Yes ICO market now is decreasing because Investors are wiser now compared on investors in 2017, Investors now learned from their mistake and not going to repead what happened on 2017, so scam ICO now wont work anymore thats why ICO are decreasing.

Holding good coins will still work if the coin has a real working product, I've seen these projects become successful, but these projects are very rare, you need to invest time and patience into this and it will be worth it, just select the right project and company, the team behind the project the working product is very important.

I'm still very Bullish on Eth, Ethereum overcome all obstacles in the past and now Eth is still going strong, this Dip is because of all the scam ICO under the Ethereum blockchain after they raised Eth on the ICO all of that ETH is converted to USDT or BTC and this is one of the examples caused of this decrease of price we are witnessing right now.

Social media campaign now is not worth it anymore because of the number of participants you are lucky if you can earn $10 after doing social media campaign for months, my suggestion is the signature campaign, Content creation, youtube or videos and translation these campaigns will pay you a good amount of coins.

Investing in Altcoin or Crypto is very Risky only a few true Project in the market survives, if you are lucky your Investment will be worth it, my Advice to you is to Invest only in a real or true project do your own research ask someone who are expert in crypto, in crypto you can profit 10x or even more in just a single day but you can also lose it all in a single day.

What Altcoin do you mean? are you referring to Ethereum? because there are too many Altcoins right now and the most popular is only Ethereum because here in the Philippines there are merchants that are accepting Ethereum, It's easy to buy and sell here using Crypto.

Based on my research this is because of the massive selling of Ethereum from different kinds of ICO, Imagine 90% of ICO is under ERC20, Ethereum blockchain and after the ICO they raised so much money from ETH and what will happen to that ETH? they will sell it to get $$, and after that, some ICO project will exit scam and maybe failed, sad but its true.

if you watch some youtube videos, there is a guy on youtube explained this, that there is the pattern on how the Price of Bitcoin will rise, I forgot that video but it is very accurate based on the charts last year and this is normal in crypto, people who panic in this market are all newbie, lack of education about how the cryptocurrency market works will rip you apart.

The market is a Pump and dump now because we are in a stable phase we are in the middle, the bear market is over and we are is the stable phase maybe this will take months and after this, we will go to a bull market so prepare yourselves this will be exciting!

Just wait for a few months and the market will recover I think we are in the bottom now and then we can see a bull within a few months bear market is almost over we are in a stable phase or flat phase now and then after this phase we are in recovery phase just more patience is needed here.
