Does anyone need the Titan bridge connector boards? (PCB between RPI and KnC Controller). I'm thinking of cloning the boards if KnC doesn't grant me the schematics (hell, they may even grant schematics for the actual controller boards since they dont support or manufacture the titans anymore.....haha I crack myself up).

Wow. All of my titan controller board bridge connectors burnt out. Well there goes this thread.

How much do you want for the used Monarchs ?

175 realistically is the best I can do. that's pretty much half off the retail price. I can go 150 if you buy the PSU's for every two of them as well.
284  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] BFL Monarch SHA-256 Mining Cards on: November 19, 2015, 05:42:59 AM
Raspberry Pi2 has USB2.0 I believe, but still they are unstable with them.

Really? Thanks for the info. Probably will pass on this deal then. Rather get an S5 which has a stable controller built in.

What? Based on what? I'm using them with some RPI's connected to my TV right now. In what way are they unstable?

I did some research on them and they apparently are full of issues. There are alot of issues with the dies, so many hash at 75% capacity like (500Gh/s instead of 700Gh/s) and also the cooling system is very weak and will start to leak, which will need to be replaced/serviced.

So $250 is definately not worth it considering you need to buy an Raspberry Pi, it will in the future most likely hash at 75% capacity, and if it leaks you need to replace the cooling system which is another $75 or so.

I've been mining with the Pre-April batch (was the first one to get them) since I got them at the beginning of the year and have had no leaks or dead dies. Granted, i've seen some users have those issues. You actually don't need an RPI to use them as they work fine on windows pc's (i've tested them on my personal MSI laptop, and custom built desktop).

I'm not going to push you to buy 'em but for sure i've never experienced a problem like some others have. I can understand the concern though, but the same thing happened with my KNC titan shipments. First two have been flawless and mining till this day without any issues except my 3 shipment had issues like dead dies and power problems. So it's in the batch and not the product.

for 250 thats a good price as depending on how many you get (if over ten) i'd give you the 10 port USB hubs they work fine with.

Again, the dead die thing is the risk you get from buying any miner so that shouldn't what the deal breaker is. I think the water cooling systems leaking is either user error or running conditions or combined. Of course it'd be painfully cruel to just tell everyone to reinforce the tubing plastic with a liquid sealer, but I don't think it's smart to judge all the systems like that.

I COULD sell you used monarchs that i've been using since the beginning of the year for cheaper, but we all know how people feel about that.

sustainable machines with literally no maintenance required
That depends on if those monachs likes your host's USB port or not.
I have couple of monarchs and they don't work stable with all machines i tried.
They don't like my asus ultrabook and RaspberryPi2 but works ok with ancient HP server i purchased for them for 20 bucks.

I'm not sure what you mean. As long as you use a powered USB hub they work normally and have no issues with connections. When I say maintenance, I mean having to go back and fix things. If you set them up correctly then you really have no need to even go near them unless you want to shut them off or move them. I've had a separate batch of monarchs that I connect up to a cheesy third party 10 USB-port powered hub and they all work pretty well on my windows machines and a couple of demo linux units.
287  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] BFL Monarch SHA-256 Mining Cards on: November 17, 2015, 10:50:51 PM
Whats the problem with Bitmain products? I have bunch of AntMiners and the only maintenance i've done this year is blow some pressured air through the fan/heatsink once in a blue moon. But for risk of going off on a tangent, i'll agree to disagree. I just think most buyers here are picky and won't take a deal if the price is more expensive than bulk reseller and even ebay. (For different products, same efficiency, better $/GHs)

Agreed with GAW and KnC. Specially GAW which had no actual product of their own. Just rebranded Zeus.

Honestly, if you have to do anything other then set them up, then they aren't that elusive "full fledged bitcoin miner" that requires ZERO work on your part. I mean, maybe it could be I have constantly only gotten Ants that had some problem that made it more than a hassle. It crosses that "hassle" threshold once you have over 100 of them. Sure we don't always get the best binned chip (*squints eyes at KnC*) but stability is important.

And yeah, GAW was a joke as soon as I started buying their stuff + cloud miners. Boy was that a horrible mess haha.

