1. Cheapest Price 2. Anonymity (FYI - there is NO such think as anonymity in the 21C regardless of what we could like to believe [even with bitcoin]) 3. Speed
I agree bitcoin coin definitely needs a legitimate UK exchange. But as we've seen bitcoinica and Pirate, bitcoiners are a greedy lot and not very savy and/or informed so Intersango will probably continue to linger on until is fails or is shut down along with its users funds.
If a user does not honor their side of a trade you've been scammed. Any user who has been scammed by globes should also post any info here. User Globes can also post here to dispute these claims.
I should have posted here sooner. As soon as I asked for a simple verication on the Servre trade globes disappeared. Hmmmmm. If you don't get paid create a scam accusation in the scam accusation sub forum. Thank you.
I'm not saying a new forum but a new user friendly, mobile friendly design of bitcointalk.org. Theymos has posted here somewhere that they have been looking for some time. I believe there may even be some funds. My though is I'm sure there are more then a few bitcoiners with the requisite skills to design and implement something
There's someone in Newbie quarantine yet with Dwollas looking to trade (due to being in the Dwolla 30-day probationary period prohibiting those Dwollas from making their way to an exchange):
For me this is the whole print of the thread. "What you do on-line has real world implications." When people choose to trust and respect individuals on line the same as they in real life we'll all be better off. I hope the TheBitMan has learned that lesson and others watching this thread can see that. And in at lease some pockets of this board and in the bitcoin economy in general there is a desire to have a civil society based on mutual trust and respect and the knowledge that even on line our actions have consequences.
