2721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IMF urges El Salvador to remove Bitcoin as legal tender on: January 26, 2022, 09:33:02 AM
They are a huge organization that relies on dollars and so that's the reason why they're putting their trust in it instead of letting El Salvador do its thing alone, they want to intervene as it seems doesn't look for them. What's the matter if a country wants to adopt it as a legal tender and they actually have passed it and went through a process and made a bill for it. I think this is one of the reasons why many countries don't like to stand with these international orgs because they are trying to interfere with anything with almost everything.

the IMF have nothing to do with "trusting the dollar". their game is to set terms and conditions on countries that take loan dollars that allow the IMF to try punishing a country.

IMF gives loans to underdeveloped countries with tough terms and conditions. Since the underdeveloped countries need finances to stand themselves, they take the loans with high interested rates. Once the country takes a loan, it will become the slave of IMF because now IMF can impose any rules and regulations in the country.

El Salvador should not be threatened by these IMF orders and try to establish itself. For sure, with bitcoin, they will become independent of IMF. Also, the current bitcoin dump is temporary and soon bitcoin will be available at higher rates.
2722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BinaryARB - The Premier Cryptocurrency Investment Platform on: January 26, 2022, 08:00:25 AM

BinaryARB is the premier cryptocurrency investment platform built on the pillars of integrity, sustainability, and freedom.
It is the first investment platform that does not guarantee any specific daily returns and instead offers a sustainable business model at its foundation.

So where is the binaryARB platform? I do not see any link of the website in your post other than the telegram link. Does this big crypto currency Investment platform run only on the telegram channel  Huh
Even if it is legit, i see this as a binary program where it may give profit to the core team or early investors but the majority of the people will lose their money.

Who will want to invest in a company run by a Newbie account who does not have the funds to make at least a website and uses the free telegram for his scam business?
2723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learn to laugh even if Bitcoin is crashing on: January 26, 2022, 06:01:36 AM
When bitcoin drop or crash it matters a lot because investors will lose very well, so we have to look further for bitcoin not falls, i know that we are expecting Bitcoin to circulate round the corner of the world, but if it continues to fall it will not be adopte to people but when the price goes up people will be queue to buy Bitcoin

In theory, the bitcoin crash should have no impact on the investor's portfolio because they are holding it for the long term. As long as people don't sell their holdings in a crash, there is nothing to worry about.

Bitcoin investing is a high-risk investment because of its price volatility, but it is also the best investment of the last decade that has provided a fairly decent return for anyone willing to hold it.

I would not call bitcoin investment risky.  No matter which price you buy, if you are able to hold it for four years, you will always be in good profit. However, altcoin investments is risky because there is no guarantee that altcoin will rise again. Some may become dead and others may be rug pulled.
2724  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy low, Sell high? on: January 26, 2022, 05:41:43 AM

I keep seeing a lot of people who are fearing the price right now, many people who are getting out, and plenty that thinks it will crash even harder.

Why does everyone think the same? I mean it shouldn't be like this right? I have been long enough to hear "buy low, sell high" a million times so far, and it has always been said when the market is low, but for some reason, people still do not feel hopeful when the price is low.

I am not going to make your investments for you, it is not my decision to sell or buy for you, if you want to get out right now and feel scared then you should do that, it is your money and only you can decide that.

However, if tomorrow the price starts to go up, and if the price reaches 70k in 2022, then you should remind yourself this day when the price was under 40k, and you felt fear instead of hope. Because prices always go down before it starts to go up. I can't promise that it will right away, but I am not selling, in fact, I am buying more. Focus on what can happen, and not what has happened, that way you can have some hope for the future.

As per the on chain and fundamental analysis, its quite obvious that bitcoin will reach 70K again this year and make a new all time high. But before doing so, the market wants to create so much panic that the weak hand investors sell off his investments.

If anyone is in panic and don't open a new position in the market that ok but if anyone already have position in the market and they sell because of panic, then it would be their biggest mistake.
2725  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Diversifying Your Portfolio in Crypto on: January 25, 2022, 07:37:20 AM
All you hear about these Trading and Investing rules that " Dont put all your eggs in one basket " or " Diversify your portfolio "

But how we Apply these rules in Crypto Market.

When Bitcoin moves 95% alts dumped. BTC moves up or down, Alts goes down. where we invest and no one can predict the market movement.

So what would be the right strategy of Diversifying Crypto Portfolio...

Bitcoin is the dominator in the market. The whole cryptocurrencies and all altcoins moves are dependent on the bitcoin movement. Altcoin rally up when bitcoin moves up and almost all altcoins are down when bitcoin is down. But this does not mean that we invest only in bitcoin and forget about the altcoins.

The advantages of having both bitcoins and altcoins in your portfolio mean that you can gain the advantage of the altcoin moves but at the same time you have the best asset bitcoin with you which will make you rich gradually. The returns on bitcoin may be slow as compare to altcoins but altcoins give much more returns when they pump.

