. People who have watched the match are already aware of how many dangerous chance Portugal found but couldn't take advantage of any. Spain got really lucky in that match and their goal was also due to a defensive mistake. When it comes to Italy they are already not very reliable team as well. I appreciate their getting two wins in their last group matches because this form helped them finish as leader. However they gave so many goal chances to Hungary and England both in those matches. Defensive issues might cause them to be eliminated in next stage.
Italy and Spain are favourites for sure. From here to June 2023, throughout World Cup, many things could change including management, injuries and so on.
Netherlands is an interesting team too, we will see how far they could go in World Cup first. CR7 is less likely to win but who knows.

C Ronaldo will consider moving to his local league than going to Bayern if Manchester United will let him go, am not sure if Manchester United Wes
I sell him soon. He's part of Teng's long-time plan. Except Manchester United buy Good striker next season who can fit in.
With what I'm noticing, the best Manchester united will do to balance their team,. Is to buy striker and without that Manchester united will lose most of their matches. Another option is to sell Ronald. Concerning going to local league and Bayern, the way I'm seeing Ronald, it will prefer playing in Bayern than playing local irrespective of the financial value that will be involved,  players like to perform will they will view than local. Except that it's players that is money minded
AFAIK Bayern said clearly and more than once that they have no intention to bring CR7. This is mainly due to his salary and his age. BTW that was said before he drops much in performance.. so why would they took him now while they can pick another young talented player? In World Cup we might discover some of them.

Yesterday I watched Brazil again, vs Tunisia
You can watch the highlights here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxpTM0NB4_4

Again, the squad showed vitality and disposition throughout the entire game, same as they did with Ghana, but it was 5 x 1 this time.
In my opinion, Ghana is playing better than Tunisia. This last one will have difficulty to beat Australia and Denmark if they don't improve.

But coming back to Brazil, the coach Tite now have a good headache choosing the 26 players, I think 24 are already choosed, but there's 2 open spots, probably Pedro will get one.
Now again, I feel confident Brazil can play at exactly same level as Argentina, France, Germany, Spain...
I watched the game and it was not equilibrated. Tunisia is weaker than Brazil, making silly mistakes. It is like playing with a 99 level team vs 60 one at best.
The goals scored by Brazil are good. The red card that the Tunisian player got it is the stupidest thing that could occur while playing vs a team better than you. Don't know what's the point of injuring Neymar that way? Brazil has alternatives that could be dangerous too...
What worried me is the fact that they just scored 1 goal in the second half after switching players. Cannot analyse exactly the second half since It gets annoying for me but Brazil could ended the game with more goals.
2646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: September 28, 2022, 07:09:54 PM
-snip-
It's never over until it's over as I don't think both Lionel Messi and Ronaldo are finished player's already. Portugal are my biggest country to take the World Cup. If hard way is the best way then, I believe in the hard way.
You don't write a teams off completely. And also, it hasn't been all about Ronaldo lately, how many goals has he scored? It has been all round the club and team, I think he is still not fit completely since he missed out on the pre season game's.

