2721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you ready to buy/sell for bitcoins now? on: June 20, 2022, 08:32:52 PM
indeed this is the right time to keep trying to collect as much as we can because this is an opportunity that may be hard to come by again. Usually what happens is that after the halving there will be an increase again, if you say that before the halving, of course it can be better because the time will be long enough for the best price to be.
That's the 4 year cycle and we all know about it. When this bear market has came then it's where the capitulation is about to get started. While the others have been crying that the market is about to die. Here we are, planning how much we're going to spend just to collect more.
And that's the right thing to do but, I don't think that selling your other assets for it is a good idea. As long as you've decided to do it, that's your conscience but the better idea is when you've got so much spare and that will be the ones to be used for buying.
2722  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Learn And Earn on: June 19, 2022, 11:49:41 PM
A summary of all of those explanations, are you willing to sell your data to them just for the sake of that $3-$5 of those tokens? I don't think that you'll like it.
Aside from that, it's availability is depending on the location of the user and there are others that don't really have an access on it. And whether you like it or not, you're subject to kyc.
2723  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not panic. Everything will get better on: June 19, 2022, 10:54:00 PM
One should get familiar with the bear market already it has happened before and can occur again im the future the only that matters is keeping patience and holding onto your investment before the market recovers if one panic and sell it will simply results to loss.So it is much better to remind patient for now.
But not everyone got in before and there were more newbies this current bear market because of the pandemic. It's one factor that has made a lot of investors get in to the crypto market because everyone's looking for a way to extend and grow their money during the pandemic.
And it's good for them to have it experienced and they'll research about it after hearing that it's not the first time that has ever happend. They all now have an idea that the crypto market isn't just all about ups but, there are times that it has to be down for it to rebalance the economy.

2725  Economy / Economics / Re: if you think 18k btc is low wait until autumn ... on: June 18, 2022, 11:31:35 PM
I think it will reach 500-1000 USD max as you can't use to sell stuff and big whales already moved their money ...
The market is going down but I don't think that this is going to be ever reached again. People have started to call the lowest during the last bear market and $3k they say is possible again. But going from $500 to $1k, I don't really think we'll be back there and even $3k.
The lowest for this time could be $10k-$15k but that's just my speculation just as you and the others have started to call it that $17k is the bottom that we're waiting for. But the others tell that we haven't seen the bottom yet.
2726  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinbase to Lay Off 18% of Workers on: June 18, 2022, 10:36:01 PM
Just like the typical company and business if they're having some financial problems with their operation due to the downturn of the market, they have to cut off their expenses and costs including their workers. And it's always not recommended to leave your funds to any exchange despite how strong people trust them. But laying off at these times, I think Coinbase should have done better and instead of laying them off, there should be an alternative solution to this just like what Dan Price did.
2727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is dead! on: June 18, 2022, 09:25:36 PM
They will never change when it's about bitcoin dropping from its all time high. The same thing has been said when it's still on the top, they keep telling that it will go down and then it does. Now that it has came down, they'll keep telling on the same thing about its decrease and they never get tired of it.
It's true that even if bitcoin goes to 6 digits and it's likely the bottom of it, they'll tell again that it's dropping and almost dead. Well, that's always been the context that they tell.

we have freedom of expression, hence, everyone is entitled to express their thoughts and ideas. we can't stop people from speculating the worst because that's part of our human nature. also, it will give us idea on how to tackle the worst possible scenario. it may not happen, but at least we are ready for this situation.
we may have heard this countless times - bitcoin is dead. and yet, here we are, still surviving and the good thing is - more and more people are now getting involved in this market.
We've been dealing with the worst scenario of bitcoin and the market has also never changed. They are there not to praise even if they've seen the bull run, all they tell is the negativity that they spread no matter what the season is. And now that the market has come into the bear, they're even more eager to say what they have to say negatively because it's favoring them. But no matter what they say, those that have experienced greatness and the saddest moments of their bitcoin journey will never be moved by these entitled speculators.
2728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Notice that while BTC & ETH fall, Doge is Stable on: June 18, 2022, 08:25:30 PM
BTC just fell below $18k, now in the $17k range.

While Doge is still 5 cents, go figure.  Tongue
The lowest that it has hit today is $0.49 and everything is affected do you call it stable? I don't think so. And if you zoom out for the last 7 days, the chart of Doge doesn't look good. It's also coming along the way of bitcoin and ethereum and all of them are just dropping.
Elon?
Many will regret that they've followed Elon's word and he's just trolling everyone with his tweets about Dogecoin. If he's really into Dogecoin, he should just accept it for Tesla, Starlink & SpaceX.
But apparently they don't all drop.
Which means you sh*tcoin insult may be backwards.
Time will tell.
I believe that altcoin season will come but not for today.

2730  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the golden rule of investment? on: June 17, 2022, 10:49:21 PM
To me the golden rule is to never bet on 1 horse.
Diversify your holding into stones/crypto/metals/cash en stocks.

