2761  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Recovering losses on: April 02, 2021, 12:32:47 PM
What makes you wrong is that you are overconfident that entering in trading will give you a better life and even willing to sell all your belongings just for this but somehow, trading isn't really for you. For all the losses you have this time, one way to recover all of it is to quit trading. Make yourself humbly accepting that trading isn't really for you and you are one of those people who are also not destined to become a trader.

Maybe you can find another opportunity that could help you get back of what you've lost in trading. Really sad, but sometimes we went through that way.

Nets -3.5 vs Hornets for 1.95? Is this some kind of a steal or there are a lot of injuries in the Nets roster that had not been announced yet?
Anyway, I might still bet for the Nets later while waiting for reports.

Two possibilities, it could be a steal or a trap, most likely a trap because Nets are just -3.5 which unbelievable the way they are playing.

I would stay away from this game of I would just bet a small amount, I don't like it, looks like a TRAP to me.

New NLEX player Trollano hopes to win another title with old coach, former teammates

Big dream! With the current line up of the NLEX, I doubt they will win a championship, oven reach the championship.
There best chance is only a conference with imports, not in the all Filipino cup.

The current lineup is not yet blended well, against those heavy favorites, BGSM,SMB, TNT and now Purefoods after acquiring Abueva.
NLEX needs more firepower though who knows with the possible bubble setup we can't conclude which team will dominate.

With Trollano, maybe he can bring some good sparks knowing how he's former coach works he can easily adjust.

Trollana always play well regardless of what team he is playing, let's give him a chance, he maybe is hungry for a championship as I believe he does has not won any. Trollona is a hard working guy, he played with good defense and can also contribute to the team in offense, and Coach Yeng would not get him sign if he does not think he can help the team on their campaign to win a championship.
2764  Economy / Speculation / Re: The power of Bitcoin HODLing on: April 01, 2021, 12:42:09 PM
The last drawing in Adam Back's tweet is just hilarious. This is the best comparison between crypto trading and BTC hodling that I have ever seen.
I got 1.25 BTC back in 2015 and I've sold it for 300 dollars.I was expecting that Bitcoin is a bubble and the price will crash back then.I wish I still had this 1.25 BTC in my wallet. My life would have been way better, but it's too late for regrets.
Everyone knows that Bitcoin is the best performing financial asset in the last decades. The sad part is that most of us don't want to HODL Bitcoin for 5 years.
That is the reality and nobody thinks that Bitcoin will become more valuable multiple times than before.
Just how the market pictured out this time, everyone has learned already and it happens that most of the investors in recent times are eager to hold longer than being a short-term holder.

But it wasn't in perfect timing to start over again this time since the market is so high and that seems a high risk of losing its value someday. If only we could wait for the bullish season to stop, that will be the best chance to start.
2765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If You Buy btc Today and cash out one year on: April 01, 2021, 12:14:51 PM
That could be when it was still back in 2013.
Remember when people were looking to dip below $10 behind those years.
Dang I could've been a millionaire if I was like one of them already.
That is relatively low if that will happen again, quite to see people being in a hurry to buy them all and hold.

But, buying now at $50k, hold and wait for 1 year to sold it. Probably will be praying that Bitcoin will never dump next year coz honestly, I was afraid if that will come true and make you cry.

That is absolutely the risk in crypto investment because we are not sure for everything to happens and all we have got is just a prediction. If I have to ask that, I have to wait for it to dump first.
2766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can someone explain how next roll prediction works please? on: March 31, 2021, 10:19:23 PM
its called bitcoin casino if the casino only accept btc but its called a crypto a casino if more than one crypto are supported . there is no way a casino or anyone else know what will be the next outcome of the game but it has something to do with the odds you choose , high odds less likely your going to hit your target and less odds the more its predictable . bitcoin is just a currency used but not connected in the fairness of the game

For now that most crypto casinos are already adjusting by adding alternative coins, I think they can still be called as bitcoin casino. Thing is, there are gamblers who are familiar with bitcoin but not with altcoins, so they'll will not know what cryptocurrency is and they'll call a casino as bitcoin casino.
2767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: March 31, 2021, 10:00:19 PM
DeMarcus Cousins to the Clippers... probably now that the Lakers moved on Drummond, Cousins had to take his best shot at a title. I’m guessing the Nets didn’t want to make him an offer. He was the best big man in the league when he went down with his injury back in his Pelicans days. A shame that happened. He could have been one of the greats.

DeMarcus Cousins  has less impact in a team now, that's because he is prone to injury but with the Warriors, he was able to contribute, if only Thompson was not injured, Warriors has a chance to win a championship and Cousins will get his first.

It was only a 10 day contract?
2768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better: Ethereum or the Binance Smart Chain? on: March 31, 2021, 02:17:45 PM
I look at BSC as the alternative way to save from paying huge fees to miners but I know that this high transaction fee couldn't be staying forever and soon it lower down.

