I first heard about this forum 7 years ago and in the beginning I mostly learned from older members.

Možda bi trebalo ponovno aktivirati te teme u Meti.
Što se tiče merita, osim što nam nisu (još uvijek) odobrili novog merit source-a, čini mi se da je glavni razlog za manji pad podijeljenih merita i to što je Marlboza odlučio uzeti odmor sa ovog foruma.
On je ipak, uz mene, jedini merit source koji može čitati i nagrađivati postove na hrvatskom (i koji dolazi na ovaj lokal).

I think you're wrong.
Italy have been playing at a very high level for several years, and have not lost nearly 40 consecutive games.
Turkey was not as bad as Italy was great and I consider them one of the main favorites for the title of European champion.

I think each case should be viewed differently.
As we know from the history of this forum, most banned members have failed through such topics to get forgiveness from the admin and a second chance at this forum.
However, in very rare cases, some banned members with the great support of the forum community managed to get forgiveness from the admin and their permaban was removed, based on their contribution and importance to the forum.
Based on that, I don't think moderators should be asked to remove such threads.
If a topic has the support of the forum community then it will survive and stay active for years, if needed.
Otherwise, if there is no support from the forum community, the topic will die naturally and there will be no need for any moderator intervention.

I actually have to agree with you.
Each of us is different and has a different definition of what quality is.
No rules can be made about which posts deserve merits and which don't, it depends on the understanding of each person.
Some people have more available merits so they don't have to choose which posts to reward with merits and which don't, but some members have very few available merits and therefore have stricter criteria for giving merits.
Also, some parts of the forum are read and followed more and therefore more merits are shared there.
Of course, it is not the same if someone writes in the English part of the forum or only in their local language.
There are a lot of factors that affect the obtaining of merits.
I think the most important thing is to actively contribute to the forum and that will sooner or later be recognized by the community and rewarded.

In fact, it’s hard to expect newbie members to write quality posts on this forum from the very beginning.
Newbie members usually do not have enough knowledge and experience to be able to write such quality posts, which can help other members.
Therefore, I advise new members not to write much on the forum at the beginning, but to read other posts more, get informed and learn.

Personally, I don't remember ever clicking on a link in a signature campaign and I believe that most other members on this forum also don't click directly on those links in the signature.
Since all of these companies still pay members of the signature campaign and also have some costs they obviously benefit from such advertising otherwise they would not do it.
Your explanation makes sense to me, although I'm not sure if this kind of advertising is really the best.
Wouldn't it be better to give bonuses to members who bring their friends or to advertise on social networks and in telegram groups?
I think most members on this forum understand campaign signatures as business and don’t really care at all what they advertise in their signature, or what is advertised in other signatures.  
If nothing else, thanks to the signature campaigns we have more activity on the forum, which does not necessarily mean that we got a higher quality

Ali pogledaj situaciju recimo od 1990 naovamo.
Zbog rata, gotovo do kraja 90-ih pravog turizma i turista nije bilo (barem ne u dovoljnom broju).
A onda, taman kad je izgledalo da sve štima i ide sjajno, došla je korona kriza, epidemiološke mjere i zatvaranje granica, što je mnoge kafiće i restorane dovelo do ruba bankrota, brojni su radnici ostali bez posla, apartmani bez gostiju...
A da ne govorimo da je sigurnost jako važna za turizam i da je dovoljno da neka ''budala'' recimo baci neku bombu na obali i da odmah padne broj turista bar za 30 %.
Hoću reći da je turizam jako 'nesigurna i nepredvidljiva'' djelatnost koja ovisi o mnogo faktora, što se i vidi ove zadnje 2 godine.
Da, kafići su super radili dok nije bilo korone i mjere zatvaranja a onda su svi morali staviti ''ključ u bravu''.
Što misliš što za 1 vlasnika restorana i kafića znači ne raditi pola godine ili godinu dana?
Što to znači za njihove radnike koji ostanu bez posla?
Ne zaboravi da su mnogi od njih dizali i kredite da bi mogli širiti poslovanje a kredite moraš vraćati neovisno o tome da li posluješ i zarađuješ, ili ne.

S druge strane, crypto ti je uvijek siguran na tvom walletu, i to ti je sigurna budućnost, nešto što ne ovisi o izborima, političkim krizama i koroni, a uz povremene padove ipak ti dugoročno svakim danom tvoja crrypto imovina sve više vrijedi.

Inače, financijska pismenost našeg naroda je ravna nuli, i većina njih ne razmišlja ni o štednji ni investiranju u bilo što.
Vrhunac investicije im je kupiti auto ili kuću na dugoročni kredit, a mirovinska dobrovoljna štednja, investicijski fondovi, dionice... sve je to za njih prevara.
Treba iznajmljivati apartmane na moru ili u Zagrebu turistima i lova do krova 
A onda dođe korona i sve se raspline poput ''mjehura od sapunice''.
Štednju u banci ''pojede inflacija', ako pada ekonomija države to povlači dolje i mirovinske i investicijske fondove...

Why don't you make some effort here and write a post that can help other members, something informative and useful, something that contributes to the forum?
This way, by asking to get something and not offering anything in return, you will not do much and get anything on this forum.
Personally, I gave up on starting merit giveaway topics because the quality of the suggested posts (for merit) was mostly very poor and I also received a lot of unsolicited private messages from newbie members who begged me for merits.

Nisam mislio na to da bi netko zbog nekog članka u portalima mogao postati zainteresiran za crypto ili se tamo informirati.
Mislio sam na nešto posve drugo.
Ljudi ''nesvjesno'' upijaju informacije koje čuju iz medija, čak i ne razmišljajući.
I onda, kada im ja počnem govoriti o cryptu, prva reakcija je obično: ''Ah da, sjećam se da sam nešto čuo o tome na TV, ili portalu, govorili su da je to scam..'' i onda je zapravo teško  ljude uvjeriti da je crypto prava prilika jer su već nesvjesno ''upili'' negativne informacije o tome u medijima i u startu su jako skeptični.
