2742  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC-e's Big Claim: Bitcoin Withdrawals to Begin Tomorrow on: September 07, 2017, 10:29:00 PM
Can't believe that they actually are giving back people their money, I would have bet that BTC-e would just be running away and just exit scamming everyone after the legal problems with it.

So what i got out of this is 55% full refund and then you get some tokens worth 45% of your seized funds. Sounds pretty good to me.

It's good, with some caveats. Those who can't verify and US residents must take the 55% now and run, and have their accounts permanently deleted. It appears that fiat holders will be forced to verify on the new exchange (their funds won't be converted to coins). If you were holding coins, you are coming out fairly well, assuming BTC-e delivers on the 15th.

Well at least that better than nothing, im assuming that quite a bunch of people will be taking the 55 percent and just running away, making the best out of a shitty situation. Looks like fiat holders still have to verify which is alright but they still get there money back.

Let's hope the BTC-E delivers on the 15th, still got some respect for it.

It's indeed a major gesture that they are legitimately interested in giving people back their funds, especially when you consider that they could stay away and keep everything for themselves. If we think about a different scenario, which is the government seizing the entire fund stash that belongs to btc-e, people wouldn't see anything back -- all funds would end up getting auctioned to fill their pockets. If we look at it from that point, it's the government being the real criminal here.

That is pretty true, I don't think if the government seized all of their they would still be giving out money like this. There must have been some legitmate traders on BTC-e and it seems really unfair that they are getting screwed over.

I wonder what the government will do with the rest of the 45 percent of the funds, do you think there is any chance that they will return it to people?
2744  Economy / Lending / Re: Need to borrow $7 paypal or (crypto) for 2-4 days will repay $10 on: September 07, 2017, 10:17:20 PM
Looks like you already have 2 active loans and they haven't been paid back, and then you are asking for another loan???

I don't think anyone will give someone who defaulted on 2 loans another loan, no matter how much positive feedback you have from other members.

you will also notice someone gave me negative trust because i had a successful loan. The trust system in this forum is trash and you know it.

Oh, that makes sense.   Roll Eyes

LOL, the feedback says 'will remove when payment is returned'
2745  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there any Signature campaigns available for Newbies??? on: September 07, 2017, 09:44:57 PM
Right now I don't think there are any signature campaigns for newbies, since you can't really do much with there signature. Limited character, no color, no links.

I think if you just post for 2-3 more weeks you will be able to join a campaign as junior member. I think why future accepts those members. Then after like 20 weeks you will be full members and you will be able to join pretty much every campaign .

2747  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: signature campaign on: September 07, 2017, 08:24:51 AM
1. Make an account on bitcointalk, already done.
2. Take a look around the community and start posting just for fun and in around 5 weeks you will receive a rank up to junior member, which means you may be able to join some campaigns.
3. Keep posting and ranking up until you reach senior member, and most campaigns will be available to you.

Happy posting.
2748  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it possible to make 1btc/day from cloud mining? on: September 07, 2017, 08:13:56 AM
Is it possible to make 1btc/day from cloud mining? If so, then would it be profitable?  Huh

Lol of course it is, just invest around 500 BTC and you will easily hit 1 BTC a week but you probably won't be able to do that since genesis mining doesn't have that many contracts up for sale, and of course you don't have 500 BTC, or you wouldn't be bothered with cloud mining.

Try do a bit more looking around before posting this, sounds pretty impossible when you think about it.
2749  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: DashBargain.com - buy anything online with Bitcoin! on: September 07, 2017, 06:26:58 AM
Certainly is a great idea but the execution is a bit poor. I'm guessing this means that I can make an order with bitcoin with pretty much any merchant. Definitely interesting, may try it out for smaller transactions.

The website is quite plain and it would be nice if you guys had a google extension, which would make everything simpler.

Anyways, good luck, seems like a pretty cool project.
2750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Advertisment on: September 07, 2017, 06:20:55 AM
Having a good quality whitepaper, design, website and just pretty much making sure everything is perfect.

Then becomes the marketing phase and they then will start up banner ads and contact a couple of big websites to get them to put them on there website. They may also have a bounty program and promotions on social media.
2751  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Suggest Legit mining site. on: September 07, 2017, 06:13:58 AM
Don't think there are any legitmate websites that would just offer money for nothing in return, the world doesn't just work like that. You just wont get free money.

