I'm not guaranteeing that a steak can never scam.  But I think they won't scam easily because they have already spent millions of dollars through various marketing partnerships and giveaways and continue to do so and they are one of the biggest casino sites in the cryptocasino world .so i believe that they can do real business without scamming.

I think so too. If they want to cheat their many members, they will not last this long and can compete with other trusted and top casinos. Maybe they will end up losing the trust of their members so it won't take long to see them disappear from the list of trusted crypto casinos. On the contrary, the majority of casinos do limit their customers' accounts to make sure they don't win too much. All casinos are commercial operations in the business of making money, and if you consistently win their money, they will limit your ability to continue taking it from them. Even if they can't stop you from winning, they do have to do something if you are a consistently profitable customer.

You are right that it is never written in the TOS, but there are quite a few stories here on this forum where people won big and can now only bet low amounts on several sports markets.
I only joined that fiat casino because they had a real good welcome offer but stopped playing after I got limited lol.

In the sport book it can happen in any casino because they buy the odds from another provider but in any trustworthy casino you will never have your amount limited if you win big in slots,at least I have not heard stories of such happenings in casinos we all love like Stake for example.Every time I check the lucky and big wins below the slot that I am playing I see an insanely huge amount of money won and the usernames of those people who have won them are still active there,meaning they did not get limited.

Other streaming platform are still available for the streamer to use, aside from youtube, Facebook can also be used.  Besides, I read that Twitch will allow Casinos that have a license in the US so it is possible that stake streamer's stream activity on twitch will resume soon.

Eddie said they will offer Dlive for buying company but I don't know if it was joke or Stake really want to buy Dlive streaming platform.
After recent Twitch drama, many streamers look for alternatives and YouTube can't be perfect choice due to the similar gambling regulation.
Maybe Eddie will rebrand Dlive to EDLive and offer other streamers to continue on this platform🤔

Nice catch there.  I think this is one good opportunity to expand the business, streaming is really a booming industry, and with the action of Twitch banning gambling streamers, the idea of Eddie buying Dlive make sense.

Twitch released a statement that they’re banning twitch streamers who play on stake after October 18th. I hope this doesn’t have a major effect on the business. Stake has seen so much positive news over the last couple of years, this along with the recent lawsuit seems to indicate some growing pains. I hope stake is able to continue their great service and find new methods of promotion.

They are not going to stop people from using other streaming services.... just look at what happened when Eddie was banned on Twitch.tv ..... he simply moved operations to Dlive.tv and we are seeing a massive growth in the people who are watching his stream every weekend.

Eddie even said that they are considering buying the platform and then Twitch.tv will regret that they ever made that move, because most of those streamers will move to the DLive.tv site. 

I would guess that it is going to be hard because there aren't enough viewers in other places. If you are famous like ninja, you could go anywhere and make money anyway you want, hell you could start your own business and website and start streaming there and take crypto donations and stake could have its own streaming service that way where gamblers would gamble on stake.

They have the power to do it, they have the fame to do it, developers and designers to build it and they have enough attention from people to find viewers even if it is their own website.

But twitch does bring a lot more new customers and that is what mattered, unfortunately it is not going to exist in a month.

I don't think that License is the real issue why Twitch is banning these gambling platforms such as Stake, Roobet, Duelbits, etc,. I think the main reason why they have been banning these platform are because they are a "crypto" gambling platform. Stake has already made a resolution in regards to the licensure issue with the US which is the Stake.us yet twitch still insists on banning them.

Anyways, there are other major streaming platforms out there for this gambler streamer so I don't think this will be a major issue with the streamers as well as the gambling platforms.

It's not easy to be as reputable as they are, it doesn't take money or fame or famous names to work with, those are all great but that's not the point. Working with Everton, and drake, and ufc, these are all great but that wasn't what made them so loved by all, it made them loved by "more" people but the amount of love we have for them did not increased or decreased from it, we just got more people with same amount of love instead.

The love for stake comes from the fact that they did something right, and because of that we love them, and what they did right was actually caring about everyone, that would make it actually work for everyone involved.
