2781  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits.com The Criminal Casino on: January 30, 2023, 05:28:12 PM
Duelbits.com The Criminal Casino

The new age of shady mafia run casinos .   Instead of a smoke filled room behind a meat shop. These criminal organizations have gone the route of the offshore unregulated crypto casino.  While looking legitimate on the surface these sites have a nefarious and dark underbelly. Which includes seizing players funds,  rigged casino games,  sport match rigging and much more.
After in-depth investigation and research We have discovered a global criminal organization running the site Duelbits.com.

Duelbits.com Is an unregulated crypto casino based out of Eastern Europe .  They allow anonymous deposits and withdrawals In cryptocurrency such as bitcoin to get by taxes and to hide there identity. They have no regulating body and are beholden to no one . All you need to set up an account is a email and password.

Now in my opinion if they were an honest and trustworthy casino paid out with no nefarious activity.  There would be no problem but while running as a normal casino Duelbits.com runs several scams .

After in-depth research we have found they run four main scams.

The first and most troublesome is they seize customer funds and block withdrawals for little to no reason . There has been over 100 reported cases of this and that was only what was reported . We believe there is many more cases not reported . In  many cases they say it’s in their terms of service that they can seize funds for any reason they deem necessary. And once Duelbits.com Seizes your funds you have no recourse as there have complete control .  While they don’t steal all customer funds to increase their profits they selectively scam people. We interviewed several victims and found that they were mostly new players that had deposited a larger amount.

The second scam and most notorious is there fixed table tennis and beach volleyball . Now I’m sure most people would not bet on these two sports . Duelbits.com offers bets on these two sports 24/7 And has thousands of table tennis matches running per day.  They also have beach volleyball running 24/7 . The sports book provider that they have a deal with runs these two tournaments .   The table tennis tournaments is called Liga pro . Their a fake table tennis tournament run by the sports book to Fix matches. If you bet on one of these matches the sport book will directly influence the results causing you to lose. There has been hundreds of news articles talking about this and several legitimate sports books have taken them down . The reason Duelbits.com still runs them is because their sports book provider runs the tournaments greatly increasing their profits by fixing matches and controlling the results.  They’re under investigation by several organizations but because these table tennis tournament  Or run in Ukraine and Russia they’re outside the legal Jurisdiction of the police organizations investigating them. There has been arrests For proven match fixing in Liga pro. The other tournament they run is winners cup volleyball. They use the same scam where they run the tournaments then influence The results to increase their profits for fixing matches. While on the surface Duelbits.com will claim they’re legitimate sports matches there is an abundance of evidence of match fixing and close connections between Duelbits.com and Liga pro and winners cup beach volleyball.

The next scam they run is rigged casino games . There’s two sides to this first is they post fake house edge number. They will claim 5% house edge in a specific casino game but the results will show a much higher house said closer to 20% for most games. This is demonstrated by results pulled from over 50 different people that have bet with Duelbits.com
On Slots we have seen the average house edge of 18.6% on their house games such as dice and crash we Have seen house edges 3 to 4 times the. Posted house edge.  Also for everyone out there that doesn’t know what house edge is . It’s the percentile of money you will receive back for every dollar you bet.   So in theory if a game has a house surge of 5% if you bet $100 you should win $95 With the loss of five dollars. But with Duelbits.com Rigged games you will see a much higher house edge . And now to the second part of the rigged casino games  They claim their house games Such as dice and crash. Our provable fair. Which in short means they  can’t  be rigged  because they don’t control the results . The truth is their site is not provable fair . They use a fake provable System to trick customers and Build trust for there casino.  Also when you go to complain after getting weird results they can claim it out of their hands it’s provable fair.  We have tested their system and found there’s many ways Duelbits.com.  can exploit The system to directly control the results. Giving them the ability to increase the house edge and to steal customers funds.

And now the last scam this is less of a scam and more of a nefarious  Business practice.  Duelbits.com  runs several fake review sites claiming their site is trustworthy and great. We have tracked them back to Duelbits.com Via their Domain name register And host. We also have seen several instances where they try to get bad reviews and reports of their scamming removed from various sites such as trust pilot. We have also seen several fake reviews on review sites they always come in batches to cover up the several horrendous reviews and reports.