Now like I said, i'm not totally ruling out anyone that wants it for a cheaper price. Honestly i'm trying to satisfy a bulk order before I go selling them individually. Notice how you won't see people selling monarchs or in this volume for that matter. Regardless of the statistics, they are well designed, sustainable machines with literally no maintenance required (unlike every single bitmain product, every single KnC product, and every single GaW product. I have at least two of almost everything, and BFL tops in design, stability (though the company has shafted all it's customers, the product itself is exact.)).

Now if you guys want a lower price, buy more than just 2 units. Otherwise, I just lose money rather than just keeping them and start mining with them. I don't *need* to make a profit of the sale of these monarchs as this bulk order for me opened up my line of communication with some other ventures, but I sure as hell want to stay away from a loss. Neutral is fine by me.

If you guys want some, let me know how much (if its over two, AND is a multiple of two). I only want to sell these in twos because otherwise it would make this really awkward (with the way BFL designed these things).

Before we proceed further. Can you please include a couple of photographs off all these miners with your username in the photo.

You allow escrow correct?

Yeah i'll grab a couple of photos with them in boxes, and on display when it's bright outside.

About escrow, I do allow it, but honestly it'd take a long ass time since i'm treating these unit sales as "orders" mainly because I have soo much of them. I have no problem coding up an order site to offload most of this work and make everything automated so i'd just get e-mails of where to ship it, and quantity. Or if you want to pay cash, I can do interac/e-transfer which i'd be totally okay with as well.

If anyone is in Toronto I can actually set up a meet up if you want them super fast, I can just drive it up to you.

I don't want to be too much of a spoiler here but you will probably need to come down on pricing if you want to sell, or try ebay or craigslist for better results. Almost everyone here on this forum is trying to make a buck off someone else. Everyone does ROI calculators, and it is hard getting power for free nowadays. Everyone wants more of their money. It is capitalism.

0.35 cents per GH here for monarchs (1.4GH/watt)

0.17 cents per GH on another thread for SP20s (1.5GH/watt)
0.40 cents per GH on s7's someone has (4GH/w)
0.36 cents per GH on some s5's (1.9GH/w)

In all fairness the power supply price is pretty on par with amazon and newegg.

I fully see what you mean, but others would clearly see, this is the best you'll get with the amount of ready to ship products I have. Sure you can get a couple SP20s for 0.17 C/GH but can you get 6? 10? 20 of them? I have a lot of monarchs here and 0.35 per GH is more than sparing for those that want a big amount. But I fully get the society here on this particular sub-forum. It gets this nasty on almost all forum marketplaces. But this thread exists for everyone that isn't a "get an S7, done" type of human.
291  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] BFL Monarch SHA-256 Mining Cards on: November 16, 2015, 09:16:58 PM
I'm also selling the BFL recommended EVGA 1300 Watt power supplies with them as well for 200.

You mean this one that sells for $189? What a great deal!!!

Anything BFL related is always a rip-off, new or second-hand.

You broke your link, and yeah that one. It's a great deal if you are getting a lot of them, and have to deal with customs. I know most of you are very close minded about pricing and how it works in other countries that isn't your own, but in Canada is sucks. Compensation is hardly competitive, and if you wanted over 10 PSU's from amazon, you're gonna have a bad time.
292  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] BFL Monarch SHA-256 Mining Cards on: November 15, 2015, 10:13:23 PM
I need a better price. At the current price its priced exactly like an S7 but without the low efficiency.

I paid $75 Canadian for an S3 recently and looking for a similar price with this product per $/GHS.

You're honestly not going to get such good efficiency for the low price you're looking for. Granted, the monarchs may be a bit above average, but selling soo many of them at such a low cost would make no sense. It really all depends on how much units you want in total. I got em for 250 brand new, haven't even had the time to plug 'em in. You're not really going to get any miner for more than 100 dollars off their own retail price. But again, the more you buy the better price I can give you.

You bought them brand new at 250 and are selling them at 250. Granted I also bought my s3's at 75 including shipping. And also picked up a bitcrane for about the same. I really think you should rethink you pricing a little bit. Since they are no longer brand new.

You can almost pick up a SP10 or 20 for those prices.

