2681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Bitcoin manage to grow over time? on: July 10, 2022, 03:56:17 PM
Yes, it's driven by demand and also, the consumption of electricity for it to maintain the network is its back-end. That's another contribution to its value that it has right now.
The reason why many bashers bitcoin has is that they cannot stop its growth. The reality is sinking in that bitcoin is bound to get up and with the halving that it has every 4 years, it'll make its price even higher.
2682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Type of Gambler Am I? on: July 10, 2022, 09:20:31 AM
Every casual gambler just understands what gambling is and there's no need for them to fall for that much addiction. If they lose for the day, that's already enough and they call it the end for that day. There's no need to be too good on it if you can simply gamble and earn some and win some and when you're done, you don't ask for more especially in losing because what's done is enough and you don't want to accumulate more losses and can try again the next day.
That is correct. Most of the people seem to be here are casual gamblers and they need to understand that the hard earned money has to taken care of and not to be wasted like crazy. However - gambling is a serious addiction it better to know when to leave if you are at the losing end.
As a casual gambler, we all know when to leave and stop when it's necessary and when it is okay to lose all that we've got. It's the mindset as a gambler and understanding your situation.
Because you just can't gamble with everything that you can if it's a random time when you gamble, it's okay when you have it on plan and you're very much okay to lose it all.
2683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Type of Gambler Am I? on: July 09, 2022, 12:01:02 PM
By reading the posts I can see many members here are casual gamblers. Maybe people are getting smarter and are not interested in wasting their money in gambling where there are extreme chances - You are a winner or you're a loser. There is no mercy in this game as well.

2684  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance remove BTC trade fees to mark 5th anniversary on: July 09, 2022, 09:34:18 AM
As an individual that trades on them, we really won't feel that much on the usual fee. But them, as the enterprise and the exchange itself, this is a big slash for them and will lose them profit for the entire promo that they're doing for their anniversary. I guess that's already the bonus that they give for all of their users fairly. It's good to have that promo but yeah, we'll be looking for a better and more promo to them. And if that's what they can offer then we should just ignore or be grateful with it.
But at least we are really seeing that they are really that willing to slash off some profits on a particular day just for that celebration of their 5th anniversay.Even though it wont really be that much on personal

or for every user but it is indeed true that it would really be that significant on them even if we do talk about just a day considering on how much they could really able to generate specially on basing
how many users they do have.

Also for some big traders or in volumes then these trading fees would really be that big which it could also beneficial for them at least even just given on a single day or what.
We are indeed waiting for other promotions from Binance even though its not 5th anniversary. hehe
Yes, that's good of them actually although it can't also be denied that there will be some complains if ever there are promos like this. But totally yeah, we should just be grateful with it and they're helping us some from the fees that they usually charge us.
Just wishing them congratulations for reaching fifth year as one of the most known exchanges in the entire world and they seem to be maintaining that position.
2685  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we embrace a cashless policy?? on: July 09, 2022, 07:47:55 AM
it will take long long time.. especially the third world countries. .  where the local transportation is Tuk Tuk and Rickshaw and the local hackers do not have have a smart phone. Illiteracy is the main problem and hindrance in making this cashless policy a reality.
Local hackers but don't have a smart phone? I think that's too much for that description, most hackers that we usually know are in depth of knowledge with modern technology.
Well, maybe it's a real thing that they don't have a smartphone and only got PC on use. But I'm thinking of the reality that today, it's likely that smartphones are already a necessity.
2686  Economy / Gambling / Re: Macaw.casino ⚡ Powered by the lightning network ⚡ Instant withdrawals ⚡ No KYC on: July 08, 2022, 10:37:32 PM
Thanks for all the great feedback! We are going to put the site under maintenance for the weekend so our devs can make some improvements. We will get back to you soon with some updates
Nice, that's quick and I wasn't expecting that. But anyway, good luck with you macaw.casino and hopefully your maintenance will result into having a better feedback from everyone.
I am starting to see some other casinos accepting bitcoin lightning network and this will add more users not just on your end but also to those that haven't used it yet for transfers.
2687  Economy / Gambling / Re: Macaw.casino ⚡ Powered by the lightning network ⚡ Instant withdrawals ⚡ No KYC on: July 08, 2022, 09:39:19 PM
Welcome to the forum, what I like to suggest is that those games should be highlighted already and no need to click at the top for one to see it.
It's better if it's on the side and can be read easily without having to click that top of "games". Well, that's just my opinion and overall your casino is good but it seems familiar to me or did I've seen the same design before.
The advice you gave him is exactly right.  Like you, I wish that if he had highlighted the games here, he would not have had to click and watch them.  Anyway it doesn't seem like I've seen a design like this before but I don't know if it will be good but good luck for it
It's good but if they think that I've said it right as well. They'll consider it but if not, that's okay and that's their way of labelling the games and as well as their design.
For the background, it's really like something that I've seen or I don't know if it's just close to it because of the color palette that they have, maybe it's just all about the color and not the entire design.

