2741  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 30k Range again on: June 22, 2022, 07:34:00 AM
And when it goes back to that range, there will be significant bad news about suing from exchanges to exchanges and that shall be the factor to send the markets down again at the possible bottom.
It's always like that whenever the market starts to recover, it will eventually be dumped because of these factors that circulates to the entire crypto market.
none of us really understand what will be the market behavior because now that the value of bitcoin is really lowering then there are more possibilities that whales can play the movement.
we can only speculate but no one can exactly tell whats coming.
but if the price of bitcoin climbed to 30k then i will be one of those to sell small part of my holding as I needed some funds in the coming month.
The whales have been playing the market all along and these surges and dumps have been part of it. While they're taking the advantage for themselves to take as much as they can.
We, the small time investors and traders have been having the difficulty on how is it going to give us the opportunity of making in here if we're uncertain. But, if you've got a stronger sense and you're good in TAs, you won't worry of what you must do as you've got a game plan.

2743  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase sued in connection with promotion of TerraUSD cryptocurrency on: June 21, 2022, 11:08:09 PM
Definite coinbase, must complete TerraUSD due diligence, at Terraform Labs before registering and trading on Coinbase, basically, TerraUSD has high risk, because TerraUSD is controlled by only one entity.
I think they're not aware of the actual intention of that team as they enlists it on their platform. They even made a wrapped version of it or it's the one that they've accepted when the fiasco has been seen gaining popularity.
The lawsuit against Coinbase by MCBPG on the grounds of protecting its clients from the risk of TerraUSD, as they have mainly compared stablecoins with other crypto trading platforms, In my opinion Coinbase is not a failure and negligence in this regard, I think this is another element why Coinbase is due diligence on TerraUSD, It's clear that TerraUSD already has a number of downsides for investors.

If Coinbase doesn't ignore suggestions and criticisms of TerraUSD, I think Coinbase is safe and not being sued as it is today, actually they know the dangers of TerraUSD in some cases, especially in the investment field and the volatility of TerraUSD has disappeared.
They should be diligent upon supporting projects and this is entirely for all the exchanges out there, including big and small because they have an important role to play for the sake of their users.
2744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies: Don't panic and learn to hold on: June 21, 2022, 10:07:03 PM
those who have survived may not sell it because the strategy to get short-term discounts seems very risky even though the market direction is still likely to fall because the market fall from 28K$ to below 20K$ is very significant with a period of only 2 weeks only for them those who dare to sell it at that time get a market bonus
Because of volatile market of bitcoin, it can get lower and that is how we must prepare if it is likely to come. We can have the idea that we shouldn't be confident with what we can see because anytime it can move at any range that it can.
But there is no need to panic and just don't think that you can beat the market.
2745  Economy / Economics / Re: 10 unicorns that were built in economic recessions on: June 21, 2022, 05:50:26 PM
Actually it is easy for someone to spread the theory of problem solving, what is more important is the practice. To be honest, I'd rather read the inspiration of the founders of the companies tagged in that thread because it's clear they have experience building startups from scratch in their current state than some random guy behind a twitter account who hasn't necessarily done anything great.

