282  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: December 17, 2017, 12:48:25 AM
Hi , I'm new so basically I still have a lot to learn about the cryptocurrency , but I would like to know if it would be possible for the bitcoin to start the downfall ? I mean like what scenario can happen that the bitcoin would be pushed back like 5-6 years ?
Sorry if my post is in the wrong place or it's not relevant.

Bitcoin lost %80 of its value after the GoX crash in late 2013. People panic sold their coins in despair. The price fell from over 1k$ to as low as 200$ in time. The recovery took very long time but those who hold their coins won the jackpot. Even the top buyers made at east %100 profits since then.

Can bitcoin lose its value? Yes. Only for a time.

In the long run, there will be a recovery as always.

The Solution: If you won't be able to deal with the pain of holding bitcoins for long years, only hold the amount you can afford to lose.

That's the best thing to do, if you are afraid of losing hold only amount you can afford to lose. In everything there is a risks, so as in Bitcoin we can never can tell what will happen it might downfall but hoping not. Take a look in every businesses, there is no business who did not experience problems it always arise but it is still up to you on how you can handle it and pull it up to the top again. Remember in every problem there is always a solution, just don't panic and think wisely.
283  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we should fear a cashless world on: December 17, 2017, 12:41:02 AM

5) Not classed as a "good" citizen, they will freeze your account leaving you destitute instantly.

This is the worst point of the system. At this point laws can manipulate any person on the planet to do anything.
It's true that if cashless society happen, laws can manipulate every transaction we are going to made. Our freedom to buy or to avail necessary thing that we want to be secret will be gone too. Every transaction we are going to make has a record, compare if we have cash on our hand. It may happen also that law can freeze any of our account without any further notice and that's the saddest part of cashless society even though it is less hassle.
284  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin community is rising. on: December 16, 2017, 02:34:52 PM
How could it be bad that the community is rising ?
We need Bitcoin as decentralized as possible and mass adoption to make the use of Bitcoin easier for everyday life.
If we want to go out of the banking system , that's the only solution at the moment.
It is a good thing that the community is rising, as you said it will be an easier way for us who believe in bitcoin to use it in our everyday life. And with the massive adoption it will happen sooner as we expected. And i am happy to see that we are rising and soon will achieve what we aim for. So there's nothing wrong that bitcoin are being adopted and it's community rising so fast.

286  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people scam on: December 13, 2017, 11:03:07 PM
People who scam are greedy. They are taking advantage to others weaknesses for their own sake and for them to earn in a quickies way. They are lazy because they don't want to find a decent job for them to earn clean money. Scammers are good in making dirty tricks, they don't care what others might lose because of them. They are just after themselves, and don't care about the others as long as they earned a lot.

290  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: December 06, 2017, 02:04:43 PM
Bitcoin is good investment but I wouldn't suggest to put all your money into it. I wouldn't suggest puting all your money into anything, not just Bitcoins. Every investment is a risk and there is always the danger of losing money so you have to invest with care and you always have to have some back up. Don't ever invest more then you can afford to lose.
True, i wouldn't invest all of my money in bitcoin even though bitcoin is a good investment. Have some for your back up because we can never can tell what will be or where bitcoin in the future. Start with the amount you can afford and work for it to grow. We all know investment is risky but i am not saying that you wouldn't take that risks. Have plan, invest little by little and don't stick to one option. Everything may happen so don't settle to that.
291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: December 06, 2017, 01:41:27 PM
this is a very risky move honestly.. i would not quit my job to go deep dive into BTC and rely on it.
Nowadays it's hard to find a proper job and if you have it you should stick to it to have an income, one thing you can do is to find some spare time every day and study or work for BTC.. you need an income anyway, think twice before doing this jump into the dark.
I agree, quitting your job is a big no for me. It is still best to have permanent job where you have regular income and ofcourse compensation and benefits. Just like im doing on weekdays, i spend atleast an hour per night to work here in bitcoin and for the day for my present job. I also make sure to work on my bitcoin every weekend so i will be able to do and meet every tasks that im in.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear? on: December 04, 2017, 02:12:05 PM
This is something that has come up time and time again, I'm still going to have to say that I think the answer is going to have to be a no on this one. I just personally can't see a time where the government allows a lawless and decentralized coin / cryptocurrency to take control over the currency which they have total control over within their country. Why would they give up the control that they want and they need to be able to fully control everyone within their country?

