This is the situation of gold diggers seeing bitcoin slowly taking over silver now as they know soon it's their turn to flip the market towards Bitcoin. One of them is well known who is orthodox and doesn't match his modern son thinking and the name is Peter Schiff

His son is all in gold and he might be thinking now it's good and can turn his statements anytime like others and consider gold as waste of time .

Quote
When Bitcoin will take over gold it would be worth $475k

We are heading towards it and if you are on gold side congratulations you just have reverse growth on your investment and keep going until you reach zero.

It seems that this thread is the main thread. other user posted it.https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5371146.0
Then I got this score

Yes this thread is the real for the Bitcoin test posted by @nakamura12 and he have quoted my post from the @OP as giveaway thread and it's fine as the main purpose is to read and encounter with all such real life bitcoin related questions and be familiar with them. This thread was made with similar intentions and merits just serve as booster to our efforts as a reward. So keep exploring more and more as learning and gaining knowledge has no limits remember.
2723  Other / Meta / Re: Save your nice merit records here - LAST UPDATE: 06/11/2021 on: November 15, 2021, 12:15:59 PM
I don't if it it seems right but still i want to save my own record here which seems nice to me and have a memory for the same for my future reference here.

Completing 2222 Post and having 1001 is like 10 and then 01 merits and it seems like the reverse order with that post count is not too bad that's why posting it here to save along with other members nice merit record.
2724  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A New Start And A New Responsibility! (Achieving Hero Member Rank) on: November 15, 2021, 11:56:53 AM
Congratulations to you on achieving you new rank on the forum and you are on the verge of completing 4 years on the forum and now you are Hero member of this prestigious bitcoin forum but keep in mind the role and responsibilities increases with this and you need to make more healthy and effective contributions as your voluntary part.

Second it's good you have not made up a self congratulatory thread like many others do to celebrate their each rank as they progress on the forum in hope to earn more merits on them. They are usually deemed to be of low quality and serve no purpose but you have created a thread with right intentions like some sort of merit hunt opportunity for newbies and low rank members to learn through these tests and riddles and thanks to mention mine also.I know the joy when we see ourselves among high rank members rising above from the low rank which shows the quality of our post that have made us rise to that level.Keep up the good work.

By the way i am also legendary today and feeling good... Cheesy
2725  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I missed the boat is not new concept.. on: November 14, 2021, 12:59:30 PM
I'm sorry but where have you seen that late 2017 newcomers have gained "more than 4x"(sic) times their initial investment?
Firstly, BTC has never reached $80 000 to date, so no $20k buyer has been able to earn 4x times his initial investment...
But more seriously, most of them have certainly sold their bag several years ago yet, and are in loss of course. So saying the main risk is not to have any bitcoin in future to a newbie is not responsible. No asset on earth is able to grow endlessly, thinking like that is just being survivorship biased.
Actually what i was referring to 2017 crash when bitcoin prices fell below $10k also to the bottom levels and or even lower have gained enough at this time if they have hold till this time as at current we are at $64k so just make the returns.

Second when i said about $20k the rise is about 3.45x and i want to write about it but forgot to mention approximately with it because we have seen peak points at $69k in last rally so from $20k it's around that much returns so my point.

The notion of 'I have missed the boat' is just how some prospective investors who would have made a fortune for themselves keep loosing out on opportunities. In that singular instant, you keep waiting and anticipate for a dip, a best time to buy yet, your unable to ascertain or identify this dip even when it comes becuase, the archived dip isn't just dip enough for you and so do the procrastination comes in and the market continues to grow. Making more and more highs and in turn, profits for the investors that took the risk to buy and hodl. Bitcoin have got more future about it than we have it now, should you have a spare cash and  some money you could afford to loose, buy and hodl is key.
For some dip is the indication to sell and they panic sell and later on regret their decision but for some dip is opportunity to buy and they accumulate more through DCA and that's what we need to learn not from these boat missers as they will always stay the same.

Safety of funds is top most priority of many players who are going to deposit the crypto coins on that casino so they need to be certain that casino is legit one and best way to find is to have look around the forum and find some top casino over here. There are so many good casinos operating in the forum as well in real market. There are some scam casino also portraying themselves as the good but have negative reputation and you can also check for the same.
To have safety for funds, there are two sides in the story and it needs both sides to complete their responsibility

Gambling site or exchange: make sure they build up and maintain high secured platform.
Customer: make sure they use strong password, activate 2FA and back up their information offline, not in online devices or on Cloud service.

