Jeez. I remember this when I was just scrolling through these alts being reported and it is funny af.
Image was no longer available when I checked it back in the original.

@OP
You should already know what is their goal in this forum and that goal itself does not get along with the word "improve", because their aim here is of course, money. They are not here to improve, to grow, to learn.
Have you read some random bounty hunters' post history full of bounty reports? I did.
From that, do you think that those "WEEK 1-9999 ....... bla bla bla report" are merit-worthy?

If you think a certain office isn't funny enough, look at this.

2762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prayer and gambling. on: July 10, 2021, 04:09:00 PM
There is a popular saying amongst gamblers that says "Let the odds be in our favor" irrespective of religious beliefs people say this to themselves because of the reassuring feeling it gives them. Does it make things work in their favor? I honestly can't say but at the same time I can't discourage such rituals
As long as those rituals doesn't hurt anybody and the gambler is doing it for his sake without any interruption to other people. The odds will be definitely in the favor of the gambler if he's truly lucky on that day.
But we'll never know if such prayers have been answered on that day but it just contradicts religious aspects if it's connected with gambling.

I have read somewhere that the what one wishes for, happens if he truly desires for it.
Also, we have indominate powers within ourselves and sometimes what we pray does come true.
Not sure if it's just luck but I guess this is why some people pray before anything.
Yes I have read that too. Power of the universe I believe is what it's called. Some people do practice these principles and see results in their daily life
2763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prayer and gambling. on: July 10, 2021, 02:23:17 PM
One's belief over something has something to do with you.The moment you belief something works for you, and you heed to that particular thing,it will surely work.Same is applicable to gambling,if you always win when you say  a prayer, the moment your mind is on that thing and trust it,there is every possibility tgat, that particular game will play you person.

This is more of psychological feeling on things. Though prayer has nothing to do with the results. It is the belief that prayer can help you about your gambling results. So yes, it depends on the person himself. As everyone here has different beliefs and cultural upbringing, the opinions here vary. Just make sure that you are not harming anyone by your own personal beliefs.
As long you dont harm anyone then i dont see anything wrong on someone do following something neither superstition belief or just simply praying to their Gods for them to win into their gambling activity.
I dont know why on why do really make this a big issue because this would really be varying on someones own belief because not all would really be having the same which means it can neither
they would believe or not but on general sense then theres no way for luck to be influenced by something specially in gambling or even on simple decisions on life.
If you do find out that when you do pray and won then its up to your experience and would continue on doing it.
The issue is that while it is unlikely that they are going to harm anyone else with those beliefs it is possible they will harm themselves in the process, after all if they really believe they can affect the outcomes of the games by praying or by any other action on their part then it is possible they are going to make bets that are simply too high thinking that sooner or later they will win and recover the money they lost, only to lose it all since their beliefs about controlling the outcomes of the games were completely mistaken.

2764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: July 10, 2021, 02:14:20 PM

The debate on who is better is a long outstanding one. Christano Ronaldo has played and excelled in three major leagues while his rival Lionel Messi has limited himself to the Spanish club Barcelona Fc. This has influenced Lionel Messi style of football and is evident when he plays for the national team.

