I must say it was disappointing to see Manchester United and Leeds United play a draw, not a game I would have thought to be a goalless draw, maybe Manchester didn't actually get take the game as seriously as I thought They would, they have up coming Europa league to think about, and If that's the  case then they did well to hold a Leeds United team whose concentration is solely on the league, I think United spot in second place is sealed and an improvement that the board would take note of.

2:To encourage and appreciate your sign message skills you get merited by a reputable member of this forum.https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5300698.0Hope you find them helpful.
This is not a long term benefits, of sign message, since the merit is given once, it's really benevolence of the merit donor doing this, but the reality of the intention is like you said an encouragement, but many Newbies only aspire give the merit in the offering.

I think a sign message or the knowledge of it is a necessity for in-forum and off-forum Bitcoin-er, but many aren't knowledgeable about this necessity, I actually experienced difficulty try to sign a message from my mobile phone, till I tried it on my Laptop.

Leeds has been playing very well lately! I think they can fight for 3 points in the match against Man U... Especially since Man U are getting ready for their upcoming match in the Europa League! I don't think this match is very important for Man U, unlike Leeds...
Every game is important for Manchester United right now, especially for confidence, and taking it into their match in the Europa league, with a good feeling, and again to make their closest neighbor uncomfortable at the top.
Manchester United players has been exciting, especially cavani and greenwood, I won't underestimate Leeds United they can really hold their grounds but I think ole's men can take them out today, their is alot of believe in Manchester United and less player crises I really think they deserve atleast a silver Ware this season and it could be the Europa league.
2724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 25, 2021, 07:39:05 AM
Today, Barcelona are going to play against Villarreal in an away match. As Real Madrid drew with Betis last night, it is a chance for Barcelona to equalize the points. Villarreal are giving battle for the 5th place with R. Sociedad and Betis. But they got really bad results in their last home matches. Still it's gonna be a tough match for Barcelona. But I think they will be defeating Villarreal by 1 goal.
A win for Barcelona will draw them level on point with Real Madrid, but not forgetting the one game advantage Barcelona has over Real Madrid, but there is this jinx at nervous time that Barcelona plays out exactly what Real Madrid played out before them, hopefully it won't be so today.

Villarreal has talents to hurt Barcelona, and you said it correctly they also have what they are contesting so it's a heavily contested match, but I predict a win for Barcelona.

About the pump and dump nature of altcoins, i think this depends on your investment strategy, i personally prefer long term investments so i keep my coins and tokens in my wallet to be safe
Keeping of alt-coins has to be in respect to the type of alt-coins you incubating, as an investor you would want return of investment -ROI- from you alt-coins, and most especially for Long term investors, it hurts so bad after investing, and waiting till almost infinity with no return of investment.

So in that regards to -Newbies- I think they should understand that investment in alt-coins will demand/require them to work, so to trim there negative chances of a wrong alt-coin.
2726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Assuming Bitcoin was your nightmare? on: April 24, 2021, 04:56:11 PM
I think speaking of the present now, if I had such a dream of bitcoin at $100,000 I won't if be excited about the dream becoming true because I think it's very possible, but it won't be the same back then or so I think,

The bitcoin adoption or should I say news concerning bitcoin is more concrete now than it was then, and people where faced with it being a Ponzi scheme, real, scam and many more, and even some who had invested my have emptied off along the way, it's off no surprise to me that their are people who had all the chance to invest then and didn't that are investing now, it maybe regrettable to them but it's still logical, there are investors who invested in some coins so years back that are regretting it now, those who missed out can always take part now, and still anticipate an exciting future.
2727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: April 24, 2021, 02:48:08 PM
I think it's all hope lost for Liverpool getting a champions league ticket, with today's draw, that will cost them three points, the battle for top four is heavily contested, and Liverpool are losing character at this vital part of the league, I think amongst the present top four team the team to drop down would be westham, they have been impressive, but I don't think the can carry on till the end of the season, and their drop will be replaced by tuchel's Chelsea, to complete the top four.

Leicester aren't safe but they won't want a reply of the played-out last season as regards top four place, iheanacho is in top form and I think they can see the season out at the third place.
2728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: April 24, 2021, 07:15:43 AM
Today's game
+Liverpool vs Newcastle: Liverpool are in panic time, trying to getting their stuff together and aim for the big four and Newcastle is fight to stay out of relegation, so this is a sure exciting game, Newcastle nervously defeated westham in there last game, but Liverpool will just be too much for them.

+Westham vs Chelsea: Chelsea are through to the FA cup finals beating Manchester city, and now in same points with westham by a disappointing draw to Brighton, I think this is a case of destiny in there own hands, my prediction is a draw.

+Sheffield United vs Brighton: already relegated Sheffield faces a strong Brighton side, I don't think there has been any team as bad as Sheffield in English league tournament in recent years, I think they would still lose to Brighton.
2729  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin unifiers the world on: April 23, 2021, 07:26:23 PM
Wait a minute, that person you are dealing with is simply trustworthy. It is not because of Bitcoin. And I advise you not to easily trust just anybody simply because the transaction involves Bitcoin. Once you send your Bitcoin to the wrong person, you cannot get it back.

Bitcoin does not encourage us to trust our fellowmen. Satoshi once said, "The root problem with conventional currency is all the trust that's required to make it work." Bitcoin is trying to eliminate certain points of trust.

As opposed to the idea that Bitcoin unifies the world, I think Bitcoin is actually disrupting that unity. We used to be united around the fiat system. We had no alternative back then. With Bitcoin, that unity is interrupted to a significant extent.
Very knowledgeable reply, I to did not see how bitcoin made the transaction successful, it was just two clean individual concluding a deal, bitcoin was only used in place of any other payment, and it's adviceable not to be complacent next time with the individual or any other individual.

