It is difficult to stay away from gambling for a person who has been for years in this. The earlier you realize the better it is to stay away. This addiction brings includes many things like recover and win more. Gambling's addiction is same as drug where person lost ability of thinking and don't want to accept or understand others point of view.
I have a friend that been gambling for decades already and when he decided to stop last almost 2 years ago, he did without much struggle in his part. Well, he transferred to Asia and happily married with a beautiful Asian now. I guess as long as you have that powerful will to stop you can and also when you have found more precious than gambling in your life then you are renewed  Well some people are not fortunate like him and does have a hard time struggling from their addiction, because not all gambler are like him that has a strong willed mind that can stop however he feels like it and I think that not all gambler can be addicted and not all was fortunate enough and ended up addicted to it! For people who cannot control themselves in gambling then that is a serious problem with them and they should stay away in gambling, but if that person is already addicted, so he needs some help from the family member that would advise him on what to do or take him to the professionals. |

I would agree with these, not all gambler mind set are the same and not all have the same goal when they are betting gambling, all of them have a different kind of way of thinking that is why some of them ending up addicted with gambling and some that can control the urge in getting addicted will still be the same that is why you can never say that all of them are like these and like that! And I would like to add also that gambling is only for people with great control in gambling and who are matured enough to determine what is the right thing to do in gambling, one should not be easily tempted to follow his emotions and will resort to wrong decision making like chasing bets until he lose. |

No, dollar is too superior and too strong to beat, dollar has become an international currency and has been standing before the bitcoin born, if bitcoin replace dollar it will ruin the global transaction and cause chaos everywhere, and another reason is dollar is USA fiat, its impossible to change a country fiat

I would pick bitcoin as it is really good either in short or long term investment. I can earn easily just spending my free time daily unlike gold I don't know how can I get it for free. BTC has a faster and reliable transaction and I can make profits in the future.
It is fast in transaction but it does not guarantee that we can make profit in the future, all we have is just a speculation and it could happen or not, it's like gambling and that has risk on it so we need to take the risk and not so comfortable with it to limit our investment to the amount that we can afford to lose. |

hi mate. to stay away from gambling means being aware that you're into gambling. and you realized that. and it's a good start. just put the realization into action. thus, first one needs to realize what he/she wants... a check for you. then "act" what you realize. lastly, repeat the first step.
Good perspective being aware means you know the limitations but the real problem to this is that most of the gamblers cant control their emotions when they are in the act but when they can still manage to get thru with it then its good but there would always a time that they can't. Yup, that's true, emotions are really one of our best enemy when it comes in gambling, so if you don't know how to control your emotions well you can definitely lose money. But if you know your limitations enough, you can lessen your loses with this. You only use your emotion if you are just playing for fun but if you are seriously playing for money. You do not use your heart because it will only give you a wrong decision, you move and decision should be properly calculated and should always be depend on your game plan. I think your heart is also connected in your brain/mind, because in science all parts of our body is connected, I mean if you want to eat, your heart and mind will tell you to eat so that you will going to eat, right? Just like when you want to gamble, your mind will tell you that you want to gamble and of course you will do it. If you have learned that in science then I guess you can understand what I am talking about. Once you make a decision it is your choice and no one tells you that. So for me, make sure that all what you are doing is balance. The safest way to gamble is to withdraw after you won so good amount (don't be greedy) and not try to recover if you lost, just accept it and move on.
If youre lucky enough and if you have self control then you can control you losses but remember you dont win anytime on the other day. I dont believe there are safe methods to gambling on preventing such losses because its only a matter of luck. If you dont want to loss money then the safest way is not to play gambling at all. Luck is not the safest way in gambling because luck just come and go, you are lucky when you win but you cannot do it consistently which gives us a more losing game than the winning game in gambling. We need to have a method that has not been discovered yet by the others in order to win. |

I am saving part of my salary by buying bitcoins monthly, whenever I get my salary I put some money in bitcoin irrespective of the price, as price will reach to new level in future.
i have been doing this as well, but i stopped as soon as the price reached the $400 price level. mainly because i am more than happy with the amount of coins that i have been accumulating. it's enough for me. Wow! that is good to hear, maybe the bitcoins you are holding now can be considered as your retirement in the future. I think it is better to save 25 % of money in any means bitcoin\Gold\Bank and invest the rest 75% in something that really you know about in real life .

