2741  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / The State of Nigeria education. on: January 31, 2023, 07:59:09 PM
The current state of Nigeria education is very alarming. The educational sector needs revamp, the system is messed up, decaying and backward in every aspect. ASUU threatening strike, government yet to meet up with ASUU negotiation, no teachers and lecturer promotion for years, no salary increment. How do they want the teachers and lecturers to be comfortable teaching. Check out the last strike took almost 1year before it was called off. Reason the delay, time and frustration meted on students which is not proper hence students finding their way abroad to study making Nigeria to loose both manpower and resources to other nations of the world. And another thing is this, after finishing your higher education, getting a job is another prayer point waiting for answers. May God help us in this country.
2742  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Duplicates topics; How do we stop it? on: January 31, 2023, 07:31:35 PM
This duplicate topic of a thing is getting worrisome and beginning to make the board get boring. I expect us to look into this. As members, seeing a topic related to what you want to create a thread for, you are expected to make it as a comment rather than spamming the board with already existing similar topic. If this continues, it will keep repeating itself on and on till we will get tired of looking at our very own local board.
If it is possible to get some topics  deleted or moved to join similar topic that would be nice. .
2743  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xBet Tips on: January 31, 2023, 07:16:14 PM
Is this not an indirect way of promoting them here. For crying out loud, they are scammers and have delt heavily with people onboard this platform making them to loose their funds and here you are telling us value pick. Do they tell you the platform needs it? I see the gimmicks involved. So you would be giving out odds making members to be fast in registering and depositing funds ten after that we start another round of complaint to resolve without any headway from your 1xbit casino. I would advise you to stop all these play and be realistic with your time as no one here would think of Identifying with 1xbit casino. Already, the casino is having a tag and all her promoters are also flagged so anybody getting involved with them automatically gets it too and pray you do not fkget flagged too.
2744  Economy / Gambling / Re: I accidentally deposited to self-excluded stake.com account. on: January 31, 2023, 01:18:50 PM
Sorry about this mate, but don't you think letting this money out of your account means the self exclusion feature hasn't done its job... Honestly I think it's best to just sit this one out and wait for cooling down period to run down. Besides, if Stake releases funds out of this account then someone else in the future will refer to this and say but you allowed this other person to have access to their funds but why are you denying me access to it.... Best not to have selective judgements at this point.

I accidentally deposited 3.067 ETH to my self-excluded stake.com account, and live support does not let me withdraw.

I really need to withdraw my funds, what can I do?

It is your mistake though and you will have to take responsibility to that effect.
OH  self yeah then there is this, who knows maybe this self exclusion has probably saved OPs funds from being lost to the house...consider this a hodling session Smiley

OP seems to have knowledge about the terms, conditions and policy of the casino so he should be ok with what he did even if it is in his self excluded account. Just as you have said, let us assume that the funds deposited there is likely for a reason so that op would not spend it. I have the believe that most times, something happens for a reason. Maybe that might be ops fate but however, we can not tell and what I can say is that you should see it as a means of hodling, who knows if that could get you more funds when the time elapses. So be patient and wait while you communicate with your casino customer service.
2745  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Fortune.st (Daily Giveaway of $1,000 Each for 5 Most Active Players) on: January 31, 2023, 12:50:59 PM
OP I assume you have an announcement thread created here already why not continue with your advertisement and promo there instead of creating new thread. This would amount to Spamming this platform with your numerous post. I will suggest you take this post to your announcement thread so you can keep your activities on track.