If you want to make some profit via investing, try finding some good ico's and then buying a couple of tokens of them.
2752  Economy / Goods / SELLING OFFWHITE HOODIE on: September 07, 2017, 03:43:55 AM
Hello, I am looking to sell an off white diagonal spray hoodie, the black edition. The hoodie is brand new and real.

Looking for around 400 USD for this, and I'll pay shipping costs. If you want yours faster, you will have to pay more for express shipping.

Escrow is a must unless you trust me enough to send first.

Below are pictures:

2753  Economy / Goods / Re: [FOR SALE] 2x Apple Iphone 7 Unlocked 128GB [450$ Each] on: September 07, 2017, 03:28:59 AM
why are you selling them for so little?
i wouldn't say soo little on eBay they only go for about 500ish and i had tried to offer it sites such as gazelle but they had total low balled me also ultimately im going to exchange the money too btc soo i figured why not sell it for btc straight up and save money on fees.

Interested in buying these 2 iPhones and have added you on Skype. Is it possible to get some more information about these phones and more pictures.

I would recommend decoded as escrow for these 2 phones.

Will there be a discount if I bought both?

I'm not a lender but I know some things about it.
1. Since you know yourself that you are not a trusted member of the forum then you must ask an escrow to hold the collateral until the deal is done.
Have contacted an escrow, so working things out on that end.
Quote from: Tipsters link=topic=2154853.msg21570255#msg21570255
2. Valid collateral are mostly altcoins and domains but bitcointalk accounts is acceptable to depending on the lender but most lender doesn't accept Bitcointalk as collateral due to some reasons.
Not looking to use btt accounts for collateral, since I don't want to be left in a position where I have to sell the account if they default.
Quote from: Tipsters link=topic=2154853.msg21570255#msg21570255
3. Lending to a trusted member without collateral depends to the lender if he'll lend him. (Most Trusted member get no collateral loan because they wouldn't run since it will ruin their reputation)
I see, I will probably be following this rule

Quote from: Tipsters link=topic=2154853.msg21570255#msg21570255
4.Transaction fees are mostly added to the interest.
I see.

2755  Economy / Services / Re: [ANN] CET - Crypto Escrow Team on: September 06, 2017, 12:02:36 PM
Looking for escrows for 2 possible projects, will you be able to help?

- Possible escrow for a signature and social media campaign that I will be managing soon, didn't know what escrows to contact, luckily this popped up.

- Interested in starting up my loan service and am looking for escrows to hold collateral, no btt accounts though.
2756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that ICO can completely replace traditional financing from banks? on: September 06, 2017, 11:52:22 AM
With the recent news with china banning ico's does look like a surprise that this got bumped up back to you to the top of project development.

Before this situation with china banning ico's happened, I would definitely say that in the near future if ico's don't become more regulated, people would rather do this than ask the banks. Now, not so much.
2757  Economy / Speculation / Re: cheaper coins comes again fue to the ICO ban in China? on: September 06, 2017, 09:56:10 AM
Seems like your too late to the party, prices of Bitcoin have already risen and recovered back up to 4.5k. I highly doubt that there will be another drop this low for a least another month, unless something unexpected like this happens.

Should have bought at 4k and you would have already made 500 per coin.
2758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will other countries take advantage of China's ban on ICOs? on: September 06, 2017, 09:30:48 AM
I think so, china was a bit too quick on the trigger for this, but this actually means icos will become better and more regulated, which means less scam accusations against scam ico's.

This probably means that ico's will be a lot less frequent than before and the other countries will make more rules related to ico's, which means we can better invest our money.
2759  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitair Coin. Payment Solutions for the travel industry on: September 06, 2017, 08:57:12 AM
Not really the best place to post your new ico and look for new investors, this place hardly gets any traffic and there are better places that are filled will investors.

Would recommend making an actual Ann thread with road map, meet the team and all the information people will need before investing. Then post the thread in alt coins announcements.
2760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: And We Are Back! on: September 06, 2017, 08:51:49 AM
I don't think that 4900 will be possible this week, maybe we will climb to 4.5k and remain there for the rest of the week, I think Bitcoin will be slowly recovering after the huge drop when china banned icos. People bought up at 4k since it was pretty cheap and are now pumping it back up.