2689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why is bitcoin price important? on: July 08, 2022, 02:36:38 PM
alot of posts seem to be focused on the price of bitcoin. i understand why because they are wanting to sell it for a profit but is that the purpose of bitcoin or was there some other purpose for it? i thought it was originally designed to just be a way to transfer digital cash in a decentralized manner but it seems like people don't really care about that part of it and all they care about is what its price is. seems they got the wrong idea of bitcoin.

thing is, for alot of people it seems like when bitcoin price is "high" they think that means it is succeeding more than when it is "low". but if we think about bitcoin's intended purpose, it doesn't matter what the price is as long as bitcoin can be transferred peer to peer without any centralized party being involved. so if bitcoin was worth $1 people shouldn't complain.
This has been a topic for a long time. It's true that bitcoin was made for the reason of transfer but it's another good character of bitcoin that we have embraced and there's nothing wrong if people are using it as a store of value. That's how it is and what it is right now. And as we hold it as a store of value, are we ignoring it as a transfer method? No. It's attached to its use for being both so, we just have to enjoy both of it and do what you want to do with your bitcoins.
The market is evolving and no one will complain if bitcoin goes to $1, you know why? It's because many will surely buy at that price.
2690  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: July 07, 2022, 11:33:02 PM
I have always thought that during the ancient days, there's already gambling but in different terms like in physique and competitions. There's no actual bet.
But gambling during that time is the actual competition and the winner will get the recognition that they'll have. The winner takes it all why the loser will have the degraded attention from the mass like losing his popularity.

2692  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should I invest? on: July 07, 2022, 09:45:06 PM
At this time - its not that easy to buy a coin. One need to have a good decent investment and also knowledge to keep a check and balance on the coins.
I think before investing in coins - one should do a through research on what to do and what not to . . . Otherwise LUNA too was a big setback for the buyers.
You don't have to set like that as it seems it's really hard to buy a coin. He said that, you should buy bitcoin with your extra funds and that's not hard of doing it.
In most countries, there are bitcoin sellers and exchanges are accessible unless you really are from a country that has prohibited access to most exchanges.
2693  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin reach 18600$ level in this week ends? on: July 07, 2022, 10:22:40 AM
Last week BTC weekly candle closed by 18627$. But as we can see this week BTC is showing a bullish pattern. But still, this week does not end, So what are you guys thinking about this week's BTC moving? Will it break up or down last week candle?
Only one sure thing we'll have, we'll get unknown answer for this week. Just to sum it up, have yourself be positioned in what you're thinking. If the weekend will have it favored to btc then what you're gonna do rightaway? Are you gonna sell or not?
IMO, it won't matter what we'll have in the weekend because it won't change a thing for bitcoin as a volatile asset.
With the recent pumps of the market, I am not expecting we will fall below $19,000 this week. If you take a look, we are fighting the $21,000 level.
If ever we will not fall below $20,000 this week, I am expecting Bitcoin is creating a support level of $20,000 and it is good thing so that it will help not to reach the $18,6000 anymore.
Well, let's hope for the best this week and it won't be falling anymore under $19k or $20k. That would be a good time to think about if an upcoming pump will come, many are unprepared. Staying at $20k for many weeks/days seems decent and looking good.
Just a few more days away until this week ends and then we'll see how it shall end but still, as I've said, it won't really matter for the long term.
2694  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚡️⚡️Betplay.io - Lightning Network Casino - INSTANT & ZERO FEE Payments ⚡️⚡️ on: July 06, 2022, 10:02:42 PM
Bitcoin lightening network is quite a new development and Betplay happens to be the first platform as a casino to have adopted this development into the payment network, and this will go a long way to increase the number of new users that will use the casinos since lightening network is gaining ground and having much fans lately, due to it low fees and faster transaction confirmation time. I will try out but in the coming days when I have some Satoshi to lock up in the lightning wallet.
Just like the old days when only a few casino was up with bitcoin. They've helped bitcoin grew and became recognized. I think this is the same at the current stage of having the option of lightning network.
It's still not known for most and it's likely that there are bitcoin holders that are just plainly holding and investing that don't know about it. And once the other casinos sees that there's a demand for this acceptance and support for lightning network, they'll follow what betplay has done for its initiative.

