Well they likely won't if you haven't provided sufficient evidence. Maybe just keep bumping this thread once a day or so and PM them once a week. All you can do is wait unfortunately but if you can't adequately prove the account is yours you might just be out of luck.
ID is a great proof IMO Not necessarily, but deepens if an admin will accept it. Not unless you can sign a message properly from a bitcoin address.
Hey, can you respond to my PM? I don't have an address on my hacked account, but I sent some pretty damning proof that it's me. I also got dooglus to verify my identity via Just-Dice so he tagged my old account. I can't restore accounts. Not sure how sending a message on another site is watertight proof either. How does anyone know if that account isn't compromised as well? |

What do you mean? Not if it doesn't pay in crypto, but the task doesn't have to neccessarily be crypto related (for instance you could offer a bounty in crypto for something non-crypto related).

Op's story is faker than the facebook link in "her" profile. Likely just a sob story to attract white knights to pump up her his friends count or maybe try get some donations. Possibly. But it wouldn't make too much sense to "e-whore" as a 28 year old. Either way, in situations like these it's better to assume that it's for real. Anyone who sends random people money is a moron anyways, so that shouldn't be a deterrent. Why not? Do you think all e-whores are 18 or teens? I will assume this story is just bs for reasons stated above. no. thats a very stupid idea, if theres a problem theres a solution. death is not an option.

Feel free to open a thread about them in Reputation or post in their thread about their scummy behaviour, but as above, I leave any that send me an email negative feedback: I keep tagging any Icos who send me emails so hopefully they'll get the message.
I'm sure if all the other's who received them kicked up a fuss it'd have a bigger impact. |

I'd rather that entire section be trashcanned to be honest, but that whole board is just a symptom of signature campaigns forcing users to make posts in the Gambling section so they just create every possible topic they can possibly think of. At the very least non-bitcoin related threads such as that one you mentioned shouldn't be permitted.
There are some good threads there, believe it or not. Some people are really good at picking up winners/losers in bets. Also it's a good place to talk about sports with people that are into bitcoin and bet on sports with bitcoin, so ultimately it is related to bitcoin in a way. Granted, there's tons of spam with people that speak broken english there, but there are some good posts to talk with with people that genuinely like sports and sometimes bet on them with bitcoin, so I think it would be unfair to entirely wipe the subforum. You mean there's some good threads for sig spammers to easily rack up posts and for people who have absolutely no interest in bitcoin and just want to easily earn money by chatting shit about sports? And just because you can gamble on sports with bitcoins doesn't make it relevant. You can buy buttplugs with bitcoin but that doesn't mean we should have a board for people to discuss sextoys and everything vaguely related. Talking about sports has absolutely nothing to do with bitcoin and shouldn't require its own board. It should only be for things directly bitcoin gambling related. |
