I'd suppose that it's not because Binance situation doesn't impact the market much. Look at the BNB rate, it looks like people are still optimistic about Binance and its chances with SEC confrontation. They are now trying to withdraw Gary Gensler from the game. So who knows, it can be so that Binance will not be harmed too much in this situation. The market reacts on this not so negative expectations and stay "calm". |

Потихоньку уже начинают высчитывать, кто из крупных майнеров переживёт халвинг, а у кого расходы не такие оптимизированные. Пишут, что Stronghold один биткойн обходится в 8 200 баксов, Cipher в 8 600, а Riot в 10 400. При таких цифрах чего бы им и не пережить халвинг без сильно больших потрясений. Ну, и много кто по всей планете организует добычу возобновляемой энергии, а про неё известно, что капитальные вложения обычно большие, зато потом надолго много дешёвой энергии. Тот же Tether то в одной стране планирует вкладываться, то в другой. Так что к халвингу готовятся по полной программе, все хотят его пережить, а то и нарастить дольку рынка.  |

Binance ещё собирается хорошенько так пободаться: они хотят, чтобы Генслер взял самоотвод на основании того, что он может стать важным свидетелем, поскольку, как говорят юристы биржи, претендовал на работу на Binance несколько лет назад, а такЖе проводил консультации с Чжао. Не знаю, сумеют ли они представить дело именно таким образом, но пытаться выбивать игроков противной стороны, причём крупных игроков — это сильный шаг. Думаю, что у биржи всё-таки достаточно ушлые адвокаты, чтобы, как минимум, смягчить последствия пристального внимания SEC. |

К прошлому халвингу только ленивый не предсказывал бычье ралли, и ничего, быки пришли, все, кому надо, заработали свои сатошики на этом деле, потому что особенности психологии таковы, что хомячки всегда находятся, сколько прямым текстом что ни рассказывай. Я, например, в себе массу хомячьих качеств наблюдаю, так что знаю, о чём говорю! Предсказывать и планировать это одно, а вот в самый разгар бычки следовать своим планам и вовремя оставновиться и выйти, это уже совсем другое, тут Polkeins очень верно на человеческую природу намекает. Так что рано или поздно бычий рынок всё равно приходит, и всё равно не все его возможностями пользуются на полную, а немало кто на нём ухитряется и проиграть, несмотря на то, что всё в общих чертах более-менее известно заранее. Как говорится, кто лучше всего умеет усмирять жадность и не тормозить азарт в нужные моменты, тот и выходит в профитом. |

При этом биткойн молниеносно отыграл падение на тыщонку баксов, а вот BNB как свои 10% растерял, так и пока что завис. С одной стороны, не возвращается вслед за биткойном, значит, не очень оптимистично относительно него народ настроен, но, с другой стороны, пока и глубже не проваливается, так что и особого пессимизма не заметно. Видимо, не только у меня есть ожидания, что Бинансе как-нибудь из этого выкарабкается. |

If you suppose that someone misuses the Trust system you should distust this user (add him with ~ in your Trust list), but not misuse the Trust system by yourself (not incorrectly tag anyone). The situation is the same in my nation. Bitcoin is not recognized as legal tender, few people believe in it, and those who do adopt it do so discreetly. They are unable to use bitcoin openly due to the law prohibiting it, even when conducting transactions. When paying for bitcoin purchases, you do not need to disclose to your bank that the payment is related to bitcoin or cryptocurrency. if you do, the bank will freeze all of your funds, the government will get involved, and the offender will be penalized.
Police officers even go so far as to inspect people's phones, usually those of young people, to check for cryptocurrency-related apps like Binance, Trust Wallet, KuCoin, etc. Anyone caught with such apps will face punishment. Being a bitcoiner in my country comes with a significant amount of risk, but we do it out of love for Bitcoin and with the hopes that one day it will be legal in my country, like it is in places like El Salvador.
Unfortunately the way of the world Bitcoin adoption is not going to be easy. The Central African Republic first made Bitcoin a legal tender and then revoke recognition in a year. And that's one of the reasons why we are so interested in the success of El Salvador on its Bitcoin way. If they will steadily and sequentially show positive results of Bitcoin adoption then some other countries will become more bitcoin friendly to get their parts of a Bitcoin pie. Majority of us are nor Salvadorians but we sincerely happy for them when we see any good news from their country these days. |

No, they aren't. Major players use everything to play with the market and smaller players react to what the first ones do. Major exchanges are major players also so their games also impact the market, so it is impossible that any serious situation with Binance won't impact. Even if you'll reach some people on the forum (hardly) there are much more in the outer world who will not hear nor you, nor me. To impact the market the one should became the whale. You're mostly right, but Atomic Wallet was... a non-custodial wallet, not an exchange. And it seemed pretty good, this hack is really devastating. Thank God I didn't use it.