The feeling is like rushing when we're on that particular moment and when we're winning, there's really nothing can beat us on our minds and we think that it's the best day and all the luck in the world is with us. Whether you play sports betting or any casino games and you're winning. You won't think that it should be called a day because your luck might not be gone and it's still there for you think to keep on going. However, we all know how it looks like in the end if we don't stop on during those lucky moments.
On the time that you do able to experience constant win then you do really have that kind of emotion or experience where you do really get that confident and believing that you would really be getting rich if you do

proceed or play even more or further until you would experience loss and do lost all the winnings that you do have.So the time comes then you would really be molding that thing on mind on believing that you might

be lucky on next bet and able to experience the same winning streak that you had experienced earlier. There were no guarantees if it could happen but in most cases it do make the situation even more worst
and this is what makes gambling business to be very profitable because of these kind of mindset and behavior do people have.
It's all about that thinking that we'll be lucky if we keep going and that's not going to change our minds when we're hitting those wins. The possibility of us stopping at that time is there but when you're excited and your emotions are getting caught up.
You're barely going to stop because you are positive and you think that it's the only day that you'll have that luck with you.
2696  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Voyager has filed for bankruptcy in NY court. Deposits there in serious risk. on: July 06, 2022, 07:45:50 PM
This is an alarming news which might cause more FUD to the crypto market.
It will truly bring FUD to the market and for sure those content creators, news/media will add flavor to this news and will bring it only to their headlines.
It doesn't sound reassuring as it may push more lending platforms to flood so it's best to withdraw your money from all platforms at the moment (if you haven't already)
Yup, there's no other way where this is going. Those that have deposits in most centralized platforms should withdraw their assets as we'll not know what will be the domino effect on this but it's better to be safe and we know what to do.

2698  Economy / Gambling / Re: I want to make a telegram live betting group… on: July 05, 2022, 11:02:20 PM
OP was registered a day and then last active was on the next day. These telegram channels are being a place for most scammers. I've tried to make an account there and the other day, I was added on another group.
This how they work on it so even OP make a legitimate betting group, there will be those observers that will try to add each member to another group that they work or promote. Not worth it for me TBH.

It has something to do with the excitement that you're getting when you are playing games in casinos on sports betting we go to where we excite the most, you're not the only one many of us experienced this, we know that our chances are low but we still continue to play where the risk is too high, where the risks are high the excitement is also high and this is something we want to experience over and over again.

You've got the boat and I think that's still something big to consider despite you've sold mostly at that time. Looking back at that date, you're an achiever and not everyone is able to do that. Although looking at those quantities right now despite we're in a correction, that's a lot and we  always get to compare past and present.
But that's really our lives, we get to have a day for selling and buying things that we want. I just wish you all the best and hopefully, you'll continue to be at best shape since you're already back on track.

Thanks for your kind words.

Oh you wanna know what's crazy ? I've sold the boat to a girl in 2018, she never paid me.
What a twist with that story about the boat. I now understand you more, the struggle and the story that you went and despite all of those challenges and problem you've got, you're still here. You really can be said one of the great enthusiasts in the community.
Just look at what you went through and I know that the greater fate will be you soon, we all together will be.