However, what's up with the new wave of registration deposit bonus. This is amazing though because I have seen such advertisement on many casino announcement thread. I see the competition is high amongst casinos for traffic and membership registration.
2746  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Not having your PVC yet, what's your excuse. on: January 31, 2023, 12:16:08 PM
There is no crime in praying for a better Nigeria but the issue is that those praying for a better Nigeria so not even have the PVC as you have said. Most of them that have permanent voters card would not even step out an inch from their houses on election day with the fear of electoral violence. This is a very funny situation just like you praying for a job and you saw an advert or you are being called for an interview and you fail to go for it what will you say about that situation? That is the current state of Nigeria and Nigerians. I pray for God to open our eyes to see, ears to hear and the knowledge to know what to do when the time comes.
2747  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Breaking news on Naira note on: January 31, 2023, 11:53:08 AM
It is nice they took the decision in extending the old naira note collection because many Nigerians are yet to swap the old note for the new ones even the banks that is our financial institution can not boast of having enough of the new naira note in their possession so tell me how do they want Nigerians to cope when the old note is still very much in circulation. ATM machines are still dispensing old notes, some banks went as far as shorting down their ATM machines as a result of unavailability of the new naira note. The village traders, transporters etc how would they cope with this attitude of banks note having enough of the new notes. The federal government are glamoring for digitalization wen the Nigeria economy is not yet ripe for what they intend to do.
2748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would you do if you get a time machine now? on: January 31, 2023, 11:40:42 AM
Well, the time machine I think is just a fiction but however the case maybe, if it is a reality, many would want to correct lots of things which happened in the past. It would be an avenue to make right the wrongs of the past and amend all loop holes that resulted to these days leakage. If the time back were to be a reality, I would prefer it to years back of bitcoin inception and purchase of bitcoin would have been my priority as I now have vast knowledge of it compared to then, if it happened that I were to be inclined with technology then I would boast my knowledge in technology more especially ICT do as to equip myself in time ahead but  it happens this way and I am still on track moving with the trend technologically.
2749  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 12,000 in 2023. on: January 31, 2023, 11:22:55 AM
Your fears should not allow you miss the opportunity of taking your place by holding more bitcoin. Currently, the bitcoin market is at low so buying more now will amount to you holding bigger volume compared to when the price is high. With the market volatility, no one can predict the next bitcoin market move as there have been lots of market analysis and speculations which turns out to be false and not in accordance with the bitcoin trend but however, firm the look of things, I think that bitcoin would do more than it is now at $12000 because as at early January there was some sign of bullrun which is still clear that it is at it's early stage but never forget that bitcoin market is volatile.
2750  Economy / Reputation / Re: My Apology to Bitcoin Community and Request for another Chance on: January 31, 2023, 04:12:22 AM
You have cheated using every means that can be used. Many of the projects you manage are scammed, and bounty hunters don't get paid what they deserve. You are responsible for this failure, because you should have done minimum researches before launching the bounty of any project, but you did not do it.
I don't think problem about Bounties campaign have been scam later but many project under @jamalaezaz have been success but never got payment yet although listing on market with higher price. There are not problem with little mistake about bounties campaign running have been scam later due pre sale not running well, but several his under controlling bounties was success and he don't give clearly about team project was sent payment or not.

Every one have mistake and I don't know what level kinds need forgiveness, now lets see how many DT give second chance for @jamalaezaz by removing their negative feedback.

I don't know the full extent of his past activities, but from what I do know, there are many reasons why his reputation is at such a bad level. I opened a thread about the Tokenpay Bounty he managed, but there was no proper reply from him. Tokenpay Scammed $350,000 bounty payment..

Jamalaezaz added many screenshots in Tokenpay's ANN thread, in which it is clear that he was involved in an argument with the Tokenpay team for the sake of getting referral commission. As a result the bounty hunters did not get paid. Because he was more concerned about the referral commission than the bounty payment.

Whose activities were like this, and did all kinds of cheating for the sake of money. Even if you give him a second, third, or unlimited chance, he will find new ways to cheat again.
From the looks, it seems @jamal was only concerned with his own interests for which he cheated on his own project which he managed leaving participants to their own fate. Reading from his past,  I already know who he is. It is disappointing that he stoop so low of a bounty manager to have done such which is not expected of him. It is unethical and unprofessional to have gotten himself involved in such situations cheating bounty hunters and lastly, from what I saw in the token pay thread, it does really reflect of him as  a good manager and that is very very bad of him.
2751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Doxxed team can help a new gambling platform? on: January 31, 2023, 03:43:16 AM
Crypto gambling sites don't need to be completely transparent, but they need to be transparent to some extent in order to gain the trust of the public.

In business, transparency matters alot as it tells who you are and what you tend to be in the long run. Being transparent keeps your customers and shows them how reliable and trustworthy you and your business is. When seen as a person or business of such, that attracts more clients because already that has done the marketing for you through your clients because they would make recommendations for your own benefit.

Some sites reveal their information to the public with good intentions while some other sites do so with nefarious intentions. Being transparent doesn't automatically translate to a trustworthy site.