Our conclusion is that while there might be a few trustworthy casinos out there it’s not worth the risk dealing with unregulated crypto casinos.  Duelbits.com Is  a criminal organization that makes millions of dollars. And there’s nothing anyone can do .  We wrote this investigative report in hope So that we can save a few victims from Duelbits.com and other sites like it.  If you’re playing on Duelbits.com right now and have not been scammed yet it’s just a matter of time.  Do your own investigation we hope we have helped

Contact us at email below to report more of Duelbits scams we will look into them we are starting website to expose them

Now when you click on the link provided by the OP, you can see that slots.the video is for sale for $299.99, so I hope no one here has transferred funds to support the so-called project, stay away from such investment offers.

Looks like the OP is no longer active in this thread, I think people have understood and stayed away from this thread let alone transferring money to support this project, it doesn't seem like it's going to happen because I believe all the gamblers in this forum are pretty very smart and we all always tagged anything odd like this thread  Wink
In other words meaning the OP created this thread on purpose to fight a fraud or scam.
Previously I also asked the OP to provide an explanation and all the information needed by forum users in order to ensure the feasibility of the site he had promoted, but the OP actually did not provide any response at all in the thread he had created.
Hopefully no one will believe and be deceived by this promotional thread because I'm sure there are already many forum members who are intelligent and have quite extensive insight or knowledge.
Who knows if that is truly the the reason why OP created this thread as you have stated. If OP had provided statement on the question you had asked him earlier before now, that would have settled a little update then but OP is yet to come online to issue a statement and the website is up for sales so who is to be trusted to give an invest funds when information as regards the casino project is not real clear as to what purpose it would fulfill and also the gap it is filling up in the casino game and its participants. I really do not think this casino would gain any attention even if the site is paid for by another for operation. It is just a waste of time to get involved in this casino again to play gambling games.  Nobody should get involved in or with this casino in the nearest future if it happens that the website start running again.
Be careful as you do not fall victim of any scam from this website.
2783  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽🎮🎲 Coinplay.com | Brand New Crypto Sportsbook & Casino on: January 30, 2023, 12:30:44 PM

Some of the programs you say for casinos to retain loyal customers I find quite interesting and good.
The program is also likely to be effective if it is implemented by every casino.
Just as I think that a good reputation and casino service to users are also the main factors for casinos to have many loyal customers. Moreover, if there is a problem with the users, the casino team can quickly respond and solve it, it will be a separate satisfaction for each user.
So that users will find it so difficult to leave the casino.
Well reputation can be built over the years and any casino that want to build a loyal community of players must focus much more on the reputation and how their treat players, it may be a hard job but paying more attention to reputation is what sustains the casinos on the long run since gambling industry is becoming a highly competitive business lately and for a casino to retain it client's there is need for the following things to be put in place which are.
-How honest the casino is I'm handling players' issues most especially the program that relates to withdrawal or deposit issues.
-the casino bonuses systems how we'll their ability to keep the client up to date with various promotions that require little input to claim.
Business reputation is an asset. It can be increased by long term effort. The number of gamblers on this forum is countless. A gambler usually notices a few things especially as you mentioned deposit and withdrawal aspects are very important for gambling sites. Also, having a small deposit and withdrawal mechanism is good for new sites. Another thing that needs to be emphasized the continuous promotion of gambling sites. Gamblers believe that who start promotion for few days and then stop are usually financially vulnerable. So continuous campaigns will bring benefits which can be realized after a long period of time. Along with these, various bonus offers attract gamblers.

Well marketing is one of the ways to increase a site's visibility,  and any casino that involves is long-term promotion has a long track record of success and every gambler will have confidence in them., promotion alone does not the equal success we have a lot of casinos around the forum that has been on a long period of campaigns but have a bad reputation.