My advice will be to hold 50 to 60 percent of your portfolio in bitcoin and with the rest of your money, diversify it in the best altcoins of your choice.
2726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finally got paid for some work in bitcoin on: January 25, 2022, 07:13:43 AM
I write apps for a living.  Someone wanted a crypto one done and they paid me in bitcoin. Living the dream.

Congratulations mate. Even if you don't get payment from other clients in crypto, you can convert the income into bitcoin and keep the bitcoins save with you for the long term.

By the way let us know is this the first time you have got the payment in bitcoin? I am asking this because you are a Sr. Member on the forum and might have got payments in bitcoins from campaigns (If you had joined any before).
2727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investor Psychology on: January 25, 2022, 06:47:23 AM
The problem of investors skipping to purchase bitcoin is fear, now Bitcoin is low in price and affordable to purchase in quantity size but investors backslide, i suggest that one of the reasons while they don't want to buy Bitcoin now due to they are expecting Bitcoin to decrease more to the extent of getting to twenty thousand ( 20k)..lol.at least by this period we to know that people like to be in to purchase bitcoin when the price is elevating, but when it decreases they became afraid to purchase, so what do  you think that might be cause.

So what if we don't dip to 20K and this 33,000$ was the bottom. Even if we dip to 29K - 30K, does it really matter that we bought at 29K or 35K ? It will not matter when the price will reach 70,000$ and above. No one can catch the exact bottom.

For example, those who bought bitcoin at 8000$ and those who bought at 12,000$ way back in 2019 /2020, does it matter now when bitcoin is 5 to 6 times higher of those prices. But think of those who didn't buy at those prices, thinking it will go down more. Those are the people who usually buy the top in fear of missing out.
2728  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: January 25, 2022, 05:24:54 AM
Having some level of financial stability affects your thoughts and mood greatly, it is very true, when you have some money in your pocket you feel like 70% of your problem have been solved, because with money you can get things done easily, people listen and pay attention to you, and if you don't have it, that is the opposite of having it, you will be frustrated and sad, and you will wish to have it and be ready to do whatever it takes to earn money.

Exactly I accept as true with your factor. Nearly 80 percentage problem solved when we have money and money really effects our moods, relationship, respect and so forth. Maybe people in one of a kind social instances feel otherwise, however cash impact absolutely everyone's existence.

If you have the money you can buy anything of your desire, you can get a better education, better health facilities and much more. Also, you can eat your favorite foods in your favorite restaurants, live in a better home, and do whatever you like. Money earns you respect. Without the money, your life will be very tough and it is very difficult for anyone to survive in the world with less money or no money at all. That's why we see everyone is looking to find ways to make more money whether it be by doing jobs or business.
2729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will central bank digital currency (CBDC) make bitcoin worthless? on: January 25, 2022, 05:09:27 AM
They think that once their CBDC is offered to the public, bitcoin will be dead or worthless.
all the powerful people in the current system pretend to ignore that what bitcoin brings is unique, CBDC is just an extension of the fiat currency weakness in the digital world, unlimited monetary inflation and the ever-present power of censorship, and I would even say it's the power of censorship this is even amplified with CBDC.
and worse, it raises big questions about privacy, as a CBDC will allow the government to better monitor every transaction.
Bitcoin will remain a unique monetary system with a zero inflation trend, a limited supply of up to 21 million units, and a programmed monetary policy that separates you from the corruption inherent in humans.
bitcoin is decentralized and leaderless, meaning it belongs to each of its users.

people have not realized this and when it happens for a decade, demand will explode with a limited supply of 21 million units of BTC, the price of Bitcoin will literally explode upon realizing its superiority.

People don't need digital fiat which is all controlled by the government. The government will have all the powers to produce more digital dollars just like they print fiat dollar.

With countries bringing their own digital currencies, it will make bitcoin more worthy because then everyone would know how to interact with digital currency and more people will buy bitcoins. No government product can be comparable to a limited supply fully decentralized bitcoins.
2730  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I invested $100 for 18 years for my new born nephew on: January 25, 2022, 04:18:06 AM
What do you think, guys? Will this amount be enough for his better study costs? Though if they keep it for 10 years, at least that's enough for me. What do you think, guys? What will be the price of this $100 after 18 years?
I bought bitcoin at an average price of $35,546,.

You bought bitcoin at around 35000$. Lets suppose in 10 years time bitcoin goes 10x from here, which means bitcoin might be at 350,000$. It can go even higher, i am just taking the bare minimum. So in this case your 100$ will be worth 1000$  (100*10=1000). You can do the math yourself.