To be honest, I will still choose ETH. Might BSC is a good investment to try but I'd rather have to keep ETH this time until such a time BSC proved to be good and reliable. I'm just practical and I know that ETH developer will do their best to give a solution to the fees problem but somehow, it can't just to fast to address and it needs time. I'm still waiting then.
2769  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you guys happy if bitcoin will dropped to $10k? Why? on: March 31, 2021, 01:48:11 PM
Honestly if that was to happen, I would be really happy because that means that we can get more bitcoin out of our money when we are buying and all signature campaigns are going to increase their pays to match the current price which can help for people who are trying to accumulate a lot of bitcoin so they can get more profit out of it and I am one of those people.
^ That's right, it made me happy too and accumulate BTC from signature campaign earning. I remember before when BTC price is around $3k, it almost in the bottom price as they say. There is a good amount of BTC in all signature campaigns because that is based on the dollar, imagine before in my weekly campaign I received 0.01 BTC per week, but now it is only 0.001. Nevertheless, not all people will happy to see BTC price will drop and for sure those are had already BTC, they are holding it until now and hoping BTC price will reach $100k non this year.
But I doubt the BTC price will not down even below $30k.
I don't see any difference with that because most of the campaigns now are USD base. No matter how high is Bitcoin but still just receives equivalent to what is stated on the pay rate.

But the question is...
If we get back to the price of Bitcoin at $10k, are we gonna hold our Bitcoin coming from the campaign? Or we just still spend it? But the chances are...we still don't hold any and that saying I would buy more when it dumps again! Can't guarantee that it will happen.
2770  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much did you make in Bitcoin trading? on: March 30, 2021, 01:16:53 PM
It varies , and let’s say you can make around 5% to 30% from trading in a month. You really have to put in some focus and trade properly to achieve something bigger. And also the market condition at the moment can as well determine the level of your achievements, there times the market will be bullish and at that moment all your trades that you place will be bringing in profits and that’s a plus for you.
You can't make a good profit if you don't have a focus on your trade and that even possible you lose instead of profit. A lot of factors that could affect the result of our trades
*a choice of coin
*strategy
*capital(this could be a big factor)

Quote
If you’re just going to be HODL’ing, then that’s going to be a different case, because you can stay a month and not get any profit until the market starts growing.
Holding is far different in trading and if we compared the result, I'm in no doubt that trading could gain more than just holding. Well, of course, the risk is high but it has to be said that more risk = more profit.
2771  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Strategies to trade new listing on top exchange on: March 29, 2021, 09:52:31 PM
Waiting for the price to stabilize is the right strategy, I personally don't even follow that FOMO, if you pay attention not all the prices of coins listed on the top exchanges have risen very high, that FOMO sometimes happens before the listing starts,
like FIS coin its price increased to $5 before listing on Binance, and when trading starts its price tends to be corrected.
You are right, there was so much FOMO about EOS but the coin although hasn't done badly but never quite got hyped in price ever either. There are so many coins that get listed, get hyped and the price then stabilizes.

There was a coin that recently got listed at Binance, Mantra Dao with a ticker of OM. There was a lot of hype in their telegram group and the price went big within the first few days of the listing but then the coin got back to the stabilized price. I think it is best to make sure you sell within a few days of listing of a new coin because the token is overpriced initially and slowly once the market settles, it is almost certain to come down.

Also, make sure the token you are buying has some decent market cap because some of the new tokens are just going to get pumped and then vanish from the market and a good volume at least prevents that from happening.
This is to say that not all altcoins make it, we can see that altcoins are bullish but can't deny that many were still dead and sleeping. Maybe it is because investors are also picky when it comes to choosing altcoins and that they look for the volume and market cap as their basis if this coin has the potential to grow or not.

FOMO makes the market alive, people are still emotional to get into this. And whether we like it or not, this could never have an end.
2772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you get mad when the price of your cryptos go higher after you have sold on: March 29, 2021, 09:16:15 PM
I have been investing in cryptos for some years now and i always have to fight a battle with myself whenever i sell some of my cryptos or close my positions in a trade and the price continues to go higher.

Sometimes i regret selling, while sometimes i just try not to look at the particular crypto anymore to avoid having regrets.

Do you also encounter this? And how do you deal with it?

yes man, now i learn from my experience and i didn't sell all my coins,
for example: i have about 1000 cardano in my wallet, then i will sell about 600 Cardano in $0.8 , and the rest i will keep it for long term
Well, It is just your choice to hold it for a long-time coz even we don't ask, you have the feeling that this coin Cardano will increase its value in a perfect time and it gives you a chance to multifold your investment. Strong hands are the only ones that can do this, weak-hands could never take that long and they will sell it immediately once they are good already with the profit.

I also do the sell in batches but sometimes, were not so lucky to have a good chance to get in timing and sometimes, the prices drop more and we feel regrets then and blame ourselves why I never sold it all while the price is high? Luck will sometimes occur here and we are lucky when we got on time.