I think that is too much for an investment, remember that basic rule in investing that we should only invest what we can afford to lose and that should be lower than our savings for future emergencies, leisure, and others combined. That is correct even i had many bad experience in bitcoin i still believing that bitcoin is giving us good profit in all our investment and it will not leave as zero. All users needs to recruit some people who wants to have an extra income in their spare time because anytime bitcoin is available to gives us income. I understand that every customer lure in any way, but this method must be at least decent. nope I think the main reason for someone use altcoin at this time is because they do altcoin trade. although they use altcoin. but will they conversion is to bitcoin? so even though they hold altcoin their purpose remains one. that is bitcoin That's true and altcoin trading allows them to make quick profits but once they are done with trading they will definitely convert it to bitcoin as bitcoin is too big in compare to other coins. Hmmh, It depends on how lucky are you, if you are very lucky or good gambler, you can win lots of money, But if you won't have needed luck you can lose a lot and i don't really think that there re such a thing as strategy, as all gambling is luck based so you can't have needed strategy I feel there are no good gamblers in the world as being good or skilled wont work in gambling as it just depends on your luck if you win or lose so whether you use any strategy or not if you have luck you will luck and if you dont you simply wont. Of course it depends on what game you are playing. If you are playing poker, you can use some skills to overcome a bad hand. A good poker face and a timed bluff can overcome a good hand played by a weak player. But if you are playing slots or dice, you just have to rely on your luck to win a jackpot. That is quite correct, but I see all of the games certainly requires skill and strategy in order to gain an advantage. It is true the slot game and rely on the luck of the dice, but if we just do a game arbitrarily definitely luck is just a crap!! . Slots and dice also need strategy and skil. Bitcoin is not worth more than normal currency to me, but it certainly worth a value to me. You rightly said that the normal fiat currency doesn't have the potential to go up like bitcoin, but fiat is the only currency we use in our daily lives. I receive my salary in fiat. So no other currency can replace fiat from my life.
On the other hand I think bitcoin is surely worth my time and energy which I use every day to earn bitcoin. I treat bitcoin as an alternate investment and not as a currency.

i think no people can manipulate bitcoin rate because all sites have the exchange rate, also use different currencies. the decentralization make no people can force to sell or buying bitcoin.

I will pick bitcoins anyday for the the obvious reasons.  If you are having huge amount t of money then Gold is the best choice, it's suitable for big amounts of money as there is less volatility and is more of saving than investing since you will most likely not make profit. Bitcoin is a good short term investment and for middle class people make good profit form that. I think people have more faith in gold as its in existence since long time and people have always made good profits from it, but they don't have same level of trust in bitcoins. I also would like to vote for gold. Like what you have said it exist long time ago. They used gold to buy things or to exchange for some commodities. Besides, people are not familiar with bitcoins so I guess gold is more stable thing. Maybe one day bitcoins will be the new gold, if many people will be aware of its existence and its capacity. No question that gold is the better one, however for someone who likes to earn more profit with a little capital, they would prefer bitcoins because it is easy to use in trading and you can take advantage of the price fluctuation to earn consistently. |

I predict that Houston Rockets will be top 7 in the new season, reason: Thurders lost Kevin Durant, they will hardly go into play-offs. Last season, they was 3rd in western, this season will be out of top 8.
If Houston is not going to get their acts together, they could just be headed for another mediocre season. Will Dwight Howard's departure make them a contender again? We will see this upcoming season. I disagree with you the the OKC Thunder aren't going to the post season this year. Westbrook's got something to prove and he has a great supporting cast that can ably push them towards even the number 6 (or higher) spot in the West. Steven Adams, Victor Oladipo, and Al Horford are stars in their own right and they would really look to make an even bigger name for themselves. Houston is a better now compared to the past, dwight howard is not really a good fit to the rockets base on his average statistics.