It's just because you are "giving too much importance" to USD and its rate to BTC. 1 BTC is always 1 BTC. So it doesn't matter which are the rates to any fiat currency at the moment. And if you worried about the rates then you are definitely giving enough importance to exchanges because they form these rates in fact. Do I care if a totally KYC demanding CEX will lose this game? Not so much. But I'm aware that it will definitely impact on rates if that CEX is big enough. And Binance is really big. |

Хотя в готовящемся большом криптозаконе роль SEC всё ещё большая, но все криптовалюты планируют разделить на имущество и ценные бумаги. Критерии будут прописаны в документах той же SEC (и каким-то образом будут определяться по уровню децентрализованности конкретного актива), но после этого под контролем SEC останется только та часть, что будет определена как ценные бумаги, а вот те криптовалюты, что будут сочтены имуществом, будут регулироваться CFTC. В общем, внимание к крипте как-то очень сильно стало в Штатах последнее время проявляться. Все высказываются, все по судам хотят, все законопроекты выдвигают. Большой шухер идёт! |

Как красиво рынок отреагировал на то, что SEC начала докапываться до Binance и её руководителя. BNB, конечно, немного сильнее просела, чем биткойн, но Бинансе потянула за собой весь рынок, а ведь, по большому счёту, ещё ничего не произошло. SEC пока что хочет через суд запретить бирже работать в Штатах и получить жирненький штраф. И пока что даже решения суда нет, но рынки уже напряглись. И повальный кусь, кроме моего полного отвращения от биржи, не так уж много что, получается, дал... |

Oh! Comeon, do you think they only rely on the forum for investment. Suggest me a new projects that gain momentum after they went on with a bounty project on the forum after 2018.
There was a time when I participated on a bounty by Atomic wallet. Do you think such projects are coming to this forum. Every new project is now using automation. Remember forum is meant for Bitcoin. We have altcoin bounties as an additional traffic. The forum doesn't have any rules on altcoin bounties. Think before you reply.
And which conclusions do you want to make from this? If they will refuse to comply with their obligations wouldn't it be known not just on the forum? I don't think that this forum is isolated from all other web. If there are some questions about the team and the projects it represent these questions will stay and will be asked in other places also. Even if we imagine they are not so relying on this forum it doesn't mean they are not interested to answer the questions. Information tends to leak out. To think is sometimes not so bad advice. |

Why would they? Is their a clause added that they need to explain themselves. No one was forced to participate in their bounty campaign and in the ICO! Risk is a prime factor when you either in invest or work for a new project as a bounty hunter. The problem starts when you do not have any factual evidence of scam and then you use the same forum to speculate a scam on anew project. We are in 2023, scam is common, unless any concrete evidence is provide I think such topics doesn't make any sense.
Don't they need investments? I talked myself with numerous projects representatives and saw how they answered others. All successful projects were very open to any questions, they explained all the community was keen in. And all the projects with arrogant team representatives who didn't want to answer simple and silly questions turned out to be a scam. Prospective projects are interested in their community, are interested in their investors, so they do explain. |

Isn't it is too early to create a topic on scam! They just conducted their bounty program, they are still on the initial state of ICO and we have a topic on a possible scam. This why most projects have shifted to bounty automation. In my opinion we need more actual evidence first before creating a possible scam topic. Seeing this topic they might not even distribute the tokens earned by bounty hunters.
As of me this topic by @GxSTxV looks more like a merit mongering event. What has been posted on the OP are not evidence but a hypothetical analysis by this member on this project. Even if they did not have plan to scam bounty hunters, they will now eventually. A simple bounty project defamed without any concrete evidence. All evidence submitted are hypothetical and imaginative. This is what hyper active, imaginative and speculative members do to defame a project without any factual evidence.
No real project will ever refuse comply with an obligation just on someone's topic on some forum. If their 25+ projects are real they can just explain the situation and get even more support being an open team. If they really have anything to show it is so easy to do to even improve their reputation. They should be transparent enough to collect investors money. If they won't pay what they owe, this will just show that all suspicions were correct and not that they were offended by someone's topic. |