It is true that some do reveal their information with good intentions while some plans to carrying out nefarious act which is not a good one. Being transparent do let people see the inward aspect of things and knowing what to do at the right time so as to avoid any ill situations.

Trust is earned little by little in various ways. This is why I feel that the team getting 100% doxxed won't solve the KYC issue.
Building a trust line isn't a bed of roses. It takes time to do so based on your records milestones achieved and that will also work when you have been available for letting ng delivering Services without any complaint and also, quick response to customers complaints and inquiries with positive results and response overtime.

So even with gambling sites stating that their team is doxxed, they won't gain the credibility right away.
It is thru the years how they will build their reputation in this business. A matter of years of existence where complaints are being handled promptly.
Sometimes I feel that a project stating that their team is doxxed just wanted to get an approval from the community without so much effort, but people already learned their lessons in this market.

And the approval which they seek for through that means would not be acknowledged by the community even if they have field the best team for the casino. Reputation takes time to build based on your services rendered. No body builds a house in one day. Everything is a gradual process which involves time and commitment.
2752  Economy / Gambling / Re: I accidentally deposited to self-excluded stake.com account. on: January 30, 2023, 08:36:53 PM
I accidentally deposited 3.067 ETH to my self-excluded stake.com account, and live support does not let me withdraw.

I really need to withdraw my funds, what can I do?

It is always advised to take time cross check your details before making any transaction because any funds that moves out of a wallet to another wallet which you have no possession or access to will be very hard to recover it not to talk of when you do not know the owner of the wallet which could have made it more easier to scale through. In this case, it was a self excluded account which means your funds are still safe and another, depends on the time at which the send excluded account will expire or elapse. So therefore, there is no cause for alarm as everything will be alright. I would advise you to contact there representative here onboard this platform so they could help you out with your funds when the time arrives but I believe before then there might be some things you might likely be required to do so as to scale through the process of getting your refund. Be hopeful.
2753  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺 wild.io 🎰 Wheel of Fortune 🎁 Daily Rewards 🔥 10 Minutes Cashouts on: January 30, 2023, 05:45:32 PM
I am just curious to know if anyone from this forum take the chance to use the weekend promo offer to test out the casino, I saw the announcements late and I already have my games lineup for the weekend bit I will likely take part if the promotion get extended to coming weekend. Wild team have shown some consistency that motivate me to want to know more about this casino and I will really appreciate if anyone can give me first-hand information or review of the experience on the site as a new platform that just launched on this forum.

Their bonus system is a scam and withdrawals are not processed!

For example, if you took a bonus and do not play slots, the scam artists at wild.io see you as a criminal and confiscate everything!

Quote
1.10. Any bonus and winnings will be forfeited if a player has an active bonus and attempts to use the funds on any of the games that do not contribute to the wagering requirements.

On the deposit and bonus selection page the wild.io scam artists of course do not state that bonuses clear only at slots!

If you were lucky and have a balance to withdraw, they come up with the "Prevention of Money Laundering Act"

Quote
Hi!

We are reaching out to let you know that your withdrawal was rejected due to the following terms:

12.10 In accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, enhanced due diligence may be done in respect of withdrawals of funds not used for wagering. We provide a player with a withdrawal only when the sum of bets made since the last deposit is more than three (3) times the size of that deposit in slot games or ten (10) times for live and table games. If a player requests a cash out without fulfilling this condition, the cash out will be declined till the conditions are met. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Casino.

https://wild.io/terms

Once this requirement is met, we would be able to process your withdrawal and get the winnings to you.

Kind regards,

Wild.io Support Team

Proof: https://ibb.co/VgNwQfm

The irony is, the wild.io money launderers do not process player withdrawals because of the "Prevention of Money Laundering Act"!  Cheesy

I deposited 100 USD and played one hour Black Jack and did not launder anything!

You should you take a bonus and want to withdraw without play, the rules of bonuses are always x wagering requirement to meet withdrawal condition,  so in this case you are wrong for calling them scam simply because their did not allow you to abuse the bonuses system., how do you feel about this your comment and do you think casinos are out to throw money over the roof or doing free giveaway their is nothing at sought in this world this mentality of getting free money is what have lead to many scams and at that it is totally discouraged.
-if you want to withdraw your balance you should simply meet the requirements and you will be given your withdrawal, but anything other than that is unachievable.

