282  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Current Bullish & Bearish scenario on: August 10, 2020, 07:13:34 AM
The main resistance now seems to be $11.8k as we have breach it already but can't sustain it obviously. The good thing is that the price doesn't decline that much and its simply staying in the $11.5-$11.7 range. But still this is bullish sign, and buying when the price goes down a bit and shorting it could be a good strategy.

You spoke too soon, barrier now has collapse, the price goes above $12000 again. Now it's a wait and see game as we have reached a milestone. And imagine that this is just Tuesday of the current week, plenty of wiggle room to push ever further for this week.

Of course, the break out from $9000 was the key, as pointed out by several forums analyst making bitcoin and the rest of the crypto to be very very bullish No need to short as you will be really get REKT by the current movement.
The minor resistance was been broken, look at the price of the BTC where it is now above $12,000. Look also in the RSI where it is now above the overbought signal which is at 70 where it indicates that there is a momentum. What I do not like only is the volume where the volume today is much lesser than yesterday where for me it is not good. A good breakout should have huge or spike volume but it is still beginning of the day so we should watch the price action if it is legit breakout or it is just a fake out.

If the breakout is legit then we should expect that there will be new resistance that will formed at exactly $12,300, it is just a minor support so I expect that the bitcoin can easily break it but for sure there will be a consolidation that will happen that will take days or even weeks.
283  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos Withdrawal Fees Rise | August 2020 🔥 on: August 09, 2020, 08:16:24 AM
From rare sense, the increase of bitcoin should result to the increase of withdrawal charges of casinos games or rather other crypto gambling platforms as to increase the company rates of income stability, meanwhile lowering withdrawal charges distabilize it aims at certain point of targets by the casinos gambling companies.
Most time bitcoin had the highest charges so far therefore bettors should consider converting to other coin if that is actually available on some casinos platform for convenient withdraw.

The gambler will know where they should play, so if bitcoin fees increase, they can convert to other coins, which can reduce the fee. It is about how the gambler can select the gambling site, which has other coins to gamble, so they don't have to use bitcoin to gamble, but they can also use the altcoin to gamble. In the gambling site itself, if they only have bitcoin as the only one coin, I think their website is hard to grow because the gambler wants to use other coins than to just use bitcoin.
Maybe there are certain reasons why many gambling sites increases their withdrawals fee. There are pros and cons on what they did, the pros is their revenues will increase and the cons is there is possibilities that few of their users or the gamblers who are using the platform may switch to another casinos because of the lower fees that they are offering. I usually use bitcoin when I gambling and I also mind the fee because for me it is important that is why I choose gambling sites that are offering low withdrawal fees.
284  Economy / Economics / Re: Philippines will drop as a Country, Economy on its worst! on: August 09, 2020, 05:36:25 AM
The problem is the broken system that still currently using in the country, there is still massive corruption where people are now becoming angry because they are now aware that there are many corrupt officials sitting in the government. The government of the Philippines are still having a hard time to flatten the curve of the covid 19 infection. It is sad because everyday, thousands of people becoming infected. There are only few cities that have a mass testing program and it is also the reason why there are still a lot of people who are not being testsed because of the high fees when it comes testing.
285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: August 08, 2020, 11:16:25 AM
As I'm looking for some news, this got my eyebrows to raise.

--> https://www.nba.com/article/2020/08/07/raptors-still-elite-without-leonard?collection=news

What do you say? after Kawhi contributing them to a championship.

What did the Raptors actually said? TLDR, with the title of the article which their hope is still intact even without Leonard, they have already proven that, they showed their character as a team that they can defend the championship.

If they will advance again in the NBA finals, we've already seen that they have defeated the Lakers which is the best team in the West, so no doubt of the Raps actually.
After they beat the lakers, they proved that they are strong team even without Leonard. One of the best player that they have is Kyle Lowry which have good highlights in these past games. He's basketball IQ is really high and it is one of the reason why they dominated the last playoffs. Pascal Siakam is also one of the strongest players inside the court, he has high vertical jumps that helps the team in terms of scoring in the paint and also in rebounding.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favourite coin so far on: August 07, 2020, 02:00:52 PM
Actually I do not have favorite altcoins because I don't want to be attached to it, there is consequences if ever you attached to a certain altcoin because it can affect your performance and your execution in trading. I focus on my trading psychology where I carefully understand my thoughts and emotions before, during and after the trade.