Now do you think that 1000$ will be enough for anyone to get good education in your country ? Only you are the one who can anser this question as every country as different living rates. Also keep in mind that there will be more inflation at that time. You did a good job by helping your brother family. In all the coming years, you keep on buying bitcoins if you got spare money, so that at the time when you need money for education, you can easily fulfill your needs.
2731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Hold is Gold on: January 25, 2022, 04:01:42 AM
I Holded Doge for almost 6 months it doesn’t rise as much was expected,i shift to c98 it’s also on downfall ,cause the father of all the coins BTC is also in dip ,now i am on hold of the c98 and expecting for its Shine,i think luck matters alot in trading not only Good knowledge.

Timing also matters as when you bought and when you sold. If you had bought Doge at the start of 2021, you would have made tons of profit but for those who have bought in the middle of 2021, your holding would be in a loss. So think of this as if you had hold Doge coin for Six months from Jan to June 2021, you gain a lot of money but if you hold Doge from last six month, your portfolio would be in a loss.
I am not sure of the project of c98 but there is no point in selling any altcoin right now. Why would you sell the coins when they are on their support. Its important that you have the ability to hold.

If we do not enter in the bear market, who knows your holding may give you good returns in few months but if bitcoin dumps below 30K and we enter the bear market, you may have to hold it for a year or two.  Sad
2732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT is art or monkey busines? on: January 25, 2022, 03:40:50 AM
I'm kinda new in cryptocurrency so please correct me if I say something inaccurate.
As we know NFT is really popular now days and some people support them and others against them. I'm watch these video and yeah i can't deny it, in opensea for example, i see some art thieves not only one or two but very often, and terrible art but gain more popularity and high value.
so what do you think about this video? and what do you think about NFT?

the video what i talking about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDtt24RxdLk

There are few different things to note here. The art is something which may be terrible from one person point of view but the for the other person there may be something interesting or valuable in it. Therefore, NFT arts have no fixed price. It's what the person is willing to buy and give his price.

Those who stole other people's arts or don't put any effort, their NFTs are not worth it but if they get them sold at good prices, you can call them lucky. Since it's the NFT hype season, some people just use this hype to gain easy money while real artists sometimes find it hard to sell their masterpieces.
2733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It won't hurt on: January 24, 2022, 07:43:01 PM
It won't hurt to have 100,000 shiba inu coin in your wallet you know, I'm saying this because I used to have 1,000,000 doge coin in my wallet but got tired of holding it and sold, we both know how much that it today so we can't say if shiba can make its way to where doge coin is right now, it won't hurt to have some in holding

100,000 shiba inu token is not a big amount and you can hold it for the long term. There are people who bought almost all of their portfolios with one or two meme coins. That approach is wrong.

Also when you decided to hold a coin, make a vision for how long will you hold, and do not get tired before the coin reaches its potential target. Sometimes you need a lot of patience if the growth of the coin is slow.

Remember Shiba Inu and Doge should be part of your portfolio only, they should not be the whole portfolio.

Yes, Bitcoin will
I would say that it depends on what we are really talking about here. If they mean Bitcoin replacing the dollar and being accepted by the government as a main legal tender, I can’t really see the possibility of that happening. But as for the adoption, I believe that there will be a huge adoption for Bitcoin and a lot of people are going to start making use of it to store their wealth.

I just don’t think that the government would leave the US dollar to adopt Bitcoin, because they already know very well that it is something that they don’t control, and since they don’t control it, the only thing they would do is just let people make use of it, but it wouldn’t be replacing dollar as conventional currency.

I am tired of hearing this for a long time now that dollar and fiat currencies will be replaced by bitcoin. Alright, it may happen someday but will it be really bitcoin that will be replaced or shall we have a digital dollar or something like that.

The problem with bitcoin adoption is it is the currency for the people and the government least cares for the people. They won't let their control give away by making bitcoin the legal currency on which they have no control.

Currently, there is a lot of pressure by the public that they want to use digital currency instead of fiat and i won't be surprised if sooner or later each countries government comes out with its own digital coin.
2735  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy more so you can sell some on: January 24, 2022, 11:54:08 AM
Holding is only for those you can afford to take risks for the rainy day and as long as the earth remains challanges are part of human experience and as such so much would tempt one sell some coin. But there is always a short break for every human figure represented on earth where you have little or no need for money but it keeps coming in and that's the best time to invest other than save.

Saving has been the traditional way of planning for the future where people bank their funds in commercial banking sector waiting for when the need to take back from the bank arises even when we had centralized stocks where people could invest in many still thought it was wiser to deal directly with banks other than investing.

Currently the ecosystem has changed and the pandemic outbreak launched in a new era where people's need became even more insatiable and spiked the cost of livelihood. To tackle the present state of economic challenge investing is more.preferred to saving even though it's more risky but a diversied portfolio is more secured than mere saving

At the moment dude, it is really good timing for us to buy altcoins in the market due to a lot of them who are expensive before are now totally dumped their price value just like for example BNX, Matic, Bnb, Soku, Xrp, and more, you can try to check coins who got dumped the price but the volume still remain on top. So, I agreed buy more now earn big later.

