~ in essence, no technique is truly effective. so the important point is, one must know when to stop and when to start again and the most decisive factor is luck.
Luck is not the most decisive, but is the only factor in purely luck-based games like dice, roulette, slots and such. In poker and sports betting, on the other hand, luck, according to many gamblers, plays a lesser role than skill. On the contrary I agree with rahmad2nd that luck is the most decisive factor. Ever watch a boxing fight where the least favorite got an upset win via lucky punch? Also, basketball game where the leading team loses due to missed free throws while the opponent got the loose ball and sink in a basket in a long throw shot. Even in blackjack, a guy beating a 20 cards due to him getting lucky to get a card that will make his card deck 21, and poker with initially good cards. Luck is the most determining factor that can change the result of a game. Before reading your reply I made a post today about luck being a big factor in sports betting. I don't think it's the most decisive one, but it's definitely significant. And I just read the rahmad2nd's post again, and I still think that he started from sports betting and then moved to purely luck based games. Therefore I replied the way I did. Overall, if we think we can apply some "techniques" to games like dice, we are doomed. Not at all . If we know when to stop, we certainly can avoid that doom. True that. As @South Park has pointed out below: "The only strategy that works on games that are completely luck based are money management strategies". I totally agree with this.

~ I am also not a fan of Money train, I never had a good win from that slot, the first time I got a persistent collector (was playing MT2), the bonus game died out after 3 rolls lol, not even a single save. On the MT3, I watch streamers often get rekt. And most of the time if they buy the highest option, they were given the persistent collecter and when they got a sniper, the bonus round often ended with just 3 spins. Well, that's surely not my experience with MT2. As I said, I'm a huge fan of this slot. Not trying to say that it's a money-making machine, but I personally, just because of luck, in profit from playing MT2. My highest multiplier was around 700x, and I had lots 100x+ playing this slot. ~ That is the most hated point of Money Train bonus rounds, it just dies after 3 small multipliers without opening new room for more multipliers. Buying the highest bonus means one of the persistent multi features stays during full bonus round but the disgusting part is it can go dead for 3 or 5 rounds. I usually prefer to spin slots instead of bonus buys, MT3 is volatile so I stop chasing bonus after 300 spins usually.
Yeah, me too. It is more entertaining to actually play the game than to watch a flick about you losing money.

Official link https://finance.yahoo.com/news/twitter-crypto-head-staff-resign-190633380.htmlIt is well known fact that a lot of Twitter employees are leaving the company. Now the news that Tess Rinearson, who was made the head of Twitter crypto team has made a tweet stating that he is leaving the company. Many other people in the crypt unit of Twitter space also followed her and announced that they will also be leaving the company. What impact do you think this will have on crypto space in general ? I am sure they must be working on crypto inclusion on the platform in some way and now when they have left the decisions will be delayed in this matter. It will definitely have a bad impact on the crypto market, just like any other negative crypto-related news. The question is, what crypto enthusiasts can get out of it? Well, they can be buying at the prices no one could even dream about when BTC was around $70k. Once again we find ourselves in this situation: $20k - I'm not buying, the price is too high. $3k - I'm not buying, it's going to zero! $70k - ...

Hello guys, As the World Cup is about to kick off this weekend, I've gone through the football-themed games on Bitcasino. Here are the ones I thought you might enjoy Table Slot Did I miss any? Have you played any of these before? Also, which team are you rooting for? Cheers, Karl Hello, Karl Yes, you did miss at least one football-themed game on Bitcasino platform. It is Football: Champions Cup by NetEnt It's a fun game to play. At first it looks like your basic slot game But once you get 3 of these guys , you can start doing penalty kicks and being on the place of a goalkeeper by turns, with that nice sound of a big audience rooting for you. Since the only skill you can apply to this game is luck, I wish you more of that, guys. I even invented a slogan for this bonus game: " Save and Score, Get Chips Galore!"