In a local palance where I come from, this kind of situation is called " monkey dey work, baboon dey  chop" you do not expect the casino to allow you withdraw a bonus given to you just like that, do you want them to run at loss. You have not made any investment neither have you made or played any game onboard the platform yet you just got registered and you want to run away with funds being given as a new member. It is not feasible and if you get banned or suspended you will have no need to complaint about it because you are at fault and should be penalized for your act which does not contravene one of the policy of the platform and therefore he or she would have no opportunity to appeal and at the end you will be fast to call the casino scam just to cry foul. It does not work that way.
2754  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits.com The Criminal Casino on: January 30, 2023, 05:28:12 PM
Duelbits.com The Criminal Casino

The new age of shady mafia run casinos .   Instead of a smoke filled room behind a meat shop. These criminal organizations have gone the route of the offshore unregulated crypto casino.  While looking legitimate on the surface these sites have a nefarious and dark underbelly. Which includes seizing players funds,  rigged casino games,  sport match rigging and much more.
After in-depth investigation and research We have discovered a global criminal organization running the site Duelbits.com.

Duelbits.com Is an unregulated crypto casino based out of Eastern Europe .  They allow anonymous deposits and withdrawals In cryptocurrency such as bitcoin to get by taxes and to hide there identity. They have no regulating body and are beholden to no one . All you need to set up an account is a email and password.

Now in my opinion if they were an honest and trustworthy casino paid out with no nefarious activity.  There would be no problem but while running as a normal casino Duelbits.com runs several scams .

After in-depth research we have found they run four main scams.

The first and most troublesome is they seize customer funds and block withdrawals for little to no reason . There has been over 100 reported cases of this and that was only what was reported . We believe there is many more cases not reported . In  many cases they say it’s in their terms of service that they can seize funds for any reason they deem necessary. And once Duelbits.com Seizes your funds you have no recourse as there have complete control .  While they don’t steal all customer funds to increase their profits they selectively scam people. We interviewed several victims and found that they were mostly new players that had deposited a larger amount.

The second scam and most notorious is there fixed table tennis and beach volleyball . Now I’m sure most people would not bet on these two sports . Duelbits.com offers bets on these two sports 24/7 And has thousands of table tennis matches running per day.  They also have beach volleyball running 24/7 . The sports book provider that they have a deal with runs these two tournaments .   The table tennis tournaments is called Liga pro . Their a fake table tennis tournament run by the sports book to Fix matches. If you bet on one of these matches the sport book will directly influence the results causing you to lose. There has been hundreds of news articles talking about this and several legitimate sports books have taken them down . The reason Duelbits.com still runs them is because their sports book provider runs the tournaments greatly increasing their profits by fixing matches and controlling the results.  They’re under investigation by several organizations but because these table tennis tournament  Or run in Ukraine and Russia they’re outside the legal Jurisdiction of the police organizations investigating them. There has been arrests For proven match fixing in Liga pro. The other tournament they run is winners cup volleyball. They use the same scam where they run the tournaments then influence The results to increase their profits for fixing matches. While on the surface Duelbits.com will claim they’re legitimate sports matches there is an abundance of evidence of match fixing and close connections between Duelbits.com and Liga pro and winners cup beach volleyball.

The next scam they run is rigged casino games . There’s two sides to this first is they post fake house edge number. They will claim 5% house edge in a specific casino game but the results will show a much higher house said closer to 20% for most games. This is demonstrated by results pulled from over 50 different people that have bet with Duelbits.com
On Slots we have seen the average house edge of 18.6% on their house games such as dice and crash we Have seen house edges 3 to 4 times the. Posted house edge.  Also for everyone out there that doesn’t know what house edge is . It’s the percentile of money you will receive back for every dollar you bet.   So in theory if a game has a house surge of 5% if you bet $100 you should win $95 With the loss of five dollars. But with Duelbits.com Rigged games you will see a much higher house edge . And now to the second part of the rigged casino games  They claim their house games Such as dice and crash. Our provable fair. Which in short means they  can’t  be rigged  because they don’t control the results . The truth is their site is not provable fair . They use a fake provable System to trick customers and Build trust for there casino.  Also when you go to complain after getting weird results they can claim it out of their hands it’s provable fair.  We have tested their system and found there’s many ways Duelbits.com.  can exploit The system to directly control the results. Giving them the ability to increase the house edge and to steal customers funds.

