Practically the weather in Australia is not like that it keep on raining for two days. I am hopeful that Australia will easy win this match tomorrow and with that take the series. Pakistan has a lot to learn from the mistakes in this series and the coach/ captain has some serious business on hand to get this team going.
Pakistan already lost three wickets and Australia just need less than three sessions to pick up the rest of the wickets and finish the match and their in form batsman Babar Azam is back in the pavilion and there is no hope that the rest of the players will score a big ton in the second innings, rain will be another factor as the pitch might offer more swing that will be difficult for the batsman and Australia will win the match even if rain interrupt. Now we have Rain so Three sessions are too much for Pakistan as Australian bowlers doing job they only need 35 to 40 overs for winning this match comprehensivly and series becasue now pitch is more seamers heaven and Pakistani batting line up struggles on pitches like this in last few years they have many talented players but never good management and they never win in Australia. |

I totally forgot about this weeks JackMate competition so I didn't send any picks. Looking at the results and goal scorers I can't say I regret not predicting anything. I don't think I would have gotten anything correct for the Saturday fixtures. What about the rest of you guys, any luck today?
I placed my picks week ago but I think I made many wrong predictions. I havent checked my picks completely but I remember that I picked Sterling, Salah, Kane, Vardy, T. Abraham and forget the other two. 1 correct out of 5 only so far, so there is no chance for me to win something this round. I was so confidence last week when I placed my picks as it looks like the easiest round but in fact I made worst pick than other rounds. This week is really disasters for many as we have goals from defenders whish are hardly pick by any one like van Dijk of Liverpool and in presence of Kane and Son Dela Ali going for two goals Chelsea without any goal mean I am feeling its very difficult any one have even second or third prize. |

The Pakistan bowlers have no answers for Warner and Labuschagne just like the first test match. Australia should easily make 500+ runs, normally in these day/night bowling in the night session has been good for the bowling team but not last night, Australia really dominated the Pakistan bowlers. It will be interesting to see how the Australian bowlers bowl when its their turn to bowl at night.

Even before the ball tampering issue Warner hasn't played this well. Once after getting suspended from playing cricket he has made himself much more better. From the re-entry to the international cricket after specific time period his performances were tremendous. Smith too accompanies him, but the level of play isn't up to that of Warner. if there are other young talents then you need to give them opportunities too and if they are performing well then he will have a slot and if not they will get replaced eventually.
There is a huge pool of talents in India right now and it is a big competition to get in the team and have a permanent position as the bench strength is really huge and if you are not performing or failing for a few matches then there are people waiting to take your position, the only vacant position in the team right now is to find a suitable replacement for Dhoni and it is hard to replace a talent like that i doubt we will see another wicket keeper like him ever again. Dhoni is replacable as we have many players those was on peak and they have to retire as time never stops same happen with Dhoni in near future we could watch some more better player for India in place of him as now they have some very good and stronge domestic system which is helping youngsters to grow and appear in world with best of game. |

I think that Many of us are already destroyed tonight due to Manchester United. All seemed easy in the beginning of the game for them, but they lost. I think that this was the last chance for Solskjaer. I wonder what they want to see more from him and they don't kick him out. Because the UCL match has passed yesterday and now the team is wanting to play at the EPL this week. Now we can say ICC going to do some restrictions about T20 Leagues which could be helpful and if these done with positive attitude then surely many small countries going to have benifit from them for test level courtries good those have some good and strong domestic system and countries like Afghanistan and Pakistan have serious security issues which are not helping them and just because of this they are not good enough but Afghanistan could be very good and better then Sri Lanka and Bangladesh if they suceeded to have good domestic system for growing players for this level. |