They shouldn't have defended too much but the pressure from Spain was just too high, immediately I saw the cross to Williams the Athletico Bilbao player I knew it was going goal, Morata was clearly onside as he slotted the ball in.
Judgment doesn't come from a single player or a game but from the overall environment.
Qatar has its wild characteristics although all they done to make it affordable, otherwise World Cup wouldn't be delayed. South America teams, mainly Brazil and Argentina are in top performance while Europeans dropped, yet some of them remained quite good.
When you see how Portugal succeeded to get a ticket for the World Cup and the way they are performing you know they will not get to the finals that easily. Of course many surprises happen but I can't place Portugal in the first contenders nations. It is not about my feelings but stats mainly. Meanwhile there isn't an exact science in football.
2647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen If Bitcoin got stabled ? on: September 28, 2022, 06:59:37 PM
I think 90% of BTC adoption could make it to be stable
it may happen if the adoption of 90% Bitcoin will make the price stable, but there are many other factors that can also stabilize the price of Bitcoin.
if bitcoin is truly stable in price then the prolonged downturn in the crypto market also known as the crypto winter could end very soon.
In order to something to be stable, we should define stability by something, no?
Current "stable" coins are pegged to USD, so they are going up and down when we compare them to other coins /FIAT and stable for USD only.
It is not about how much adoption will determine the volatility of the price. It is about which thing it will be pegged to? USD or other FIAT that could be manipulated by govs and central banks? Gold or other precious metals that tends to increase? Oil that will disappear? Bitcoin doesn't have to stay stable, it is not already intended to.
2648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My feelings after 11 years with crypto. on: September 28, 2022, 06:50:24 PM
The whole point of early bitcoiners selling all their bitcoins at cheap prices is due to the fact that bitcoin price had spiked up so much.
If the same would have happened in the opposite direction and bitcoin would not have gained so much in price then these people wouldn't have worried so much.
May be they are unfortunate that bitcoin gained so much traction but they are still at a good place because bitcoin is still cheap.
Even if they get in now chances are that they will gain huge profits in future and yet there are many who selling at such cheap prices.
The same people will worry when bitcoin price will touch the new ATH. So the cycle repeats.
Many of the early bitcoiners sold their earnings once the price raised or after the crash, some others in between for low price.
There is another part that stopped dealing with bitcoin although having funds and lost every connection with those frozen and lost forever money.
I assume most people didn't expect to see Bitcoin skyrocketing that high otherwise the situation would be different.
I joined in the middle of the actual road if we could say that, so I have an idea about the past and it was sad for many and glorious for a couple of people.
2649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: September 27, 2022, 11:30:09 PM
That is exactly what happened, Portugal came with draw mindset, they knew that draw will qualify them for the next round and they were clued to the worse case scenario draw mentality. Portugal actually played better than Spain and had alot of good chances. Ronaldo's sharpness has reduced, no one can cheat nature. I don't know if Portugal will sti rely on him for this world Cup outing.
While Messi dropped in performance the previous year when he moved to PSG, CR7 remained fine then dropped badly this season although staying with the same team..
I don't expect much from him and from Portugal in Qatar. I mean they can pass groups stage since their opponents aren't top but they will not continue further.

today a new ranking of the most valuable players in the top 5 leagues was published on transfermarkt. according to this ranking the forward from psg Kylian Mbappe is in first place and close behind is the new man city forward Erling Haaland
with 5 players the premier league has the most world stars listed here, then spain with 2 and the leagues from italy, germany and france with one player each

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Fdqsg2JXEAAEAsc?format=jpg&name=small
Money is becoming a joke these days. I would like to imagine how much cost a player like Ronaldo9, Roberto Carlos, Ronaldinho, Zidane and the other old gold folks if we compare them to the one listed in the table? €300m? more maybe?
I don't have an objection about the ranking but seeing the amount of money posted there, I feel it is very overrated..

It is nice to see such good statistics after a short period of time Wink
I am visiting the site twice a day on average since the start and I almost forgot about preev.com..
I am not very engaged in discussion out of the forums and rarely visiting other alternatives but did you advertised your site on reddit? or other famous blogs/sites?

Italy is winning again, how the heck they got eliminated by the world cup?
England didn't win a single game, how the heck they got a ticket for the World Cup?
In the same World Cup group they have Wales = 0 victory and only 1 point in Nations League too..
Both teams will play vs Iran and USA in Group B. Funny enough no one of these nations like the other in real life Roll Eyes
2653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 26, 2022, 08:40:16 PM
Bundesliga will resume this weekend. We have Bayern to win vs Leverkusen, otherwise it will be very awkward situation.
Dortmund will face Koln with interesting odds 2 vs 3.3. A draw will be appreciated too so Bayern can get closer to the first place Tongue
Union has lower odds than Frankfurt! 3.3 Union vs 2.2 Frankfurt. Not sure if this is an opportunity to x3 the money or a trap?
Bremen and M'Gladbach have very close odds around 2.5 which is attractive and risky at the same time.
2654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: September 26, 2022, 08:31:28 PM
It seems that the ligue one will return this week end it seems that nice team will be psg next target, they have been playing poorly this season and their attack is one of the weakest in the frensh league i highly doubt they can score against psg in an away game i think a draw will be the best they can do.
The most interesting games this weekend are PSG-Nice, Lorient-Lille and Lens-Lyon.
PSG to win is expected, even bookies put 15 odds for Nice Roll Eyes
Lorient and Lille are very close with slight advantage for Lille but I think Lorient is good enough to surprise them.
Lens-Lyon is the closest game tho, everything could happen there. It will be interesting to see Lens continuing with 0 defeat.