And now the last scam this is less of a scam and more of a nefarious  Business practice.  Duelbits.com  runs several fake review sites claiming their site is trustworthy and great. We have tracked them back to Duelbits.com Via their Domain name register And host. We also have seen several instances where they try to get bad reviews and reports of their scamming removed from various sites such as trust pilot. We have also seen several fake reviews on review sites they always come in batches to cover up the several horrendous reviews and reports.

Our conclusion is that while there might be a few trustworthy casinos out there it’s not worth the risk dealing with unregulated crypto casinos.  Duelbits.com Is  a criminal organization that makes millions of dollars. And there’s nothing anyone can do .  We wrote this investigative report in hope So that we can save a few victims from Duelbits.com and other sites like it.  If you’re playing on Duelbits.com right now and have not been scammed yet it’s just a matter of time.  Do your own investigation we hope we have helped

Contact us at email below to report more of Duelbits scams we will look into them we are starting website to expose them

Now when you click on the link provided by the OP, you can see that slots.the video is for sale for $299.99, so I hope no one here has transferred funds to support the so-called project, stay away from such investment offers.

Looks like the OP is no longer active in this thread, I think people have understood and stayed away from this thread let alone transferring money to support this project, it doesn't seem like it's going to happen because I believe all the gamblers in this forum are pretty very smart and we all always tagged anything odd like this thread  Wink
In other words meaning the OP created this thread on purpose to fight a fraud or scam.
Previously I also asked the OP to provide an explanation and all the information needed by forum users in order to ensure the feasibility of the site he had promoted, but the OP actually did not provide any response at all in the thread he had created.
Hopefully no one will believe and be deceived by this promotional thread because I'm sure there are already many forum members who are intelligent and have quite extensive insight or knowledge.
Who knows if that is truly the the reason why OP created this thread as you have stated. If OP had provided statement on the question you had asked him earlier before now, that would have settled a little update then but OP is yet to come online to issue a statement and the website is up for sales so who is to be trusted to give an invest funds when information as regards the casino project is not real clear as to what purpose it would fulfill and also the gap it is filling up in the casino game and its participants. I really do not think this casino would gain any attention even if the site is paid for by another for operation. It is just a waste of time to get involved in this casino again to play gambling games.  Nobody should get involved in or with this casino in the nearest future if it happens that the website start running again.
Be careful as you do not fall victim of any scam from this website.
2756  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽🎮🎲 Coinplay.com | Brand New Crypto Sportsbook & Casino on: January 30, 2023, 12:30:44 PM

Some of the programs you say for casinos to retain loyal customers I find quite interesting and good.
The program is also likely to be effective if it is implemented by every casino.
Just as I think that a good reputation and casino service to users are also the main factors for casinos to have many loyal customers. Moreover, if there is a problem with the users, the casino team can quickly respond and solve it, it will be a separate satisfaction for each user.
So that users will find it so difficult to leave the casino.
Well reputation can be built over the years and any casino that want to build a loyal community of players must focus much more on the reputation and how their treat players, it may be a hard job but paying more attention to reputation is what sustains the casinos on the long run since gambling industry is becoming a highly competitive business lately and for a casino to retain it client's there is need for the following things to be put in place which are.
-How honest the casino is I'm handling players' issues most especially the program that relates to withdrawal or deposit issues.
-the casino bonuses systems how we'll their ability to keep the client up to date with various promotions that require little input to claim.
Business reputation is an asset. It can be increased by long term effort. The number of gamblers on this forum is countless. A gambler usually notices a few things especially as you mentioned deposit and withdrawal aspects are very important for gambling sites. Also, having a small deposit and withdrawal mechanism is good for new sites. Another thing that needs to be emphasized the continuous promotion of gambling sites. Gamblers believe that who start promotion for few days and then stop are usually financially vulnerable. So continuous campaigns will bring benefits which can be realized after a long period of time. Along with these, various bonus offers attract gamblers.

Well marketing is one of the ways to increase a site's visibility,  and any casino that involves is long-term promotion has a long track record of success and every gambler will have confidence in them., promotion alone does not the equal success we have a lot of casinos around the forum that has been on a long period of campaigns but have a bad reputation.