But about bitcoin disrupting the world I would say it's part of many disruption that will be a bitter medicine, but with results, the world disruption started with languages, and even in Fiat we have difference in between countries and that's another disruption, and if bitcoin causes any disruption it will just be a phase leading to unity, am not if the theory of a world without Fiat but I believe in a world where everyone would be free to use bitcoin.
2730  Economy / Speculation / Re: A new ballgame, many new coming in and buying including institutional investors on: April 22, 2021, 09:18:02 PM

. BTW, btc should not break the $52k support zone as there is a bullish divergence into RSI which might help the market to again bounce back from this zone. If that happens, btc will take bullish rally to break the 20 MA next. On the other hand, btc might take huge correction again if it's break the $49k to $50k support zone.
Is this speculation, guessing or calculated, regardless of which it is, bitcoin as of currently has dipped below $51k, not yet gone below the other figures you pointed but, it may soon or may not, that volatility for you -unpredictable-  and the only support zone is the one just right under its current price at any time and can be broken/ effect correction, in between there has been delay in Transaction does this has to do with panic sellers?

2732  Economy / Economics / Re: First UK Bank Bans Businesses Accepting Bitcoin on: April 22, 2021, 07:26:35 PM
It's just a bank, although it's a blow, but it's not lethal as to what countries like Nigeria suffers, with a total bank ban, since it came from the Apex bank center, central bank of Nigeria (CBN).
I think cryp-tocurrency enthusiast won't hesitate to take other options among those banks accepting crypto-currency in the United kingdom, I think this would make the bank in question that put the bank have a rethink concerning the possibility of losing many clients.

Most scammers believed once you pay them and they don't carry out the services they are paid for, there is no way they can be traced back for them to offer a refund of payment... What do you think
I view this in many ways than one, a scam is very likely to take place  if there is  ignorance, greed, no research, complacency, blind optimisms/Fate. Scammers has no preference of payment, they can even offer their prospective victims as much payment as possible so long payment are made,

Don't mis-concept it, scam is available to every potential form of payment, I am and you should too, be more concerned in avoiding/exposing scams and ways of scam. And for -Newbies- you likely not to get scammed of you learn, ask questions, research-well, mature your sentiment, no-greed.
2735  Economy / Speculation / Re: How low could Bitcoin go this time? after all good news is out on: April 18, 2021, 07:53:36 PM
A popular local dealer is buying bitcoin at the rate of $1 is to 490 naira which in bank a $1 is 380 naira, (naira is my local currency) so with offers like this people are selling off, not just to him to other smart bulk buyers, I am not as financially strong as he is, but if I had the money I would do same.

The separation is on, fake Bitcoiner would be selling off right now, those that came only because of the repeated, hammering of the ATH -all time high-, am not sure how low bitcoin would go this time, but this is no time for panicking.
2736  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: need help, I lost my coin in 2010 on: April 18, 2021, 04:54:36 PM
I think if you truthfully then you should make a clearer, if you had been in prison for Six years then from 2010 uptill now is eleven years, which mean using normal year counting and not prison year counting, you went in 2015, don't know how powerful your memory is but a you should be clearer in what you want to know about.

faucet are popularly turning out to be scam, you must have heard of the price and it's making you desperate. I think you shouldn't rely on that, you would only get depressed, have a fresh crypto-currency beginning.
2737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: April 18, 2021, 02:02:06 PM
The match has been dull, from both teams, Alexander. L just picked up an injury and is being taken off, I don't see how Arsenal will equalise and then win.
Fulham will hang on desperately do three points they need it now than ever after Newcastle nervously won westham yesterday, it's going to be the week for the teams at the bottom end, three points now for them are pure Gold.
2738  Economy / Speculation / Re: We entered a bear market earlier than expected on: April 18, 2021, 12:43:06 PM
Another prophet, I think we need more analysis than prophet, the market is down and it sparked mourning from crypto-currency users especially newbies.

I have been getting increasing text from -newbies- I talked to about bitcoin, as a result of the price drop, it's bad market drops scares people, if you have done research about BITCOIN before hand, it shouldn't scare anyone, they might be more dip coming, also more panic sells, to getting into panic buy when the market faces upward, which is foolishness.
2739  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: is this for real? (overzealous banker) on: April 18, 2021, 12:13:33 PM
i was talking with the branch manager at my local bank. we ended up talking about bitcoin and crypto and i mentioned to him that I'm buying/selling crypto and he said that's not allowed. He pulled up my account on the spot and started asking me questions about various transactions. I felt like an idiot for letting some dumbass in on my private personal financial life which is none of his business. But now it is!!! Seems like his mission in life is now to catch me in the act of buying or selling bitcoin  Cry

Are you from Nigeria? Reasons for me asking is that, am a Nigerian and it's fresh that there is a bank to crypto-currency and crypto-currency to bank ban, it's unnecessary from from them but yes they did.

Still your bank manager has no right to interrogate you, you were just scared into it, there is no law he hold to ask you questions concerning what you do financially if he suspects you for any reason he can report you and then the appropriate agency take it up, know your rights.
2740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 17, 2021, 08:39:53 PM
Still a draw between Barcelona and athletic Bilbao, but the catalants should remember that this is a cup final and should be more productive with there possession, this may just be the only clear silver wear available for Barcelona this season.

Athletic Bilbao has soaked up Barcelona attacks at them, I think there game plan maybe soak up pressure and capitalize on defensive errors which Barcelona are fond of, the cup is open for both teams for now.
