2661  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet has confiscated funds in violation of their TOS on: January 17, 2022, 06:52:53 AM
~snip~
You are only judging it from the statement of OP. This accusation has so many obscure things. Pmalek has given a well example of it

This case has many whats and ifs. Both parties are like two opposing armies who have each other at gunpoint. But no one is shooting or negotiating the terms to lay down the weapons.

Someone created an account in a casino from unknown place by using a VPN service. Then he made a deposit to play, but suddenly the user changed his plan and asked the casino team to send his deposit back. So the question arises here:
Cloudbet will apply the funds confiscate rules (terms 11.4) if a user create an account and place bets from restricted countries. If OP is from a restricted country then why he made the deposit at Cloudbet by knowing the fact?

Some facts:
  • The usage of VPN
  • AML policy. (Making a deposit on the casino then requesting for withdrawal without placing bets).
  • The casino have gambling license

Let's assume you are the government of a country. You have the law (casino license) where it is mentioned that you won't allow people from ‘A’ ‘B’ ‘C’ countries. A person entered in your country by using an illegal method (use of VPN) from an unknown place (it could be one of those restricted countries which is mentioned in the TOS). Now he wants to go back in his country without doing anything, but he knows that there is no way to leave your country silently (the withdrawal needs approval of Cloudbet team). So, the person asked you to let him go back in his place.

Will your government accept his request and send him back without any inquiry (by ignoring the law, by ignoring the illegal method he used)? Or you will ask him to verify his identity?

England have scored 68 runs without losing any wicket and now they need 203 more runs to win. Burns and Zak scored 26 and 32 runs respectively. From what I have seen so far in this innings, England seems like the favorite to win the match. Both the opening batsmen seem like on a good knock and they are playing quite carefully.
Now the question arises is can the Australian bowler stop them from getting 203 runs more?
I was surprised when I saw England scored 50 runs without losing any wickets. I thought they will win the match easily. But I got more surprise by watching the result of the match. The downfall of England batting lineup has started from that 68 runs. Probably no one imagined that England will be all out at 124 runs only. Australian bowlers has done really great job today. Shameful performance from England team in this whole series. Similar performance like they (England) showed it in 2017-18 Ashes.

It's a strange occurrence but most of us tend to face this after heavily advertising. They somewhat "died" after joining; no clicks whatsoever.
Incentives don't always work if they only want quick and easy profit.
Most of the people join freebitco to earn free BTC. And the main marketing tool is ‘earn upto $200 from faucets every hour’. Many newbie crypto user join through the affiliate links with a hope of winning big amounts from faucets. Eventually they leave the site when they loss their interest by getting the lower tier prizes. Among my 38 referrals only one user is active now. I had only 4-5 referrals who used to play the multiply BTC game. But none of them are active now.

EDIT: Is the site facing some DDOS attack lately? Haven't been able to load throughout the day.
No problem here. Maybe your ISP is blocking the access, otherwise the problem is from your browser.
2664  Economy / Reputation / Re: [self-moderated] Report unmerited good posts to Merit Source on: January 15, 2022, 07:22:08 PM
It's located in the Gambling section, which might be one of the reasons it's unmerited. Some merit sources probably don't go there and even have the sub on ignore.
Well, I was thinking that why I'm getting merits from those forum members who aren't active in gambling section. Finally I discovered the reason here while I was randomly checking some post's from each board (almost 11 hours later). Thank you for bringing the post in the attention of merit sources.
2665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: January 15, 2022, 06:52:38 PM
In start of 2022 we saw some upsets where BAN beating NZ and SA completely destroying India but England wasn't able to break there losing string. On stumps of day 2, 23 wickets have fallen and Australia have lead of 150 runs with 7 wickets in hand. If Australia can give target of around 300 to England then surely final result will be 4-1.
You are making little mistake here. The result of this series will be 4-0 if Australia win the 5th test match. Because, England hasn't won any match in this series yet. They were lucky to make the draw in the 4th test match. England players has shown poor performance in this full series. Betting odds is fully in favour of Australia now. Probably they will win the match.

More than 48 hours has been passed and I'm still waiting for the reply of their email support. Maybe the team is having some vacations, otherwise they are busy with other important things. A live support system is really helpful in case of instant enquiry. Blackjack.fun team need to bring this feature. I'm also expecting to see the update of their TOS page. The information are messed up now.
@sujonali1819, I can see you are highly connected with Blackjack team. Do you have any information about their gambling license?
2667  Economy / Gambling / Re: Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements on: January 15, 2022, 01:23:53 PM
They say that they can ask for KYC if they believe a player is underaged. How could a casino suspect that based on a player's betting pattern.
Another thing I found interesting about them is that they don't have a betting license, however, they do have certain restricted locations. I wonder why that is!?It is positive though that they will not confiscate your coins even if you refuse their KYC demands.
I'm also wondering how the system will suspect the underage users. Maybe they will observe the betting patterns. They may contact the user if they find it unusual than all other bettors. And it isn't so hard to determine an underage person by doing some conversation with them.
Probably they still have some restricted countries as they had license before. Some countries have strict laws against gambling. It could be a reason to keep the restrictions on some countries as well.

