It says at 1st November 2017 there will be first location for Paragon Spaces purchased and this location will be voted. I assume every one who holds paragon coin will be eligible to vote or will there be some specific rules? Im asking because first location will be vital for this project so it should be carefully studied and not just put in a hands of random people.
I believe in the work and decision-making power of the Dev's, but it also depends on some other factors that go beyond a vote, in my opinion, this is a project that can be changed its schedule by external factors. Dividends/profits are paid back in Ether, not REAL. I think this is all done by using smart contracts. The trading and selling of the rights to the investments (RPPs) will be done on the platform. I'm from the Netherlands, where smoking weed has been legal for years. We're famous for it! The crazy part however is that buying weed (outside of a licensed coffeeshop) and growing weed is illegal. This means that coffeeshops are buying their supply from criminals, while perpetrating a crime themselves at the same time. What we need is to legalize the production and wholesale part of the chain (no pun intended) as well. I think a system like Paragon could do wonders for the Dutch system as well.
How can smoking weed be legal but buying and growing it illegal, it makes no sense. It's almost as if the government didn't want to get taxes from cannabis sales and wanted people to buy from criminals.
