So am I!

I recall listening to news reports a few days (within a week) after it happening with these "experts" saying "oh, they'll be caught within 72 hours, i'm sure of it." Such bullshit statements! The media sucks some times, they'll put anyone on TV who can say anything and pass it off as some sort of fact.

lol these guys are murderers, for god's sake. anyone in their right mind wouldn't say something like "oh, I don't think these guys will get caught anytime soon." on tv unless they want the people to be scared.
2703  Other / Meta / Re: My bitcointalk account is hacked, Please help!!!! on: June 23, 2015, 07:27:09 AM

Man, I don't think there is much else you can do other than to hope a staff member lifts the ban.  I guess you could try messaging each one but I would recommend only sending ONE message per staffer with all the details and evidence.  That is the only thing I can think to recommend you do bro.   Sad

I wouldn't do that

Please don't PM other Staff members, we can't do anything for you. Only BadBear and Theymos have the power to help you out, but both are very busy so it can take a while before something happens.

--------------

and I don't know if the account will be recovered at all

Don't bother recovering the account, it was banned today for spamming ref links (54 posts in total).

hope it will, tho

Yes, I have been accepted.  My question was if I need to reapply after my first week.  Thanks!

you don't need to reapply.
2706  Other / Meta / Re: My bitcointalk account is hacked, Please help!!!! on: June 23, 2015, 06:43:07 AM
Theymos is a shitty admin, restore his access already!

Yeah but we are in loss coz of his shittiness

I'm just asking this out of curiosity. but did you create that account using the same email as the hacked one?

----------------
apparently your account was banned almost the same time this topic was made. I think that's why your account hasn't been recovered yet. there's no way to be sure if that account was really hacked or if you lied (sorry) and created this topic in hope to get the ban lifted.
2707  Other / Meta / Re: ban initiating date on: June 23, 2015, 05:16:30 AM
friend of mine got banned for 14days but he lost track when his ban initiated. now how he can check since PM and posting is blocked for him

apology for initiating new thread but couldnt find any appropriate thread where this info is available

thanks

I assume he can still see his latest posts/PMs? if so, then you can try two things
1. see the last post of the banned account then count to 14.
2. if it's deleted, check the PM sent by "Bitcoin Forum" and do the same.

it won't be 100% accurate, but close enough
2708  Other / Meta / Re: How to tell if a forum account has been banned? on: June 23, 2015, 04:56:48 AM
I vaguely remember there was a thread like this once. the only accepted answer is there's no way to know for sure whether or not someone got banned previously without asking the admins.

edit:
found it

2710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whats the most expensive Thing you have bought with bitcoin? on: June 22, 2015, 08:56:21 PM
ten zenhashlets (yeah) worth 20$ each. you can guess how that story ends..
2711  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much did you pay for your 1st Bitcoin on: June 22, 2015, 08:16:45 PM
first 1BTC or less? I never bought more than 0.5BTC, I first bought BTC (0.05 I think) when it was $800+. and I got my first satoshis from coinchat.
2712  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is this user cheating coinomat ? on: June 22, 2015, 08:10:54 PM
Out of curiosity, who is managing the coinimat campaign? I don't think they are doing a very good job.

Their owner runs it, I think.

I told him to hire a campaign manager but he refused because he thinks the site have been around for a long time. can't say I object
2713  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: June 22, 2015, 08:05:05 PM
I got paid 0.1 from a signature campaign today. that's the most that I can get
2714  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you allow smoking cigarettes or are you anti-tobacco? on: June 22, 2015, 07:59:34 PM
I'm a smoker and I don't mind those who do smoke as long as they didn't smoke too close to the kids.
2715  Economy / Services / Re: Coinomat.com - Signature Campaign! [STARTED] on: June 22, 2015, 07:01:22 PM

What's going on with Bitcoin100?

what do you mean by that?

what is bitcoin100 Huh

have you learn anything about bitcoin100 since you asked that or do I need to recommend a tool called google?

Did you just call Google a tool?

well, what else should I call 'em?

this one still have neutral trust. Vod actually tagged him but he's no longer on default trust
and you're on depth 2, OP. why don't you leave some feedback?

Vod is still on default trust (under dooglus) and OP is not on depth 2 (he's on depth 4). You're seeing a different (non-default) trust list because you have Quickseller on your list.
Both bobolini and jinjuro are now red when using default trust.

whaaat? so adding a user to my trust list automatically exclude whoever it is that he excluded from his?

2719  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you have a PSP? on: June 22, 2015, 06:19:42 PM
I have a PSP 3000.

I was very surprised to see this topic when I'm just about to pick it up again and play Valkyria Chronicles 3. what a coincidence.

PSP is the best !  Grin I dont mine play much but when I do , I play PS1 Monopoly. It's fun but I still don't know if my game could be save so that I can continue my previous games. (game save data)

you can save your games even if it's PS1. I've just recently finished Suikoden 2 myself

You can do that? I tried with my PS1 Monopoly iso but it couldnt save.

that's odd.. I've played a lot of PS1 games on PSP and I never had problem saving.