Just like you have said, running and advertisement campaign does not only guarantee a successful casino project. It is one thing to promote a casino project and it is another to maintain the reputation you have already built for yourself.  That is where the longevity of a project comes in and it lies within the customer care service. If your customer care service is very active and responsive to complaints and inquiries at a fast space, your platform would record good number of traffic because it would speak for itself how you treat your customers but if the reverse is the case, then forget about it because no matter what you do, since you already have that dented image already, there is no way you could be able to convince new prospective members to get onboard your platform.
2784  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ weeddaddy.io - New Crash Game - Weekly Giveaway | Free Faucet ✨ on: January 30, 2023, 10:05:43 AM
It is nice having you running your project here for a bit longer and going on fine without any much issues. This shows that you are up to your task and  I believe this is what the forum likes. I had to do a little research on your website and I found there is no license from any government agency authorising you to operate. If I may ask, are you making it a private aspect of your casino or you have no issued license because I was curious to know as to why it was not made public about your license so participants would know where you are operating from and under which government you are authorized to operate. This builds confidence of members on your casino platform and you gain reputation on it. I suggest you look into this for proper understanding.
2785  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Doxxed team can help a new gambling platform? on: January 30, 2023, 09:16:42 AM
.....
But I am still required by law to publish my personal information in public records as the CEO of the company. Why should an online casino be any different?
All types of companies are already required to submit their personal information to regulators are they not? Those records are not readily available to the public and they have to make some request before they can get it from what I know. The difference in what the OP is trying to do is that they're planning to release info that's probably beyond what's required by law.
And only the regulators will know the personal information of each of these companies. We as the public, will not know about it and the casino itself will not issue any news to the public about it either. And we don't need to worry about it. We just keep playing and hope to win. Whether the identity of the casino owner and his team are published or will remain anonymous will not be a problem for gamblers because if his identity is revealed to the public but the casino cannot provide good performance for its users, it will mean nothing.

It does not necessarily means that for casinos to be patronized, the CEO would or the casino would make public the identities of the board of directors or otherwise. I just believe since casinos are licensed by the government, they have the right to operate and government are in possession of their identity profiles so that should not call for alarm. Just as you have said, gamblers and bettors only aim and goals are just to play and win their games and as we all know not every time it is so. Sometimes you win and sometimes you loss that is the nature of the casino business so any one going in for it should be prepared mentality, psychologically, emotionally and otherwise so as not to get unexpected reaction from an event on result of game play. As to the identities of casinos ownership, it does not really matter to gamers as long as the casino git a government license to operate. I myself am okay by that. Every one has his or her own opinion about that.
2786  Economy / Gambling / Re: slots.video - reinventing jupiter rising` on: January 30, 2023, 09:03:54 AM
To confirm it, I did check on the website to see for myself and it happens that truly the website is up for sale and I ask myself a question, OP claims he has received $15,000 from investors and yet he put up the site for sale, and another, OP has not been online and active since January 12 which is an indication that OP is not genuine if truly he has a good project at had without the any ill intentions of scamming unsuspecting participants onboard this platform of their hard earned resources.

I think OP was not able to succeed in his gimmicks and his tactics failed him letting him know that gamblers onboard this platform are now wiser and smarter to get scammed by this mere post and talk of OP.
OP is gone and gone for good
2787  Economy / Gambling / Re: OLE777 - Join Us For New And Exciting Promos! on: January 30, 2023, 08:27:01 AM
Hi, I want to post here after signing up for ole7.io yesterday.

I made a deposit of $500 as seen here https://etherscan.io/tx/0x914039e722ea975758d4f4115c71f880e9e6c1ba4297be237dab0e034b877ca0 but my deposit never arrived, so after a few hours I contacted support and they said wait up to 24 hours, which I have.

I received the email below.
I don't know how I can give a receipt from the exchange app as I sent the money from a wallet saved on my computer.
I'm still waiting for my response as I've stated there is no 'payment confirmation receipt from the exchange app'.
I've bet on many gambling sites and this is the first to withhold a deposit and make such a weird request.

I'll keep my post updated as things progress, but my caution right now for anyone would be to not deposit on this site.

As a way forward to resolving your complaint, I suggest you follow the guidelines accordingly so as not to be  tagged a defaulter because no one can tell anymore from the complaints so far on their announcement thread and I hope you did your kyc and scaled through successfully if truly there is any option for kyc  because that might be another factor too if they have such policy and makes it a must requirements before getting onboard their platform. In respect to  the receipt, i would suggest you send the link or transaction hash to your deposit with them and possibly send or attach a screenshot of the transaction to back it up as a proof that you did made a deposit with them.
This is my solemn advise to gamblers, bettors etc. Do well to read the terms and conditions, privacy policy as well before you get engaged with casinos so as not to get entangled along the way while trying to use the platform after making deposit or withdrawal. It would be for your own safety that you do a clean Research onboard this platform before getting involved with them.
2788  Economy / Goods / Re: Anyone knows If i can sell my car with crypto ? on: January 29, 2023, 06:08:23 PM
Hi, Anyone knows how can i sell my car for crypto like what is the process?
Im in Monaco spain and france area Smiley
It is good you want to sell your car for Crypto as a means of payment. If I may ask why do you want to sell off your car by accepting Crypto as a means of payment? Are you trying to evade tax payment just like a member said here or what? Well if you deem it right to sell your car for Crypto, that is my an issue it would also create a good business link for you though. This is also one of the functions of bitcoin no much stress or third party involved and less transaction fees to pay with a swift transfer.  In this case, if you are trying to make your deal confidential peer to peer would be much better to get involved with so as not to create awareness of your transaction. You would only need to change ownership which would not be an issue if any inquiry comes up about the ownership of the car.
2789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Main reason government won't fully accept bitcoin on: January 29, 2023, 05:22:34 PM
The kind of people we have in government are people who always want to fight for their selfish interests,  anything that will surely benefit them. If it's something good that has to with better development for humanity as far as it won't benefit them they will surely go against it.

