2761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]BitcoinPlus (XBC) / Best Community In Town! on: May 08, 2014, 11:23:58 PM
I kindly ask you to remove me from the commitee. I don't want to participate in a project, where I am personally attacked constantly. Never in 4 years participating in cryptocurrencies was I attacked for anything I did, but seems like I bring it out on XBC community.

Sorry that it didn't work out.
2762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Crypto-offering] LitecoinPlus (XLC) / fast / green / bounties on: May 08, 2014, 06:01:16 PM
You guys are so funny...

What do you gain by this hate-campaign?

Nothing, but XBCplus still hasn't explaining his full reasoning and thought process through this thing. What did he think would happen after little contact with XBC team, who he knows is working on fixing the issues we were left with, then he come out with a brand new buddy-buddy coin that he didn't tell anyone about planning to release.

He's had enough time to tell everyone we're greedy for wanting the coin destruction, and that he deserves the IPO funds. But I still haven't hear the reasoning behind coming out with this new coin at this time, and the communication/funding issues from before. I'm sure seriouscoins will update the team with a full story eventually....I would just like to hear XBCplus's reasoning and story from his side.

That was well written! I support this Smiley

2765  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin arbitrage, quite profitable BTC investment, make 1-3% ROI per day on: May 08, 2014, 03:59:56 PM
Current spread between Bitstamp and BTCe is $17. To put it differently, Bitstamp BTC price is 446 and BTCe is 429. That is almost 4%. This is comparison of only 2 BTC exchanges out of dozens online. After all this you say it is impossible to make 1% profit, well I have news for you, you are wrong big time. Whether they actually do arbitrage or not, I cant tell, what I can tell is that I use them for months and have had no problems at all. Having said this, I ll repeat the phrase I always says, when dealing with anything Bitcoin related, DO NOT INVEST anything you cannot afford to lose. The entire BTC economy is still very unsafe. For you personally, if you do not like this thread, there are bunch of others here, good luck and thank you for your comment, all this you have said has been repeated ten times in this thread.

How do you exploit this 17$ spread EVERYday?
2766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NXT] Nxt - Official Thread on: May 08, 2014, 11:43:17 AM
Q regarding aliases and AE: are registered aliases valid for the AE? In other words, if I registered an alias, say "google", on the alias system, and when AE is launched and someone tries to register an asset "google" will it be allowed? My best guess is that since "google" is already registered and validated on the blockchain, "google" will  not be allowed on the AE.

Anyone know?

They have nothing in common afaik
2767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Crypto-offering] LitecoinPlus (XLC) / fast / green / bounties on: May 08, 2014, 09:47:47 AM

LOL I just read this thread and I was thinking this EXACT thing. It is like coin devs are not allowed to make any money on their creation and no one will ever be happy no matter what the dev does (even if he destroys the entire dev fund which was like over $200,000 USD for the community).

1000+ to you sir. Stupid sheep.

No one said he couldn't make money. Would it be awesome if he were willing to do this just to be a part of the growth especially since he owned personal coins? Yes.

But if he wants to make money, fine. I just don't see how it's fair the dev gets the overwhelming majority of the IPO funds while the community left behind gets barely enough to get by.

Talk about the one-percenters.

But the thing here is that the Dev offered the funds. There is a massive amount of FUD around. Seriouscoin was offered parts of the funds.

2 weeks is ridiculous.

Please set a proper deadline and if you are finished earlier, just do it earlier. Lets say 8 weeks.

I hate it when deadlines are pushed time after time...

Do the coins need to stake before you can sell them? If so, how long does it take for them to stake?

no, you can send them whenever you want!

TwinWinNerD, regarding ZMeddy's statement. You know damn well that neither of us can provide proof. That is kind of the point. The offering on the exchange provided this opportunity. So he either took 52 BTC or a combination to then use to make more money. Why do you care? A scam is a scam. The theorized one only gives him more credit for being devious. AND if he still can control the market that should concern you. Even the remote possibility of this is relevant.

What I don't understand is the hate for the dev. One day ago no one gave a shit about the original dev. Now people can't stop talking about him.

Its hypocrite. They just fear their investment in XBC gets deluted. But if they really believe in XBC they shouldn't have to worry.

It is sad in my opinion. People start making things about emotion instead of facts.

I was concerned about this loophole days ago and voiced my concern. I hope you haven't given him too much of your BTC for the worthless XLC. good luck.

Nothing I can't afford to lose Smiley

Litecoin can only be one
. I dont like this remakes

It won't hurt litecoin in anyway. It is just a experiment.

LitecoinPlus sounds nice and POS + 30s blocktime is awesome!

Your right, IDENTICAL offering of coins as XBC. 100K coins at .001 each. Total coincidence. Last activity of user March 20. Ten Days before XBC announcement made with new user XBCplus.

Speculation sure. But I think my BTC paid to him earned the right.

Round numbers are very seldom...
2778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Insider tip! on: May 08, 2014, 12:16:50 AM
So send money to some random guy that bailed on his last coin with all the funds? No thanks.

This is a p2p currency. Once you have your coins, you got them. Noone can take them from you.

I invested and already have my coins. Why would I care if the dev bailed on his last coin?

he might bail on this one aswell.

I talked to the dev, and he didn't really bail on the other coin. He even sent 44500 coins to a community member to burn them. Then he went on a 4 day trip and everyone accused him of running away.

This time he will use the ipo funds for developement.

It will turn out great!

And if he bails, the community will step in.

IPO stage 1 ends in 10 minutes. I assume no investments will be made anymore. I hope I get the coins asap!

Thank you!

I don't want to finace this new scam, after you ran off with the XBC money.  what's the next scam after you run off with this?  are there discounts for early IPO prices?  I hate to buy into the current tired scam while you're already preminign the next one. what, XDC?  extra doge coin?  WOO HOO!

Again, when did he "ran off" with anything. Show me a single post where XBCplus promised to use *all* the funds to fund the community? He was honest and burned about 150,000$ worth of coins..

He never burned the coin, seriouscoins did.

And how did seriouscoin get the coins?