Within this asset classes diversify too into more risk to less risk. Allocate your funds wisely because losing your hard earned money is terrible.
I agree and there are the investors that when heard about diversification, they literally are diversifying. But to give them an idea, they have to diversify into good investments not just with random investments that they see that others are buying.
It's still a matter of importance to choose the investment where they will allocate their funds. It's not just about spreading it but also having the idea that they're going to help you out minimize the risk for your most investments.
2731  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How does one start on crypto? on: June 17, 2022, 09:34:47 PM
Well yes learning is the key. Luckily there are some ways to earn dust income so you can learn without risk.
But you're right about learning without risk and you can truly earn little amounts there like $5 for an altcoin that sponsored that page to learn about its details. You get to learn and gain your knowledge about those specific topics that they're sponsoring, you read it and finish the course and you'll get the reward. But if they are going to require you KYC, better not do it just for the sake of those dust amounts.

I started by buying btc and sending it back and forth to my wallet. Following it on the blockchain.

Just to understand what it was.
Why you have to send it back and forth? I'm just curious to know because you'll pay for fees if you do that.

2735  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODLing strong! on: June 14, 2022, 10:51:10 PM
BTC is being too nice to the people: offering them so many buying opportunities yet they don't see them.
True. BTC has brought so much opportunity to everyone and at this time, a perfect opportunity to buy. Remember when bitcoin was on its ATH, people are telling me that if it was low or they should have bought it when it was low. Now that it is low, they're still thinking if they should buy or not. That's okay if they don't want to buy and are only waiting for another dip because they are not convinced that this ain't the bottom yet.
Let them stay poor.
Well, I wish them luck and soon they will come to realize that all of those people telling them to buy bitcoin now will be remembered by them are correct. And by that time, they're going to regret that they should have listened to any of us. There's no need to panic and keep holding as if this is like a life bet that we need to see until it goes back to the top again.
2736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots is More Likely to Cause Gambling Problem on: June 13, 2022, 10:49:29 PM
Any form of gambling can be addictive and gambler is the person who should be in charge go control such urges to chase losses or deposit too much. Slots have higher house edge, so it is logical to say higher house edge games will go dry longer than original house games standing 1% house edge. Especially some promotions require catching 100x+ on particular slots but I have personally spun over 4k spins without 100x bonus round on base game hit on slot.
On this reason why slots are more addictive is because there's a science behind it and I think we can't argue with that. I agree about the visuals and audios of it. They truly are addicting and you're likely to look for it again and again after you've just played. But you are not wrong too, anything can form addiction depending to the gambler and how he's exactly making himself entertained from playing any of those. There's also science with it because of the emotion that each play gives to us. Some are for interaction like for poker, some are for the quick results and automatic bets for dice and so on and so forth. The differences that we've got for our own thoughts to be entertained and the research and studies connect it all especially we're more enjoying with those musics, there's really science behind those background music for each game.

Alright, you've put up the landing page so that there's something you can show for the seeding. Well then, good luck and there are many things will people ask you if they're interested on it.
Everyone seems to be interested on it and you should be ready and prepare for questions through your email. That's good that you've left a contact for everyone's concern and questions.

First OP should update the thread by giving as much information as he can about his casino site. Also I see he is a Copper Member, so an ANN thread with graphics could help to attract many people.
Secondly, if he wants to develop his reputation on this forum, why not ask people to as many questions and queries here on his thread, instead of on the site email address.
Well, he did well on telling at what phase they are right now and leaving us with a contact. There's already the offer if anyone wants to be a beta tester so that's actually a good response that everyone who's trying to look for answers from them. It's good to see them that they've considered the forum with this casino they've got and asking for some help with regards to their future launching, so those who wants to help them out as one of their beta testers, just contact them with the email they've left. They know that the interaction they're making with this thread is very much important and well appreciated.
2738  Economy / Economics / Re: Food crisis coming? What's wrong about it? It could be good on: June 08, 2022, 10:17:43 PM
Predictions from world experts are that the third world war is caused by the food crisis, this is what makes food-producing countries such as wheat, corn, rice and so on have strong political power compared to industrial countries, and in my country there is also an increase in food ingredients because currently the country also fulfills imports.
There's really a problem right now because Ukraine and Russia AFAIK, they're part of the biggest producers of wheat. And you know a lot of foods are needing wheat as an ingredient. One perfect example of it is formula milk, imagine how many babies and kids are needing that and if there's a shortage of supply. The price of these formulas is going to increase and it's just one example, of how much more the other products and foods that have a main ingredient of wheat. It's an effect that we have to accept and we must do something on our own to survive this.

2740  Economy / Economics / Re: Crashes are The Best Times to Get Rich - Robert Kiyosaki on: June 05, 2022, 03:40:59 PM
I agree to what he said. Actually, I've watched his video that his first ever success is when he has bought silver. Imagine and think of this pandemic and many have crashed on 2020 during the surge but you see on the news, billionaires gained more billions.
Whilst the crypto market, it was the start of the bull run until last year. It's true that bear markets are the times of opportunity for someone who wishes to change their lives. But taking risk is a question for each of us if we're willing to bet on it when majority are seeing the crash and not optimistic about the view.
