OK! If you really want to make it right by your customers, then start by answering some simple questions, I will try to keep them very to the point that should require short concise answers...

Quote
We have always been upfront and never lied to our customers. We always kept them up to date with what is going on.

Why, when it was less than two months until February 28th, did you state numerous times that you were on track to meet your shipping targets, knowing full well that no tape out process has begun?

That is one instance, there are others that I or others could easily find.

Quote
We are currently improving in every way and will be trying to make up towards our customers during the following months.

How can you justify, making it up to your customers in the coming MONTHS?  Your chips are already behind other manufacturers, and are only getting more outdated with each passing day.  The X-1 comp is already practically worthless, and the X-3 is approaching that point.
Do you honestly believe that any single customer will make back the bitcoin they spent on your machines?  And if so, please detail out how and why you think that?

Quote
Most of our customers are entitled to be upset for this delay but we think the garbage going on in this thread is unacceptable and must be pruned.

Please point out where any person has lied or spread falsities about your company (besides yourselves).  Everything I have said is absolutely true, and has been based on either your actions or what you have said.  So I am unsure as to what, "garbage" you are referring to.

Quote
The reason why we've tested on live pool is that cgminer --benchmark is buggy: reports the speed wrong (1.4Thash on X3) and does not turn on the SPI leds to confirm that the miner is working properly.

First time you have said this as an explanation.  Sure doesn't sound like the, "We always kept them up to date with what is going on." spirit.

Quote
There are about 5 people flooding this that consider themselves to represent all our customers.

There have been many many customers of yours who have contacted me asking about what lawyers I have talked to and asking my opinion on what they should do.  MinerSource is so bled for cash that they are knowingly breaking the law in an attempt to stay alive by not sending out more refunds, because so many people have requested them.  I would say the proof is in the pudding so to speak.

Quote
We have contacted them in private messages to check what is the status of their order and they have indeed been unable to provide us with a valid order number which led ourselves to believe that at least one must be funded by one of our competitor.

I have previously stated that I ordered through MinerSource and have since gotten a refund for all of my orders.  I am very happy with them, and commend them in putting up with this situation.  As previously stated, I did have an order with you, you screwed me and many others.  I am still unsure what, "competitors" you are referring to, as the real ASIC manufacturers laugh when they hear BFL or BA.  Also, why would I tell you if I had an order still pending with you guys?  You have threatened to without compensation for people who questioned you in the past, I can only imagine what you would do to my order that is still with you.

Here is a chance for you to answer some real questions from your customers.  I doubt you will, and will opt to run and hide and delete my post (which I will repost), but regardless, your, "apology" (which is another reason I am pissed, because until that post, you have never once taken credit for the failures of this venture, its always someone or somebody else), doesn't mean much without action.

Now, after communicating with XBtec, I am leaning towards BA again being the scum of the earth.  But not the whole organization.  It seems that a single or small group of people inside BA sold the list.  What a fucked up mess this is, I don't think XBtec is BA rebranded, they have been incredibly nice to me and have put some of my fears to rest about them stealing the list (which I no longer believe they did).  I would even be open to getting some of their products if they would ship to me first.

But, it worries me that a small group of BA employees are selling company info.  This has apparently gone unnoticed since BA seems surprised by this (but I wouldn't doubt they are acting and lying to cover up what they did).  Who else are they selling to, how much more information?  Perhaps XBtec would be open to telling us if they offered to sell any other information besides email addresses about their customers?

It seems that BA cannot handle their own employees who are looking to make a quick buck on the side.

HAHA BA's biggest cheerleader and self proclaimed liason between BA and the community, Jumbley, who got his X-3 first because, "he kept a cool head and worked with them instead of against them" has his for sale on Ebay.

Here is his post showing the miner in all its glory...

Here is the same miner/picture on Ebay!  Pretty good feedback on the Ebay account, so I doubt it would be someone stupid enough to steal pictures to try and scam.  It most probably is him.

So BA, even your cheerleader's are jumping ship right after receiving their units, if that doesn't tell you they are trash IDK what will.  Oh maybe the fact that you won't refund and keep them yourselves, you don't even want your own shit.

BA, I really wish you would stop the email spam, every time you delete a post I get an email and its getting annoying Smiley plus I have to take the two seconds to repost it.  so now your wasting both our times because it is going right back up you bag of fucks.  have you guys realized how utterly incompetent you all are yet?  how people outside your firm were able to produce a working board without the how many month head start you had.  everyone who works their must be incompetent out of their freaking minds!  how can you really be this stupid and bad.  you will never get another purchase again, I will see to that.

all my deleted posts will go back up shortly, thanks for giving them a bump so all the new people can see them and the old people can be reminded of them.

My friend you might be in over your head here. I won't walk up to big bad Mr. Interpol and cry that Mr. Sovu ("or whoever", you know him personally as far as I understood from your posts on ecointalk, so your reply here is no surprise) stole my ice cream. But I'm sure they are interested in Sovu's shenannigans and avoidance of prosecution in Romania. How I do that really isn't your business, I thank you however, for this oh so valuable lesson about operating procedures of Interpol, I'm truly impressed by your knowledge and google-fu >tips fedora. If I hadn't been lectured by your superior intellect, I might've made a fool out of myself, golly gee. Sarcasm aside, I'm pretty confident, that I know a tiny bit more about law in general, international law, conflicts of jurisdiction and international litigation of civil and criminal law than you do Mr. Jumbley, so put a sock in it. You might be able to pull off your BS on ecointalk, screwing people over for your friend in Reading, it ain't that easy here.