In essence, if you want to start something that deals with money, then learn from people who are really experienced. At this point you will be risking one vital thing that cannot be returned, the time.
I have been reading discussion of a certain group for startups.
And timing is part of it, ideas are there but one thing for sure that they put as the matter of importance and that is execution. Let us say that many of these startups built at the right time and became unicorns. But it doesn't mean that all of them are going to be successful in the future. I have seen startups that were funded well with huge amounts of money but now, they are nowhere to be found.
2746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin dump have any impact on gamblers ? on: June 20, 2022, 11:44:56 PM
Bitcoin price affect gamblers . A gambler who is a hodler when bitcoin goes down he will be affected because some bitcoins are gone but when bitcoin goes up they make gains.
A gambler who wants to buy bitcoin and if the price goes up, is affect because he will be buying when the price is high, but if the of bitcoin goes down it will be an advantage for the gambler to buy.
Well, if that gambler has been holding, he won't buy at the top. And at the times like these, he should be buying those bitcoins and it's up to him if he'll allocate some to gamble.
While the rest will be put and allocated in holding. That's what holders must do and if you've got your own experience in gambling and holding, you'll set aside the specific amounts because you don't want to spend them while the current pricing is cheap.
2747  Economy / Speculation / Re: It goes same way people never learn btc 30k on: June 20, 2022, 10:42:46 PM
What time OP. You're just talking about $30k and then bitcoin plummeted to $17k and still people don't want to buy because they think that there will be a lower dip that they'll see.
Currently, the price of bitcoin is trading in the $19k-$20k area friends and the downward trend in bitcoin prices is still continuing. In fact, the price of bitcoin had plunged to the position of $17k a few weeks ago although now the price of bitcoin has managed to rise again to the level of $20k.
It's quick but it could be just another trap that is set and we'll see it again that it will plunge. But no matter what it will show again, you're on your own and don't miss buying at each level of we say as a low price.
2748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins Crossed 20k USD!! Don’t lose hope now. on: June 20, 2022, 09:40:37 PM
My thought is that we're still quite far to the end of this bear market. A sudden rise is pretty normal after it has been dumped a lot. Still can go sideways as that's the normal thing that bitcoin does. But I agree to you that it's not yet late to buy and keep on dcaing so that you won't have any regrets when the market rises again and you've done your part of accumulating as it plunged to $17k-$20k. Well, still a price that can be good for buying if you're aiming and had a goal to see bitcoin back to its former ATH and more than that within the next few years.
2749  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you ready to buy/sell for bitcoins now? on: June 20, 2022, 08:32:52 PM
indeed this is the right time to keep trying to collect as much as we can because this is an opportunity that may be hard to come by again. Usually what happens is that after the halving there will be an increase again, if you say that before the halving, of course it can be better because the time will be long enough for the best price to be.
That's the 4 year cycle and we all know about it. When this bear market has came then it's where the capitulation is about to get started. While the others have been crying that the market is about to die. Here we are, planning how much we're going to spend just to collect more.
And that's the right thing to do but, I don't think that selling your other assets for it is a good idea. As long as you've decided to do it, that's your conscience but the better idea is when you've got so much spare and that will be the ones to be used for buying.
2750  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Learn And Earn on: June 19, 2022, 11:49:41 PM
A summary of all of those explanations, are you willing to sell your data to them just for the sake of that $3-$5 of those tokens? I don't think that you'll like it.
Aside from that, it's availability is depending on the location of the user and there are others that don't really have an access on it. And whether you like it or not, you're subject to kyc.
2751  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not panic. Everything will get better on: June 19, 2022, 10:54:00 PM
One should get familiar with the bear market already it has happened before and can occur again im the future the only that matters is keeping patience and holding onto your investment before the market recovers if one panic and sell it will simply results to loss.So it is much better to remind patient for now.
But not everyone got in before and there were more newbies this current bear market because of the pandemic. It's one factor that has made a lot of investors get in to the crypto market because everyone's looking for a way to extend and grow their money during the pandemic.
And it's good for them to have it experienced and they'll research about it after hearing that it's not the first time that has ever happend. They all now have an idea that the crypto market isn't just all about ups but, there are times that it has to be down for it to rebalance the economy.

