Hey betcoin I've got a problem (another one xD)
Lately the sportbook caused me a lot of troubles! Some of my bets disappeared, others were cleaned as lost while they were wins, some bets refused to be placed without any reason... I keep creating tickets! Well your support is excellent (in general) but it's really not friendly to keep asking the support to manage my bets. Do you have an idea of what is the problem? An idea of when it's going to be fixed? Or should players having to use support on a daily basis like me expect some kind of compensation ?
Because as much as I like your site, I won't spend another month having to ask support why 250mB disappeared from my account xD

I'm a regular user and bet a lot on the sportbook. I've got a question for you: did you do any maintenance on the mobile part of the site? I bet a lot on mobile, and the sport betting part has gone completely shitty. It was really excellent and smooth, but now it's just a copy of the desktop version and it's really not user friendly at all!
Is the problem coming from me? I didn't change anything in my parameters ^^
Thank you for your question. You are accessing the desktop version when you should still be accessing the mobile version. If you clear your cookies you will be able to access the mobile version that you enjoy and are used to again. You can also use a different browser like Chrome on mobile if you are not already using that and you will see the mobile version. Please let us know that this works for you. Thanks for the answer! Sadly deleting the cookie isn't working. Chrome is working but it's not my favourite browser. I don't understand why the browser that used to work isn't working anymore but it doesn't really matter, I can use your excellent mobile version again thank you  You are very welcome and thank you for the followup. I have aquestion regarding the 50% Tablestarter rakeback.
Is my VIP-Rakeback included in that rakeback or do I get the 50% + VIP Rakeback on top of that?
You get the 50% + your VIP rakeback on top of that. So for example, if you are level Silver III, 20% rakeback and you start a table, you get 70% rakeback. You have to play sit the table continuously for at least 60 minutes to qualify. If you leave the table before sixty continuous minutes has passed, you will lose the bonus and only get your regular VIP rakeback rate. I believe this is how it works. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I have aquestion regarding the 50% Tablestarter rakeback.

It is 50% more. You get your vip rakeback and 50% more. The combined rakeback for the play on tables you start is 110% to 150%." That link is not updated with current tablestarter rakeback percentage (it used to be 100% but they changed it to 50% lately) but that percentage change didn't affect the way it works.
