2761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Changing the rules in the End of the Bounty Campaign is a form of Abuse on: July 18, 2019, 05:03:56 AM
From my own experiences, it can not be prevented. As long as the rules that was changes is for the sake of the project and for the bounty hunters, too. The manager has the right to change the rules in a positive way. But we can't deny the fact that some of the bounty hunters are abusing their position and abusing the bounty participants as well. It is responsibility of a manager not to abused the whole project including the efforts and time of bounty hunters.
2762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Imagine that you're new to crypto now on: July 17, 2019, 08:09:04 AM
Imagine that you are a new player in the crypto world and have no idea about this topic.
What are you doing now? Read the book? You invest your savings in bitcoin, maybe you look at other coins (alts) or maybe you see that the price is falling and you're waiting to buy even lower. If so, do you know when to buy? What's your plan for this moment? Smiley

We have been came from a newbie before. And before doing a thing like buying and selling, i did not read any books but I spent most of my time in three websites;

  • Bitcointalk forum
  • GOOGLE
  • Youtube

After that, when there is still vague terms that i hardly understand like blokchain, miner fees, cryptocurrency, then   INFOGRAPHIC helps me to understand it.

Next step is on how to do a buy and sell stuffs or crypto tradings. There is adifferent reviews and feedbacks with a certain exchanges. I DYOR before choosing one.

But as a newbie before, the most important thing is the trial and error. You won't learn all about crypto if you wouldn't try to buy and sell. And if you wouldn't win or lose in crypto tradings. That's how I have been through as a newbie before.
2763  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My Trading Journal Makes Me Money on: July 17, 2019, 04:02:35 AM
So tired and sick for having records or journals on trading, this made me frustrated along side. We can't make money upon looking on historical market value, because as of now that totally pulled the price down. $10k per btc had fallen as well and now taking its range awaiting for perfect recovery.

We have different point of views. If OP's journal is his reflections on his past mistakes which made him a better trader now, then that is good. But for us who did not see it.as an opportunity to grow, since i am not also fond of writing, I have my own styles. I have printed the do's and dont's that I need to remember everytime I do trading. It helps me and remind me of my mistakes before. Different styles but kinda effective.
2764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What ease your mind the most about bitcoin on: July 17, 2019, 03:00:13 AM
Mine is Cheesy no single organisation or government has control over bitcoin, what is yours?

Hmm, a digital asset that can help me with my financial status. Yes, I would like to be an honest crypto enthusiast here. Easier transactions is a plus points, no third party involved but the main reason for me that ease my mind is that it can be a long term digital investment. You hodl bitcoin and wait for the huge pump and then you can get profits.
2765  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading full time on: July 17, 2019, 01:42:03 AM
Since I made a huge profitd at margin trading before, I also thought that I could leave my full time job and be a full time trader. But it just made me realized that the market is full of surprises: unstable market conditions or volatility, whales manipulation and etc. Come to think of it, it is not always the "winning part" in crypto trading. And I can still do some tradings even if I did not give up my full time job. Think wisely.
2766  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: technical analysis is enough to be successful in trading ???? on: July 16, 2019, 10:34:35 AM
Technical analysis helped me a lot to become a great trader. But there are still indicators that we have to learned in our own way and we have to find such indicators that suited our understanding and that fits our trading style. So far, I only use 3 simple indicators like Moving Average, RSI and stoch RSI. Those help me to still get profits with my own TA and predictions.
2767  Local / Pilipinas / (BLOCKCHAIN) based real estate platform balak ilunsad ngayong taon on: July 16, 2019, 06:52:48 AM
Alam naman nating lahat na ang blockchain technology ay nagiging popular na ngayon. Different areas of fields in businesses already tried integrating blockchain technology in their system. Isa na nga dito ang pinaplano ng Real Estate Company sa Pilipinas na gawin ng blockchain-based ang dati ay traditional system nila.

They are planning to launch new platform using this new blockchain technology where transactions will utilizes tokenization. Iniisip ko na kung magiging matagumpay ang pagpasok ng blockchain technology na maglalayong maikonek ang buy and sell method gamit ang advanced and new system na to, maaaring makatulong ito sa pag unlad ng ating bansa.

This is an example on how blockchain based transaction works in real estate using ethereum.

Sa totoo lang, eto ang mga advantage kung gagamitin natin ang blockchain:

  • Efficiency- magiging systematized, in order at magiging madali para sa atin ang trabaho.
  • Transparency- maiiwasan ang bias and will create only clear interface.
  • Less Fraud- the moment na naipasok ang blockchain payment system, maaaring mabawasan ang fraudalent actions such as scam.
  • Security- isa sa pinakaimportante ay ang security. Data is stored and in that way blockchain is securing the data.

Anyway, maaari pa din silang tumanggap using traditional payment such as credit/debit card, bank transfer or wire transfer.

Meron na actually na nag umpisa ng ganitong crypto payment method in Iloilo. They sell real estate and accepted crypto payments. Read here.

Kaya alam kong magiging magandang hakbang ulit ito sa bansa natin kung ang Real Estate company ay tutuloy sa plano nilang blockchain based real estate system.

Eto po ang link.
2768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin can't be banned on: July 16, 2019, 03:13:00 AM
At some part I realized that OP has a big point here. We can easily send bitcoin thru sms, we can also use VPNs not to detect and not to use current IP address. We can still patronize and use bitcoin in different ways. But still, the government has still great power. People is still under centralized system under government and the truth is people are afraid in punishments and imprisonment.
2769  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much do you think the President’s recent comments have hurt bitcoin prices? on: July 16, 2019, 01:51:54 AM
Donald Trump: I am not a fan of Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin is currently hovering just over $10000.