The reason government won't accept bitcoin is not because it is a decentralized currency,  it is because they won't be able to print it like they print fiat  to steal as much as they can .

If bitcoin is something the government can manipulate to steal public fund they would accept it even before now without any delay.

I believe the government is against bitcoin because they can not regulate it to their own aim so as to satisfy their ego. I believe Satoshi saw all these before embarking on this innovation and it was something the government can not comprehend as it is against their own aim but it is too late for them to interrupt or interfare with the already developed technology. The inception of bitcoin took the government unawares and made lots of millionaires today and still counting. The issues of tax evasion is what they are also accusing bitcoin technology of that has made government to loose tax as a result of holders bypassing tax payment which they steal from without any account from them how they spent the tax paid by the masses.

I have read through and I found out that there are lots of stories surrounding you @jamal. It is unfortunate that you got yourself involved in account farming and cheating in your your own managed projects subjecting other's to working extra hours while awarding rewards to yourself which is very bad. It is easy to forgive but do you think it is easy to forget? Those people you put under financial hardships and pressure do you think some of them might be alive now?  It is disappointing that you did committed such a heinous crime to members of this platform.  Well I can not talk on behalf of others because I am not in their shoes they would better decide themselves on wether to forgive you and remove the tag or not but for the now, I rest my case.

OP I so much cherish and appreciate your efforts in this campaign. This step  you took is a good one and it is self explanatory a bit. One can see it and do his or her own research on it to know more on bitcoin. With this sticker anybody that is digitally inclined will have no much stress to asking questions but rather do his internet surfing to getting more information not only that, anybody who sees you giving out the sticker who is interested and is curious as to why you are sharing them would want to hear from you hoping to get more information on how bitcoin works. This idea of yours is a good and nice one to work with. This is a goal we must achieve to fasten up the bitcoin adoption process in our various locality.
2793  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I got scam by CardSellerN1 on: January 26, 2023, 01:31:33 PM
It is unfortunate this happened but lessons learnt is an eye opener. As a member of this platform, you are advised to deal and trade with caution as no one would be held liable for your misfortune if any incidence or occurrence takes place. You having a deal with someone you do not have any contact with should have been a call for an escrow for transparency and credibility. I was wondering how you managed to have a deal with that person without remembering to call for the services of an escrow. Next time for your own safety, do well to seek for the services of an escrow so as not to have this experience again. So so sorry about your predicament. Keep contacting him, let's pray he pays you your money.

2794  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you appreciate more Desktop or Phone on: January 26, 2023, 01:00:08 PM
I am strongly in favour of desktop applications or even web based, as I think that phones are usually to small and I do not really trust much the apps, but there seems to be many people who would rather use their phone. Is that because they do not have access to a desktop computer? It may also be a regional issue, the same as people that do not use a browser?
Both Desktop and Phone have their own advantages and disadvantages for each user. For users who are busy working in the field or outside the office, the Phone will be a more flexible work tool to use. For example, I often spend time working outside the office, so I am very comfortable using the phone even though I only use the desktop when I get home.

Desktop provides a lot of convenience such as when typing and browsing the browser including trading activities. In general, the work done using the Desktop is maximized compared to the Phone.