Another win by the Nets though, James Harden again, pouring 40++ points against Detroit. A lot of emotions specially Blake Griffin playing against his former team. He did have 17 points. Not enough time for Detroit to at least force the game into OT.

A huge improvement by Griffin from his previous game which he only scored 2 points.
I hope this will continue, Griffin contributing at least 15 points per game, with some rebounds as well, I think hat would be big enough as a contribution.
Nice game for them but they should really need to improve on how to take care of their lead. Because that's also what happened to them last time when they're in good lead but still able to be coped up by their opponent.

I can understand that they maybe have some problem in keeping up their lead because they only have Harden, Irving and Durant are still out, in fact my Nets has already surpass my expectation on how they will perform without the 2 stars, what matters now is they win and they keep winning even Harden is the only one among the big 3 is carrying the team.
2775  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: March 27, 2021, 03:58:46 PM

sample, favorite wins 1st half and full time winner is the underdog, mas malaki ang odds x10 na siguro pinaka mababa.

Also, pwede rin ang point range and winning margin, malalaking mga odds din. swertehan lang talaga.
2776  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Data suggesting more than 95% traders are losing on: March 27, 2021, 03:04:37 PM
I did not expect that the data shows that 95% of traders suffered losses, I thought the number of successful traders was very large.
It turns out that my guess has been wrong all this time, but if I think about it again, it is possible that the data is correct, because I still
often experience losses when trading. For now I prefer long-term investment rather than trading. It is indeed difficult to predict volatile
crypto price movements, which can rise significantly and can also fall drastically. Therefore it is very natural that 95% of traders are losing.
Because it is very difficult to make profit from trading.
Well, you may now expect that many traders had suffered losses but that 95% comes not true to me.

We don't have accurate data that could tell how many had failed in trading and quit. But can't deny that majority of these traders didn't reach what they wanted to happen. But I'm still believing that many were still successful despite the challenging part of trading. Some just quiet and still improving the knowledge and skill and for no reason that they shout that they are successful.
2777  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Unable to trade because of my nationality on: March 27, 2021, 02:25:50 PM

This will not make sense if binance knows the country IP address used by the user where it is prohibited.
There's nothing you can do, just stay away from finance and don't cheat forcing your self having an account on bionnace. If your country restricted by them, there are too many exchange platforms that you can choose from. A decentralized exchange is the best for you though the liquidy is quite low at the list you know that your fund isn't a risk situation.
Besides, it is not only Binance that existed in the market and there are still numbers of reputable and trusted exchanges that welcome everyone without country restrictions.

Honestly, we can live without Binance and traders must have to find their comfort zone that they don't need to worry if someday they can't withdraw their money because of using a VPN, bypassing the restrictions and any illegalities we do just to fill in inside.

That's it, we don't need to force ourselves then if we are not permitted to do so. There are a lot of options which I think was best.
2778  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it bearish season yet? on: March 27, 2021, 12:59:02 PM
Hello guys, the cryptocurrency world have witnessed an rise in fortune in the last one month or so, turning a market cap of 2 trillion USD. Now suddenly we are witnessing red candles. What's going on? Is it a massive correction or are the dreaded bears coming upon us?
Correction, the price is moving up again, there is nothing to worry about, the only time that we have to worry is when the price goes down 15% or when there is a big dip and it's not recovering for the last 5 days, this is a bad indicator, but right now the market is very quick to recover a good indication that we are still in a bull run.
It looks like it's not yet due for correction, yes in the past few days there was a sign of correction but it looks like the market is healthy again. All of that can be attributed by the bullish run of bitcoin, as long as bitcoin is bullish, there's nothing to worry as altcoins do follow always.

Thank you so much to everyone that advised me. I really appreciate it and y’all have really helped me a lot I used ur advices and did my own research luckily for me I found a coin $CNS and invested 105$ then convert my $CNS to $CNR that way I get more $CNS every hour and my $105$ investment is now 175$. And I also wanted to add this too, I saw a lot of people asking if I’m willing to take a risk my answer is yes because I was already ready to lose that amount. At least it will teach me a lesson and this is not my first buying a coin it’s just dat I’m still new and I need advices from big peoples like you as I cannot afford to pay for a crypto class or premium group. And I also do my own researches by using google and YouTube even tho I’m a slow learner but it’s all going smooth with your help. I really appreciate it, thank you so much Bosses 🙏🏽
That was good to hear. Most investors did a good profit this time as long as we are just patient and tried to control our panicking emotions we certainly achieve our goal. The right choice of coins gives the assurance of its profitable return and since the market keeps growing, altcoins moving high as well, we have to be careful.

I could suggest to you is to take time enjoying the market, don't get attention to the FUDs coz that only ruin your focus. But this what you have to do, don't get hypes and overwhelm because we don't know as well what will happen next, you should also prepare to lose.