I had no doubt that Italy would beat Hungary today, but I didn't risk betting on them to win because there's a lot of unpredictability in the Nations League in recent matches... Although the odds on Italy's win were over 2... Of course, the game is not over yet, but it seems to me that Hungary have no chance left, maybe if only by one goal... Now it's nice to see Italy at the top of the standings... Maybe at least they will win something since they didn't qualify for the World Cup...
Results in Nations League are a turn off for most people. Very random!
Italy is leading with 2 goals vs Hungary right now with 20 minutes left in the game making Hungary comeback very hard.
I agree that Italy should try to win something and this league is an opportunity regarding how pity the performance of most teams..

England were the weakest link of the group, they only scored one in goal in five matches and they are playing the sixth one now, and they are losing 1-0 to Germany, if England have any respect for their fans they should at least score a goal today, I'm betting on them to score in this match, they didn't do a lot in this match but I think they can at least score @1.73, a decent bet I suppose.

I m even surprised seeing Germany scored 2 over England, and Italy 2 against Hungary I never expected this to be so but was wondering how England was given 1 zeros from my observation they aren't making move,  Germany plays more confidently without being in any pressure.
England 1-2 Germany, things are going fast there, yet England odds is 15 right now Roll Eyes

which card today is best to add after Binance card as cheapest alternative second service for spending crypto in EU to use also with ATM in EUR?
I think Advcash is a good alternative especially for Europeans since it is cheaper than the card available for the rest of the countries in the world.
Otherwise there is Neteller but honestly I am not sure if you can spend directly crypto deposited there with their mastercard or you have to use a third party service for deposit.
2657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: September 25, 2022, 08:54:34 PM
Turkey eventually even lost 2-1. That will be a nice newspaper article tomorrow I think. France lost without a chance. What are we supposed to think of that result? They haven't even come close to a draw. It is also remarkable how well the Netherlands is doing under Gaal's national coach. Since his arrival, not a single match has been lost and Belgium has now lost 2 times to the Netherlands. Perhaps the Netherlands is the favorite to win this tournament in the final 4 next year. A number of favorites have dropped out, due to defeats and poorly displayed play. I wonder what's going on with England and France. England can even be relegated to the B league.
Turkey will end first in its group regardless of the result of this game so we can just understand their defeat against Faroe Islands...
For France, many questions and red flags are popping.. Same thing for England.
There isn't anything to think about regarding the result except how they could improve in World Cup. Nations League isn't as important as the other competition. It is a friendly tournament to collect more money for UEFA. Yrt it is shamefull to see such poor results for top national teams on it Undecided
2658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2022 Group Stage Highlights on: September 25, 2022, 08:49:17 PM
I think that the main favorites for the World Cup are Brazil, France, Spain and Germany.
I agree that Brazil is one of the most favourite nations to get the World Cup but for the others I have my doubts. Spain is ok, a good team and could go to the finals along with Argentina imo. For France, England and Germany, expectation >> reality especially if we talk about their horrible performance in Nations League. It is a shame although that league is almost friendly games but seeing their horrible performance send bad messages to their supporters and boost the confidence of their opponents.

Bayern really thought they could cope without a striker, not knowing that they are not used to it and badly for them, they are in dare need of a striker and strikers are scarce. The good ones are committed to their clubs for now, it will really be a long difficult season for Bayern if they don't figure out how to overcome this challenge.
January is too far but not too far. Too far because they are not sure Kane would be interested to join them, not too far calendar wise.

Yep, they thought wrongly.

They always played with a big number 9 in the mid of the attack.
Moving from Lewa in attack to no one to be like the Man City of the past years with no number 9, is not ad easy and fast change.

To be honest I think they could go for Lautaro Martinez next year.
Do you think that Bayern will not try to bring a player by the winter transfer window?
The situation there is quite critical. They aren't winning in most games as they used to do. I am even worried how they will perform in CL after group stage or even during it Undecided

I heard if Busquet's contract is about to expire. Next year in June, there is no news yet where he will go. But there seems to be an MLS club that wants him. If I'm not mistaken Inter Miami. Until now, there is also no word on whether Barca will use it again or not.
Meanwhile regarding De Jong, he is negotiating with his salary. Due to last season's problems Barcelona had debts to be paid in agreements during the pandemic. Perhaps this is a testament to De Jong's love for Barcelona. He is willing to negotiate the amount of salary that should be His right.
For Busquest, I think Xavi will try to hold him for another year or two if he will continue managing Barcelona. He appreciate him and unless he drops a lot, I assume his contract will be extended.
For De Jong, I don't know how barcelona is thinking but I think that both parties will agree a salary cuts. The problem is the salary that De Jong owes from Barca. Will they cut his salary and reimburse him?