When I trade a altcoin, I first identify its trend and what kind of strategies that I will use. I usually do momentum trading especially if the daily charts are in uptrend but if the daily chart is in sideways; I usually do swing trading.
287  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Things are looking good on: August 01, 2020, 11:44:20 AM
What happened during the Spanish flu shouldn't repeat itself this time. When they all think that things are better, there comes the second wave of the pandemic that kills millions of people.
We should stay safe, we shouldn't be carried away with things looking good. I see the second wave of the pandemic might hit the world by surprise
Yes, the second wave might be bigger if will not take this seriously. Our country are not able to get over the first wave of the pandemic and it still record the highest covid cases in the past 4 months after the lockdown started. Its seems their already focusing in economy which will be better for all. People are now not depending in the help of the government because they already back on their work. We already knew the significance of our health and also the economy of our country because of the pandemic. It’s not possible that this will happen again but we already know what will our steps to encounter this problem
Reviving the economy is a matter because many more people will lose jobs if a certain economy dies. We are now returning in the normal state but there are a lot of changes where a lot of businesses are now wavering off forever because of the virus. The threat is still there even though the economy is starting to recover, as long as there is no vaccine; expect that the government will still imposed health protocols for the safety of all people.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto ratings? on: August 01, 2020, 09:17:40 AM
Try to think positively, maybe the two rating sites have different criteria for assessing cryptocurrency. If you try to think negatively then the possibility of the rating site is paid for the rating with a good value crypto that pays them. I don't really trust rating sites and only take relevant information and try to conclude it myself. As we know that we do not know what criteria they take to value coins, there is not even a concrete calculation they give to value coins.
Rating sites are usually paid promotions and advertisements so I do not believe on the data that they are uploading in the internet. I experienced to lose huge amount of money because I follow and rely on a certain crypto rating website, I know it is my fault and I told myself that I will never repeat it. I make my own research and not the ratings of those fake rating website. They are just giving wrong and shit information.
289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: August 01, 2020, 05:30:03 AM
How do you guys assess OG these days? Do you think they can claim the championship after the return of Ceb?
While their performance in the online tournaments aren't consistent they still have a good chance since the next TI is a year away and now is a good time for them to rebuild while ana is on a break.
I don't think so, there will be another surprise that will happen with OG because I see ANA will always be present when it's at the end of the tournament, so I think ANA will give full support at the Final Session because as I know ANA has started to warm up or play and can be used as an exercise in preparation for the final tournament.

They really need Ana so badly. Still no one can replaced ANA as pos.1 even Sumail and worst MidOne. Mid One pos.1 is very unstable and he was always left behind by opponent pos.1, He surely not fitted anymore for Pos. 1. Saksa is doing great as replacement to jerAx as pos.4 although JerAx is the best. Saksa gameplay is very consistent and very stylish. I hope Ana will really back on TI or else we can see an early exit for OG on TI.
of course ANA is a very important point for OG victory, so when ANA is not in the competition at the start then I will doubt OG can win but when ANA is present then I am sure he can make the OG team win again and surely ANA will really really feared by many teams, because without ANA, OG will not feel alive.
Everyone is now talking about ANA after CEB's comeback. OG is not in their full strength without ANA,  their carry which is MidOne is not strong as ANA and it is the reason why they keep losing in many tournaments. They recently let go Sumail because of his poor performance and his bad attitude. The number 1 team in the world today is the Secret. Their carry is so good which is Matumbaman but he is no much to OG if ANA is playing.
290  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Most schools plan to partially reopen in the fall, what will happen next? on: August 01, 2020, 02:59:32 AM
Statistics show that about 87% of Coronavirus deaths are among those over 65. Kids of school age (under 20) have almost no deaths at all. Kids 0 to 1 year have had a decrease in deaths.