If any of two sides can not complete their responsibility, fund will be at risk.
Casino should check for all the security bugs that could cause the fund loss if any of the breach occurs and the players should be responsible in gambling and place bets with care but the casino will take this responsibility only if they are legit casino not like others setup just to scam you of funds.

Has anyone known how to bypass the loading page?

Sometimes happens to me but when refreshing the page the problem is fixed, but for now, the way isn't working.
that went well when I used VPN, but I'm not sure I make it inadvertently to break the rules.

It usually takes some time or Minor delays on my devices also to load the page but is it not loading on your device completely? I tried after this but there were no problems on my end and it went without refreshing the page but little bit time so can't say what's the problem at your end.

Good one! I failed mostly on the questions about monetarism.  Tongue

But still you managed to score pretty well which also reflects the true picture that how much you are aware of these questions and have knowledge about them but we all have some deficiency which can be improved with practice and dedication to learn but you have done good man Wink

I sometimes wonder how the shitcoin holders potray themselves as superior to bitcoin holders and claim their investment or the coin is far better than others and spread out words that btc is bubble but in actual it's the needle that is going to bust all the shitcoin temporary hype.Their situation is of this type:

There are two types of shitcoin holders explained in this image which is :

1) One who wants to sell and could not sell due to zero liquidity and centralized wallet control

2) Second those who knows the real pain inside seeing their coins and investment being zero but still show off to the world they are in best position and will gain profits shwoer easily but inside they are broke with those shut coins.

But on the other side i have also motivated many people to invest in Bitcoin because of it's safety and deflationary nature with full decentralisation but later on find them roaming in shitcoin streets and the reason i missed the boat to bitcoin and it's way too expensive or bubble and they will make more profits in them rather then bitcoin with more coins but they end up wasting everything.

But in reality we don't need to do anything and time will automatically kill them from inside when they are broke with those dead coins lying in wallets.Elon is not taking to you moon and only gaining out of this whole manipulation and going to moon himself.Understand it as soon you can.

This dips same is happening that weak hands are selling to strong hands and then they have diamond hands but the panic sellers and shitcoin holders don't think about it at all and later on regret seeing btc prices pumping hard.We have reached above $60k and every target is a achievable. It has gained 68,200% from the start in just 13 years and do you think it will be hard to reach $100k? We don't know when it will hit it but we gained $10k in just few days so if you know btc don't doubt Plan B analysis:

Chart buddy is healing and take a nap to relax and now see how much ignition this bull run would provide him so he publish green candles and make us happy and shitcoin holders feel the pain.

2732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Past three months bitcoin journey on: November 13, 2021, 11:56:25 AM
Good journey and will be an important history for your life, buying bitcoin has made you profit, if you have more money of course will buy again, and this is a good example for me to dare to take risks by buying bitcoin and of course be patient to hold, already There is plenty of evidence that buying bitcoins is always profitable.
There are plenty of evidence of people claiming that we have missed the boat and something like it's bubble but it all depends on how we see things. For many bitcoin might be just an ordinary currency and they like traditional investment plans but they tend to loose future vision and i am not convincing anyone to Bitcoin but simply motivating you all that it's possible to have full btc with stacking sats also and why we always think of acquiring full bitcoin? This DCA method is helping me to secure my future as well as give profits to which i am satisfied and not panic selling with this.Once you all know about the true picture of Bitcoin the scenario is entirely different.
2733  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: November 13, 2021, 07:16:56 AM
No clear purpose yet for RLB but probably, Rollbit is already working on this and they might surprise us with a great value of RLB on its platform alone. Its good that they consider all the users and not just the Rollbot hodlers for this, let’s wait for further announcements with regards to RLB drop.

Yes, I agree. I believe that the greatest value for RLB holders will be on the Rollbit platform itself. As arallmuus said, I also think the main point will be to stack RLB tokens to get a profit share from the casino. There is a chance that the Rollbit team could implement amazing features like rolling back revenue to the community or rewarding users with credits and tokens for every winning session.