In my opinion, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are undoubtedly the two best players who are the most prominent in football today, so to say which is better will certainly be very difficult because the fans of these two players will certainly have different views and will continue to claim if their idol is the best Grin, but in my personal opinion, messi plays a more beautiful ball game than ronaldo, while ronaldo is a player who has a big determination and strong ambition to score goals and has an attractive and fast style in game.
Although Ronaldo and Messi styles are different from each other, but both are the greatest players ever in my opinion.
I hear you man and I agree with that 100%. They have set the bar high for younger players..big shoes to fill. They will surely be missed when they retire in the next decade
2765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: July 10, 2021, 09:56:30 AM
I can't believe how much PSG is spending once again, they are getting every person they can get, usually free transfers but they are really growing the team to a huge level. I wonder if they could actually convince Messi somehow. I know he is one of the most expensive players in the world and not many teams are willing to pay that because Messi is awesome and all but does he really worth that much money at that age? If he does that City may lose another battle against PSG as well and they may have like a Neymar-Messi-Mbappe offense.
~snip~
I actually want to see Messi at Manchester City. But if that doesn't happen, I hope that he goes to PSG. I can't even imagine how strong PSG can be with Neymar - Mbappe - Messi trio. They will have a really deadly offense surely. They can achieve bigger things easier than ever. But first, PSG should be able to convince him to sign contract with them. Messi's number one choice is still Barcelona. He is waiting for them to make a new offer. But Barcelona are having financial problems which hinders them offering a new contract to Messi. Maybe PSG or City can benefit from the situation.
I still think that Barcelona will find ways to keep Messi, because too much was at stake and Laporta won the club's presidency, including with a promise to keep Messi at the club, and the player himself, unlike last year, has already expressed a desire to stay at the club, although of course the situation is already starting to drag on too much. I would also like to see Messi in another championship with pleasure and see how quickly he could fit into the playing patterns of another club and how successfully he did it. On the one hand, the English Premier League is now much more statuesque than the French championship, but on the other hand, I think that it would be easier for Messi with his style of play to play in France.
yeah,Mercy's first prefered option is to stay at Barc a,maybe it's because of the promises he had made to Barca, and staying at only Barca is the reason most people say Ronaldo is better than him.Because Ronaldo has gone to different leagues, and yet still doing well, and making history for himself.I think it's high time Mercy tried something else,a new league, new team mates, new style of football and new home.

2766  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How could we help improve the bounty hunters with zero merit? on: July 10, 2021, 09:29:00 AM
How do we make them realize the importance of ranking up and getting merits?
Quite frankly its nobody's job to make anyone realize anything. They are aware of what they are doing they just don't care. Every other day there is a post about how to earn money or rank up and every time they get answers. But do they heed to the advice? No! Bounty hunting is a deliberate and premediated decision. No one spams by accident
Aren't they give up on getting merits and ranking up? Or they just want to waste their time
Speak for yourself Op. I don't think bounty hunters believe they are wasting their time or losing on anything. They are very much dedicated to what they do (spamming, shit posting)
We are not giving them attention,

I'm not sure what you mean by that statement but I tell you lovesmayfamilis is doing a damn good job making sure they don't see the light of day
What do you think the need for them and for the forum to improve?
Before creating an account on the forum. You should know your reason of joining the forum. That reason and purpose drives you to the right direction.

This is very well becoming a thread for bounty hunters. They all seem to follow a particular pattern. In less than a day, topics have been created by newbies account asking about how to make money or merit. This is indeed a sight for sore eyes B&H board is being exploited by these guys for some reason

2769  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [EDU] What to do if you fall victim of a Scam on: July 08, 2021, 06:27:20 AM
If it's a crypto-related scam then one should report it here on the forum as well as on the local board as people actually do check those. And if it's not a serious scam or a big loss, learn from it, don't dwell on it. Shit happens, it isn't your fault, move on and learn from the experience.
Many people deliberately invest in pyramid schemes. They make calculations and try to understand when the financial pyramid will close in order to withdraw their money until that moment. If there were no such scavengers, then financial pyramids and other scams would not have received such huge profit.
That's risky but there is some truth to it. I've met s few people who think that way. They believe that if they are the pioneers of the scheme they will be able to make profits before the whole thing crashes down.
2770  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [EDU] What to do if you fall victim of a Scam on: July 07, 2021, 07:53:21 PM

You may not get your money back but by reporting the scam you have someone else from being a victim.

