1102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why hold ethereum on: June 11, 2018, 04:42:47 AM
If I could pick one crypto that suits for holding, that would be ethereum. Do you agree that this one is good for a holder ?

It's more established than other alts in the market and  companies are adopting it.
Do you know that Ethereum is using blockchain 2.0? It means that the transcaction is more faster than using the blockchain of bitcoin. I think the reason why we should hold ethereum is because of the profitability of the etheruem in the cryptocurrency market.
1103  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is technical analysis useful? on: June 11, 2018, 03:36:21 AM
Do you believe in the reliability of information obtained by technical analysis on crypto-currency market?
Do you really think that cryptocurrency trader will use technical analysis if it is not useful? It is obvious that they are using technical analysis because it is useful tool. Even stocks and bonds traders are using technical analysis because of its benefits to traders.
1104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's happening to Bitcoin? on: June 10, 2018, 03:44:05 PM
Bitcoin is taking a huge plunge!
Are you guys selling to be safe, or still hodl in the hope it will go up again?
The bitcoin has lack of support and resistance, I think those two factors are the reason why the price of the bitcoin is currently going down. But I am sure that the bitcoin will overcome this challenges.
1105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why choose LONG-TERM TRADING? on: June 10, 2018, 10:04:41 AM
Trading is indeed difficult to do.

Long term trading may take weeks, months or even a year or so. You may call it as "long-term holding" or simply "holding".

Long-term trading is good for those who:

    • want to invest
    • has a job that requires at least 8 hours a day
    • want to earn extra income
    • non professional traders or beginners

But of course you will have to consider these things before investing:

    • invest money that does not limit your ability to meet other financial needs
    • should be willing to lose some
    • higher investment, more risky and higher potential of loses and/or rewards

These are the benefits of long-term trading according Anne Chapman (2015):

    • You are not required to find new opportunities every time. Just hold on the coins you believe has a potential. Do not bother yourself with other cryptocurrency focus on your work and family.
    • You have more time to plan and study the charts for analysis of trend
    • You only need to employ simple techniques.

First, identify major areas of support/resistance (does a trend have room to develop?

Second, look for chart/candlestick patterns (do they reinforce a trend continuation?)

Finally, look for a logical and high probability point of entry and manage the trade

    • You will experience less stress since you do not have to monitor the charts, price, trend etc. every time.
    • You only have to work less. Check your coin in a month or weekly basis, etc

    Thank you.

A more detailed explanation can be read here at: http://thedynamictrader.com/advantages-of-long-term-trading/[/list]
The reason why it is better to do long term investment is because you can earn more benefits that doing day trading. You can ensure that you can grow your capital because the bitcoin will become more valuable in the near future.
1106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we make sure that our money we invest in Bitcoin is safe? on: June 10, 2018, 09:27:39 AM
I just want to know how those people behind bitcoin secure the money they will invest because as far as I know there are lots of hackers all over the world.
We can make our investment safe if we fully understand the investment that we doing. By having a lot of knowledge, you can ensure that you will grow your investment through the use of information that you gained.
1107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung has now entered the cryptocurrency world on: June 09, 2018, 06:09:18 PM
Big companies around the world are now entering to the cryptocurrency market because they are aware on how powerful is the blockchain technology. I am sure that many more companies will adapt bitcoin and other virtual currency.
1108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How foolish are people who invest in Bitcoin? on: June 08, 2018, 01:05:04 PM
How many idiots who decided to invest in bitcoin!!!!!!!

It is necessary not to watch as he grows from 15000 to 17000. This is a visual illusion.
And as it grows from 1.5 to 1.7.....

In recent days printed 180 million tether and still no big growth....
Lending on the stock exchange came to a billion dollars.
The credit rate on the day was a record and more than the 0.103%.

This means that the market has reached its peak. The price of cryptocurrency maximum.
This is the moment when you have to sell everything.

So began a process of growth needs the infusion of more money.... They're gone.

I think the joy of endless growth to an end this weekend.

