I also have the same feeling when I started here years ago. I thought it will going to be dead because of those negative reviews but if you will going to stay and study more about it you will learn that it's really worth it and yes it's not always giving a quick profit.

I'm still holding most of my coins now because there's really no point on selling it on the current market situation it will just going to give me a lot of lose on its original prices. And yes I still believed that we will see another great profit but it will just going to take a lot of time to happen.

LOL you need to have money to do buy backs thats sorta how exchange buy backs work lol, it's silly to think they would spend enough to buy that much tokens if they didnt have the liquidity to handle it
like i said earlier, they are no small project just came in to travel! COVA is here to bring an evolution on not just blockchain but also our regular DATA Protection. expect some more impressing move from them! Agree, It will really going to be one of the biggest project soon. Some people are still not seeing it but sooner or later they will realize too that this project will be a game changer in the future. |

Few days back I saw Da Eun Lee talk about the next Killer dApp in Blockchain at the 2nd Chainers Summit in Seoul. The buyback isn’t just to keep a better trading price for cova but part of a process to incentivize developers to produce applications under COVA protocols. Yes, I know. The tokens that they buy back won't be burned. They will be given to DApp developers who create DApps for the COVA protocol. I see, For me it's a good idea also they can be sure that the tokens will be given to some worth person to hold it it. Another is the buy back program is really good. |

Does anyone here actually know how high the income from the private sale was? I can't find any exact information on the homepage.
But it would be interesting how high the reserves are, if the now 150million tokens want to buy back.
Me too I didn't hear anything about it but if I'm not mistaken they really got some good amount there for the project? I guess they really will going to do it and do the buy back program without any problem. |

Wow. That’s great. Covalent team would start the tokens buy back today on the first stage of the tokens buyback. It’s going to last for the next five days. Tokens up to 50 million would be used to setup the COVA dApp Ecosystem Fund. When did they sell their tokens? Now they are going ahead with buyback. Buyback from whom? Their were private investors! and team released some token on market through the BITMAX Airdrop and sold some when they first came in the market! in simple word they are buying back from circulating supply! if so, Covalent's token market conditions will be stable, because the team will maintain the quality of their token prices, and even covalen tokens will also become more valuable if the project team continues to develop their performance. I read a lot about the testnet and its impressive performance. Is it already know when their mainnet will be released? Will it already be this year?
I don't think any date has been given yet as launching a network is really a hard job where you have to make sure everything is fine from core as once its done they cant really make any change! but be sure that this will be released by this year! No date released about that yet. But I believe it will be passed across to the public when it's time. They most likely are working towards getting everything perfectly in place before going public. Not so sure though, just assuming Yes. It seems more like there is work going on. Covalent team has been quiet for some time, trying to focus on the project and give a mainnet to impress investors. that should come eventually! with their speed of ongoing development and everything, i'm not really having any second thought about them! but like you guys i'm also hungry to check the mainnet out! Yeah, Their developments are really good, We always received some good announcements or updates to them and it really makes me too excited about their main net. |

I think they probably need to get a social media manager to really take over their social channels, the team seems to be mostly developers and not so much marketers, and if they want to really get adoption they are going to up their social and general marketing power a lot over the next year or 2
Yeah, I also noticed that most of their team members are into developers type but if I'm not mistaken they have some marketing team too. But it's also good to see that they are really active on developments. |

The issue is quite deep and bigger than any of us, brands are ripping off our data and every app is by one way or the other trying to have access to our privacy, you get to see apps now requesting to have access to our gallery and much more, so i believe Cova has so much holes to fill, to help eradicate the incessant issues of data been stolen and much more You are right, there are so many areas in which our data are queried. Cova has a lot to do here. I haven't thought about the apps yet, so far I only thought about filling out forms on the internet:-) But our data and pictures come from so many different sources that you can easily lose track of them. Yea, its actually not a funny situation and its a known fact that they collect our data even before we know what's happening, that's if we actually know that our data has been compromised, i'm not even sure that there are strict laws in place to avoid that, so we are defenseless and at the mercies of the third party or big corporate brands to use our data as they please Following this project has made me start to think about what type of information I should share on the internet. Our data can be manipulated and used in so many different ways without our knowledge and it's time we got out privacy back! Getting our privacy back is very important and it is very much a reason why a project such as this will be a big deal. It aims to solve a very disturbing problem of the society using one of the best technology currently known to man and it gives me joy. Yeah, If we will have a chance to have a control to our data it will going to be more convenient and feel relax because we know that we're safe from those people who's getting our data for bad interest. |

Exactly, It's one of the major concerns most of us now because some people using it without asking about our approval but in covalent feature we can really have a chance to keep it on our own. I would pay to know that data I share in the internet can’t be accessed by a third party. I know a lot of people would do same. But on Covalent you don’t need to pay, instead you get paid. Exactly anyone will really do it if they will really want to have more secured experiences. But it's really great that cova will going to be there like a free security for all of us. |

They posted something today. About a meeting with leaders from other blockchain projects. They would be talking on certain topics Yes, their co-founder will be part of a panel discussion about "application scenarios of Blockchain in game field". I am wondering how Cova can be used in the gaming field. Yeah, It will really going to be another good achievement to them to be invited on some event because it will give more exposure to the Covalent. Good luck to them! Yeah. They need to participate in events like this, this will try to market them to the outside world or serve as a means of marketing for the team. Yes, They will really going to meet new people that might also become a way to them to have more attentions on that place specially Covalent have some unique features. |

What is happening to COVA? I know the markets have been bearish over the last week but the $COVA 24-hour trading volume has really dropped off. On 06/01 there was nearly $1m trading volume, now there is less than $100k!? I hope we can see more positive trading sentiment over the next month or so.
I just noticed it too. Maybe some people after buying are really keeping their cova now? It's really a big drop on volumes but let's hope that it will going to go back soon. |

I just found out COVA tokens could be mined much more easily on the mainnet as long as you have a computer with Inter CPU, you can join the network and mine COVA.
Yeah, but that'll be only possible when the CovaChain mainnet goes live. Right now COVA only has tokens on the Ethereum blockchain and these can't be mined. The launching of Covalent mainnet would make a lot of difference. We could mine these tokens and make profits. Btw would cova tokens be moved from ether chain to cova. ? I think there was a discussion recently, but I forgot the result:-) Some say there will be two tokens, others say there will be a swap and then only one token. I am also of the opinion that there will be a swap. Yes, we had this discussion and if I remember correctly, they will have 2 different tokens. So no swap as far as I know. But I could be wrong. Best is to keep checking their Telegram. If there are any news, I am sure they will announce it there. Definitely, Telegram is the best place to get whatever information we might need but if truly there will be two tokens, I find it strange because there is definitely no need for having two of the same token. Best is to have a token swap if you ask me I totally agree with that instead of having two different tokens they must swap it instead except if those tokens have a different features or benefits on the project? |

Apparently, Bitmax will introduce margin trading to its exchange, COVA was recently listed on their platform and it will be eligible for margin trading. I wonder if many people will take up the option, you will either get rekt or strike it rich!  These two projects are really good plus they have partnership. It's really good to have Cova tokens as much as we can while it's under the cheap price. |