Nobody wants an SP10 or 20 for those prices. These are still brand new, hence the 250 price tag. The only reason I got them that cheap is because of the bulk order. Sure if someone wants to buy out my entire bulk than yeah I can give them a cheaper price. But logistically there's no real reason to lower the price, especially now, especially for those who dont pay electricity, especially for the price I paid for them and having not using them.

If I lowered the price, then yeah people could order individual ones, but that's not the drive for this thread.

I might be interested if the price was more attractive. I am also in Canada. What province are you in?

These require a Raspberry PI to operate correct? They are what 0.70Watts/GHS ?

I'm in Ontario. They do not need a RPI to work specifically, they can plug right in to any computer. The price can get better the more you order. If you order a lot of them, I can lower the price per card.
295  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] BFL Monarch SHA-256 Mining Cards on: November 14, 2015, 05:40:11 AM
These cards are pretty much useless, since miners that are far more powerful are on the market.

They are not useless for people who dont pay for electricity. So, you're essentially wrong. We all get it, if it isn't bitmain it isn't realistic ROI, but whatever here they are.
296  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] BFL Monarch SHA-256 Mining Cards on: November 14, 2015, 01:26:28 AM
What's an 'overclocked' version? Even at stock 700MH these things get hot enough to be unsafe.

These overclocked versions are just the more expensive ones, that come with an extra heatsink and mini fan (that sticks right over the VRMS). All done by BFL before they sent it. These do not get that hot. There liquid cooling system is closed loop, and they are pretty small and quiet (until you put a lot of them together).
297  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] KNC Titan Batch 2 Mining Cubes on: November 13, 2015, 10:15:52 PM
You're asking for $1500 per cube?

Yeah for a fully working one. Yeah it's pretty expensive, but they are profiting me just by keeping them.

**edit** this is mainly for those that want some sets in a complete form or spare cubes without having to buy sets etc.

Not trying to be an ass here, but 75MH will earn about $73/mo before power costs on LTC.  That's 20.5 months to break even assuming no price changes or difficulty increases if you have free power.

An S5 that can be had for 20% of that price will make a bit over $90/mo at current difficulty.  Granted, I know that BTC and LTC difficulty aren't directly comparable since BTC network is growing much more rapidly, but just bringing some reality to the numbers here.

That's why people with Titans don't mine LTC. Even Nicehash could get you way better numbers than that. But yeah, I know, overpriced. But you don't see many people giving up their titans right now because of their profitability ratio. (Also, almost nobody ever has a fully working cube anymore since most don't know how to prep it and take care of it).

Hey there, i'm selling my personal shipments of KNC Titan cubes. $1500 for cubes that have all 4 dies working at 325 MHz. $1000 for cubes with only 3 dies working at 325 MHz. $600 for cubes with only 2 dies working at 325 MHz.

**Note**, the dies aren't actually dead (0v 0amp) on any of the cubes, I just didn't care to go through all the steps of trying each voltage to see if it activates an unresponsive die. Controllers for 1 BTC if you buy 5 cubes or more. All cubes have the Y cables. Also have platinum and some gold power supplies for $200 separately.

I'm in Canada, so canadians can get free shipping, but USA has to pay (keep in mind customs as well).

Pictures available upon request, same as my BFL thread. PM me if you want to be secret.

I've got the biggest shipment of Monarchs in Canada! Woo! I don't want them. They take up too much space and I don't like having all my eggs in one basket. Selling for $100 each @ 600 GHs/700 GHs in BTC / PayPal.

I'm based in Canada, so if you're in USA the customs won't be much of a big deal. Shipping included if you're from Canada, otherwise you pay for shipping. These Monarchs are liquid cooled bitcoin miners that Butterfly Labs started offering last year.

First 5 people to order will get the overclocked versions for free (extra 100 GH/s). I'm also selling the BFL recommended EVGA 1300 Watt power supplies with them as well for 200. If you buy in sets of two i'll give you the power supply for 175.

I don't have time for escrow but i'm open to it if you are a quick responder (I sell a lot of tech daily that I get in bulk).

Couple of pictures of them in-hand:

I'd show some pictures of the massive amounts of 1300 W PSUs I have but i'm sure you don't need proof of those existing.