Nothing in this world is eternal and permanent.....
And rising prices of bitcoin are not eternal.... all ends already.....
Doing bitcoin investment is a stupid thing? are you crazy? It seems that you do not fully understand how bitcoin works. You are one of the people who making bad image to the bitcoin. You will regret what you say if you fully understand what is bitcoin.

1110  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Criminals and Bitcoin on: May 23, 2018, 10:54:02 AM
I have seen some news regarding hackers, terrorists, and other criminals using bitcoin for illegal trades.
How the police can find about these transactions?
Even if is hard to track illegal transactions, I don't think that Bitcoin can be a danger to society, since the problem is the society and its people.
Since the beginning of the internet this is happening ( the bad people committing crimes)  and no one is willing to shutdown internet because of that, so in that matters Bitcoin should be equivalent. I think those illegal transaction are one of the reasons some governments and the media are trying to depreciate bitcoin, but the problem is not Crypto/blockchain or Bitcoin, is just the society.
There are now criminals that are now using bitcoins because they know that the government will have hard time to trace the transaction. They using bitcoins as payments because of its advantages which is being decentralized.
    1111  Economy / Economics / Re: Digital Money = Cashless Society on: May 21, 2018, 02:13:30 PM
It is said now China is a cashless society. Use of debit and credit cards in shops/stores, online pay bills, shopping online.

Money earned from the internet is known as digital/electronic money. People who earn money from the internet, they get paid money in electronic form by payment processors such as skrill, perfectmoney, alipay, paypal, bank-wire transfers because online workers are worldwide.

Last month, I got $20 from online surveys. The money was sent to my bank account via online payment processor. Now if I buy 2 shirts using debit cards at offline or online stores, there is no cash involved but I have 2 shirts.

Bitcoin is a part of digital money. How is digital money is your country ??
It is possible! I am sure that this era is the start of cashless society. There are now many big companies like McDonals, KFC, Paypal and Microsoft that are now accepting bitcoins as payment. I am sure that most of the stores someday will accept bitcoin as payment.
1112  Economy / Economics / Re: Is NOW the best time to buy or enter in bitcoin? on: May 21, 2018, 12:15:09 PM
Bitcoin prices plunged from $4900 to $3300 withing pan of few days. Now some news-points from bitcoin world are claiming this price plunge was planned. Check following links:

    https://news.bitcoin.com/after-the-boss-calls-bitcoin-a-fraud-jp-morgan-buys-the-dip/
    http://btc-flow.in/2017/09/16/after-the-boss-calls-bitcoin-a-fraud-jp-morgan-buys-the-dip/
    http://btc-flow.in/2017/09/16/after-the-boss-calls-bitcoin-a-fraud-jp-morgan-buys-the-dip/

Now without going into whether above claims are true or not, my concern is "Isn't this is the right time to enter the bitcoin market or purchase few more". There is definite signs of improvement in the bitcoin price market. Current price is around $3757. It is quite possible to see bitcoin back to 4k to 5k or more. Given biggest players from finance sector are eying this lucrative market.
What do you think, is this is right time to buy some more bitcoins or wait and watch?

Do not think that you are now late to buy bitcoins. For me, this tim, is still the best time to make investment with bitcoins because the price is still cheap. You should always have self confidence if you will make investment.
1113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mining on Mobile Phone on: May 21, 2018, 09:34:16 AM
Would you be interested in a cryptocurrency with its own blockchain that can easily be mined on both android and iOS phones?
I prefer to you to just buy mining rig than to mine in smartphones. Mining bitcoins is profitable, you can ear passive income if you will buy mining rigs. There are a lot of advantages that you get from making investment with mining.
1114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do I have to learn in trading? on: May 19, 2018, 12:48:54 PM

Knowledge is important in order for you to become successful trader. You should know how you will gather information properly that you can use in order to make money from trading cryptocurrencies.
1115  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: day trading effective? on: May 19, 2018, 06:50:51 AM
    questions on day trading cryptos
    seems a tricky task
    your watching volumes

so i ask for people in this forum who day trade?
    effective for profits,
    ?
    i imagine.impossible when whole market red ?
on videos seems to watch the candle charts?
and hold a red and buy asap to a green?
do u recommend. ? if one has the time?