Or save? The bold word!
I don't think people will go for reporting scams that involve a tiny amount. No one bothers to take a further step for such an amount and they simply move on because it doesn't worth the time.
Thanks for the correction. Unreported scam cases only aid the scammers do more harm. Imagine if investment sites are not reported, they would pass out for a legit platform to most

In the beginning
I consider my introduction to bitcoin as my turning point. I was introduced to bitcoin by a friend. He couldn't stop talking about this digital currency that would change the world. I didn't understand any of what he said or meant
but the conviction with which he spoke those words caught my interest. After some months I decided to give this bitcoin thing a try. I created my first bitcoin wallet which was blockchain.com simply because it was the only wallet I was exposed to back then. I can remember the excitement I had when I bought my first bitcoin.
The rest is history

If you've lost money to a scam or given out your personal details to a scammer, you're unlikely to get your money back. However there are steps you can take straight away to handle the damage done and protect yourself from further loss. I recommend you follow this steps I call CRCR

1. Contact people you know
Scammers mostly get away because their victims are ashamed to speak up.
You should warn your friends and family about scams. If you're a business, let your industry association and other contacts know about the scam. This is very important because the scam doesn't end with the primary victim, scammers attempt to stretch the con as far as it can go. Have you heard about ransom scam? It goes like this, a family member gets a anonymous call that s relative has been kidnapped or is in some kind of trouble. They are told to keep this information to themselves and pay a certain amount of money before xx time. Believe it or not people actually for this.
 2. Recover your stolen identity
Scammers have evolved into a scam ring, they may even have a syndicate. They exploit dating sites, social media, telegram. If you have ever been a victim of a scam no matter how long ago be rest assured that your information is no longer safe. Fraudulent Investment platforms are now requesting kyc before withdrawal. This way they get to have your information and God knows what they can do with it.  Identity theft on a whole different scale.
If you suspect you are a victim of identity theft, it is important that you act quickly to reduce your risk of financial loss or other damages.

3. Contact your financial institution
It is advisable you change your online passwords if you suspect your banking info has been compromised. Also contact your financial institution immediately. They may be able to stop a transaction, or close your account if the scammer access.

  4. Report scams to the authorities
Contact the SEC, FINRA or your state securities to report the fad and get assistance.
U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Office of investor and Advocacy
Washington, DC 2009-0213
(800) 732-0330
www.sec.gov

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ( FINRA)
FINRA complaints and tips
Rockville, Maryland 20850
(301) 590-6500

Conclusion
You may not get your money back but by reporting the scam you save someone else from being a victim.

2774  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cryptocurrency will always be threat to government on: July 05, 2021, 03:00:12 PM
The government always go against things when they are not fully in charge and having control over it. Government can partially or not at all accept cryptocurrency because cryptocurrency is a threat to the government. Already many people knows about the benefits of cryptocurrency and if it's not challenged by the government many people won't  be willing to do their savings or business with the central bank ,instead they would prefer to invest their money into cryptocurrency because of it interest they will gain and other benefits.
Government will always be against it, but it can't stop the existence of the cryto world

OP I suggest you move this topic to Economy board. That is more fitting for this discussion. Although this topic has been discussed countless times I'm sure members would still love to drop their opinion on the matter

2776  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Ignorance and greed, that's the cause of it all, everyone be warned. on: July 03, 2021, 06:45:15 AM
we have stories of investors with any knowledge or barely knowing anything about the cryptocurency industry becoming rich overnight just by investing in pre-sale of a project fueling this belief that they can replicate similar steps.
That's the problem. There are so many trending stories of the guy who made millions $$$ and not enough stories of the guy who lost money investing in a project. Crypto is so unpredictable, just because a newbie made some money buying shit coins doesn't make him an expert. Be careful of who you take financial advice from.
Not many investors are interested in the technology of the project, take doge coin for example. Doge has zero use cases..zero! But since Elon tweeted about doge. The media has been singing doge to the moon.  This goes to show the mindset of many investors.

Congratulations CryptopreneurBrainboss, you have achieved so much in such a short time. This shows hard work and dedication at a whole different level. What captivated me most was the covid-19 project. The project gives us a glimpse of the impact the forum can have in the real world. Its amazing that as a online community we can reach the common man in the street. We are not just bitcoin lovers or geeks but compassionate people who believe in making the world a better place. Thank you CryptopreneurBrainboss for being a part of the community and for everything you do.