So all the while I'll keep on watching too many TV shows of Interpol flying around making arrests, you my friend can go right back sucking BA's dick, since you got your X-3 nice and cozy in your home already (or on ebay by now, guess that's fine too). Gee, I wonder if that connection to Alex helped with your place in the queue...

edit: just so people know who they're dealing with here and that you're all cuddley with Mr. Alex the scammer, how's that for a cookie

Dude, shut up, you sound like a raving lunatic.  I'm not Jumbly.  Haha...

I was going to say, that's not Jumbley, tempest bas his own account on ecointalk.  but if your sueing the pants off of BA then I support you DonRavy, just remember, everyone here is on your side against these scum asshole shitbags.

take them down, they deserve the worst fate the law can bring.  tell me David, is that still execution in China for fraud?

If that's true, than at this point Black Arrow should justcontinue to mine with the things so they can earn enough money to finish them and ship them out.

I do believe they don't have much money, it's why they don't give anyone a refund.  But if they are at the point of just closing the doors and not finishing the hardware, well then I would hope they use some common sense and just mine for the money they need.  Otherwise we're all screwed regardless.

I fixed the above for you Smiley

Does anyone have a link to the blockchain address that they haven't moved the bitcoin off of?  It would be interesting to see how much they have just sitting around that they never cashed out...even though they said they would (Hey BA there is another lie to add to your totals if your keeping tally, I understand if the count got to be more than you can keep track of on your hands, math can be really hard).

received my 10 S3's yesterday and got them up and running. no problems once I figured out that one of them didn't change off of 192.168.1.99 which has an S2 running on it.  anyway, 10 perfectly running S3's makes me very happy!

still waiting on my other couple ordered from batch 5, no tracking received for those.

How can we ship your order first if you do not let us know what order you want to be shipped?
What kind of consequences can we threaten with?

Looks like people's orders will get expedited if you file a complaint.  Everyone file a complaint and refuse your miners.  These scum know they are shipping worthless products otherwise they would be over the moon to have you cancel your order.  They don't want it, why should you have to get it.

A perfect example of not standing behind ones own product.

2756  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: 【SOLD OUT】The last Batch of AntMiner S2 1TH/s Miner, Now $1595 per unit on: August 06, 2014, 04:00:12 PM
I am having some trouble with an S2 unit that I have had running.  It has been running perfectly at 1 TH/s since I got it, but after some installation of S3's last night, it is now showing problems.

The LCD on the unit says that it is hashing at 1 TH/s and it looks to be OK inside the unit.  Everything is flashing normally and looking OK, but the pool is only showing about 100 GH/s hitting it from the unit.  Does anyone know why the two might be showing this discrepancy?

Interesting, does S3 show 1300GH instead? Are both units on the same ethernet hub or connected independently?
I had a freak occurrence when I unplugged S2 that was on the independent power strip and S3 that was nearby (and on a DIFFERENT power strip) switched off, then back on.
This is weird, I know.
I think that this is because S3 has some wi-fi capability which might have some interaction with the router or they somehow had some interaction through the ethernet hub. Anyway, it was spooky, but I double checked the fact that the units were on different power strips.

Does that 900 mH go anywhere where you can detect it or is it just gone?

I haven't been able to find it at all.  Everything else connected to my pool is accounted for as each unit has a different worker name and everything else it running fine. (Besides one pesky S3 that I will have to spend some time trying to get running properly tonight).  I can't imagine that one is causing problems for the other as there are 10 S3's, 5 or so S1's and 2 S2's running in parallel down there and this is the only issue.

I'm not interested in how you're specifically connected or not to BAS, but I'm VERY interested in which one of you is lying. Two conflicting stories means someone definitely is. Your position should be easiest to prove so can you please disclose some of the paper trail to validate your version of events. Thanks.

I`m reading this topic for a long time, but do only I understand that it is impossible to buy company`s email base in official way? Do you really think that they might have invoice or another papers? Are you joking? It`s not good to use stolen email-base, but I think it`s a problem of BA that they cannot protect their information. And my friend got the spam-email from them too, but if they really have devices in stock I would buy one after Dogie`s review.

Of course they don't have an invoice, and no one is suggesting that they do, but there should be email communication, instant message communication, blockchain payments, screen shots, etc...

XBtec, just for reference, are you refusing to provide any information that will show that the email list you obtained from BlackArrow was sold to you?  You do realize that without further information on the matter, the logical conclusion is that you are BA, simply under a different name, in which case your ruse has already been ousted, and you will be blacklisted just as fast as BA currently is?

You also currently have the scam kings openly stating they will pursue you in court for your theft of their list, to me this is sounding like a not so well orchestrated, "battle" to make people think that you guys are not one in the same, by attacking each other.  Please post some evidence that the list was bought, otherwise it will be open season on BlackArrow V2 aka XBtec.