Just like you have said, running and advertisement campaign does not only guarantee a successful casino project. It is one thing to promote a casino project and it is another to maintain the reputation you have already built for yourself.  That is where the longevity of a project comes in and it lies within the customer care service. If your customer care service is very active and responsive to complaints and inquiries at a fast space, your platform would record good number of traffic because it would speak for itself how you treat your customers but if the reverse is the case, then forget about it because no matter what you do, since you already have that dented image already, there is no way you could be able to convince new prospective members to get onboard your platform.

It is nice having you running your project here for a bit longer and going on fine without any much issues. This shows that you are up to your task and  I believe this is what the forum likes. I had to do a little research on your website and I found there is no license from any government agency authorising you to operate. If I may ask, are you making it a private aspect of your casino or you have no issued license because I was curious to know as to why it was not made public about your license so participants would know where you are operating from and under which government you are authorized to operate. This builds confidence of members on your casino platform and you gain reputation on it. I suggest you look into this for proper understanding.
2758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Doxxed team can help a new gambling platform? on: January 30, 2023, 09:16:42 AM
.....
But I am still required by law to publish my personal information in public records as the CEO of the company. Why should an online casino be any different?
All types of companies are already required to submit their personal information to regulators are they not? Those records are not readily available to the public and they have to make some request before they can get it from what I know. The difference in what the OP is trying to do is that they're planning to release info that's probably beyond what's required by law.
And only the regulators will know the personal information of each of these companies. We as the public, will not know about it and the casino itself will not issue any news to the public about it either. And we don't need to worry about it. We just keep playing and hope to win. Whether the identity of the casino owner and his team are published or will remain anonymous will not be a problem for gamblers because if his identity is revealed to the public but the casino cannot provide good performance for its users, it will mean nothing.

It does not necessarily means that for casinos to be patronized, the CEO would or the casino would make public the identities of the board of directors or otherwise. I just believe since casinos are licensed by the government, they have the right to operate and government are in possession of their identity profiles so that should not call for alarm. Just as you have said, gamblers and bettors only aim and goals are just to play and win their games and as we all know not every time it is so. Sometimes you win and sometimes you loss that is the nature of the casino business so any one going in for it should be prepared mentality, psychologically, emotionally and otherwise so as not to get unexpected reaction from an event on result of game play. As to the identities of casinos ownership, it does not really matter to gamers as long as the casino git a government license to operate. I myself am okay by that. Every one has his or her own opinion about that.

To confirm it, I did check on the website to see for myself and it happens that truly the website is up for sale and I ask myself a question, OP claims he has received $15,000 from investors and yet he put up the site for sale, and another, OP has not been online and active since January 12 which is an indication that OP is not genuine if truly he has a good project at had without the any ill intentions of scamming unsuspecting participants onboard this platform of their hard earned resources.

I think OP was not able to succeed in his gimmicks and his tactics failed him letting him know that gamblers onboard this platform are now wiser and smarter to get scammed by this mere post and talk of OP.
OP is gone and gone for good

Hi, I want to post here after signing up for ole7.io yesterday.

I made a deposit of $500 as seen here https://etherscan.io/tx/0x914039e722ea975758d4f4115c71f880e9e6c1ba4297be237dab0e034b877ca0 but my deposit never arrived, so after a few hours I contacted support and they said wait up to 24 hours, which I have.

I received the email below.
I don't know how I can give a receipt from the exchange app as I sent the money from a wallet saved on my computer.
I'm still waiting for my response as I've stated there is no 'payment confirmation receipt from the exchange app'.
I've bet on many gambling sites and this is the first to withhold a deposit and make such a weird request.

I'll keep my post updated as things progress, but my caution right now for anyone would be to not deposit on this site.

As a way forward to resolving your complaint, I suggest you follow the guidelines accordingly so as not to be  tagged a defaulter because no one can tell anymore from the complaints so far on their announcement thread and I hope you did your kyc and scaled through successfully if truly there is any option for kyc  because that might be another factor too if they have such policy and makes it a must requirements before getting onboard their platform. In respect to  the receipt, i would suggest you send the link or transaction hash to your deposit with them and possibly send or attach a screenshot of the transaction to back it up as a proof that you did made a deposit with them.
This is my solemn advise to gamblers, bettors etc. Do well to read the terms and conditions, privacy policy as well before you get engaged with casinos so as not to get entangled along the way while trying to use the platform after making deposit or withdrawal. It would be for your own safety that you do a clean Research onboard this platform before getting involved with them.
