Sad part, some of us are out the money we were supposed to get through renting our rigs at the higher prices and the rented hashes we were investing to mine coins . All in all, a huge loss every hour on my end.

Guys. This isn't good. Huge losses now due to your rentals down. Wtf?

Also , to the Betarigs admin. Why is it that sometimes some rigs I rent default back to someone else's worker name on the pool I have selected? It's very annoying as if I don't keep checking every few minutes, it changes randomly. (and I'm out the price of the rental AND mined coins.)

The one that is causing the price hike I think is Neutron.

Thanks all for the info. This is addicting lol Well you can work out the expected average time pretty accurately Expected average time to find a block for 10THs is ~236days 16.25hr So chances over 1 day is 1 in ~237 Can look it up on many web sites - including one of mine http://tradebtc.net/bitcalc.phpThe expected time is of course based on the difficulty which is currently: D=47,610,564,513.5 So to make that many shares with T=10THs will take: D*(2^32)/T/10^12 seconds. So that comes up with ~237 days is (currently) the expected average time for 10THs to find a block, so for 1 day of course that's 1 chance in ~237 Way better than the lotto.

Umm.. you know you are looking at 1000TH/s, right!?!? yea why don't they list it as One PH then make it easier to the eye . you can in the software just type in the right number it should show as One PH lol . but the way it is posted make it kind look like 1 th it's cool my bad i could never afford one PH any way for three days maybe 3 hours . just not never seen 1 PH listed as a rental. but it's Polly going to be more common now.as i said sorry for the asking it was a stupid question. Yeah, I've seen 2PH rentals there. Rented 500TH for a few hours before, no biggie. RIght now it's at 4x normal costs.

is this site any good any more ?
I mean 151 btc to rent 1 th for three days really .
This is what i see on a lot of rental or similar
for 72 hours for a total price of 151.101 BTC (which includes the 3% Betarigs fee of 4.401 BTC).
Are you sure you'r looking at SHA256? LOL I'm guessing you're looking at some form of scrypt with crazy high prices for TH. Check again. RIght now Betarigs prices are high due to the mag rush to mine some other SHA256 coin I think.

All that means is you haven't found a better one yet.
Ohh, so that only updates if I'm close to finding a block? Crap. Thought it was away to track the performance of the miner. LOL

Weird, my lastupdate and bestshare #'s don't seem to be changing, even though I've been sending more than usual TH to it.

Sorry, that's $50 off 4, so $1650 total.
awww Oh well, I'm still good with $1500 shipped to 65202, escrow with Og. Maybe that will at least set a floor for you. FYI, there's a listing on ebay right now that after fees hits your number within $.50. Where? I just checked, the cheapest is $449+25 shipping, So that's $230 MORE then 727miner is asking for. If you want it BUY this. I dealt with 727miner before, buying other miner hardware and it went flawlessly. He even ran them at his own expense on my pools until he shipped them. A+ guy. I have no qualms buying from 727miner. As to the numbers, factor in the 13% fees ebay charges. Also, if 727 is selling Sp20s for ($449+$25-$230), sign me up for all of them. Stop being a dche. You know what I meant. (Which in case you are thick, was for all 4.) You won't get them cheaper and better. IF you can find them anywhere else for $375 SHIPPED per piece, I suggest you buy a ton of them.

I have a question. Are we all working at the same time on the same blocks? Or is it different all the time for every worker? for example if I have 10 minors under one worker and I rent a large miner it then ends, will it continue on the same block or will it all everyone has a different clock to work on. Also if somebody has a very small miner does it chances are way lower than something that they have 10 times that? Or is it just pure luck?
Everyone mines their own random data on the same network block as everyone else and there is no such thing as "progress" in mining. Your chance of finding a block is purely proportional to your hashrate at the time. What you mined before, and what everyone else is mining, has absolutely no effect on your chance of finding one. So you have the same chance with an S1 vs a 100TH rig?

So, I'm driving into work today and my phone goes off and I see this: I literally freak out in traffic . I've been mining off and on here since CK started the pool. Came real close to hitting a block a few weeks back and about 3 days ago I decided that I would spend a few coins and rent some hash (around 100 - 150T everyday). I knew it was a long shot and tbh I was about to give up renting today. I've only mined one other block (269489) with a Block Erupter USB stick back on Slush's pool in Nov 2013 and that's what started my obsession with Bitcoin mining. It's true that life does throw you a bone once in a while Thanks to CK for this pool, when this block matures, I'll send a tip your way. Congrats bud! since you're new financial windfall, you can send me those sp20s you have for sale for free right?