We don't know how will they implement the token benefits but the one thing which is sure that players will find it interesting like imagine you getting the tokens and then staking them to get interest over them or some share in profits or any sort of utility token but yes the scope would be limited to casino only as they are making it for Rollbit not to compete with other crypto coins out there so it's just fine and see what happens next.
2734  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 12, 2021, 11:46:51 AM
So now the infographics for the image has been restored to the original ones and no intentionally putting them on wrong side as some have said it's some sort of misunderstanding for the many.

So this time bull is igntioning the engine to kick away the bears and the thurst will put btc to $100k.

You can ignore these little dips but you can't ignore btc taking over Tesla, Facebook and now it's the turn for silver as btc market cap is around $1.28 trillion and silver with $1.34 trillion and soon this is going to be Bitcoin taking over. When you know this $64k is also very much profitable for you.
2735  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: November 12, 2021, 10:25:36 AM
But since we are in this forum for sure this kind of activities will be easily track and for sure those scams will be tag once they do anomaly in this forum.
That's for sure, something like that will be done if a certain casino cheats on its customers, the problem is that some people know on this forum that there are several gambling sites that are dishonest and involved in a series of thefts of their customers' money, but people still want to make bets at the casino, this is a pity for users on this forum.

I'm not sure of the awareness of the users of this forum themselves, of the gambling sites/casinos that are tagged/warning, the fact is they still have new victims every day, what I want to say is: the tag/warning given to the fraudulent casino/gambling site, is not just a tag, but it concerns your finances.

So, who wants to get involved in gambling, really choose a good casino and have the best reputation in this forum, you are safe and happy.

That's what i also wonder that how people are busy making lame excuses always when Bitcoin prices are low - "that it's not going to survive and it will be dead" and when the prices are high they say - "we miss the boat" and this will continue as always.

I believe in the theory that these are mostly people who want short-term profits, and when the price is low and relatively stable then they have no motive to invest - and when it is as high as lately, then they wait for a big correction to happen. These are actually very indecisive people, not only about Bitcoin, but mostly about everything they do in life. I know some such people in real life, and I stopped trying to understand them a long time ago - if you've been talking about something for 5+ years and you haven't done anything to make it happen, then no one can help you.
People wait for something revolutionary to happen and when they have it in front of them they have it they just ignore it like anything has not happened yet.Same is the case with these people and they will always have two sided lame excuses which hinders them to see the harsh reality that governments are the ones that don't want the country and people to grow and everything they are doing is for their own personal benefits only.

But still we can't say that we will see less or more of these kind of people and the simple is to just put them aside and keep going the way you find it suitable to progress and for us it's bitcoin that is the best option available to the society.
2737  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 12, 2021, 08:23:23 AM

Always the same story  Cool
There are no plot twist in these stories and we already know what's going to happen everytime btc drop from new ATH which we are seeing at this time also. The scenes are like :

1) Lambos going back to garage
2) Panic sellers rushing to the market
3) McDonald's job application seeing insane rush
4) Shitcoiners believing they are winning (this is best Grin)

Chill guys and enjoy this whole scenario and soon everything is going to rock for holders and feel happy that we are still at $65k and we were below $5k this pandemic and is this not sufficient to make us happy and rich?
2738  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: November 12, 2021, 08:00:08 AM
that while we are having discussions about the latest Rollbots someone was busy on wagering $788 million on the casino which is surprising for me and shared with you all.The latest trend should always be in the discussion so that the community is aware about the new things

Well speaking of new stuff on Rollbit, do any of you guys realize that Rollbit is going to launch their own token RLB which will be launched on the Solana Chain  Smiley. Its going to be launched in a week so get ready for it

Quote
RLB can be earned in variety of ways, which we've outlined below:
- All Rollbit users with at least 1 deposit were given 1,000 RLB
- New Rollbit users will receive 100 RLB on their first deposit
- All Rollbit users will get 100 RLB for every NFT deposit
- All Rollbit users will get 1 RLB for every $1 bet on X-Crash, with a Rollbot linked to their profile
- All Rollbit users will get 0.1 RLB for every $1 bet on X-Crash, without a Rollbot linked to their profile