Cool
It is because of the immune system but are you sure that the covid deaths related in teenager and kids will not change if there is no academic freeze? The physical class should not be reopen because there is still threat because of the covid19. The good thing is our president says that there will be no physical class as long as there is still no vaccine that been invented. It is good to prevent which is not opem the schools than to regret later.
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me or there are others who have same thoughts? on: July 31, 2020, 11:09:57 AM
It is the fault of the bounty hunter if he participated in a project where it has shit products and services. I'm a bounty hunter before but I stopped participating in it where a lot of scam and poor projects exist one after another. Bounty hunter should also have a unique skills when choosing a bounty. It is not the fault of the bounty manager if the project doesn't become successful, it is the fault of the bounty hunter because he did not choose good bounty that is promising in the market.
292  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Exchange for day trade? on: July 31, 2020, 07:46:10 AM
Actually most of the trusted exchange out there doesn't have any big differences in terms of fees. I do not mind the fees because most of the exchange have trading fee lower then 1% and it is a good thing. I mind my strategies than the exchange that I'm using, Binance is one of the best exchange because they are offering futures where there is leverage. I also lke exchanges that have automatic cut loss and buy on breakout features.
293  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where could i learn about trading? on: July 31, 2020, 05:46:03 AM
I would recommend that you learn about financial basics first before you start to dig in to trading. As an investment advisor by trade, I don't even trade because it's highly risky as well as time consuming. I've been in the industry for over a decade so keep in mind trading is for experts.  Anyone trading who's not, it's just shooting in the dark for the most part. Learns the basics then move on to trading.
I tried trading before when I have extra money assumming that it is easy coz simply " Buy Low, Sell High". But I was wrong with that. Even though there are lot of resources in the internet, it is still very hard to learn about trading. It will took long time to fully understand this thing so we can earn and avoid losses. Of course real life experience would be better and still the best teacher for me but in getting experience sometimes it is the time where we get too much loses then give up.
Imagine if you keep following the advice of the others which is "buy low and sell high" for sure that you will easily lose your money in the market. You cannot identify the dips or the low if you have no trading system. It is like catching falling lives because it is a bottomless picking where the winning rate is very low especially if the trend is in bearish. Choosing the right sources of information about trading is crucial, not all of the information about trading all over the internet are all corrects; some of them are lie so be careful on who we listen and who we follow because there are many self proclaimed gurus out there.
294  Economy / Economics / Re: Korea proposes 20% tax on crypto trading starting 2021 on: July 31, 2020, 03:18:42 AM
No offence but this is way to much. I mean 20% is huge compared to the average traders not the institutions and over the counter point of sales outlets. I think they should really be clear about this tax system as it is not fair. Moreover, i am just hoping to see crypto being used in real world, that way there will not be much need for all these cash out which bring about taxation.
That is really huge tax. If I'm one of the citizens of the Korea, I do not know if I will still continue to trade cryptocurrencies because for me it is lose lose situation. It is better to trade forex or even stocks because of its low tax. I never thought that a cryptocurrencies trading will be tax by the government, we are now used to pay commissions in different exchanges and it is not big as like that. It is really a pain in the ass for a certain out there especially or those short term traders.
295  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Guns - Why do we need them? on: July 31, 2020, 01:38:44 AM
The goals of guns are not always to protect, guns are invented in order to KILL. Yes it is really to kill certain people and even animals. There are only few people who using guns to kill animals or what we called modern hunters. Right now, the majority of the people who have guns are meant to kill each other. The world is changing but the humans doesn't, the history will repeat itself and for sure there will be another war that will happen because of the guns and ammos.
296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should there be any age limit of Gambling? on: July 30, 2020, 11:30:17 AM
Minimum limit, a gambler below 18 I guess should not be allowed to gamble, that's the standard rule in gambling and when that is correctly implemented, we might help to listen the gambling addiction as minors or children below 18 are prone to gambling addiction. With this, since we are in crypto, it's hard to implement this but since minors are still under the supervision of the parents, they should do the monitoring.
The general age restriction is at least 18 years old but in my country 21 years old and above are the age requirement when it comes to entering traditional casinos and other gambling area. Actually for those who have baby face or the people below 30 years old required to have an I.D that can be a proof that he/she is above 21 years old. For me it is just right because 21 years old and below are the people who are still in the maturity phase where they are not yet liable to their further actions.
297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Rise of Bitcoin on: July 30, 2020, 09:39:59 AM
I think it was quite expected since bitcoin had been in the same price range for quite long.
A move had to be shown to a change in the price. Many people were expecting a short term bull run by bitcoin.
Though bitcoin increased price, the altcoins suffered a good loss since many altcoins decreased in price as soon as bitcoin surged.
I guess people are moving their money from altcoins to bitcoin.
Though the price of BTC has increased I think there will be another correction where bitcoin's price will decrease again followed by a surge in it's price.
Always expect a pullback or the retracement after the price surged. It is good to see that the bitcoin is now making a move after its long sideways that took a lot of weeks. There is now a short term uptrend because the price is now above the 100 MA and 50 MA which considered as medium term and long term support. The momentum of the bitcoin is going down and it seems that it will create a lower highs in this following days. There is now new resistance formed at $11400  but te good thing is we are still above the overbought area in the RSI.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your fears in new cryptocurrency? on: July 30, 2020, 08:17:48 AM
Most of the new projects are keep failing in the part of listing their tokens because they do not habe enough fund to list it in a exchanges that are reliable and trusted. Those altcoins are usually experiencing huge dump after they got listed in the market, and it is the reason why I avoiding to trade new listed coins because of the lack pf data and information about that coin.

My strategies are always based on technicals so basically price action and the trend is important to me when I do trading. I have fear to trade new coins out there because I know it is very risky and there is a high chance that I can lose my money in there.
299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you make `Trading` profitable? on: July 30, 2020, 07:03:38 AM
I think the problem that you keep experiencing is because you do not have proper plan and strategy. You said that you predicted the price and it is the reason why you bought with 25x leverage but your plan is not enough because you do not set  stop loss levels and target profit. When I said target profit, you should have plan when to sell it where if the price reached this area or any specific; you will sell it immediately.

Target profit is important in plan because selling is a vital in trading. You can buy with confidence but you cannot sell it with dignity without proper plan and proper execution. If you do not like target profit then trailing stop is what you need where you will run the profits until there is a breakdown and also if the trend snaps.
300  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Most schools plan to partially reopen in the fall, what will happen next? on: July 30, 2020, 01:29:01 AM
There will be another wave of Covid-19 for sure, there are countries who started to open the schools there but it cause to the increase of the active cases of the corona virus and it is the reason why they immediately cancel and close thw physical learning which is the face to face classes. When it comes to opening with the class, I do not have any problems but the one who implementing the laws should focus on the health of the students out there. Online classes can be a backup plan but not all of tge students can afford it.
