You need to wait for the whole wallet to eventually sync.
The initial distribution was finished in block 9262 I think, on May 17th 2014. Coins from the initial distribution will appear as the corresponding blocks are synced, so it shouldn't take long at all for them to appear. Ah, thanks doog.

Ok so, I'm late to this party.
I've got a load of my old swept bitcoin/litecoin and dogecoin wallets (with lots of addresses) and have loaded them into the Windows clam client. I've got about a year left to sync; should I see a balance now (assuming they had claims) or do I have to wait for the whole chain to sync for them to show?
Thanks

CLAM deposits not being credited.
I've left negative feedback on the OP until my coins have been credited.
Still not credited my deposit.

Sorry, am i missing something? If my address has clam / gold / cash, then why wont I myself take it out and use it rather than selling it to someone for lower prices? I dont exactly see the point in this. Sorry if I have missed some catch here.
Using our service to check addresses is completely free and doesn't require users to expose any secrets. I'm sure a lot of users see they qualify for coins and then attempt to venture out on their own. Our dig service saves people a lot of time and no need to download/sync another shitcoin wallet... Altcoins and forks can dip 25% in minutes.

I will say that suddenly our FreeBitcoins.com CLAM wallet lost all of its connections yesterday... was strange.
Are you running it through a proxy? Peer discovery seems to be broken if you do it that way. I have to configure (addnode) peers in the conf manually, and periodically update the list - if not, then eventually all the peers in the list become stale, and I end up with zero connections. I'm not sure tbh. I just know I was unable to process digs for a short period of time... I can ask Kef if needed.

Just did a bitcoin cash+clam dig (using my old btc address)and hopefully receive my btc soon.May I know the usual time frame?
Super fast at the moment. We upgraded and improved somethings. There is one wallet dig still hung up in Poloniex, but all digs from 1-6-18 and forward are processing fast. Thanks for the reply.Yes,looks the service got better and faster.I received the coins within 24 hrs. Beautiful! I'm getting people coins within the hour at the moment... I like to give people 10-20 minutes after their last dig before cashing out. This way I can do my best to group transactions into a single payment.

hey just got the payment from you 2 days ago. that was excelent service Thank you very much! idk why you can dig it without wallet.dat only API key.
I'm not sure what you are saying? You wish you could dig on our website or check your addresses using our API?

You should really try to dig multiple address relatively close together... this way I can batch all your digs into one BTC send.
Otherwise, you'll be paying over $6 for BTC fees each send.