You didn't add any sources for Roobet and FreeBitco. Links are missing only for those two casinos.
Freebitco have the shortest list of terms among all gambling site. They have no single word about the KYC/identity/AML policy in their TOS. I found no information there which could be included in the post. About Roobet, they have mandatory level 1 KYC verification system. I didn't include any more info in their KYC requirements column as they have a mandatory verification system.

I believe Curacao eGaming has a license validator, but I'm not sure about the others. Perhaps you can post an example of a gambling site with no license verification here so the community can help.
The license validator logo is not available on some of the casino that you listed on the table. I don't want to mention specific casino on your list but there really is.
Almost every licensed casino have the validator link available at the bottom of the page. I found only 2 casinos from the current table who have license information available at the site without validator link. One of them is Betcoin.ag and the other one is CryptoGames. @Beparanf, it would have been more helpful if you had mentioned the names as well. I have sent a message to both casino email support for the details of license validator. Let's wait for the response of them.
2668  Economy / Gambling / Re: Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements on: January 14, 2022, 05:52:01 PM
Hahaha yeah, they messed up with the theme website + paragraph.
I guess you can search with the keyword "KYC" for the document
I haven't update them in the list as everything is mixed up there. I have searched with the keywords ‘KYC' and found about their rules, but I couldn't find the details of KYC verification steps there. And it's true that every licensed casino have almost same steps for the KYC verification

Just a curious question, Is there a way to verify the authenticity of the license of these Casino. It's easy to copy or provide a random license number on the website, ~
Suggestions from the forum members will be needed in the next few days for sure, because it isn't going to possible for me to collect the information from each casino. And I need feedbacks from the forum members. So, there is no reason to lock this topic. Eventually, I haven't seen any useless reply in this thread yet. I wanted to avoid the off-topic and useless discussion here, seems like the message of the post is working.

The license validator is available in every casino and you can verify it by clicking in the validator logo from the casino only. The validator link doesn't work if I post it here. I tried to put the link in the table when I was creating this topic, but I removed the link as it was showing some error like this

2669  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet has confiscated funds in violation of their TOS on: January 14, 2022, 04:55:58 PM
I don't find normal to hide behind the KYC requirements for something as small as 0.005BTC, especially since OP didn't play with the money and he was asking for the account get closed and refunded exactly because of KYC.
So something is super fishy there. And with Cloudbet not bothering to say a word... imho the case is clear.
Sorry, I had no intention to bother you or the other 3 members with the mess PM, and I never thought that it will be considered as spam from any of you.

BTW, the amount doesn't matter. The KYC requirements is mentioned in the casino terms. And a licensed casino have to follow the rules of their terms, no matter how small the withdrawal amount is. I'm a regular bettor and I'm in gambling since last 4 years. I have seen many cases like this in different places. As example: A user was asked for KYC verification on a withdrawal of $105 only at Primedice and I have described the story here. Moreover, I was asked to do KYC verification on a withdrawal of 0.00113 BTC at PlayBetr, you can see the details here. However, My issue was resolved without the verification process.

In the same time member Mahdirakib showed up suddenly and started to do his own investigation, and he is holding the side of Cloudbet, without opposing the flag.
There are two reasons for the presence of me in this accusation. The first one is mentioned by Pmalek above, and I have said about the second reason in the PM (I'm collecting the data of KYC requirements from each casino). I didn't support the flag as OP isn't accepting the whole terms of Cloudbet, I didn't Oppose the flag as Cloudbet admin staying silent. My position is clear here, and it is neutral.

The reason of your mute says ‘spam, scam’. It is reasonable to mute your newly created account if the reason is accurate. Their email support has given you the permission to create new account only by deleting the previous one. But I believe every casino will do the same with you if your old history isn't good. I'm wondering what you have done to get muted as ‘spam, scam’.

As I have mentioned it in the post, I'm still working to collect the data and add more casino in the list. I have checked Blackjack.fun too, but I couldn't find the required information. Yesterday I sent a message to their email support, and I'm still waiting for their reply. I have also sent email to two other casino (Bustadice & CoinRoyale) and got reply from both of them. I will add them in the list soon.

