I've reached the current maximum bonus of +0.00000608 BTC to all free rolls. I don't see the percentages anymore. Will I keep a maximum bonus forever, or can it go down, because the percentages come back?

As delay66rus said it can go back down when you do free rolls. It is a ratio of how much you wager compared to how much you win from free rolls so it will stay on maximum bonus until that ratio falls below a certain level then it drops down one bonus level at a time.

The address was place in the wrong location in the code.  It's supposed to be below the "-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----" line.  This format will not verify in brainwallet:

That format is specific to brainwallet. The signed message consists of the message, address and signature not the labels. If someone is trying to verify with something that requires a specific format of labelling then it is down to them to use that format.

funny, but I did not sell the bot and its developer does not work anymore. I was just an intermediary, I do not use bots myself)

We introduced a new anti-bot measure yesterday and you got banned is all I know so far.
2665  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: August 08, 2018, 09:56:15 AM
Could it be that they're using the same IP as someone who did run a bot on the site also?

No. It's difficult to ban IP addresses on that basis as bots usually use proxies so trying to ban them usually results in a lot of false positives. We have experimented with it recently but we've ended up implementing some more complex anti-bot measures instead. That's work in progress at the moment and we've got more to implement soon.

Edit.

Have a laugh at this dudes post history.

Interested in a multi-threaded bot for this site? At the moment, the bot can easily work with 1000 accounts at the same time, the average time between the climes of all accounts is 60-70 minutes. The price of $ 600 to anyone interested in writing in ps

why do I receive this message, how will it get rid of it?
"Sorry, your account has been blocked from the FREE BTC game. You may use the rest of the website as usual"

Could be for many reasons, most often it is for using bots to claim the faucet.
2667  Other / Meta / Re: Seeking reporter badge images on: August 07, 2018, 06:20:40 PM
I doubt we need additional motivation for people who otherwise don't care about the forum enough to report spam. Just like the sig-bounty "motivation" to create shitposts this would just cause new headaches. It's a recognition badge for people who are already motivated and let's leave it at that.

I didn't really think that motivation was the idea here. I thought it was about raising awareness. I know I used the forum for a long time before I ever thought about using the report button and I would think many others are the same. People that don't like spam are going to see that badge and that might be enough to make them think 'oh, I'm supposed to do that'.

[I cannot add an image yet as I am a new member to this site but will do as soon as I can. Mark

Just put it on a hosting site like snag.gy or imgur.com and post the link, doesn't matter about it displaying.

Registered isnt active.

 Huh

You want to degrade people that call you out on how you have flaws.

No, I just corrected what you said that was inaccurate about how the lottery works.

The rest of what you said is just nonsense presented without evidence so I'll happily ignore it.
2670  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: August 07, 2018, 08:30:03 AM
Hell for all we know you just generate numbers. Hopefully, a computer picks lottery winner.

You should read first.

From the lottery page provably fair tab.
Quote
This lottery is provably fair. What that means is that there is no way the site can cheat you by picking a lottery winner who we favour. All winners are picked randomly and the method for picking the winners is described below.

At the beginning of each round, we generate a server seed for that round and show you the SHA256 hash of this seed.
When a lottery round has concluded, we make a list of all user id's and their lottery tickets and sort it in ascending order of the user id's.
We then use this list to assign ticket numbers for all tickets. For example if user id 1 has 10 tickets and user id 2 has 20 tickets, then user id 1 will have ticket numbers 0 to 9 and user id 2 will have ticket numbers from 10 to 29. This is done for all users.
Then the list containing the user id's, tickets held by each user and their ticket numbers is published in a text file. This file also contains the total number of tickets issued in the round and the server seed for that round.
A MD5 hash of this text file is calculated.
Then the current bitcoin block number is recorded and a block number that is 12 blocks into the future is decided on. The block hash of this future block is used as a "client seed" ie. a seed that we are not aware of when the list in step 4 has been published.
Then a tweet is made via our twitter account (https://twitter.com/freebitco) containing the link to the file generated in step 4, the MD5 hash of the file and the future bitcoin block number as determined in step 6. Since tweets cannot be edited, only deleted, this will provide a timestamp for when the list in step 4 was made, which can be compared to check that the bitcoin block determined in step 6 is in the future ie. we do not know the block hash of this block when the list is generated.
The winning ticket numbers will be calculated as described below:
A string (STRING1) is created - "[SERVER SEED]:[BLOCK HASH]:[WINNING POSITION]".
The SHA256 hash of STRING1 is calculated and the first 8 characters of this hash are taken (STRING2).
STRING2 is converted to a decimal which gives us a number between 0 and 4,294,967,295 (NUM1).
NUM1 is then multiplied by the (total number of tickets minus 1) and divided by 4,294,967,295 to get a number (NUM2) between 0 and the total number of tickets less 1.
NUM2 is then rounded off to the nearest whole number which is the winning ticket number.
The [WINNING POSITION] starts at 1 and is increased by 1 for picking the 10 winners. The user having the ticket with the lowest [WINNING POSITION] wins the first prize and so on.
If a user wins more than 1 prize, the number is discarded and [WINNING POSITION] is increased by 1 and the calculations are run again to pick a new user. This is to ensure that a user cannot win more than 1 prize in a round.
HOW IS THE SYSTEM FAIR?