I'd be dumb for them to do this, and I don't think they'd ever decentralize the currencies globally like this. There's going to be wayyy too much money from people who don't want this to happen going into congress for this to even come out of Congress with a win for the people who support cryptos.
I agree to that real money is controlled by government so i think it is impossible to diasappear because of cryptocurrencies. Maybe cryptocurrencies in the future will be much appreciated by people but without real money its a big NO NO. We will still be needing fiat in our daily lives nevertheless cryptocurrency is existing. Every country won't allow it to happen because the one who has a power still want something that they can control and one of that is the real money.
293  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why people are unhappy? on: December 04, 2017, 12:32:29 PM
Having everything in your life doesn't mean happiness. Weather we have a lot of money make us happy, there is a certain point in our life that gives agony. We are unhappy with the thougths that we are alone and no one can lean on. To be love and love means a lot, it will give you happiness that you really wanted. People are unhappy because they never feel being loved and with the thoughts that there is no one to share and build memories.

295  Economy / Economics / Re: Make money from money on: December 03, 2017, 05:16:50 AM
What are the features that a good investor should have? What are the characteristics of people who have enough capital and earn money from money?

What are the factors that make these people successful in their investments?
They know how to think and study first before they act. These people are risks takers, they will set a definite plan not one but many options for them to achieve success. These people also good in making strategy to make money from money. This are the characteristics that a person should have to achieve success in investment. In investment there's always risks, so you better accept and take it if you really wanted to be successful.
296  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate a person to work? on: December 03, 2017, 04:53:52 AM
I think the best motivation for work is salary. If you are having a big salary, it can lift your morale every month looking forward to payday! Also, don't forget to unwind every once in a while, get together with friends, hang-out with family, and don't forget to give yourself a treat.
I don't think so, although salary has a big factor to be motivated. It is still defend on her/his attitude on how they will be motivated. We can give them piece of advice, we can also help them to find good work. Aside from having big salary, workplace has a bigger factor to someone to be motivated. Even though you have small salary but you have a very nice workplace it is still the best way to motivate a person to work.
297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so many people against bitcoin? on: November 27, 2017, 01:38:32 PM
I wouldn't say people are against it. Investing in Bitcoin is a risk, and those who can't take that risk is naturally averse towards it. They also know money could be had by investing, so they could have some jealousy or resentment towards those who took the chance. Basically sour graping. No one really dislikes innovation, especially since no one is forcing it down their throats.

Some governments are against it though. Its decentralized nature makes it hard to control and regulate. They're probably the ones afraid of money falling into the wrong hands via money laundering, illegal sales, etc.

Technically true, people are not against but afraid to take the risks. Like in putting up a business some people would think first "what if i fail? Where i am if that will happen?" and such. See they even did the first step but their minds are full of bad and negative thoughts. Just like here in bitcoin without seeing the positive outcome first, people will not going to give it a try because their mind are focused on it's negative outcome. People in everything we do in our lives consequences are always in it, it's up to us on how we are going to deal it.
298  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Real friends. on: November 27, 2017, 10:13:16 AM
Real friend is someone you can lean and count on in bad times or in good times. They are your sisters and brothers with different mother. I am lucky to have real friends they are always there when i needed them the most. They are my partners in crimes and they know how to keep secrets. And i know how blessed i am to have real friends who make a bundle of joys and good memories to share with.
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is changing the world. on: November 26, 2017, 03:19:15 PM
Yes bitcoin is indeed changing lives and the world. Some are now earning high profit in bitcoin and because of that their way of living had also improved. And for us who knows btc our lives is changing little by little so keep going and never give up.
300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: November 26, 2017, 02:43:17 PM
im sure it can...but it will take a long time to make bank dissapear...
but make sure that all people know what is btc...in my country just a less people know bitcoin...
A bank can disappear because some get bankrupt or face crisis. But other banks might buy it and merge to their recent bank. So bank cannot totally disappeared because of bitcoin. There will be war against each other but banks are hard to get down. Even though all people will be familiar with bitcoin doesn't mean bank will disappear. And i am looking forward to what bitcoin will be in the future and i am hoping it will be stable as banks are today.