Like all of you, I can't see the license in Blackjack.fun while they have ‘KYC requirements’ mentioned in their TOS. Anyway, their TOS is mixed-up as everything is written in a single paragraph. They should separate each rules of the terms.
2672  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet has confiscated funds in violation of their TOS on: January 14, 2022, 09:24:31 AM
His claim is only valid if he has no other Cloudbet accounts and if he isn't from a restricted location. Since he accessed the service using a VPN from a country that is banned by Cloudbet, they are trying to find out who he is and where he comes from.
Cloudbet hasn't mentioned anything about the usage of VPN in their terms, but it is better to avoid the usage of VPN in a licensed casino where some country restrictions are placed.

If OP did the KYC and Cloudbet still confiscated his funds without explaining the reasons and showing/having proof to support those claims, it would be a 100% scam.
Yeah, the KYC rules is above all other terms of a casino. Because every casino says “We reserves the right to ask for KYC at any time..” I think OP should go through the KYC process to confirm whether Cloudbet return his deposit amount or not. Until then we can't say it is 100% scam.

I just sent a PM to those DT members (NeuroticFish, logfiles, dkbit98, Jawhead999) who supported the flag. I would like to hear back from them as they supported the type 3 flag according to this accusation.
2673  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: STAKE SCAMMED FOR $80K on: January 13, 2022, 07:03:41 PM
I find out at a glance about the Aadhaar card
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aadhaar ~
I'm just assuming that Stake wants a stronger legal ID document that their customers around the world use (in this case ID cards and passports). Even I doubt that the Aadhaar card on its own is sufficient as an alternative to passport as having one is not mandatory. ~
Well, I have also found some similar results about the Aadhaar card through Google search. The Unique Identification Authority of India says that “Aadhaar is not a citizenship document: UIDAI

I found another article about it: The UIDAI Has No Authority to Verify Indian Citizenship. How a casino will accept it as your identity verification where the authority have no one to verify the citizenship based on that documents! Stake verification page says that ”photographs of ID cards and Passport are acceptable,” @amahato998, don't you have any government given valid ID card? (except the Aadhaar card)
2674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: January 13, 2022, 05:21:33 PM
Something miracle needs to happen with Indian cricket team, because every pitch used to change its behaviour when the second innings starts. If something like that happens supportive to home ground automatically this match will go into the hands of South Africa.
Probably we are going to see the repetition of second test match. The target is only 212 runs and South Africa has scored 101 runs by losing two wickets only. I think they will win the match with at least 5 wickets in hand. The betting odds is in favour of South Africa now, but it was in favour of India yesterday. I'm not expecting any collapse in the Proteas batting lineup.
2675  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet has confiscated funds in violation of their TOS on: January 13, 2022, 03:19:39 PM
~snip~
Maybe it was a typing mistake from OP. Based on the details of this thread this accusation is valid. OP said Cloudbet asked him to verify his identity as the system suspected that he is from restricted country. If they confiscated his funds for having multiple accounts then they should have mentioned about it without asking for KYC. Anyway, Cloudbet reserves the right to freeze user fund if he/she create more than one account (terms 7.1.10.2)

BTW, I have checked the ‘PM/Chat Logs’ from the post and found that Cloudbet team mentioned about the terms 7.1.4 and 7.1.6

Quote
7.1.4. We reserve the right to conduct such checks at any time as we deem necessary to verify our compliance with clause 7.1.3.
7.1.6. You authorise us to use any means that we consider necessary to verify your identity and creditworthiness with any third party providers of information.

So, OP isn't giving priority to those terms and haven't done the KYC verification. I'm wondering why he (OP) is accepting a small part of the terms by ignoring the first few parts of it. A type 3 flag has been created and supported by the DT members based on the statements of this thread!

This accusation would be more valid if OP hasn't received the refund by completing the verification. I can see that only ’bL4nkcode’ has mentioned about those terms here. I think this accusation is currently at ‘neutral’ position. However, the silence of the Cloudbet admin isn't acceptable.
2676  Economy / Gambling / Re: Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements on: January 13, 2022, 09:55:06 AM
Well, you included that gamblers should check the site's T&C, KYC/AML policy page instead of depending on this thread ~
There are a lot more information about KYC verification in each gambling sites T&C/AML page. It wasn't possible to include all of those details in the table. I have only provided the screenshot of the terms where the casino mentioned ”We reserves the right to ask for KYC/identity verification... ”. This topic contains a small & basic part of the KYC policy. So, it will be better to check out the T&C page to clear all doubts.

