281  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coinmarketcap - Manipulation? on: October 08, 2018, 11:18:49 PM
Hello,

sometimes I see coins on coinmarketcap which shows extreme gains,
but when I look at the exchanges, the price is much lower.

For example 6 $ on Coinmarketcap and 2 $ on an exchange.

How is that possible? Is this a bug or manipulation?

according to my experience how this really happens is because most likely coinmarketcap only takes the price depending on the last order history. and besides that there are also those who take the value from the sell order
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin will be the safest investment on: October 08, 2018, 10:52:31 PM
A lot of crypto fans and investors are now worried about continuous bearish trend for Bitcoin price and other cryptocurrencies this year 2018. And now beginning to doubt  their initial commitment to the Bitcoin ecospace. A lot of people have forgetting the core idea behind the invention of Bitcoin. Most of us have forgetting that Bitcoin was created to challenge the established FIAT system where money can be printed without control and no regards for inflation.

This is entirely not the fault of most of us but it is because of the Bull run Bitcoin has enjoyed so far especially in 2017 where price reaches as high as $20,000. We all got greedy and forgot about the initial ideals behind bitcoin. We all want to cash in the same Fiat currency bitcoin is trying to challenge. This in my opinion is one of the reason why bitcoin price fell this year. We do not fully trust the crypto space yet.

Bitcoin is here to stay and will remain dominant for the future and I still consider it as the most secured investment in this digital age after gold. Below are some of the reasons why I think Bitcoin is a safe investment

1. Bitcoin has already achieved mass adoption though this is subjective . A lot people will now accept bitcoin payment without worrying about how to exchange it.
2. Bitcoin is limited in supply , only 21 Million Bitcoin can ever be created. Out of which 4 million is already lost making it 17 Million.
3. Bitcoin remains dominant in the coinmarketcap with 55% of the entire marketcap
4. Bitcoin current price is still higher than what it is this same time last year

Please I will appreciate if anyone can add reason why they think Bitcoin is a safe investment.

I think of course every type of investment has its own level of risk, even cryptocurrency. so we should be wise in responding to this, because what we use in investment is money and energy, not leaves.

Besides that, the presence of altcoins also affects the market volatility
283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More people More volatility on: October 08, 2018, 10:47:40 PM
in my opinion, what happened is even the opposite, with the existence of crypto and blockchain distribution evenly, the volatile level will decrease, this is the same as what happened at FIAT. if only certain groups use it, it will easily damage market prices
284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Doesn't Have to Be Perfect on: October 07, 2018, 11:23:36 PM
The greatest suspicions and alleged remarks on the blockchain really reflect all the hypocrisies of this world. The blockchain is expected to be perfect while at the same time the traditional system has more holes than patches.
Why would it be necessary for the blockchain to be perfect while everything else is in complete disarray?
We really do not have to be disturbed by such remarks, but only to work on improvements.
Blockchain has the potential to improve important problems in society's economic architecture and it leaves very little room for deceptions and unfair evaluations.
That's where the problem begins for the traditionalist.
The impossibility of speculation and false assessment, the misuse of all kinds, which are usually done at the expense of ordinary people, terrify them the most.
We don't need to be concerned about whether the blockchain is perfect, but to improve it and make it better and the rest is unavoidable

perfect is not, but the problem is, the negative side of bitcoin and cryptocurrency is very influential, therefore improvements should always be there and continuously so that some groups do not exploit this weakness
285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency market - what are you doing in this market conditions? on: October 06, 2018, 11:13:55 PM
:  Nowadays more investors  are investing on cryptocurrencies because they want an easy life. Cryptocuurencies help them make life easier especially in paying their bills and making different transactions online.

in my opinion that is a very silly reason, of course if you want to live comfortably you have to work, and not even invest and hope to get profit quickly. let alone invest in cryptocurrency, this requires careful calculation so that assets are also easily secured
286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin prices remain the same until next year, will it be good for the crypt on: October 06, 2018, 11:01:55 PM
Bitcoin prices are still the same these days and it does not seem like it is moving up. At least not as high as everyone anticipates. If the price remains the same until next year and it stabilize at around $6000, do you think that it will be good for the crypto world or not? Say it does not go down below it, but it also still does not go higher than that, what do you think will be the repercussions to the market?

things like this will certainly influence, what is the next cryptocurrency scenario, because crypto tends to form almost the same pattern for each year. but the difference is only the price achieved
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin & Payment processors :-< on: October 06, 2018, 10:38:53 PM
bitcoin should be an alternative to p2p payment, but in my opinion bitcoin is very inefficient if transacted in the real world or face-to-face transactions, bitcoin is more efficient when transacted in the digital world or cyberspace because in my opinion bitcoin is for digital and fiat for real

if this continues, the possibility is that there will be no development for crypto itself, so it only rotates in cyberspace, and we know that there is still manipulation of crypto until now, if only we could bring crypto to real life, then that can reduce price manipulation
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Gaming and It's Future on: October 05, 2018, 10:53:25 PM
Hey there!
Lately i have been on a lookout for blockchain games, which i think is quite a hot topic now.

