281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Searching for an NFT Forum on: December 12, 2021, 09:32:34 PM
Hi everyone,
I can't find an NFT section , can you please help me ?
Bitcointalk does not have a board dedicated to NFTs, in case you are looking for one. All NFTs which are tokens are considered as Alternate currencies which fall under the tokens board. Unfortunately, the tokens board is filled up with all other kinds of tokens.
but the OP can see in the forum some NFT tokens because in the bitcointalk forum there is no special mft board except in other media such as telegram and the web which specifically discuss about NFT already running and the future
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Real experience - How much can you earn from airdrops on: December 12, 2021, 09:27:27 PM
as an airdrop reference it is very good but we have too many airdrop service providers such as telegram and twitter groups that offer so many airdrops every day that 1 out of 100 will get money and for me I am less interested in airdrops
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think coin is the right choice? on: December 11, 2021, 09:57:12 PM
BNB is still one of the coins that is very attractive and promising, we in this forum definitely agree but if we want to reap profits in the short term it seems that the NFT project coin is very tempting but very vulnerable and high risk
284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the single worst piece of advice you ever received relative to Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2021, 09:51:17 PM
I often read lists of tips and other best practices in the Bitcoin world, but i thought it would be interesting to share the worst Bitcoin advice you may have received throughout your adventure in this incredible monetary revolution.
The worst advice that has ever been and has often been told to me so far is that bitcoin is haram, bitcoin is a fraud scheme created by several people but I am still confident in my decision to stay here because I know bitcoin is not like that
285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL, HODL, HODL when can one actually sell Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2021, 09:44:07 PM
everyone has their own trading investment management...
when we hold and when we have to sell it.
what is certain is that we sell it when we are satisfied with the profit and also sell it when we need money for which there is no other way but to sell it without looking at the price because this is what I have done
286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have any real value? on: December 10, 2021, 09:49:54 PM
every exchange must give a statement
Disclaimer:
Trading bitcoin and crypto assets carries a high level of opportunity and risk. Make sure you use good judgment in making buying and selling decisions on your assets. crypto market does not force users to make buying and selling transactions and all buying and selling decisions of your digital money assets are your own decisions and are not influenced by any party.

so the OP actually already knows what to do next
and you are here I think you understand to understand what bitcoin and crypto are
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if governments make Bitcoin centralized? on: December 10, 2021, 09:41:28 PM
I think that this is far from it. But I see that Bitcoin is already a very effective tool for influencing
This is definitely far from reality. Why would a government end up centralizing bitcoin? Knowing bitcoin is decentralized, so it can never be fully controlled by the government or any group or entity. But once its centralized, the government will all have the access on it. But take an example from China, they have created digital yuan which is definitely centralized in the first place, so they started banning bitcoin so that its citizens will stop using it and focus on their own digital currency. Maybe that will also be the case of other countries' government and they would not waste time on adopting bitcoin anymore.
agree with you....
it is impossible for a country to centralize bitcoin and this will require large funds that will waste state money because bitcoin grows and is already in the hands of the world community which is very likely to issue crypto / digital money the country itself
288  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Economic Advantage on: December 10, 2021, 09:31:42 PM
I reside in a country where the rate of inflation is high with a corrupted political system and tenures that have stolen the collective wealth of the nation and have crippled the economy, a high percentage of unemployed graduates who have in the last few years discovered blockchain and have gotten involved in Bitcoin activities such as trading and investments. Indeed Bitcoin has given us the economic power to overcome the crashing economy of many nations. 100% economic independent.
The situation is somewhat the same in my country, the inflation level keeps rising everyday, coupled with unemployment and other social vices, prior to the pandemic our economy was struggling and right now, many months into the pandemic and things are getting worse, the government isn't doing anything to make things better, but just compounding the whole issue. Bitcoin is a great investment/currency, it has created a lot for people who have harnessed the opportunity, but what's most frustrating in my country is that government keeps imposing sanctions on Bitcoin, making it difficult for people to seamlessly use the currency, Bitcoin will prolly not be able to help the economy on a general point of view, but individually it can initiate a change, that's the more reason I feel governments should be more friendly to the network, but they are not, just cause they can't control it, that says a lot about how selfish the government is.
technically bitcoin is not 100% helping the country's economy but if the community in the sense of individuals can be fulfilled and their economy is guaranteed with bitcoin as an intermediary if this can be applied to 80% of the people it will indirectly help and lift the country's economic growth stably because I assume the economy a strong and stable country if the economic life of its people is fulfilled and guaranteed
289  Economy / Economics / Re: China’s Internet Billionaires Suffer $73 Billion Wipeout on: December 10, 2021, 09:24:23 PM
I'm still assuming this doesn't have much of an effect on the bitcoin price when compared to the more tragic news and reality a few months ago about the bitcoin and crypto ban in china which led forum members to assume there was going to be a bitcoin price crash and in reality it didn't, but media news sometimes exaggerating a news so that it gets a selling point
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in new projects? on: December 05, 2021, 10:11:08 PM
just be honest ...
I have never invested in a project, especially a new project because I raised funds from the proceeds of being a bounty hunter and I invested it into several altcoins that are already running and safe in one market. because a new project is very risky to join a new project as well as joining a bounty if you are not careful it will fall on an unprofitable project, it's just that investing must be more careful in investigating the project because of the risks that will be obtained
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the most underrated coin for 2021? on: December 05, 2021, 09:59:53 PM
many altcoins are underestimated as goddesses in the market by waiting for a while, and the most unlikely ones can still be like shitcoins. But for now I still believe BNB will give the best performance in the next year while for the most underrated it seems for now is doge because the hype that happened in the last months gave a lot of negative values and maybe next year will give a second surprise but we have to be careful with doge
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'M back! My next move with Bitcoin on: December 05, 2021, 09:44:54 PM
Welcome back....
I hope you can be patient educating bitcoin to your brother because at that age it is easy to remember things but there is still a sense of wanting to play and joke so I hope you can understand with that because you will be his inspiration in bitcoin life, and I hope you are successful and inspire many people around
293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - Is HODL the only strategy? on: December 05, 2021, 09:30:00 PM
I own different crypto and mostly I stake with them because I am interested in the long return. With bitcoin I am actually doing nothing.
If you are primarily interested in the long return, then hodling bitcoin is your best bet and would potentially bring you more profit than staking assets which are built on the PoS model. Not to shot on proof of stake, but one of the main reasons bitcoin actually increases in value is due to the controlled and reducing supply and how no one holds more stake on the network.