We have the habit of buying the coins when we see them rising. When the coin is already 10 - 15% up and the volume is coming, we tend to take entry in those altcoins with the hope that they will continue to rise. Sometimes the coins do further rises but in most cases, they don't and start dumping from where we bought. The reason being we bought the top and not the bottom.

The current bitcoin and altcoin prices are so cheap and worth buying. For example, who would have thought that they could buy DOT below 20 a month ago, but now DOT is available for less than 20 dollars. Most of the altcoins are at their perfect support prices and we must take entry in them.
2736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My take on the market on: January 24, 2022, 09:12:40 AM
If that's not enough for you, calm down and think about it for a moment. A year ago people were happy to see 30k, now they panic at 35k. We tend to see the negative side of things, despite common sense. If someone gives you $100 and the next day demands $80 back, you'll be reluctant to give it away. All you'll feel is regret that he gave you something and then came back to take it away, completely ignoring the fact that he gave you $20 for free.

This is human phycology. Last year people were happy to see 35K because they have not seen the 60K at that moment. Another reason was that 2021 was a bull cycle year as per the four year cycle and therefore people expected more upside and were greedy at 30-40K. Now when people see bitcoin dumping from 69000 to 35000$. they feel panic because as per the history they think we are about to enter a multi year long bear market.

Most people can't stand a little bit of pressure and succumb to it. They want for it to stop already, even if it means turning this pressure into regret. When you hold an asset that's 10% down you just want it to stop and go up, but when it goes down another 10% and another, you sell just to be able to get on with your life. That's why bear markets always take longer and go deeper than they should, without any fundamental reason.

If people can't bear the 10%-70% portfolio down, then they should not be in the crypto market. Crypto market is volatile and here we will have to face such crazy dumps. The main thing is that we know that bitcoin is fundamentally strong so it will recover. All its need is time and we have to wait for this time.
2737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Fear and Greed index. Don't time the market! on: January 23, 2022, 06:46:03 PM
Newbies won't notice it but the chart does not lie us. If you are not too sensitve, you won't realize it. On the chart, the psychology of market in January of 2021 and 2022 are totally different. The first one is extremely greed (score is 93) and the second one is extremely fearful (score is 21).

Also, nobody is thinking that when the price was between 30- 35K last year in the first quarter of 2021, the fear and greed index was showing as extreme greed but now the price is at a similar level of 35,000$ but the fear and greed index is at extreme fear. That's how the difference is sentiments at the same price level.

Bitcoin fear and greed index is a good way to time the market but this is not perfect. For example, we are now at extreme greed which means that we should buy bitcoin now but bitcoin can still reach 31K or even below. The same is true for the upside. You may sell bitcoin at 55K as you would see full greed but bitcoin may continue to 65K or more.
2738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't punic, just hodl on: January 23, 2022, 03:22:36 PM
The entire market got inflated last year by government money.  Anything that went up that fast was not going to stay up there forever.  It had to consolidate because there are people that weren't planning on staying in long-term.

People need to understand how the financial markets work. The financial markets will never give everyone free money. If market only went up (in one direction) wouldn't everyone be making a ton of money ? People's would not need to work 9 - 5 and they can just make money out of this market. These markets don't work like this.

Only the experienced are able to make money out of it while the majority of the traders or newbies investors will just get nothing or most probably lose their hard earned money.

Holding the crypto is also an art. If you invest your day to day money with which you run your kitchen, you will not be able to hold it for long. Only invest that money, which you do not need for next 2-4 years.

Some of you guys must have watched high stake slot players in their pajamas rolling thousands of dollars in single spin, buying hundred of thousands worth of bonus spins. If you notice closely yo will found the same pattern all over again and again. They start with loosing most of their bank roll (almost 80-90%), and then going all in at last and guess what, bingo!!! they hit hundreds of thousands of dollars. Very few of them write in their stream discerption about rolling with fake money (or money of which they can only cash out like 1%). Almost all of them scream loudly and show us that they are winning it in real, some are very good at faking it, which attracts lots of new gamblers (with false expectations) and they end up loosing it all which ultimately leads to social disharmony.
The argument they provide is as follow, ''we are entertainers/performers''. This need to be stopped. I am creating this thread to discuss such issues and to warn other new comers about the potential loss. If you have found such streamers please post here so that it can be helpful for new players to make realistic decisions.

The streamers always have the disclaimer that play at your own risk. If anyone copies the streamers and they lose in this process, the streamers cannot be blamed because he has already told people that the stream is for entertainment purposes also. I understand that viewers may get addicted but then the risk is entirely on the viewers who try to copy the streamers.
