2661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SpaceCorgi still unpumped dog foundation meme coin on: May 15, 2021, 04:36:51 PM
This must be the 20th doge/dog/memecoin to come out,,, most of it on Ethereum but I guess now binance smartchain also has many, who knows what will come out on TRON and EOS and NEO and WAVES if every developer had the same idea to just go and do the same there on every smart contract platform?

Think about it people. Where is the real value?
2662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH surge to $6K this week? on: May 15, 2021, 02:35:34 PM
6k not possible in May though I think with this recent crash of Elon!
It is better to invest when the price of etherium goes down but it is difficult to say how much it will go up this week. The price of Bitcoin has dropped a lot but for prices to go down traders will invest and hold on the market will rise again. There is nothing to be disappointed about going down but the currencies are going down for correction.

It is not always better to invest in a solid project when the price goes down,,, because one can never predict if the price will go down (but it does seem in our mind that it is always more likely to go down than up). What if the dip you are waiting for is lower than the new permanent support for the next rally?
2663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IRS now wants to Hack Hardware Wallets on: May 15, 2021, 02:04:54 PM
,,, but also to government requests.
I wouldn't worry too much about it at this point because if you think about it, the government probably has all the information needed to control and spy on you already, even before your introduction to cryptocurrency so no point worrying, they won't probably go rogue suddenly if you are living in a first world country.

Oh I would worry,,, I know the government has a lot of information on us but I would really not like them to know exactly where I keep my Bitcoin and for how long and for how much. It should be enough for them that if I sell for my local currency, then I can pay taxes, that is fine they can track my bank account. But why should they track my wallet?
2664  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Welcome back to the Premier League- Watford FC!! 🚀 on: May 15, 2021, 08:21:37 AM
Can I play at sportsbet.io if I am asian? Are we respected same as others on here? Please tell me because I am switching my current sportsbook I think. I don't need big bonuses but at least expect respect like others.

Hello,,, I am asian also and I know many asians on the gambling forums here and I believe many of the big players on Sportsbet are also the same.

I have never felt disrespected here and everybody else I believe never sees your origins and treats you as an equal player. What happened to you here? If another player was racial towards you,,, just report it. It is against the rules anyway of both the forum and the Sportsbet rules.
2665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 15, 2021, 07:45:18 AM
Newcastle just missed there chances of actually getting ahead once more in this game. They've been favoured by the referee with 2  penalties and they couldn't convert them both.

This is why I always say people totally underestimate what it means to have a good penalty taker on your team. Ronaldo. Messi. Harry Kane for my team. Bruno Fernandes for United.

Penalties are supposed to be something like 70% chance to score but if you have a good taker it becomes 90%. Some teams do not even train for this but it is a big and important skill for me.
2666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 14, 2021, 07:54:24 PM
CHELSEA 64 POINTS
LIVERPOOL 60 POINTS
LEICESTER 66 POINTS

WHO IS GOING TO EUROPA LEAGUE? 🤣🤣

Games in hand do not mean much to me, it is always better to have points instead of games, I would even rather be playing many more games and being ahead with not as many points, as that creates pressure on the team with extra games left. In this case the pressure is most on Liverpool to win all their games.

Chelsea and Leicester must hope and pray Liverpool lose one game!
2667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 14, 2021, 07:09:31 PM
Liverpool chances have been boosted after Chelsea loss as if they win their remaining 4 games that could be not missing out on UCL next season its not guaranteed because the goal difference between the three teams is close i hope that Manchester United will fancy their chances here to end Liverpool's faint hopes but their home form hasn't been anywhere near as good as their away form. so i think it will be an open game so lots of goals from both sides not sure who will be the winner i hope it will be Liverpool.

Now down to three. I am watching all those games with a lot of interest now and to me, I did say West Ham winning the spot would be ultra exciting but I think now more and more it is better if they do not. You know it is nice to see a new team in Champions League but not if they just end up becoming the whipping boys,,, right?
2668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH surge to $6K this week? on: May 14, 2021, 05:04:17 PM
Ethereum is decreasing by 10% now, but I believe there are so many investors out there who still interested in ethereum.
But i agree with your statement about the alts will also struggle because bitcoin is dropping now. I hope this situation especially bitcoin price will be better and do not drop to deep.

I would say even this 10% drop makes it even more worthwhile for investors to come in, who may have had second thoughts about buying it above 4000,,, now this is a very attractive entrypoint for those who believe 10,000 is only a matter of time.

6k not possible in May though I think with this recent crash of Elon!
2669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IRS now wants to Hack Hardware Wallets on: May 14, 2021, 01:00:57 PM
Old Trezors may also become obsolete or need updates. Don't forget that these state led agencies also buy hidden stakes in these companies. We may not even get to know if an organization like the CIA or NSA is involved in any particular way when it comes to hardware wallets.

Some hidden and some not so hidden. All these states ask banks to look at the underlying companies who own money transactions but the truth is there is a lot of "good states" who are as dark as the non-state rogue actors.

If we think Ledger and Trezor etc do not already share our data directly,,, we are such fools:)
2670  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Welcome back to the Premier League- Watford FC!! 🚀 on: May 14, 2021, 11:45:44 AM
Well done to Liverpool. Spurs can only look up and wish we were in that position, now only you are in charge of your destiny. 3 more games, 3 more wins,,, and you will play Champions League football.