I trade daily and I can say that it is not simple job. It is hard to predict the price of the coin due to its volatility. There are times that I lose big amount of money due to unstable price, I always studying hard for me to become more knowledgeable person.
1116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Listening To False News... on: May 18, 2018, 04:19:29 PM
False news can affect your decisions. You will lose everything if you will not gather reliable information. I prefer to you to research well for you to get reliable information.
    1117  Economy / Economics / Re: Why I am quitting ICO's on: May 17, 2018, 02:06:08 PM
I decided to quit ICO's. From December till now I invested about 5 eth into several ICO's. Invest what you can miss, this is what was able to miss.

Right now the first few of my ICO's have reached the exchanges. Most are under performing, but this is related to the overall dip (can be read everywhere). I understand, but ICO token economics have changed also.

    • massive hardcaps
    • most is sold in pre-sale to big investors, leaving scraps for crowdsale
    • much attention to marketing, less to working product or realistic time lines
    • immediately available on EtherDelta and IDEX, sure sign of little interest in token economics/future
    • no lock on pre-sale tokens, whales take their x2, x3 or x-whatever as soon as possible (I would probably have done the same). Prices drop to below ICO price.
    • too many ICO's without distinctive differences.
    • too many ICO's in general
    • too much tokens reserved for team/marketing
    • many ICO's don't even have a crowdsale anymore (which perhaps is a good thing as the little investors are protected this way)
    • ICO prizes are quite high. 1eth = 1000/4000 tokens is pretty common, but with a hc of 40 million, this will not easily go x10 or more.

I was 'unlucky' to miss out on a few ICO's besides the ones I was able to participate in. Afterwards I am glad, since I was able to pick most up at a fraction of the ICO price.

Important as ever: DYOR as not all ICO's have a genuine solution to a genuine problem. Some may seem like a fantastic solution, but often it is marketing combined with a strong team, and not so much a great working product.

And who am I? I am definitely a nobody Tongue, but still wanted to share my experiences and perhaps save people from thinking of getting on board of the next x100 ICO Smiley

p.s. when a Telegram has over 20k subscribers all screaming 'when lambo' with endless rows of animated gifs, you may also wonder if this is a serious block chain solution which will revolutionize 'x' Smiley
I have no doubt that most of ICOs nowadays are scam. There are many greedy person who doing fake projects for them to easily make money. We should be careful if we will make investment with ICOs.
1118  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people are still buying BTC? on: May 16, 2018, 12:24:48 PM
People like me are keep buying bitcoins because it is a good investment. We can earn many benefits in the future if we will keep buying bitcoins because the price of the bitcoin is keep increasing.
1119  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think the whales are manipulating the markets on: May 15, 2018, 03:45:09 PM
    Hi guys ,
Do you think the whales are manipulating the markets ?? Has any one noticed that the current bull run that has been on for the last few weeks comes to a halt every time it reaches the 10 k mark and slides down . My theory is that whales sell at 10k and then create fud so market slides down only to buy back and pump . What do you think ?
Yes! Whales can manipulate the markets! Whales are so powerful that they can control and change the price of the cryptocurrencies. If you will observe the cryptocurrency market, you will see pumps and dumps and I know that whales are the people behind of pumps and dumps.
    1120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: can I make 100$ in 2-3 month without a base money? on: May 14, 2018, 10:44:07 AM
If I have 0$ at the moment can I make 100$ in 2 or 3 months? How?
What if I deposited 20$ .. Can I make them 100$ in less time?

There are a lot of jobs here in this forum. You can earn $100 in 2-3 months by using your skills. You can also try programming, designing and even managing campaign. The most preferable job that you can do is by participating in bounty campaigns.