The system described above that is used for picking the winners is provably fair because it has multiple safeguards in place to ensure that winners are picked randomly and fairly.

We provide a SHA256 hash of the server seed when a lottery round starts. If we change the server seed at any time, the SHA256 hash of the new seed will not match the hash we provided earlier. After a round has ended and we provide the server seed that will be used to pick winners, the hash of the seed we provide can be checked against the hash we provided originally and both should match.
We use a future bitcoin block hash as the "client seed" ie. a seed that we do not know of. All bitcoin block hashes are unique and nobody knows what the block hash of a future block will be until the block has been mined.
We use twitter to publish the future bitcoin block number, the list of users and their ticket numbers and the MD5 hash of the user list. It provides a timestamp to check if the block hash that we use is indeed in the future. Since tweets cannot be edited, only deleted - if we delete the tweet after the future block has been mined and publish a new one, it would be easy to catch us cheating by comparing the timestamp of the tweet and that of the bitcoin block. The timestamp of the tweet should always be lesser than the time timestamp of the bitcoin block whose hash is used as the client seed.
We provide a MD5 hash of the text file containing the list of users and their ticket numbers. If even a single character in the text file is changed after the MD5 hash in the tweet is published, the MD5 hash of the edited file will not match the MD5 hash provided in the tweet.

The Bitcoin network chooses the numbers. We use the hash of the block mined 12 after the present one and that is why you have to wait for the result.

They really have a good system...

Thanks.

How do I unlock something if I have 10000 satoshi on my account and ask me to spend 15000 satoshi

The deposit button works great.

and every next ROLL is the price rising? It's not very clear to me...

The requirement is proportional to how much free money we have given you. It increases when you have a free roll and decreases when you wager.

The owners of bots do not want to waste time playing dice.

This is where your information is out of date as I just explained. It is a constantly evolving battle, every time we change something to combat them they do something else. The latest thing is playing dice for the referral income. We can see what is going on at our own site.
2673  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: August 06, 2018, 02:38:34 PM
I think the last draw must be a record? Entries for the last draw http://prntscr.com/kfc1ps {TOTAL TICKETS:

1,070,643,272}?   The closest draw was, LOTTERY ROUND 160 - TOTAL TICKETS: 1,050,793,433  Grin

The contest also had some indirect influence on the Lottery tickets that are being bought? What do you think?

I haven't been able to ask wetsuit yet but I'd guess the botnets have found another way. That's what caused the spike leading up to round 160. Since we reduced the rewards for low wagering accounts they have given up trying to get to minimum withdrawal and started exploiting the reward points to get lottery tickets. After that round we restricted RP redemptions as well and that seemed to work for a while. Since then it looks like they now wager all the free roll winnings to generate referral income and they'll get free lottery tickets as well with that.

Of course it's good to take 360 sats from faucet 12 times per day, but what are the requirements? Should I meet any of them: Wagered (BTC), Invested (BTC), Referral commission (BTC), Messages on chat, Loyalty (days) or all of them at once? I mean, I can't believe that my faucet level will rise from 0 to 1 just for 30 days of loyalty.

They are all added together so yes you go to level 1 after 30 active days or higher if you have done any of the other requirements as well.

As jackg says you just posted a link to the verifier for a 9994 roll? What exactly is your problem? It might help if you explain it.

On the other hand, who needs this centralization?
Will anonymity and privacy be present? Smiley

It's a very big step towards opening Bitcoin up to investments from mainstream financial institutions. They need regulated custody solutions and if this gets CTFC approval it will be the first one. It will obviously have to be fully KYC and AML compliant to get this approval.

That doesn't change that people that want to use Bitcoin anonymously and don't want centralisation will still be able to opt out. We'll still be able to be our own bank and use mixing services to provide privacy. This is just adding the option for those that don't value these things.
2677  Other / Meta / Re: Are patrollers still a thing? on: August 06, 2018, 12:38:26 PM
I've previously suggested something like this. What I proposed is that all new users are essentially shadow-banned until a staff member checks their posts and either approves and white-lists them if they're fine or nuke them if they're a bot or whatever.

I've seen similar on other forums. Not shadow banned but simply that for every user their first post has to be manually approved. It is effective against spambots and only a minor inconvenience to genuine users.

it seems like withdrawal fees were reduced again (from 200 as base to 80 as base) Smiley

Well spotted. Looking at the latest withdrawals the fee used has been reduced from 5 to 2 sats/byte.

Up to 78BTC now.

You're right!

Did you receive my p.m?

Yeah. It's not a bad idea but it wouldn't make any difference. It takes effort to understand provably fair and most people are too lazy to do that.

I entered everything correctly 99.9%. On this mail I received from you a letter yesterday and yesterday there were no problems with the entrance. The problems began today. Check it !!