I would personally like to see another column with a "worst case scenario" for each casino. E.g. if you fail to identify yourself, what would happen? Do they seize your funds, refund you the whole amount & close your account, or refund your deposit only?
The result could be different based on the cases. Even casino may seize your funds and close your account, otherwise refund of the deposits and close your account after submitting the personal details. It will be complicated to add those information in the table.

Perhaps you can add more details about how they use the KYC data and the data security? Are they using third party providers for KYC, for example?
So whether its good or not, is hard to say. But it has to be proven to be secure.
Almost all of them using 3rd party service to complete and verify the KYC data of the users. I thought to add the list of the providers, but I wasn't able to check it in every casino. I will try to add it in the future (if possible). A licensed casino must need to follow the rules of their license provider. They won't disclose the personal details of any users in public places, but they may share it with someone (legal authority) to verify the documents.
2677  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Table] Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto Casinos on: January 13, 2022, 08:34:13 AM
@Pmalek, here is an open (unsolved) scam accusation against Cloudbet since last 50 days. And a type 3 flag is active against the Cloudbet admin. I think you need to remove them from the table now.
BTW, I'm waiting to get some feedbacks and suggestions from you and ‘notblox1’ in this thread Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements
2678  Economy / Gambling / Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements on: January 13, 2022, 04:00:12 AM
Kindly avoid making discussion whether you like the KYC process or not. This isn't a discussion topic.

At first crypto casino was well known for anonymous betting platform. But with the implementation of gambling license in crypto casino KYC has become a common thing now. However, KYC isn't mandatory for all of the users. You can still play at most of the crypto betting sites without verifying your identity. But a casino may ask you to verify your identity if they find it necessary. There are several reasons behind it

  • To Determine the Identity and Location: This is the most common reason for asking identity verification. Online casino doesn't allow underage gambling. You must need to be older than 18 years to place bets. Beside that, most of the casino has placed some country restrictions. Casino will ask for KYC verification if the system suspect any users for breaking those terms.
  • AML and Coin Mixing Policy: To prevent anti money laundering and coin mixing policy casino reserve the right to ask for KYC verification. Try to avoid suspicious activity and always complete the rollover/wagering requirements.
  • To Prevent the Abuses: Many bettors create multiple accounts to take the benefits of promotions. Few bettors use some illegal algorithm to win their bets. Crypto casino asks for KYC verification if the system detect any suspicious activity like this.
  • Some Other Factors: Identity verification is also required in case of bigger withdrawals. There could be few other reasons too which depends on the license provider and services of the casino.

- Casino with negative feedback (proven scam accusations) will not be added in the list.
- All of the information is collected from each casino T&C, KYC/AML policy page.
- Kindly inform me if you find any mistakes in the table.
- The list has been made in alphabetical order.

We all thought that India showed a poor batting performance in the first innings by scoring only 223 runs. But now we see south
Africa showed an even worse batting display and were bowled out for mere 210 runs. Jasprit Bumrah got 5 wickets and was the highlight of the day.
At this moment, i will not call Indian favorites because if they again played poor in the second innings, this can give south Africa another chance to come back in the match.
None of the teams played badly and the Proteas performance wasn't worse as well. India got the lead of 13 runs only, today they have added 57 more runs by losing 2 wickets. India should set a target above 350 runs to make the game on their favour. The pitch could be good for batters on the last two days of this match. We may see the similar result like the second test match if Indian batting lineup collapsed at the first session of tomorrow. Anyway, betting odds is in favour of India now.

Yesterday we received pre-monthly bonus and this makes me change my thought that monthly bonus will be released before 15th. Usually monthly bonus come after 1 up to 2 weeks from the pre-monthly. It seems that the monthly bonus will come after 15th, perhaps after 17th but for sure it is just a speculation.
Probably they have planned a delayed monthly bonus, as a result they have given a surprised pre-monthly bonus at the 11th day of the month. It will be more surprising if Stake release the monthly bonus on the 16th or 17th January. Now I think that it will not be given within next 7 days.

DOnt understand why they gave a pre monthly instead of the monthly but all these decisions often make no sense.
Well, why complain about the pre-monthly and the delay in the Monthly.. if you get a pre-monthly? Eddie has often said that a pre-monthly is not a given... sometimes it happens and sometimes it does not. Just be grateful that a pre-monthly was given ~
I'm wondering why people are complaining about the pre-monthly bonus (which is one kind of extra bonus). Actually users were desperately waiting for the monthly bonus. Pre-monthly bonus is based on VIP rank and the amount is fixed. I think users aren't satisfied as they were waiting for a bigger monthly bonus since last 10 days. Now it seems like, giving the monthly bonus on the first day of December month wasn't a good decision by Stake team.