This is something I also do too. My iPad puts me in good form when working outside with it. For convenience and ease, I do use my iPad most times to do my work outside office though iPad screen is a bit broad and wide to be able to carry out some function compared to using Android phone which screen is not smaller also, the features varies as well. My desktop does more than all of the above as mentioned but for convenience, it is very easy navigating with  my smartphone outside office. Although desktop features and programs are convenient for work and not all type of work that can be executed with smartphone which desktop can. So for me, I mostly use iPad when outside so I could be able to use some features my work requires since not all features can be workable on Android phone.
2795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this safe to say this about casino platforms on: January 26, 2023, 12:35:07 PM
Casinos are just like every other business venture which is created to make profit. For a start, they must have a reserve, capital or otherwise so as to meet up with the running cost first which involves payment of winners, workers and every other aspect of payments involved.  I know there MUST be losses from players which will come in as profit to the casino likewise the casino too would pay winner's for their Victory so everything can go well for them. Of lately, there have been series of of complaints from gamblers and bettors with respect to account banning, suspension etc all these point out to the fact that casinos are really running short of funds which makes then to start acting this funny.
With this unfolding events, I am of the opinion that casinos starts showing their backup funds before getting license to operate. The casinos also should as a matter of fact, show their monthly balance sheet for further verification which is required.
2796  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happens next if Bitcoin drops to zero? on: January 26, 2023, 01:19:22 AM
I just assume this to be a dream and even if it be a dream i d not think it would be a reality. Although there is every tendencies that there would be  a down slope but not to that point as you have spoken. I do not believe bitcoin would go less than the amount as mentioned. I do not in any way envisage it as it can never be a reality. You can talk of altcoin dropping that bad but not bitcoin. The market factor i think would continue to keep bitcoin growing and getting stronger and stronger irrespective of hurdles. Bitcoin has come a long way to have such sudden drop. I am patiently anticipating bullrun as it has gradually started showing up. Do not let anything make you miss this opportunity of bagging more, go fill your bag before the bull speed comes up. Just  forget about the scrap that you have mentioned earlier before now and do the needful if you have the funds available. Please, if there is anyone telling you about  bitcoin negatively, kindly do well to run away from that person. Bitcoin has come to stay.
2797  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: HitBTC ATTENTION on: January 26, 2023, 12:34:02 AM
This is a very sad experience and with the comments forum members are making with regards to hitbtc, they have long been scamming their members of their earned funds. This is very demeaning of hitbtc to have get themselves involved in such a mess.  At this point, i think i am done with them. If I may ask OP, how long have you been trading with them and also, were you able to go through their terms and conditions before fully getting registered on their platform? I see no reason why they would not allow you withdraw even after verifying you. I think you   should start uploading evidence and engage them in  words and  maybe legal actions as you have said earlier. They requested you do a kyc verification exercise which you did, they coming back again for a video call meeting which you did and all they could do is to get your account banned and
without allowing you access to your funds. This is pure wickedness  taken too far.

2798  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I started instilling a bitcoin saving system on: January 25, 2023, 03:10:49 PM
You made a good decision OP but actually, your bitcoin savings is a good investment step you took and I believe you are ready for the risk involved. As we all know, bitcoin market is volatile though and there is always ups and downs too. However, you already have a backup plan which is the fiat savings and that would be able to cover you and your family when the time for urgent needs arises. Nevertheless, I believe your bitcoin savings is a long term holding as you and your family have agreed so that you can be able to make good benefits from the savings and moreover, I would advise you keep taking advantage of the current market situation now so as to accumulate more of bitcoin in your savings. If you have already plan holding bitcoin fraction by fraction, that's is a good one for you. I wish you and your family a happy bitcoin holding.

Weldone OP. You did a good work. This act of kindness can not be hidden or swept under the rug. Your good works would speak for you in time to come. However, I believe you did not only just donated to them like that and also from what I have read, I am well pleased with your kind gesture. Hope you did teach them on how to save their bitcoin when they purchase it and letting them know that their bitcoin under their custody is very much safe being in the custody of a third party exchanges which the safety can never be guaranteed. They should be conversant with the phrase " not your keys, not your coin" and possibly tell them to check reviews in exchange before dealing with them. Letting them know about wallets is another because I believe they have no idea how it works. Let them know the Best wallet for them which will cost them little amount for gas fee.

You call them your client, and I ask, are you the software developer that built the ATM software for the machines for them? Anyways, congratulations to them for their new purchase as it is the dream of every one individual to grow in every  aspect of their endeavor.

Evan built a platform trusted by some of the largest Bitcoin ATM operators in our industry, both domestically and internationally, including the Chivo network in partnership with the government of El Salvador.
I see they are a major player of the El Salvador bitcoin ATM machine channels. They built the software in partnership of the El Salvador Government which has been a success in making bitcoin accessible by the El Salvador nationals. This is a good move by them in making sure bitcoin is accessible in accordance to the massive bitcoin adoption movement.

Quote
We truly believe that this new combination of the best minds in our space will be the catalyst for the Bitcoin ATM industry evolving into its next phase.