Can you suggest any strategies to make even a little APR? I know that I can't stake with bitcoin.
There are third party services that you can technically stake your bitcoins with, but as a common rule; Not your keys,Not your coins.
While I get your point of view, there are times like this that I regret not being active in trading. For instance, I could have sold my BTC at ATH, a few weeks ago, and now I could have obtained a significant amount of BTC, by purchasing, using the exact same amount of money. It's called short-trading, while at the same time, I would continue holding.

On the other hand, there are quite a few things that can go wrong, such as an unexpected price change and so on, however, now I'd definitely have more Bitcoin.

How much Bitcoin do you have? Oh ya, same as me. Not enough haha Wink. While true you can increase your stack through a short trade, I wouldn't risk more than 10-20% my total position on this type of play. All it takes is one wrong market move and you have a lifetime of COPE and/or buying back higher.
Too little to be enough, honestly. However, it has all been acquired from scratch, without putting down any money. It was mostly through signature campaigns and some kind of microtasks I had completed, thus, my only investment is my work/time. I'm not holding a large amount of Bitcoin, it's roughly $1.500, the opportunity and possibilities of short-trade are endless, I honestly regret being away from the trading scene.

The reason I'm away for a long time now is due to the feeling of it being a burden, it drives me anxious and stresses me out, that's why I've opted for holding, without bothering too much about the market condition.
the same thing with you I also feel it, and some tokens and bitcoins resulting from being a bounty I have traded in the past to increase the amount of my bitcoin assets but the current decline makes me hold it maybe a long time because my bitcoin is only a small amount and hope to be rich with that amount
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for a Good credible bounty manager on: December 04, 2021, 09:49:37 PM
some managers have been mentioned by the forum members above, you just have to choose them...
but if you want to choose and find out for yourself, it doesn't hurt you to stop at the services section there are many offers as managers and you can see the portfolio of each manager
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your market prediction for the year end - 2021 on: December 04, 2021, 09:42:21 PM
We had a shock in the markets last night. Bitcoin price retraced as low as $42,800 and that was dreadful. I hope this move is just to scare the panickers.
Everyone has high expectations for the end of 2021 and I hope it comes true. In 2022, I think the most important thing will be price stability  Undecided
bitcoin is down by 10% at the moment and i hope this is just a correction for the end of the year and will close in the middle or end of the month as visitors this year, and we will see a green market early next year but hopefully this is not a bear market so long because it's so scary
296  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason for the dump in Bitcoin and most of the Altcoin? on: December 04, 2021, 09:34:49 PM
Things were getting better as we were expecting a pump in the value of bitcoin but it was dropped by over 10%. Is it just the usual December pulback or it is here to stay I mean a long bearish run? How are you preparing for a possible bull trap and now even if it was temoprary it might take some for the market due to fud.
Perhaps, were still getting better despite the current dumping situation.  10% price reduction is just small, in fact, we've been in more than 50% before but the price and the entire market actually is going to recover then. I then still thought it would possible to happen again and feel not to worry anymore as this will surely be done in a few days from now. I'm not thinking of a long-term bearish season like it happens 2018-2020 but I've rather expect short drops.
The bear market at this time may surprise some investors because in the past few months many have targeted that there will be ath at the end of the month like last year and now the market is experiencing a correction but this, probably won't be long and there will be changes following the new year 2022
297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why businesses should accept Bitcoin payment on: December 04, 2021, 09:29:33 PM
