Was heisst in dem Kontext jetzt "core"?

Someone seems to dislike the thought of $2900 in Western exchanges. China is constitently pushing towards $3k.
The question is how BTC will behave in the epic bust that many are expecting imminently, because even gold crashed in 2008. Staying somewhat liquid could be advisable. That's Bitcoin's use case. When banks start going bankrupt Bitcoin's going to get pumped higher than any of us can imagine. During the next wave of bank bankruptcies they will be bailing themselves out with our money taken from our bank accounts. Even the people that own the banks will be putting their money into Bitcoin rather than bank accounts that are guaranteed a 50% haircut. And transaction fee will be 1000$ . 6. Incentive
By convention, the first transaction in a block is a special transaction that starts a new coin owned by the creator of the block. This adds an incentive for nodes to support the network, and provides a way to initially distribute coins into circulation, since there is no central authority to issue them. The steady addition of a constant of amount of new coins is analogous to gold miners expending resources to add gold to circulation. In our case, it is CPU time and electricity that is expended.
The incentive can also be funded with transaction fees. If the output value of a transaction is less than its input value, the difference is a transaction fee that is added to the incentive value of the block containing the transaction. Once a predetermined number of coins have entered circulation, the incentive can transition entirely to transaction fees and be completely inflation free.

By the tone of your posts; "Nothing can stop ETH now, it's proven itself. It's gonna keep going up forever", I'd say it's definitely near a top.
The only thing that can possibly stop ETH in my opinion is another hack worse than the first. I think it is more likely that in 10 years ETH will be king and we will all look back and the reasons will be obvious as to why. Ether bubble will burst anytime in the future. can you tell me a use case of Ethereum which is Live today? for the use case of digital money we have Bitcoin. https://medium.com/@yobanjo/how-etheroll-and-other-dapps-will-kill-ethereum-e973d8e1c465

Bitcoin withdrawals now batched to reduce cost
Many clients have said they prefer a lower bitcoin withdrawal fee even if it means slower transactions. Accordingly, we are now sending withdrawals together in batches to reduce cost. This allows us to reduce the bitcoin withdrawal fee to:
• 0.001 XBT
We are pleased to offer clients a significantly reduced fee, but keep in mind that bitcoin withdrawals will be a bit slower due to the batching. Withdrawals will take anywhere from 2 minutes to 5 minutes longer to broadcast to the network while waiting to be batched together with other payments.

BIP148 doesn't need a miner majority to build a chain, but it needs a decent sized miner minority which it still doesn't have.
false. a miner minority is already in place. --> https://slushpool.com/stats/?c=btcNot false. I said decent sized. Slush pool is big, but the amount of hash directed to his BIP148 option is not enough to sustain the entire network. Blocks would be days apart at the current rate. yeah, it will take a long time with currently 13.54 Ph/s and the given difficulty on 08/01/2017 to find the next BIP148 block which is the successor of the first or several (with no non-BIP141 blocks between) BIP141 block(s). and difficulty adjustement will take far more longer than 2 weeks on this new BIP148 chain until a BIP148 miner minority exists. Right, and given it's almost 100% slush at the moment, he would see the chain as being a dead end and see it as lost business and abandon it immediately, leaving the fork without any hashrate whatsoever (except that bogus uasfpool.com which has only 500GH and isn't even configured to support segwit properly). besides uasfpool.com and SlushPool there is a third BIP148 pool too. http://pa.xro.ca/

get some fresh air and then come back. There isn't enough air on the planet to make space in a block magically appear. No matter how you juggle, hide, or fudge what is counted to reach a given limit, a hard limit is still a hard limit. you should apply Photosynthesis to get enough fresh air for your mind. where is the issue?

move on in the way of the last two years with scaling?
I'm too tired to rehash the fact that even if you fekwits ram segwit down everyone's throat (despite the fact that the clear majority don't want it and/or don't think it's a viable total solution) it still doesn't change anything in the long run of "scaling", it just postpones the issue. At an exponential rate, we'll be doing this all again next year. get some fresh air and then come back.

...there are BIP148 blocks already....
There are? Care to link to one? all blocks which are signal for BIP141 (SegWit) are 100% BIP148 blocks already because BIP148 full nodes will only accept these blocks on their Bitcoin blockchain after 08/01/2017. they are among us. only the very first short chain of segwit blocks will be considered by BIP148 and then it will be left in the cold while any remaining BIP148 pools try to build on those first blocks. true after 08/01/2017. BIP148 doesn't need a miner majority to build a chain, but it needs a decent sized miner minority which it still doesn't have.

7 Jahre.

In the next week or two I will have my node up and running. Not it makes much difference but I will be using that node to oppose whichever party is first to try to "force" this issue. If that is BIP148 I will be running a non UASF node. If it is a contentions miner hardfork then I will support of whatever proof-of-work change or other countermeasures are deployed in response.
One thing about the bitcoin network is its resilience against being forced to change. The consensus system has proven itself time and time again. It's my opinion that you need not worry as any group trying to force change will fail as has been demonstrated in the past. UASF via BIP148 will be a spectacular failure and consequently the enthusiasm for UASF will likely dwindle along with it. I'm pretty sure that if support stays at <1% hashrate on August1, and pools running UASF will frantically pull out to avoid mining on a dead end chain. Additionally the miners won't be forcing a hardfork as they haven't even begun doing any code, nor have coders, for their Silbert fork. At this stage I'm willing to bet segwit2X will be the way out. There doesn't seem any significant opposition to it any more. I doubt they'll even mine a single UASF block. UASF is a smoke screen for the people who want to ram Core's agenda home via a "compromise". It's just an idea to make the Core roadmap seem less radical - all technical people know it can't actually work. there are BIP148 blocks already. the difference is that they are part of the main blockchain until 08/01/2017. https://slushpool.com/stats/?c=btc