So the Campaign is now Officially Paused.
2753  Economy / Economics / Re: if you think 18k btc is low wait until autumn ... on: June 18, 2022, 11:31:35 PM
I think it will reach 500-1000 USD max as you can't use to sell stuff and big whales already moved their money ...
The market is going down but I don't think that this is going to be ever reached again. People have started to call the lowest during the last bear market and $3k they say is possible again. But going from $500 to $1k, I don't really think we'll be back there and even $3k.
The lowest for this time could be $10k-$15k but that's just my speculation just as you and the others have started to call it that $17k is the bottom that we're waiting for. But the others tell that we haven't seen the bottom yet.
2754  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinbase to Lay Off 18% of Workers on: June 18, 2022, 10:36:01 PM
Just like the typical company and business if they're having some financial problems with their operation due to the downturn of the market, they have to cut off their expenses and costs including their workers. And it's always not recommended to leave your funds to any exchange despite how strong people trust them. But laying off at these times, I think Coinbase should have done better and instead of laying them off, there should be an alternative solution to this just like what Dan Price did.
2755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is dead! on: June 18, 2022, 09:25:36 PM
They will never change when it's about bitcoin dropping from its all time high. The same thing has been said when it's still on the top, they keep telling that it will go down and then it does. Now that it has came down, they'll keep telling on the same thing about its decrease and they never get tired of it.
It's true that even if bitcoin goes to 6 digits and it's likely the bottom of it, they'll tell again that it's dropping and almost dead. Well, that's always been the context that they tell.

we have freedom of expression, hence, everyone is entitled to express their thoughts and ideas. we can't stop people from speculating the worst because that's part of our human nature. also, it will give us idea on how to tackle the worst possible scenario. it may not happen, but at least we are ready for this situation.
we may have heard this countless times - bitcoin is dead. and yet, here we are, still surviving and the good thing is - more and more people are now getting involved in this market.
We've been dealing with the worst scenario of bitcoin and the market has also never changed. They are there not to praise even if they've seen the bull run, all they tell is the negativity that they spread no matter what the season is. And now that the market has come into the bear, they're even more eager to say what they have to say negatively because it's favoring them. But no matter what they say, those that have experienced greatness and the saddest moments of their bitcoin journey will never be moved by these entitled speculators.
2756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Notice that while BTC & ETH fall, Doge is Stable on: June 18, 2022, 08:25:30 PM
BTC just fell below $18k, now in the $17k range.

While Doge is still 5 cents, go figure.  Tongue
The lowest that it has hit today is $0.49 and everything is affected do you call it stable? I don't think so. And if you zoom out for the last 7 days, the chart of Doge doesn't look good. It's also coming along the way of bitcoin and ethereum and all of them are just dropping.
Elon?
Many will regret that they've followed Elon's word and he's just trolling everyone with his tweets about Dogecoin. If he's really into Dogecoin, he should just accept it for Tesla, Starlink & SpaceX.
But apparently they don't all drop.
Which means you sh*tcoin insult may be backwards.
Time will tell.
I believe that altcoin season will come but not for today.

2758  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the golden rule of investment? on: June 17, 2022, 10:49:21 PM
To me the golden rule is to never bet on 1 horse.
Diversify your holding into stones/crypto/metals/cash en stocks.

Within this asset classes diversify too into more risk to less risk. Allocate your funds wisely because losing your hard earned money is terrible.
I agree and there are the investors that when heard about diversification, they literally are diversifying. But to give them an idea, they have to diversify into good investments not just with random investments that they see that others are buying.
It's still a matter of importance to choose the investment where they will allocate their funds. It's not just about spreading it but also having the idea that they're going to help you out minimize the risk for your most investments.
2759  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How does one start on crypto? on: June 17, 2022, 09:34:47 PM
Well yes learning is the key. Luckily there are some ways to earn dust income so you can learn without risk.
But you're right about learning without risk and you can truly earn little amounts there like $5 for an altcoin that sponsored that page to learn about its details. You get to learn and gain your knowledge about those specific topics that they're sponsoring, you read it and finish the course and you'll get the reward. But if they are going to require you KYC, better not do it just for the sake of those dust amounts.

I started by buying btc and sending it back and forth to my wallet. Following it on the blockchain.

Just to understand what it was.
Why you have to send it back and forth? I'm just curious to know because you'll pay for fees if you do that.