This is taken from Rollbit's official discord server but currently there is no other information regarding the tokenomic of this RLB Token. In case some of you guys are wondering, X-Crash is a new house game created to support Rollbot. There is a revenue share from X-crash to all accounts that have Rollbots staked in it
That is impressive and building token on SOL Blockchain could save from the high gas if they have made it as ERC-20 token and gamblers would surely take profits out of it and thanks for sharing this information with us as i missed it but will surely have a look in detail about these development for these RBL token for the Rollbit.
2739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Past three months bitcoin journey on: November 12, 2021, 07:43:43 AM
Such a great journey man.  These days the price is so volatile that you really need guts to hold for even 4 months in straight row! I mean I keep buying and selling as I get the chance. Like if I see if I am in slight profit then I would just go in the market and sell it out. Later on I will keep buying when the prices are down, from the same money that I sold earlier. This just gives me small drift ahead but not as much as I could end up in doubling my investment.

I think one lesson is good from your investment plan, we should keep buying at different rates no matter what and keep storing the coins. The more I am scared the more I loose I guess?

Because just look now, you acquired 0.028 bitcoins which are worth more than those all four months at the yesterdays all time high.  Smiley
I am at continuous accumulation phase of Bitcoin with increasing the weekly budget till the time i can and with this month of investment there would be more stacks added to the total bitcoins i have acquired till this time. This thread only indicates the DCA strategy that I am implementing to show the small investors or those who have the fake thought of having full btc at this price and they cannot afford it.At one point i also started with $$20-$30 low and slowly increased but my case is only for long term.

Like you can sell whenever you see profits suppose if i have sold at ATH few days back there would be sufficient profit for me as you have also mentioned but my goal is not to trade at this time and only invest for future savings and hedge guard against inflation. This way the profits will be way more than we have expected along with future security and not worry about devaluing fiat or piece of paper only.
2740  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk Youtube channel - what would you like to see? on: November 11, 2021, 01:02:23 PM

I'm unfamiliar with how Youtube works honestly, is this something that the public can contribute to without having access to the channel in some way? I'm aware of Youtube's automatic captioning service, which can suck a lot of the time, but not familiar with how we would go about submitting captions. I'm guessing you'd need a Google account, submit them, and then they get approved by the channel owner?
Most probably the answer to this is that the channel owner doesn't allow this feature in the video through which users can contribute to the video in much more engaging manner and simply there is auto gendered captions as we see and can turn them off/on the videos. But if this feature is enabled then the users can contribute to add subtitles for the video in languages available but there is process involved in this. Here is an good answer for the same which i have quoted from the reddit users:

Quote
Hi there, you cannot contribute subtitles on all the videos. Only some videos whose creators have enabled contribution have this feature.

Here’s a detailed step by step process:

1) Go to the video that you want to contribute translations or transcriptions to. (Only if this option is available)
2) In the player, select the gear icon (settings button).
3) From the drop-down menu, select
Subtitles/CC > Add subtitles or CC. You can also get there from under the video player by selecting ...More > Add translations.
4) Choose what you want to work on:
a)Closed captions of same language:
i)Select the video's language.
ii)Play the video. When you get to the part where you want to add a caption, type your caption into the box.
iii)Repeat this process for all the audio in the video, then click Submit contribution.
iv)You'll be asked if the captions are complete or if there's still more to be done. This helps us figure out if other contributors need to pick up where you left off. Choose No - Let others keep working on them or Yes - They're ready to be reviewed.
v)Click Submit.

b)Closed captions of different language:
i)Select the language that you'd like to contribute. You can use the search bar to find languages that don't automatically show in the list.
ii)Play the video. When you get to the part where you want to add a subtitle, type your translation into the box. You can also click Auto translate to fill each line with a suggested translation from Google Translate. If you do this, make sure to review and fix each line carefully.
iii)Repeat this process for all the audio in the video, then click Submit.
iv)You'll be asked if the subtitles are complete or if there's still more to be done. This helps us figure out if other contributors need to pick up where you left off. Choose No - Let others keep working on them or Yes - They're ready to be reviewed.
v)Click Submit

But if this feature is disabled which on most of them is you to have to manually do all the task like writing up the subtitles with the correct timestamp of the video in the notepad and then save it as .txt extension and give it the original channel owner to upload it on the YouTube for public view and here is how to do it : Add captions

It can surely help understand those who are not able to understand English properly and subtitles in the local languages are way more appealing to the audience and it seems that they can understand the terms and content in much better way.
