Rapid price changes create uncertainty, therefore all traders are required to be quick in making decisions, whether it is taking profits or deciding losses caused by price changes.
I think it's a natural thing and very worth everything that will be obtained.
I myself set a target when trading by setting a limit on losing and also profiting with the same percentage, so if the price drops drastically I am quick to take a decision to lose.

it is a choice and I think it depends on the strategy and ability of a person. trading takes time and also patience where if we can choose the good coins and can also trade well then it will be profitable. besides that, holding the coins is also a good choice for coins that are indeed good for long-term investments where the price will spike up in a few years, but it does require more patience because it takes longer. for me, I choose both where there are some coins that I trade and some coins with good prospects I hold for me to invest. so whatever it is the choice will be profitable if we can manage it well.