~ I feel like stake is such a famous place that when there is a scammer who would like to steal money, they may end up using Stake to whitewash that money away, deposit here, gamble a bit, and then try to withdraw somewhere else, which would be sort of like a semi mix of bitcoin basically, and of course there is no KYC here neither, which would be easier to confuse others, but of course Stake could just say "the account that deposited from X withdrew that money to Y" and it would be all over for them. It’s just a fame issue, not anything else, Stake is too famous to be ignored when there are things like this going on, not saying it is true or not, but it wouldn't shock me. You nailed it, mate. Stake is a very popular online casino, and for a reason. Not only they can promote themselves effectively, but they also have an amazing reputation among gamblers. When you mention Stake in your article, you are likely to get more attention, that's it. I stopped being surprised by seeing the name Stake in an article quite some time ago.

~ I heard that in some countries smoking scenes in films (even the old 60-70s where everyone smoked in any situation) are subject to the effect of "blurring". That is, you do not see a cigarette Sounds like complete nonsense! At the same time, the scenes of the murder and other things remain. Such censorship is very funny, since the movie is supposed to reflect life, but when I see a "blurred" cigarette in the bandit's hand, I want to laugh.I hope it won't come to that with gambling streaming. Imaging seeing slots blurred on Twitch, or wherever, when streamer is going "C'mon, c'mon, c'mon! I need another Scatter!!!". It's like listening to porn on the radio, innit? But seriously, it would be ridiculous, let's establish that. After those words I would like to add that I would be happy if they found a way to prevent minors from watching those streams.

This is called gambling. High risk, high reward. When you saw that you were up by $700, you weren't satisfied and thought you could make more profit. You decided not to cash out your profit. So you were taking more risk to get more profit. But things didn't go your way and you ended up losing everything. Now think, was it worth taking the risk? How much more profit you would have made if you took the risk? If it was for like few more bucks, then no, you shouldn't have waited till the end and should have taken your profit. If it was like a few thousand more bucks, then yeah, I would say it was worth the risk since you initially placed only a $70 bet.
^^This is pretty much what are my thoughts about OP's situation. His initial bet, $70, is the key here. He was aiming to win 10x of his bet, and he wouldn't be fully satisfied with $389, or about 5x of his bet. $389 can't be a big money for someone placing $70 at once, so, you are trying to get what you really want, and you are ready to get nothing, and you don't want to stop halfway and get something which is not satisfying for you anyway.

Articles and videos are good in learning poker. However, you should practice and apply it since experience will always be the best teacher. There are a lot of things that you can learn by playing than reading or watching tutorials. I learned poker just by watching my friends play and slowly I started playing and applying what I have learned and observed. Poker is not just about the game concept itself, what makes it fun is you can win with bad hand if you know how and when to bluff. This is something that you can read but learn by yourself.
It's a funny side of poker indeed. But I personally like more another side of it. I mean, for me winning through bluff is even nearly not as exciting as winning thanks to a hero call. I don't know, maybe it's an evolutionary thing, but I feel like the surge of dopamine in the brain is more intense when someone failed to fool you than when you successfully fooled someone.

~img Tomorrow is the first day of the World Cup Qatar vs Ecuador match. Both the teams are almost equally strong and the performances of both the teams are almost the same, which team do you want to win tomorrow's game and what do you understand by predicting the result of tomorrow's game? Can Qatar win tomorrow or draw? Are you willing to bet on tomorrow's World Cup first match from Sportsbet? I am personally going to start my World Cup betting journey with a small bet on the opening day of the World Cup
I knew Ecuador was going to win, but if I were checking this thread more often, I wouldn't forget to make my prediction on Sportsbet's World Cup BTC Pool on Superbru. I still got one point from Def so, not bad. I would hardly predict the exact result anyway. And now I see I missed another one FFS! I really hope this won't happen again. As a rule, guys, it's better to make your picks long beforehand than never.

There's a discussion here about a call to make it mandatory for gambling sites to show proof of money they are holding in reserves because of what happened on FTX. Running a casino during crypto crash - Do you think The Gambling Industry Is Part Of The Domino Effect That Happens In The Market? No, I don't think so. I'm sure, reputable gambling sites can provide with the proof of money they are holding in reserves, if needed. - Will the industry lose the trust of gamblers if one or two casinos scammed their players by closing down and running with what money they have that belongs to the gamblers? No, it will not. It's a very big industry, and if one or two big casinos scammed their players, it would make the news, and probably millions of gamblers would withdraw their money from online platforms immediately, but hundreds of millions would remain. - As a gambler do you use gambling sites to store your coins like what traders are doing on exchanges? These days, I do not, but often, in the past, I used to keep on a gambling platform much more than I could easily afford to lose. I've changed that approach only in March this year. I didn't lose any money, but, I admit, it was a reckless behaviour on my side. - What would gamblers think if a casino does not agree to show proof of money from new and old casinos If asked by the authorities and didn't comply, such a casino would lose its license, and will lose its clients quickly after that.