It seems fine on paper playing away 2 games though, so beware of the defending busses being parked:)
2671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NANO/DOGE Speculation for Bitcoin replacement from TESLA!!! on: May 14, 2021, 09:40:58 AM
NANO would be a really big change because it does not require as much energy at all, but DOGE surprises me because it is still energy intensive if it gets to the level of BTC and even ETH's POS. Elon needs to understand well the cost and balance between security and cheapness. Just because it takes energy does not mean it is not effective (as a security measure like BTC). Just because it does NOT take energy does not mean it is good.
2672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Elon Musk's goal with Dogecoin? on: May 14, 2021, 09:12:58 AM
Many good news coming out for Dogecoin today and I believe there will be a great comeback because coinbase will list Dogecoin for coming weeks and that alone is so bullish. Elon Musk did a great job shilling and as he said he will take dogecoin literally to mars and he also considering dogecoin as payment of purchasing tesla cars.

If a coin needs to depend on good news all of the time and cannot grow on its own naturally,,, then you should be very worried for the time that all these platforms start to lose interest in the coin and will only go somewhere else. Elon did a good job shilling,,, but all shills know they need more and more effort to push and maintain price pumps.
2673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Cardano really reach 20$+ near end of year? on: May 14, 2021, 07:28:37 AM
Never say never. We have just had a 20% dump on all coins, BTC and alt,,, but this strong support at 49k for BTC and 3800 for ETH might actually be good news because when they do recover and bounce strongly, altcoins and old projects like these can really benefit and push for higher ATHs before the bubble bursts.
2674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Convert tokens to prominent currencies than holding them forever on: May 13, 2021, 01:41:28 PM
I would definitely agree here. But in fact I used to do this with BTC only, converting everything through their satoshi price. That is,,, if you believe in Bitcoin in the first place but I know a lot of alt traders also swear to convert to USDT or some other stablecoin thanks to BTC's own volatility.

ETH could be a really good option for this year too though.
2675  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla destroys bitcoin :-[ on: May 13, 2021, 01:09:07 PM
because bitcoin is known to be one of the most resilient assets that we ever had. Just compare this when Microsoft had also announced the same before.

But what's with it right now? looks like nothing happened and bitcoin continued to thrive.

Some things never change in crypto and that is that hype and fomo always come and go in tidal waves and then people forget all about it when the tide goes out.

Bitcoin's resilience is proven every cycle, in fact,,, it becomes even stronger after every attack on it fails. We cannot hope for Bitcoin to always get full support from everyone, after all Tesla is a business and Bitcoin is standing for the opposite of things like Tesla.
2676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IRS now wants to Hack Hardware Wallets on: May 13, 2021, 11:15:08 AM
This makes it now even more and more important to trust only open source wallets,,, and also as much as possible all the Ledgers and Trezors you ever bought, if you used your personal details you can be sure their databases are not only now vulnerable to hacker attacks (as we have already seen happen) but also to government requests.
2677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: End of memecoin season by Vitalik Buterin or not? on: May 13, 2021, 09:43:50 AM
The world is such a funny place,,, making rich guys richer. Thanks to Vitalik himself he has at least sold it all off and sent it everywhere else,,, but these projects do not seem to realize that they have just made the industry weaker by doing this flooding of pointless alts into the market whose only sole purpose is to make rich guys richer.

Sigh.
2678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH surge to $6K this week? on: May 13, 2021, 09:06:30 AM
This is an optimistic forecast. But why not. Ethereum is a coin with this potential. So it doesn't surprise me. I think ethereum will continue to increase as long as wages remain low.

Well, everyone can now say thank you to Elon because not only did BTC drop over 10%,,, it seems even ETH has lost almost as much and is now struggling to keep above $4000. I guess the markets are no longer as interrelated as before but when crypto drops because of BTC, it is very hard to avoid altcoins also dropping.
2679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 13, 2021, 07:46:15 AM
Probably the last exciting match this season. Liverpool is expecting to win to get a chance to get to top 4 while Manchester United is going to try to stop that. If somehow Chelsea lose and Liverpool win then there is hope for Liverpool but I dont really see how Chelsea would lose to Arsenal tonight.

I personally would love to see some twist and West Ham ended up being top 4 at the end of this season would be hilarious twist   Tongue

That would be a really cool twist too, but I think it needs Chelsea and Leicester and Liverpool to lose all their games or something like that,,, but that would be so awesome, would it not?Wink I wonder if my team Spurs can even get Europa Smiley

Maybe Man United will hire Moyes back after that if it really happens:P
2680  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tôi hối tiếc khi bán BTC để vào DeFi. HODLing là con đường! on: May 13, 2021, 07:15:47 AM
All crypto trends will pass and money will always flow to Bitcoin and the top altcoins. I have seen that through the bull market times from ICO, IEO, IDO to DEFI.
Holding Bitcoin and the top altcoin is an arduous process and we need to be consistent with our stance to become rich.

And always almost in the same majority of funds,,, to make Bitcoin dominance go back up towards 60-70% again. I think people in crypto who saw the last rally should know this,,, and those who have not will learn this.

Like you said IDO and DEFI is just ICO days. People have not seen it yet.