This is often reason crypto legal adoption is fundamental for each nation to create less demanding life to the common poeple,It will offer assistance to boost income of the trade and unused new businesses will diminish the unemployment of the nation and it is postive marker of the economy.May be it difficult on introductory premise but individuals will receive it effectively and continually pay with crypto,It offer assistance to dont hold up for open of bank to pull back cash but pay from crypto wallet any time without any jump. I accept that nowadays there were numerous trade foundations and new companies that was willing to include a few crypto installment strategy on their installment frameworks but still no positive reaction from the government side.
Unfortunately, many countries do not want to open up to see bitcoin technology. Instead, they consider bitcoin to be a threat to their country's money. Even China after shutting down all crypto activities they are making their own digital money. Because of their digital money they can control and supervise.

But it is indeed a number of companies that have opened themselves to accept crypto as payment. I think it happens because owners or business owners believe in the future of crypto. In addition, the cooperation certainly provides benefits for both.
In most cases on which majority of countries does have the same perception or views towards bitcoin on which it is really treaten negatively which it isnt surprising because government doesnt really like its properties which it isnt really surprising.Businesses out there will neither do or do not accepts bitcoin because this would not only talks about regulation but also with volatility.
until when the countries in the world change the wrong perception about bitcoin for many of the same reasons we don't know that ... but when some countries start to open up to using bitcoin and crypto it may be one proof that bitcoin is not what they think.. ..
and with the volatility bitcoin will offer them an advantage not like money which is getting more and more inflationary
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CEX] Catena X (Catenax.org) | Bridging Blockchains! on: December 03, 2021, 10:17:29 PM
~~~
Can somebody explain me why this coin had an ATH of 7,59$ an is now about 0,50$? From where comes this high difference?
The same thing also make me reconsidering again about this project. Catena X (CEX) listed on pancakeswap on 5th nov with $0.75 and due to high demand it increase 10x! but after that, it start dumping. That means that was a hype! otherwise it shouldn't dumped 10x within so short time. but this coin is new to market and still developing. Their developing good news or listing on exchange or their work may help price to bounce back again!
In my opinion, the up and down of a coin price is a natural thing.  but I still believe the price of CATENA X (CEX) coin will go up again and can be even more expensive.
 moreover the CATENA X (CEX) coin is already registered on pancakeswap.
it's too early for prices to improve because we know the team is continuing to develop projects according to the roodmap and the market will change when catena x can be listed in one of the markets and this is the reason why i collect a few cents for catena
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it good to penalize airdrop hunters? on: December 03, 2021, 10:09:47 PM
most airdrop hunters throw away their tokens after earning without looking at the market and doing some short work but that doesn't mean they should be penalized for that reason because they did the job a project defined and a project profited from it because of a retweet/share that so quickly spread in the media that it could attract several investors;possible...Huh
300  Economy / Economics / Re: In 2021 to 2022 you decide your life and wealth on: December 03, 2021, 09:42:22 PM
In 2021 to 2022
If learn and try to push yourself hard enough.you can be very rich.
Or very poor  2021 to 2022 people will decide who they want be.
By the 2024 everybody must have decidede are they super rich or very poor .
What will you choose ?
Obviously everyone would like to be rich, but they don't know they have to make choices to get there. Many do not want to take on big responsibilities and will be the same ones who will remain poor. Studying and getting informed is the first step to becoming rich
in the next few years we don't know whether we will be richer or vice versa because it is a divine provision but we try to be better and try to fulfill that desire, with one option; like joining here to wait for big things next year with bitcoin prices that always give hope