~ The question is they making the speech to selling us these (licenses.. licensing RNGs.. etc.) as a warranty.. while in fact there is no way to verify the fairness they're running behind.. we have no other choice than just trusting them. Sadly, but true. In fact, there is a way to verify the fairness. But, it costs. Both time & money. But I've been always thinking that that's what regulators are doing. They have both, time and money, and it's their job to verify the fairness, in our case the stable, unchanging RTP, no matter what. For example, I heard that licencing authorities use an algorithm to predetermine the result of all spins on a slot, within, say, 10 million spins, to make sure the RTP is the same as stated by the slot provider. Was it just a rumor, or are they really doing this?

Is it possible to stick with free spins on online casinos and still be able to make some good reward?
I will say from my own experience, and I've done a lot of free spins during my years of gambling. In 90% of those cases it was something below $2. I mean not a $2 free spin, but what's you actually get on your balance after wagering and stuff. I am looking into the free side of things, no risk at all with free spins but the question is has anyone ever make something out of free spins before? Something reasonable at? But there were cases when, with the help of good luck, of course, it was something above $100(pretty big money for me). what was added to my balance in the end. But if you ask is it possible to make your living from with free spins on various gambling platforms, my answer is, it is possible, but only for one in 10 million, or so. It's like winning the lottery: it is possible, but you shouldn't count on it.

Although we may be unemployed one day, we must have a plan in advance for everything. But it is not recommended to take investment as your main job, whether it is investing in cryptocurrencies or other investment projects. Investing requires sufficient experience. Don't think you are a professional investor just because you have made several successful investments. Investing is a long story. You can do it as a side job.
Apart from knowledge and experience, investing requires money. How can you get money for investing if you are unemployed? I mean, borrowing money for making investments is the worst thing you can do, economically-wise. From being just without money, basically a free man, you are risking to become indebted, or, in other words, to become a slave of your debt. Don't do that.

I think it's a good thing that threads like this one keep appearing on this forum. Knowing the history of the game is irrelevant to your chances of winning, but it surely makes your gambling experience better overall. You can learn something new while googling on the topic. Like, for example, I learned today that Baccarat is more popular than Roulette by a wide margin in Casinos of Nevada:
Ok, I think for me Baccarat is really popular as majority of casino's that I went in our play, there are a lot of tables being played, from as low as $10 to $20, from $1k and higher for big bettors and whales. Had a good run last Saturday, was losing in the slot games and then I decided to play baccarat. I didn't sit to, as casino's here allowed standing bettors. So I just ride with player who bet big and in just half hour or less, was able to recover what I've lost in slot and win some. That's great, congrats! Were you playing low stakes, $10 to $20(or could there be even lower ones), or $1k and above? Most people think that baccarat is a game of pure chance, and skill is not involved there at all. Do you personally agree with that notion? Or do you think that at least something, apart from luck, is a factor too?

Yes, in my opinion, this is slavery. To go to fight in a country other than your own to achieve the dreams of the president or the government. This is truly slavery. When your country is exposed to danger by an external enemy, it becomes a duty for all those who are able to bear arms to defend their country, but in such cases it is not a duty to fight For the ambitions of some stupid politicians with power and glory. This is disguised slavery under the name of homeland security, national security and the like, but it is in fact dreams of power or the wrong vision of a president who thinks of himself and his ambitions more than he thinks of his people.
The thing is that they are being lied to by Russian propaganda for years that "NATO is going to invade Russia", or something like that. That's why the Russian people, those who are not going to fight themselves, support the invasion. The number of such people is decreasing day by day, but is still high. As for the "slave soldiers", or, in other words, the cannon fodder, many of them just want the money and a microwave and stuff, they think they can steal in Ukraine.
