In order to run a good faucet you need a lot more than 0.0005BTC in your funds.
Some popular faucets give out something like 0.02BTC a day.

tl;dr It hides your IP address and makes you look like you're connected to the internet somewhere else.
It can be used for downloading torrents, getting past censorship or just not being tracked as easily.

For torrents, it may be best to get a server or two in Scandinavian countries, as they seem to have a better view on things like that.

For my service, Microwallet is working fine. However, the site has little official support as the owner is absent.
I would really recommend moving away from it and to another payment system.

The dev is absent and is pretty regularly. I would really recommend using another service to handle payments.

I'll assume that you are using Bitcoin-QT. If the transaction has taken place, you will probably have to wait for the blockchain to download.
If you're not using Bitcoin-QT, it might just be the transaction confirming.

It would really help if you posted the Transaction ID. There are no security worries on doing so.

The thing is with your site, I doubt it will go for much longer.
I mean no offense by this, but I expect what will happen is as word spreads about your website, you will lose visitors from people legitimately wanting to earn Bitcoins.