There are some where the whole gameplay is looking at the picture of a token you mined, and on the other hand - games with actual gameplay, for what it's worth.
Besides obvious Cryptokitties, i've assembled a list of games that took my attention:

1) CryptoSpaceX - beautiful space-themed project, they released Ep.1 i think, but i haven't looked at it much since July, so i might be wrong.

2) Ethercraft - you could say it's a roguelike-ish kind of game? Nice pixel graphics, live market.

3) CryptoSaga - for those of you, who loved jRPG's, here's a cool one. Animations is decent, have potential.

4) Ether Kingdoms - cute red\blue dorks mine themselves, and then go to battles to die. Very good art, and gameplay is decent too.

5) EtherRock - i wanted to include that one, because the idea is just funny. It reminds me of infamous potato salad kickstarter, in regards of effort, but those rocks are selling still.

6) Angel Battles - PvP oriented game, as far as i figured, very nice art, in my opinion, but the breeding part (regarding Angels) got me surprised a little bit there.

7) CryptoFights - 3D graphics aren't something to write home about, but gameplay seems interesting. PvP is my jam.

So, that's not at all everything that i laid my eyes upon, but those are prime examples i'd say, at least for me. I do, of course, enjoy interaction with another people in MMO games,
so my favorits are a little bit biased: numbers 1, 4, 6, 7. What are your opinions on future of blockchain gaming? If You have some games you've already tried, share your experience.
I'd like to add to list of things something new to look at, maybe even invest, as i strongly believe, that blockchain gaming possibilities are almost limitless.

I think for this year, all blockchain projects (not just gaming) have good potential and a good future, it's just that we have to be really smart to filter them. because sometimes the ones that look good are destroyed in the middle of the roadmap, and what we underestimate becomes stable
289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hello crypto! Bye bye credits? on: October 05, 2018, 10:44:32 PM
I wonder this: if the usual banking system will disappear as such, then she will leave and credit system, leasing and installment payment, debt, etc. As there is no centralized authority that can issue and track correctness of performance. To some extent, this is certainly good, but in fact people who can not immediately earn a large amount of money and will remain in the lower levels of life, which gives the modern banking system (though not ideal). What do you think about this? How to Take a loan in cryptocurrency?

in my opinion, if the use of crypto can be used like credit cards and banking, it will not leave the old one, people may still be using credit cards as anticipation if there is something unwanted. as well as "why do newspapers still exist even though electronic media has been spread evenly"
290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Downsides to crypto on: October 05, 2018, 10:29:51 PM
If and when cryptocurrency and/or bitcoin becomes the official currency of the world, do you think there will be a downside to it? If so, what do you think the negative effect will be once cryptocurrency becomes a worldwide currency?

I suspect that cryptocurrency will be more difficult to accept in the wider community, because its use and distribution cannot be evenly distributed. This is what is used by some people and the volatility of crypto still at high point
291  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: STOPLOSS? what are Advantages and disadvantages of stoploss? on: October 04, 2018, 11:34:22 PM
stoploss I think there are more advantages, this is one step to managing our crypto assets. with stoploss we can reduce the impact of losses because we can adjust the possibility of prices falling deeper after being analyzed
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency giant Bitmain chooses Hong Kong for IPO on: October 04, 2018, 11:19:03 PM
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-bitmain-ipo/cryptocurrency-giant-bitmain-chooses-hong-kong-for-ipo-idUSKCN1M627L

Bitmain Technologies, the world’s largest designer of products used for mining cryptocurrencies, confirmed it was bringing its IPO to Hong Kong in what will be an important test of institutional investors’ interest in the crypto sector...

in my opinion for the market it will not have too much effect, maybe it will only have an effect on rising VGA prices or rental prices for mining. I also don't see investors currently interested in mining, and more interested in investing in ICOs

