Games and Rounds is for Bitcoin giveaways, NOT altcoin ones. That's why one of the moderators moved it to the altcoin sections and why I locked it.
They aren't locked because logos and T-shirt designs require effort (a.k.a. not low-effort), users are incentivised to provide a high quality work (a.k.a. not low quality) and the results have a practical application. Incentivising the posting of poorly photoshopped memes for altcoins is neither high quality, nor does it require a considerable amount of effort, nor does it serve a practical application, except for unfairly bumping your thread to the top of the page (as in one of the reasons why altcoin giveaways were prohibited in the first place).