Just a fud. I do not think it is the main reason for sudden dump of bitcoin's price. There is another reason behind it. Maybe the huge sell off of a particular bitcoin whale. But for me , this is just a natural reaction of the market. The recovery and the correction stage before another bitcoin's huge spike will happen. And not with the negative statement of the President Trump. It's nothing to do about it.
2770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don't know Bitcoin is, I just know It is taking away the lives of family on: July 15, 2019, 06:11:51 AM
First, I am so sorry with all the heartbreaking incidents in your life. Life is so hard and have many struggles but we can still go on and do not lose hope. Anyway in short, from my understanding your brother got addicted in gaming in bitcoin dice. Stole money to gamble, right? Your brother is the only one who should blame here not the bitcoin itself. If he only think of different aside from gambling like investing some part of btc at dip price then it is better.

But past is past and mistakes are already learned here. You can still make some changes using bitcoin. Think positively and do not give up. There is always a rainbow after the storm in life. Bitcoin can save you up if you know how to use it.
2771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Social Media Lists about Bitcoins and Others on: July 15, 2019, 03:10:00 AM
I truly and fully recognized the lists you have presented here about social media's information about bitcoin. I actually bookmarked this and glad I saw your thread for me to engaged some additional learnings from some of the trends and updated news. I saw John McAfee and other bitcoin enthusiasts. Great buddy. I can now easily follow them in twitter.

Oh, let us remember that not all bitcoin news and statements in social media are true. However, some are misleading infos and fuds. Good thing you chose the most  viewed and popular ones.
2772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why would you sell an altcoin right at the very bottom on: July 15, 2019, 02:12:30 AM
I believe there is always a reason behind why an investor would sell their altcoins at the bottom. One reason is the financial status, an investor who are really in need of money will sell right away their coins even at the dip and in the deficit situation. Secondly, being tired of waiting for the pump. The moment they are exhausted waiting endlessly when to increased, they give up holding theur coins.
2773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't complain for too long. on: July 15, 2019, 01:25:27 AM
Being an optimistic trader is one of an attitude a trader must have. I am being serious as a trader meaning i spend my time looking for new technical analysis that suits me very well, searching some techniques for some safe entries and/or tips that can probably makes me a good and expert trader. The market is honestly unpredictable but there is always hope for everything if we are doing a hardwork to learn more about tradings.
2774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO becomes successful = ETH will moon? on: July 14, 2019, 12:06:02 PM
I can't see any effects about the price of ethereum in relation to IEO succesful projects. At the moment, what you expect that eth will go to the moon is actually not happening right now and it is dumping too low now. So i do not think, IEOs current situation will gonna affect ETH's price performance. A usual thing goes if there is a big news or bad news about eth, then the price is somehow affected.
2775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WARNING! this is very misleading on: July 14, 2019, 10:06:46 AM
I already know that this tool is being used to deceived people just like what they do in employing fake ratings, people should instead watch and read people's feedbacks check the whole projects and check if there is something fake in their project.

And probably be still a trap for some newbies in crypto space. This bar can be deceiving. A wise investor and trader will not gonna easily fall for this. Nowadays, DYOR is the only thing we can rely about. We can't deny the fact that ICO's reputation isn't great and that investors are now turning into IEOs. That is why even if they'll make a bar or graph showing the flow of their sales, etc, we should not be fall for it.
2776  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin Forum User Security ? on: July 13, 2019, 05:57:11 AM
Your suggestion is good but remember that this forum was made by Satoshi and he do not have KYC and still anonymous by now. I understand your  intention is good but when we are talking about KYC, there are still some issues that are vague and not yet ready to implement.
2777  Other / Meta / Re: How can i get Merit? on: July 12, 2019, 05:22:43 PM

2778  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Union Bank maglalabas ng sariling"Stable Coin" on: July 12, 2019, 01:43:12 PM
<...>

Put some source bud. Baka may mag report sayo na plagiarism.
I’m afraid na ireport mga kababayan ko, so i’ll just correct them as far as I can.

May nilagay  po akong link kabayan. Nasa baba po ng post ko. Naka short cut lang po. Eto po un:

Quote

Back to the topic, isa lamang itong panibagong steps para ma adopt at ma aware na ang kapwa natin Pinoy tungkol sa cryptocurrency. Maaaring maka impluwensya ang Union Bank sa ganitong paglaganap na nangyayari ngaun, una sa dalawang ATM machines and now eto ngang pag launch nila in due time ng sarili nilang crypto stable coin.
2779  Economy / Economics / Re: 🤔 being on the right side of the trend.... on: July 12, 2019, 07:16:56 AM
We should always buy on red and sell on green, but sometime sell on green can be wrong because if the price grow more after we sell then we get some profit. But always we should see how the trend is but we can't know exactly when price drop.
Nothins is wrong in sellin in green if you bought at red, profit is profit dont be greedy over it.We know cryptocurrencies are volatile,we dont know if the pump will continue or will suddenly fall to doom.Dont regret selling early as long as you have profit bear that in your mind.

Certainly not a good if greed entered in our body. Just mess up the trades. And as long as you made enough profit, that's fine. Anyway, how can we define the right trend? Is it depends on the hype? The candles? We can always go on the right side of the trend confidently if we will use some technical analysis. Not just by buying low and selling high but to buy and sell in the proper time.
2780  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks? on: July 12, 2019, 04:55:11 AM
Bitcoin (and other cryptocurrencies) can replace some of the functions of banks, but not all. Bitcoin can't make loans, for example.

Yes, that's how things works to banks vs bitcoin. There are still people who wanted the centralized system which offered by Banks and lacks by Bitcoin. There are great things also that Bitcoin has and vice versa. If you are asking  If it can replace banks, my answer is no. Governments are still on the side of the Banks no matter what.