293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin doing monopoly business in cryptocurrency platform ! on: October 04, 2018, 10:39:32 PM
I think the only bitcoin can make this cryptocurrency market stable. BTC was doing monopoly business over last few years. It's time to do some competition with other good currency. Am I right or wrong?

if only bitcoin can make the market stable, then why is the distance between ATH and the current price very different? I think the existence of an altcoin is also an advantage because there are some things that bitcoin doesn't have. Like a smaller fee, transaction speed, if there is only bitcoin, most likely what happens is full and stuck network
294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be sent, received or traded (used) without the internet? on: October 04, 2018, 10:25:05 PM
Also just saw a post on facebook saying

The writer went forward to explain, 'The mesh network works for every 4miles until it gets to the nearest access to the internet. That's to say you can send bitcoin through the mesh network from one mesh to another within 4miles until you get the nearest access to the internet".

as far as I know (CMIIW) but Mesh Network still really needs internet network right? Mesh network is more like a LAN network with wider coverage, but still unable to access the website server needed
295  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I daily earn 10% on: October 03, 2018, 11:29:35 PM
Hello, I am newbie in trading. I start trading for make some profit
Would it be possible to make 10% of your capital every day?

This would be 300% in a month, this is a lot.

It really comes to your capital:

If I invest 200$ and 10% of 200 would be come 20$ daily and one month come 600$
...

If I trying hard daily profit 10% huge profit come in one month

to be honest it is not difficult, but the hardest part is to manage assets in the trading. Of course everyone will think the same to make more or less the same profit, even some will use bigger capital and use trading techniques that are more or less the same
296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Regulations For Cryptocurrency? on: October 03, 2018, 11:17:43 PM
I hope that if the government will regulate bitcoin, then only to a minimum extent. Otherwise, the crypto currency will really lose its feature and there will be no special sense to use it, since the control of the government equates it to ordinary currencies.

I think regulation will only produce something beyond expectation, my point here is that it is more likely to be the worst after regulation. Since the existence of bitcoin and until last year the market situation has been running normally. But with the government regulation on cryptocurrency, this adds more problem
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It can still happen again on: October 03, 2018, 11:09:52 PM
I was just thinking and imagining the bull run that happen toward the end of last year when the crypto market became a cake of enjoyment for everyone. The story is on the contrary now. I am wondering and disturbed that can it ever happen again? My wallet coins are reducing in value daily. I am not completely sure if it can happen again.... somehow I still have little believe it may. Do you think it will happen again?

in my opinion it will be difficult and the probability of occurrence is only 10%. This is caused by many factors, mainly the ICO that is continually extended, the market conditions that crash and also the rules of regulation
298  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading, the very beginning on: October 02, 2018, 11:48:39 PM
Hi guys,

I'm considering to start day trading. Before now i'm in the crypto world from more than a year. I'm minner and i made some good profit from icos, but the current condition of the market is terrible for icos. If they don't don't adjust i can't see any profit in them for now. So i want to try day trading in crypto, while the volatility is still prespective for not so hard profit.

October im planning to spend the month for learning about day trading in crypto.
I would be glad to hear from you any suggestions for books, courses (prefer even more expensive from traders which are with good experience and results in this market) and everything which could be useful for the very beginning.

Thank you!

day trading in fluctuating market conditions does not allow this to be dangerous to manage assets. Moreover, the SEC and ETF still have no clear news. if I become you, even if I have bigger asset. I will think twice about doing it. Its just because day trading have big risk
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain - Killer or Savior? on: October 02, 2018, 11:45:59 PM
Blockchain is called a technology that will change us just as the Internet has changed it. blockchain ideologists claim that it is about to lead humanity to a ultra-modern world where there is no theft and deception. how will this happen? Will the blockchain become the Savior of our world economy or its killer? If the blockchain is tightly integrated into our lives, the unemployment rate will increase, and on a huge scale. And this can lead to a large percentage of poverty among the population. Will the world economy sustain such a large number of unemployed, or will society be further divided into social classes.

Blockchain should be used properly, blockchain doesn't even need to get people fired from their jobs. I've heard someone say, Elon Musk or not.
he said like this "Blockchain doesn't make taxi companies fire their employees, but it will bring customers to their employees faster"
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the crypto market really for anyone? on: September 30, 2018, 11:37:42 PM
I think market condition is really fit to everyone, but many of us do not understand because of the risk of this fluctuations in cryptocurrency, those who have foresight will think that even if the price is dumped, it will not shake their mentality because they are ready with the risk
